‘It means Kim can buy jeans, have them altered and be photographed in them within a matter of hours,’ revealed the source, who also claimed that Kim even gets her own Kardashian Kollection jeans tweaked.
‘Kim has a size 4 waist and size 10 bottom, so she often has to buy a size up and have jeans taken in at the waist for a snug fit. She’s only 5ft 2in, so they’re often taken up a few inches, too,’ added the source.

Vince Young, the former University of Texas and NFL quarterback from Houston who has been involved in a pair of lawsuits stemming from financial issues that arose during the 2011 NFL lockout, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Attorney Brian Kilmer of Houston filed the petition last week in a Houston federal bankruptcy court on Young’s behalf, listing Young with estimated assets between $500,001 and $1 million and liabilities between $1,001,000 and $10 million. No specific details on Young’s assets and liabilities were immediately available.
Over the last year, Young, 30, has been locked in a pair of lawsuits stemming from a $1.8 million loan obtained in his name during the 2011 lockout.
A New York state court has granted a judgment against Young to Pro Player Funding, a New York company that made the loan, which along with interest has grown to more than $2.5 million, according to a Pro Player attorney.
Pro Player Funding has made several efforts in a Harris County state district court to enforce collection of the judgment, but those efforts remain pending.
In the wake of the New York case, Young sued a group that included his former financial adviser, Ronnie Peoples of Raleigh, N.C., and his former agent, Major Adams II of Houston, claiming that the defendants defrauded him and conspired with Pro Player Funding to obtain the loan and that Young himself never received the money in question.
Lawyers in December said a settlement had been reached in the Peoples case, but that agreement has not been finalized.
Documents filed in the Peoples case include a financial statement as of July 2013 that listed Young and his wife, Candice, with assets totaling $1.8 million and liabilities totaling $2.5 million, including the New York state judgment. Young’s assets included five cars, his home, NFL annuity and 401(k) funds and jewelry valued at about $200,000.
While the state case continued, a Harris County district judge granted a temporary restraining order that prohibited Young from wasting or dissipating assets and limited him to $25,000 in monthly household expenses, including child support.

Florida police and residents are still searching for answers in the case of a 21-year-old man fatally shot by his neighbor who suspected him of being a burglar.

The gunman accused of chasing and killing a 21-year-old man at a west Orlando apartment complex on Thursday told police he was pursuing a suspected burglar and acted in self-defense after he was attacked.
A police account of the shooter’s self-defense claim obtained by the Orlando Sentinel suggests this could be the latest local homicide in which the state’s controversial “stand your ground” law becomes a factor.
Police were called to the shooting just before noon Thursday at the Fountains at MetroWest apartments. They arrived to find 21-year-old Ricardo Sanes dead in the grass, surrounded by six .45-caliber shell casings.
The alleged shooter, 32-year-old Claudius Smith, was caught later Thursday. Smith told detectives that he had shot someone “in self defense,” according to a police report.
Smith said he was inside his house on Carter Street when his girlfriend, looking at a outdoor surveillance monitor, spotted someone in dark clothing “walking around his yard,” who “was last seen climbing over the fence into” the apartment complex.
Smith told police he had been having “a recent problem with burglaries at his house … and he was certain the unknown male was responsible,” a police account states, so he “began chasing the unknown male.”
According to police, Smith admitted jumping the fence into the apartment complex, armed with a .45-caliber handgun, where he said he saw Sanes “looking into windows of apartments as he walked past them.”
Smith admitted pulling his gun and confronting Sanes, and when Sanes tried to walk away, Smith said he grabbed Sanes’ hooded sweatshirt and tried to force Sanes back to his house “so the police could be called.”
Smith told police Sanes “punched him in the mouth and grabbed for his gun.”
“[Smith's] immediate response was to pull the trigger and fire shots at [Sanes],” a report states. Smith said he feared Sanes was armed “because his pants were falling down” and his hands were in his hoodie pockets.
A preliminary examination of Sanes’ body revealed gunshots to his upper back and the back of his neck. Authorities found a .40-caliber handgun “concealed in the crotch area of [Sanes'] pants,” an affidavit states.
When police told Smith that Sanes appeared to only have wounds to his back, Smith reportedly claimed those must have been exit wounds. He admitted he didn’t know Sanes had a gun before police told him.
Smith’s sister told police that, when she saw her brother after the shooting, he was crying and vomiting, and told her he had shot and possibly killed “somebody trying to break into his house,” the report states.

Reportedly the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star quietly started NeNe Leakes Production True Entertainment last year and her spin-off “I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding” was the first show on the company’s roster. Not only was NeNe Leakes Production involved, she acted as executive producer for the show.
And it doesn’t seem that she has any intentions of slowing down now that a new year is upon us. “Been up early on conference calls all morning! Looks like 2014 is gonna b another amazing year #watch,” she tweeted last week.
Supposedly, NeNe’s already got three more series coming up for NeNe Leakes Production. That might include a dating show where NeNe helps her BFF Diana Gowins find a man. There’s no word on what the name of the show might be at this time.

Pusha T kicked off the new year by celebrating the 5th year anniversary of his clothing brand. Despite the harsh blizzard that hit New York City, friends and taste makers still came together as Pusha T hosted an evening of music and entertainment in honor of Play Cloths. The event took place at The Griffin in the Meatpacking District, where guests celebrated the success of the clothing company he started in 2008 with brother and collaborator “No Malice”.
Pusha was excited to celebrate the brand’s milestone achievement. “Play Cloths is near and dear to me, because it came along at a time when music wasn’t going so well for me,” he told friends and guests.
Guests enjoyed libations provided by Belaire Rose, D’Usse and Heineken while DJ Envy and DJ Wonder served the night’s entertainment, spinning classics with the mark of VA-based artists Clipse, The Neptunes, Missy Elliott, Timbaland, and the entire old StarTrak roster. Check the pics below:

The attorney for the family of a Charlotte man shot and killed last year says he is happy that the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office will resubmit voluntary manslaughter charges against a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officer, but says they are now “skeptical” about getting justice.
On Tuesday, a Mecklenburg County Grand Jury declined to indict Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department Officer Randall Kerrick on charges of voluntary manslaughter in the September 14 shooting death of Jonathan Ferrell.
Prosecutors from North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper’s office say they sought the indictment based on an investigation conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation as well as a separate investigation conducted by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
Investigators told WBTV that Officer Kerrick fired his weapon 12 times and struck Ferrell 10 times, resulting in his death.
On Tuesday, a Grand Jury asked the District Attorney for a lesser charge than voluntary manslaughter.
“We the Grand Jury respectfully request that the district attorney submit a bill of indictiment to a lesser-included or related offense,” the court papers stated.
Jonathan’s Family released the following statement:
“While we are pleased that the Attorney General is going to resubmit the charges against Randall Kerrick to a new Grand Jury on Monday, we are skeptical given their inability to secure an indictment yesterday,” the statement reads. “Jonathan Ferrell was a quality human being who worked hard and cared for those around him. He deserved better.”
“We are appreciative of the decision by Attorney General Roy Cooper to return to the Grand Jury on Monday to seek an indictment on the original charge of voluntary manslaughter.
We are also appreciative of those in the Charlotte community who are supporting the cause of justice in Jonathan’s case.
We are convinced that the evidence in this case warrants an indictment for voluntary manslaughter and not for some lesser offense.
We urge everyone to allow those in the criminal justice system a full opportunity to meet their professional responsibilities.
The Ferrell family has faith in God that justice will prevail in the end and that Jonathan’s death will not have been in vain.”

The reason for Breezy spazzing out on his mom was never revealed, but now a source has come forward to claim that a comment his mother made about him being violent towards women was what set him off.

Joyce Hawkins was so upset when Chris Brown, 24, yelled at her during their blowout fight at his anger management rehab facility that she opened her mouth and said the most hurtful thing she could think of — and it happened to be about Chris’ painful past with his ex Rihanna. Of course, there was no excuse for Chris getting violent and throwing a rock at his mother’s car, but it helps to hear the full story nonetheless.

Whatever happened years ago with Destiny’s Child is water under the bridge for LeToya Luckett when it comes Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé.
The “Single Ladies” star sat down for a quick chat with Wendy Williams on Tuesday and before she ran out of time, Wendy wanted to know where things stand for the old band mates.
When asked if she was still cool with Kelly and Bey, LeToya said they were all fine with each other. They’re on good terms, but she wasn’t at Beyonce’s wedding, which didn’t come as a surprise to anyone.
LeToya did note that she’s spoken on the phone with Kelly rather recently to deliver her best wishes to the bride-to-be. Since they’re close enough to have each other’s phone numbers, Wendy had to ask whether she was on the guest list for Kelly’s wedding.
“You know what? I don’t know!” LeToya politely said, adding that she had spoken with Kelly about the engagement. “I called her and congratulated. I’m so happy for her.”
Can’t say we’re too surprised that LeToya wasn’t there to watch Beyonce become Mrs. Carter…wonder if she’ll invite them to her wedding when the time comes?
