Scrappy Hit With Restraining Order By Erica Dixon Over Family Violence

Isht is getting really ugly between Lil Scrappy and his babymama Erica Dixon… So bad she says she fears for her life!

> “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Erica Dixon was so scared that her baby daddy Lil Scrappy might assault her that she headed to court and obtained a restraining order against the rapper …. and he has been ordered to stay away from her or he’ll be thrown in jail.

Dixon filed the petition for a restraining order against Lil Scrappy aka Darryl Richardson on July 20th in Georgia Court. She pleaded with the court to grant her a temporary protective order against the rapper claiming he committed family violence – either against her or their daughter – and the court reviewed her allegations earlier this month.

The judge decided that Dixon had provided enough evidence to grant her the temporary TRO until a hearing next month – to determine if the TRO will become permanent.

The order prohibits Scrappy from coming anywhere near Dixon … and if he does he can be thrown in jail immediately for violating the court order.

Scrappy was served with the protective order court documents on July 22nd and he has been ordered to appear in court on August 12th to defend himself in front of a judge against the allegations that Dixon filed against him.

The two are currently also in a nasty battle over custody of their daughter … with Dixon suing Scrappy for child support earlier this year. The case is still pending in Georgia Court.

Damn… This isht sounds all bad. We hope Erica and Emani are ok.

Wrestler “Rowdy” Roddy Piper Dead At 61

Wrestling has lost yet another legend today. WWE Superstar “Rowdy” Roddy Piper passed away from sudden cardiac arrest in his bed last night, unfortunately after winning his battle with cancer. Via TMZ:

Wrestling legend “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has died at the age of 61 … TMZ Sports has learned.

Piper — born Roderick George Toombs — died from cardiac arrest in his sleep at his home in Hollywood on Thursday night. He was discovered on Friday.

Piper was a wrestling icon — one of the biggest stars in the WWE back in the ’80s, and even wrestled in “Wrestlemania I” back in 1985 … squaring off against Hulk Hogan and Mr. T.

Roddy’s rep tells us, “I am devastated at this news. Rod was a good friend as well as a client and one of the most generous, sincere and authentic people I have ever known. This is a true loss to us all.”

Piper had been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2006, but last November he said he was cancer free. A family source tells us he was “cancer free” at the time of his death.

A family member tells us, “Our family is saddened by the sudden passing of our father and beloved husband, Roderick Toombs aka Rowdy Roddy Piper.”

Roddy was admitted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2005 and was one of the top 50 villains in the history of the WWE.

So sad.

Meek Mill Reacts To Poor Response To His Drake Diss Track

Looks like Meek is still pretty charged up about getting roasted by Drake…and then doubly so by Drizzy fans, corporations, and the internet at large. After Meek’s diss track finally dropped last night, the consensus agreed that Meek had pretty much lost his battle with the Canadian wonderkid.

But rather than take his loss as a lesson learned, Meek instead lashed out at…everyone essentially. The Philly rapper took back to social media the morning after to throw a tantrum express his frustration at the lack of outrage at Drake working with a “ghostwriter,” declared the rap game nearly dead, and threatened to switch up his sound since no one seems to care about his prolific lyricism:

Well, he sounds pretty flustered. Thing is…the rapper he’s mad at doesn’t make trap music and he’s pretty successful and well-liked…so why did Meek threaten us all with a trap album?

Brown’s Believe Houston’s Will Sell A Photo Of Bobbi Kristina’s Body

Wait, what???

According to TMZ reports:

Bobbi Kristina’s funeral will be yet another family face-off — the Browns are on high alert and worried the Houstons will sneak a photo of her dead body … and sell it.

Sources close to the Browns tell TMZ … they fear a repeat of what happened when Whitney Houston was laid to rest in 2012 … when a photo of her body, in her casket, was snapped and ended up on the cover of a magazine.

Since the Brown family was persona non grata at the funeral … they believe someone from the Houston side was behind it.

Our sources say the Brown family plans to band together and stand guard … and their eyes will be trained on the Houston family.

Pat Houston is managing the funeral, so it has all the makings of turning real ugly, real fast.

As messy as this family is, we have a hard time believing that the Houston’s would do something like that. God, we hope not…

Nia Guzman Wants Chris Brown To Supervised Visits With Daughter

Breezy’s baby mama Nia Guzman claims that she doesn’t trust their daughter around Chris because he’s irresponsible!

Chris Brown’s baby mama fears for the safety of their daughter when she’s alone with him … so she’s asking a judge to ONLY allow him to see 1-year-old Royalty when someone else is around.

We’re told Nia Guzman just filed the legal docs for supervised visitation. Chris has filed his own docs to establish paternity so he can fight for joint custody, but so far the judge has not ruled.

We’re told Guzman wants full custody because she thinks Chris is simply too irresponsible to care for a kid on his own and she believes he and his friends all have substance abuse issues. He thinks it’s all just a ploy to get more child support.

So much for working things out without a court order.

Teen Mom Who Carried Dead In Shopping Bag Is Charged With Murder

The teen mom caught with a dead newborn in a shopping bag in 2013 while allegedly shoplifting at a Victoria’s Secret was charged with murdering the baby boy on Thursday.

Via NY Daily News:

Tiona Rodriguez, 18, “carried out the murder of her newborn infant and then callously shoved him in a bag with the plan of — in her words — to ‘take this s— and dig a hole, put it somewhere, lol, then we go eat IHOP,’” prosecutor Rachel Ferrari said. She was quoting a text message Rodriguez sent at the teen’s arraignment on a second-degree murder charge.

The charge, filed nearly two years after the baby’s death, stems from the Brooklyn teen’s bizarre Oct. 17, 2013 shoplifting arrest.

She had been charged with lifting a $44.50 pair of skinny jeans from the Herald Square store one day after her baby was born.

When security searched her bag to investigate the theft, they made the gruesome and heartbreaking discovery.

Ferrari said the teen “became pregnant in early 2013 and told no one. She knew she would be in big trouble if her family found out. So, she made a plan to kill this baby,” and “began plotting weeks before he was born.”

“She took steps to get ready, and on October 16, 2013, she woke up and knew that this was the day. She contacted a friend and went to her home in Queens, away from the prying eyes of her friends, her family, her community in Brooklyn,” Ferrari said.

“She took a bag with her, and a change of clothes. And she went into her friend’s bathroom, turned on the tub, and gave birth to her baby. Ripping the cord with her bare hands.”

Ferrari said Rodriguez’s baby was 8 pounds and was full term.

Man Arrested For Exposing Himself At Deli Counter

No, this didn’t happen Florida…
The New York Daily News reports:

The meat department got an unexpected delivery of franks and beans Saturday.

A 61-year-old Michigan man, suffering from a medical episode, stripped off his clothing near the meat counter at a Kroger grocery store in Novi, Mich. Saturday night, police told MLive.com.

Pictures of the bizarre incident were posted on Reddit that show the man in obvious distress as he stood with his genitals up against the glass deli counter and also sitting naked on the floor.

A picture also shows him being escorted out of the store, handcuffed, while still in his birthday suit.

Novi Assistant Police Chief Jerrod Hart told the police station the man was not acting up for attention but was suffering from a medical episode.

“Officers determined he was having some sort of medical event,” Hart told the website. “He just needed help.”

The victim, who was not identified, was transported to an area hospital and did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police said.

The agency did not return a message seeking comment on the incident or an update on the man’s condition.

Police have not announced charges against the man.

Butt Cream Company Denies Paying Kylie Jenner To Endorse

Did booty cream company, PureLeef pay off Kylie Jenner to be the the secret behind her “miraculous” body transformation??

PureLeef, the body plumping cream company that got a huge lift from Kylie Jenner, claims she did it all on her own, for free.

Kylie, who turns 18 August 10, got tons of backlash for what some say is an inappropriate Instagram photo promoting the company’s butt enhancement and breast plumping creams.

A lot of people are calling BS, saying she got her butt and boobs from surgical knives, not cream.

But the company insists the endorsement was unsolicited. They say they didn’t pay Kylie, but they don’t say if any money went to anyone else Kardashian related.

It’s interesting … the company is big on parental controls, saying they urge parents to get involved if the user is under 18. It’s unclear if this is an endorsement or a shot at Kris.

As for the cream, PureLeef boasts, “We feel our way is much safer and less final than surgery or black market ‘butt injections’ all while producing real results.”

Kylie has girls thinking that a butt cream is going to do this…

Pat Houston Asked For Money For Charity At Bobbi Kristina’s Funeral

Whitney Houston’s sister Pat has been accused of money grubbing her niece for years but would she go as far as ask for money in the afterlife?

Bobbi Kristina was laid to rest Saturday and her funeral already has the Browns and the Houstons fighting … over money.

TMZ’s obtained the invite … the guest list is tight and even if you’re on the list you have to present a government-issued ID at the door.

Now the conflict — the invitation suggests, in lieu of flowers, donations should be sent to The Marion P. Foundation, a charity run by Bobbi Kristina’s aunt Pat Houston, benefiting troubled teens.

Leolah Brown, BK’s other aunt, claims Pat’s just lining her personal bank account and she’s asking people not to send “ONE RED CENT!” to the charity. Leolah says Pat’s “not the sweet quiet person that she’s tried so hard to make people believe she was… .” And what’s more — she alleges the late Whitney Houston would agree.

Travi$ Scott Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

Travi$ Scott is known for a wild live show…but things got a little out of hand at his Lollapalooza performance this weekend. The rapper was shut down 10 minutes into his set and forced to flee the scene after telling eager fans to disregard security and rush the stage.

Any fans hoping to see Travis Scott onstage at Lollapalooza on Saturday (August 1) were out of luck if they showed up late, because the show ended up getting shut down early.

The rapper was arrested, according to ABC7 in Chicago, after telling fans to rush past security and barricades and onto the stage.

A video posted on Twitter captures some of the apparent chaos, which resulted in the set being shut down after only five minutes. The 23-year-old can be heard chanting, “We want rage.”

And this picture gives a glimpse of the aftermath, which looks to have included dozens of fans joining Travis onstage.

“The performer played one song and then began telling fans to come over the barricades,” the Office of Emergency Management said in a statement, as reported by ABC. “Due to the security’s quick response, the situation was remedied immediately and no fans were injured. The performer fled the scene and was taken into custody a short while later.”

The rapper was reportedly charged with disorderly conduct.

Damn. Guess Chicago wasn’t ready for the rodeo.
