Customers Flee Target After Hearing Loud Porn Over Speakers

Customers at a California Target were forced to cover their ears and leave the store after loud moans and grunts from a pornographic movie were mysteriously broadcast through the store’s speaker system. Via MailOnline:

A group of shoppers at a Target store in California heard way more than they bargained for when the sound of porn played over the store’s PA system.

The unsuspecting shoppers were browsing through the aisles at a Target in San Luis Obispo on Friday when the sound of loud porn interrupted their shopping trip.

Stunned shoppers were left red-faced after the naughty sounds filled the store located in the 11000 block of Los Osos Valley Road.

The police arrived at 11.30 a.m. to investigate how the audio track ended up being broadcast for all to hear.

Sergeant Jeff Booth from San Luis Obispo police department said it was not known how the audio track was played on the PA system, or how long the explicit material was on.

But a store employee, who wished to remain anonymous, told The Tribune that the store was briefly evacuated while staff figured out how to turn it off.

Police are now investigating the incident.

Bill Cosby’s loyal wife is reportedly still sticking by his side and is acknowledging that while he husband is a serial cheater, he’s not a rapist.

The news comes after Bill admitted to getting Quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with.

Bill Cosby’s wife knows her husband is a serial philanderer, but believes his scores of accusers consented to drugs and sex, two confidants of the couple say.

Last week’s revelation that Cosby admitted during a deposition that he intended to ply women with Quaaludes before bedding them barely fazed Camille Cosby, the ­insiders told The Post.

“Camille still doesn’t believe that Bill provided drugs and had sex with women without their consent,” said a source employed by the Cosby family. “She’s well aware of his cheating, but she doesn’t believe that her husband is a rapist.”

Mrs. Cosby is “a proud, dignified but stubborn woman. You can say that she’s standing by her husband, but really, the more people stand against him, the more she perceives it as an affront to her and all that she’s done to make him a star,” said another source who’s done business with the ­Cosbys and remains close to them.

Camille Cosby, 71, who is also her 78-year-old husband’s business manager, demanded last week at a crisis meeting with advisers that their lawyers and p.r. specialists “get back out in front of this,” the business source said.

“I created him, I knew what I was getting and we’ll fix this,” she told the gathering at a meeting at the couple’s Shelburne Falls, Mass., home Tuesday night.

“They are making him out to be such a bad guy, a monster,” Camille said, according to the source.

“People are jumping ship,” she added in an apparent reference to actress Jill Scott, who now says she’s sorry for her staunch support of Cosby, and comedian Jimmy Walker, another onetime defender who now calls America’s Dad the “O.J. Simpson of comedy.”

It’s out with the new, and in with the old over at The View. After nearly a year out of the hosts’ seat, Sherri Shepherd is returning to the daytime train wreck talk show to help hike the ratings back up.

Daily Mail Online has learned exclusively that the Emmy-winning TV talent has inked a deal with ABC, according to sources close to the show, to return to struggling daytime talk show on a part-time basis starting this fall.

Shepherd is one of The View’s new rotating hosts that will sit in the fifth position on the show, a new concept ABC hopes brings fresh energy to the long-running panel series. According to an insider, the current plans are to have Shepherd co-host at least twice a week.

The 48-year-old comedienne returned to The View for the first time since leaving in August 2014 on May 28 to rave reviews from ABC News executives.

‘Though the show was taped in advance and Whoopi Goldberg was out dealing with the death of her brother, everyone was blown away by how Sherri brought the energy of a live broadcast to the taped show. She had been so missed by the producers that many of them cried when she walked in the building,’ a network source told Daily Mail Online.

Expected to join Shepherd in the rotating host position is fashion expert Stacey London, model Molly Sims and conservative actress Candace Cameron Bure.

President Obama Commutes The Sentences Of 46 Nonviolent Prisoners

President Barack Obama commuted the prison sentences of 46 drug offenders, saying in a video posted online Monday that the men and women were not “hardened criminals” and their punishments didn’t match the crimes they committed.

Obama said the move was part of his larger attempt to reform the criminal justice system, including reviewing sentencing laws and reducing punishments for non-violent crimes. With Monday’s announcement, Obama has commuted more sentences than any president since Lyndon B. Johnson.

“I believe that at its heart, America is a nation of second chances, and I believe these folks deserve their second chance,” Obama said in the video.

The move brings the number of Obama’s commutations to nearly 90. Most of those have been for federal prisoners incarcerated for drug offenses who were slapped with long sentences mandated under guidelines set during a drug-and-crime wave in the 1980s. Under current sentencing guidelines most of those prisoners would have already finished serving time.

Of the 46 prisoners whose sentences were commuted on Monday, 13 were sentenced to prison for life. Most of those commuted sentences will now end in November, a several month transition period that officials said allowed for arrangements to be made in halfway homes and other facilities.

After they’re released, the former prisoners will be supervised by probation officers and subject to conditions that were set during their original sentencing, which is some cases includes drug testing.

City Of New York Reaches $5.9 Million Settlement With Eric Garner’s Family

Well, that was a quick turn around. Just hours after rejecting a $5 million settlement from the city of New York over the brutal police killing of Eric Garner, the family has accepted the slightly higher $5.9 million settlement instead of pushing for the $75 million they initially stated they were after. Via New York Times:

New York City reached a settlement on Monday with the family of Eric Garner, agreeing to pay $5.9 million to resolve the claim over his killing by the police last July on Staten Island, according to a lawyer representing the family.

The agreement, reached days before the deadline to file suit in the death, appeared to be among the biggest reached so far as part of a strategy by the city comptroller, Scott C. Stringer, to settle major civil rights claims even before a lawsuit is filed. Mr. Stringer has said the aim is to save taxpayers the expense of a drawn-out trial and to give those bringing the suits and their families a measure of closure.

Jonathan C. Moore, the lawyer for Mr. Garner’s family, said the city had until Friday, the anniversary of the death, to come to an agreement. If none had been reached, a suit would have been filed.

“The City of New York has agreed to pay $5.9 million to resolve the Garner case,” Mr. Moore said.

The settlement was reached even as several inquiries into Mr. Garner’s death were still pending, including investigations by the United States attorney for the Eastern District of New York, the Civilian Complaint Review Board and state health officials, who are looking into the actions of emergency medical responders in treating Mr. Garner.

The Police Department has concluded its internal investigation but has yet to say whether any officers would be disciplined.

Son Of ‘El Chapo’ Posts Pics Of Escaped Convict to Instagram

Donald Trump may have real reason to worry. Escaped Mexican Drug Lord “El Chapo” is flaunting his newfound freedom on Instagram, flying planes and enjoying ice cold beer in public. Needless to say, the director of the prison he escaped from has been fired. Via DailyMail:

The director of the maximum-security prison where billionaire drug kingpin Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman staged his elaborate escape on Saturday has been fired, Mexican Interior Minister Miguel Ángel Osorio Chong, has said.

The announcement comes on the same day that photographs emerged of Guzman appearing to taunt authorities with his new-found freedom by drinking beer and flying in an airplane.

Officials are offering a reward up to 60million pesos (about $3.8million) for information leading up to the capture of Guzman, Mexico’s attorney general said.

A recent photo of Guzman shows him with a shaved head and without his trademark mustache he sported during his 2014 capture, according to CNN.

In the photos of Guzman celebrating his release, however, he appears to be sporting a full head of hair and a mustache.

Osorio Chong said that security footage of Guzman’s prison cell prior to his escape will also be released to the public.

The photos of Guzman drinking beer and flying on an airplane were sent to a blog which monitors the on-going drug war in Mexico by one of Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman’s sons, and were allegedly taken after his audacious escape just two days ago.

If the pics are real, he may want to chill with his geo-tagging. The last Mexican drug lord that flaunted his cash for the ‘gram got popped shortly thereafter…

Glory Johnson Seeking $20,000 Per Month In Spousal Support Fron Brittney Griner

After getting dumped by Brittney Griner, Glory Johnson is now looking to get paid.

The jilted wife of the WNBA superstar, who last month filed to annul their 28-day marriage, wants $20,000 a month in temporary spousal support and an additional $10,000 in attorney fees, according to court documents presented on June 29 in Maricopa County, Arizona.

ESPN reported Tuesday that an evidentiary hearing will be heard in August, allowing both sides to present their case in front of a judge.

An attorney for Johnson, also a WNBA player who is pregnant with twins via in vitro fertilization, claims that Griner has “far superior control over the family’s financial resources.”

Johnson is “without the necessary financial means to pay for legal representation in this matter,” lawyer Stasy Click also wrote in the court petition.

The former basketball power couple wed on May 8, just weeks after Griner and Johnson were arrested on domestic violence charges. Things appeared to be on the up and up between the two, with Johnson announcing her pregnancy on Instagram on June 4 – only for Griner to seek the annulment a day later.

Canadian Women Arrested For Bottle Bashing Brawl

Three Canadian women are currently in police custody after authorities say they got into an altercation with a New York Woman at a W hotel and smashed a champagne bottle over her head.

The NY Post reports:

Three Canadian women were arrested after they cracked a champagne bottle over a Massachusetts woman’s head at a wild party at a Times Square hotel, said the Port Authority Police.
The victim, 36, whose name is being withheld by The Post, was partying it up at the W Hotel on Broadway near Seventh Avenue Sunday just before midnight when she got into a fight with the three Canucks, according to the PAPD.
The women, identified as Monique Boakye-Yiadom, 35, Aleesha Williams, 26, and Amy Walker, 30, assaulted the Massachusetts woman and fled outside, sources said.

The victim suffered a huge gash to the face that required over 35 stitches, said the PAPD.

She was treated at Bellevue Hospital.

The culprits hopped into a Chrysler 300 with Ontario plates, but the victim followed them in her own car to the foot of the Lincoln Tunnel, sources said.

The victim alerted a PAPD cop who was on a foot post at the tunnel and they were all arrested, cops said.

The feisty women now all face assault charges, including gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.

All three of them were still awaiting arraignment at Manhattan criminal court.

Boakye-Yiadom lists herself as the CEO of a professional event planning company called Just For You Events.
