Jared Fogle Allegedly Told Reporter That He’s Attracted To Middle School Girls

The “Subway Guy” reportedly had an appetite for underage girls, if private conversations with an ex-Florida TV journalist can be believed.

“Middle school girls are hot,” suspended fast-food pitchman Jared Fogle reportedly told the stunned reporter on several ossasions in the past 10 years.

“He said something to me when we were off camera and that really stuck with me,” she told WWSB-TV in Sarasota. “I thought to myself, ‘Did he really say that to me?’”

The woman, whose identity was withheld, said she was so disturbed by the fast food spokesman’s comment that she reached out to the FBI.

“They weren’t jokes,” she told the station. “They were very serious … It goes deeper than that.”

She claimed the middle school remark was followed by even more disgusting comments, but refused to go into specifics.

All that said, Jared STILL hasn’t felt the handcuffs on his wrist. Why, well because the FBI ain’t got s#!t on him, yet…

According to TMZ reports:

Jared Fogle isn’t behind bars because the FBI has nothing on him … according to his camp.

Fogle’s legal team tells us there’s a very good reason we didn’t see the feds marching the ex-Subway spokesman out of his Indiana home this week. They say they’re confident the FBI raid turned up nothing that incriminates Fogle.

It’s unclear where the investigation stands — we reached out to the U.S. attorney’s office, and they were extremely tight-lipped … not even acknowledging there’s a probe.

Fact is, Jared isn’t in custody … but the damage has been done — Subway quickly suspended its relationship with him, and charities have run for the hills.

Jared better be praying to cold cut Jesus that the Feds don’t find anything on that computer…

California Prison Inmate Found Sawed In Half After A Prison Riot

Nearly 15 hours after a riot at a Northern California prison, guards found a missing inmate sawed nearly in two, with his abdominal organs and most chest organs removed, his body folded and stuffed into a garbage can in a shower stall a few doors from his cell.

Details of the gruesome May killing at the medium-security California State Prison, Solano, are laid out in an autopsy report obtained by The Associated Press under a public records request.

The grisly discovery raises obvious questions about the prison’s security: How could such a gruesome killing happen inside a locked facility with security and surveillance? How could someone obtain weapons sharp enough to dissect a body? And why did it take so long to uncover?

Homicides are distressingly common in California prisons. More than 160 inmates have been killed in the last 15 years, and the state has one of the nation’s highest inmate homicide rates. Yet the death of 24-year-old Nicholas Anthony Rodriguez stands out.

Rodriguez’s missing organs are “still part of the investigation” at the prison in Vacaville, 40 miles southwest of Sacramento, Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokeswoman Terry Thornton said Friday.

No one has been charged with killing Rodriguez, an Oakland man who was serving an eight-year robbery sentence from Alameda County. However, Thornton said his cellmate, a 46-year-old man serving a life sentence for a Los Angeles County murder, is considered the only suspect and is being held in segregation. Thornton said she couldn’t say how the homicide was carried out or concealed since it’s still being investigated.

You expect people to get beat up, choked out and shanked in prison, but SAWED IN HALF?!?!

Rewind Boy Band Member Gets Sick On Plane Trying To Avoid Luggage Fees

The 19-year-old – who happens to be a member of Scottish boy band Rewind – thought he was getting one over on EasyJet. Unfortunately all he got was heat exhaustion.

It all started when the band tried to board an EasyJet flight from Stansted to Glasgow. While the rest of the band breezed through, James was told he had too much luggage.

At this point he had three options: stump up £45, chuck his clothes, OR put them all on.

Obviously, putting them all on seemed like the best option, and that’s exactly what he did. All six t-shirts, four jumpers, three pairs of jeans, two pairs of jogging bottoms, two jackets and two hats of them.

Sounds semi-practical…

James may be silly, but he’s not stupid, and as soon as he got on the plane, he tried to remove some of his excess layers. Problem is, he was told he wasn’t allowed to do this until the plane was in the air.

At this point, things started to go seriously down hill.

By the time James started removing his clothes, his temperature was already seriously elevated. At this point he complained to his manager about the fact he was feeling really quite unwell, and he in turn informed the cabin crew.

The cabin crew decided the best course of action was to move James to an empty row at the back of the plane.

Unfortunately there were no sick bags on board, so instead they provided him with a clear plastic bin bag. Which was all fine, until James started to be violently sick everywhere BUT in to the clear plastic bin bag.

With the back row now spattered in vomit, the crew moved James to a seat in the centre of the plane, where he proceeded to pass out in the aisle.

Says James:

“I knew something was wrong early on as I just couldn’t breathe properly. I thought I was having a heart attack.”

Sounds like it was worth paying the little punk azz 45 pounds, but hey…

According to a source close to the couple, Scott and Kourtney disagreed about the birth of their third child. The relationship has been in shambles since last year and Scott’s recent rendezvous in the press with an ex was more of a red flag. He’s over Kourtney making babies with him, but without his permission!

According to Radar:

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are breaking up for good just six months after welcoming their third child, son Reign, in December. But according to a source close to the couple, their relationship has been hanging by a thread for months — because Disick was not ready for another baby.

The birth of their second son, Reign Aston Disick, was a huge joy for the parents of Mason and Penelope Disick, but before the baby came, an insider claimed that they argued extensively over expanding their brood. “Scott absolutely did not want a third child but Kourtney really did,” the source told Radar

“Kourt talked to her friends who all told her that she should go ahead and have more,” the source told Radar. “They told her that she has the resources and the money and really the time and that she should get pregnant again if she wanted to. They convinced her that she should do it no matter what.”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star ultimately got pregnant and according to the source, this hurt their relationship.

“Scott was mad at Kourtney for not understanding or paying attention to what he wanted. He was just angry that she completely ignored him,” the source dished. “He loves the baby, obviously, but he was pretty furious with Kourt for a long time.”

Unarmed Jonathan Sanders Choked To Death By Mississippi Cop

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is looking into the case of an unarmed black man allegedly strangled to death by a white cop this week.

Jonathan Sanders, a 39-year-old Stonewall resident, died last Wednesday evening following an altercation with an officer. Sanders — who owned horses and a buggy — was exercising his horses when he was approached by officer Kevin Harrington.

Sanders’ attorney, Stewart Parrish, says that Harrington pulled Sanders off his horse and strangled him between 10:30 and 11 p.m. that night, WTOK reports. According to the Guardian, Parrish is making the allegations based on the accounts of family members who witnessed the incident. Charita Kennedy, Sanders’ girlfriend and mother to their 1-year-old son, told WTOK that Sanders was not violating any laws when Harrington confronted him.

The Guardian and other outlets reported that Parrish said family members told him a flashlight was used to strangle Harrington, but Stonewall Police Chief Michael Street has denied those allegations. He told the Guardian that “there was no flashlight used to choke anybody — that’s false.”

The Clarion-Ledger also reported that Parrish said earlier allegations that a flashlight was used were wrong.

A cause of death won’t be officially determined until an autopsy is completed.

Parrish told the Guardian that family witnesses could see Sanders struggling, saying, “Let me go, I can’t breathe” before his death.

Hopefully the color of Kevin Harrington’s uniform doesn’t supersede the color of Jonathan Sanders’ skin…

18 just years flew by for Carmen Bryan, because a source is reporting she is jobless and couch surfing in Queens, NY. The mother of Nas’ only daughter had been collecting child support even after her 18th birthday until the rapper decided to cut her off. We’re guessing her tell-all book didn’t bring in the long-term income she might have been hoping for since she’s homeless now and never attempted to get a job.

Nas’s first baby’s mother Carmen Bryan is homeless. Carmen has been homeless since last summer when Nas stop sending her monthly support checks. He continued to send her support checks after their child was eighteen and she believed that he would send them forever since she was the mother of his child. After she decided to put lies out about him on social media he cut her off. She has never spent a dime out of her own pocket to support her daughter because except writing a tell all book, she has not had a J-O-B since giving birth.

 She’s been here in Queens all year squatting from house to house telling old stories from the late 90’s. When she wears out her welcome she gets buddy passes to mooch off of people in LA and Atlanta.

Yikes!

It’s likely now that Carmen can get a loan from her daughter Destiny Jones, who was seen recently celebrating the launch of her Lipmatic lip gloss line in NYC. At least Destiny inherited her dad’s hustler spirit. The single mom also posted this Instagram photo with a message about living in a matchbox.

Drug Kingpin Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman Escapes Prison Again

Drug kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman escaped through a one-mile long tunnel that was dug under the shower space of his prison cell in central Mexico, authorities said Sunday.

After security cameras lost sight of Guzman late Saturday, guards went into the cell and found a hole 10 meters (33 feet) deep with a ladder, said National Security Commissioner Monte Alejandro Rubido.

The hole led to the huge tunnel with a ventilation and light system, Rubido said, adding that its exit was in a building that was under construction.

A motorcycle on a rail system was found in the tunnel and is believed to have been used to transport tools and remove earth from the space, which was 1.7 meters high and around 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) wide.

Rubido said 18 prison guards will be interrogated by prosecutors in Mexico City.

Until Guzman escaped, Rubido said, “the day had gone on normally and at around 8:00 pm he was given his daily dose of medicine.”

The maximum-security prison is located 90 kilometers (55 miles) west of the capital in Mexico State. Guzman had been jailed there since February 2014.

It is the second time in 14 years that Guzman has broken out of prison. The last time, in 2001, he hid in a laundry basket to escape from a prison in western Jalisco state.

Alabama Man Dies After Cops Pepper Spray Him

A Black man in Tuscaloosa, Alabama died after officers used pepper spray to subdue him when he resisted arrest, police said on Saturday.

Police received a call on Friday night that a man armed with a gun was sitting on a porch at an apartment complex in the city, Tuscaloosa police said in a statement on their Facebook page.

Police later identified the man as Anthony Ware, a 35-year-old African-American, the Tuscaloosa News reported on its website.

When officers arrived, the man ran into nearby woods and was chased by officers who used the pepper spray before placing him in handcuffs as he resisted arrest, police said.

He later collapsed as he was walking out of the woods, police said.

Police conduct in the United States has been under scrutiny over the past year after a series of deaths of black men in confrontations with police that have provoked protests over the treatment of minorities by law enforcement.

The Tuscaloosa News reported Ware was pursued by six police officers, including at least three white officers as well as a black officer and an Asian-America officer.

Police plan to release video of the arrest from a vehicle dash cam and body cameras, Tuscaloosa’s assistant police chief, Ronnie Dunn, told a news conference on Saturday, according to the Tuscaloosa News.

Police said they tried to revive Ware when he collapsed and that he was rushed to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The Tuscaloosa County homicide unit will investigate the death, police said.

A representative from the Tuscaloosa Police Department did not return calls for further comment.
