British Woman Exposes Sexual Abuse At The Hands Of Her Father

A father made the startling statement to his daughter as he proceeded to take away her virginity when she was only 12-years old.

Gemma Schembri, now 21, has decided to share her story to help other girls who have suffered like her.

According to her, the abuse really heated up after he parents separated.

She said: ‘He started to sexually abuse me when I stayed with him and it went on for over a year. He was very manipulative and controlled my thoughts to make me believe it was normal.

Daily Mail reports: ‘The first time he raped me he said afterwards, “Well it was better that it was with me than with some random person in a hotel”.’

Gemma said she didn’t realise what her father was doing was wrong and it took her years to pluck up the courage to reveal she was a victim of abuse.

She explains: ‘My mum hadn’t spoken to me about sexual abuse and what type of touching was acceptable and what wasn’t. It took me two years to tell someone I was being abused as I didn’t realize it was wrong at first and then, when I did, I didn’t know how to broach the subject with my mum.’

As a result of her ordeal, Gemma is now supporting a campaign by the NSPCC – who supported her as she came to terms with her experiences.

It was after she finally confided in her mother that Gemma’s abuse at the hands of her father finally ended and he was arrested, charged and eventually jailed for nine years.

9 years?!?! That’s it?!?! One would think that raping and mind-fawking your daughter would be grounds for a life sentence, guess not…

Baby Suffers Fractured Skull After Father Slams Her To The Ground

A Chicago man is in police custody after police arrived to his home and found that he slammed his 1-year-old daughter to the ground while high on drugs.

A 21-year-old man slammed his 1-year-old daughter on the ground in a “fit of rage” and tried to bite officers who responded to the 911 call in the Logan Square neighborhood Sunday night.

The child is in critical condition at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She has a fractured skull.

Neighbors in the 2800 block of North Spaulding Avenue called police around 10:50 p.m. to report an argument.

Police arrived and found the man had punched the child’s mother and slammed the baby to the ground by her feet, according to police. The man was believed to be high on amphetamines, police said.

The man tried to bite responding officers, who hit him with an “open hand” and arrested him.

He was taken to a hospital for self-inflicted wounds but has since been discharged to the custody of Chicago police, authorities said.

How do people that do these horrible things to defenseless, innocent children live with themselves??

Texter Causes Florida Man To Shoot Up Movie Theater

A moviegoer shot two people—one of them fatally—this afternoon, reportedly after one of them refused to stop texting during a movie.

According to Fox 13 in Tampa Bay, a man and his wife were watching a matinee showing of Lone Survivor when they asked the couple in front of them to stop texting. An “altercation” followed, and the man reportedly pulled out a handgun and shot the two people in front him.

“The victim was on his cell phone. He was texting. We believe he was making some kind of noise. This noise led to an altercation between the suspect and the victim,” Sheriff Chris Nocco told FOX 13.

Both victims were rushed to the hospital, where the man later died. Another moviegoer reportedly detained the suspect until police arrived.

“It’s absolutely crazy it would rise to this level,” Sheriff Nocco said.

Why does this woman bring to mind Cruella Deville? A Queens elementary principal already under fire for her frequent absences and terrible conditions at the school is now being criticized for making the kids — many whose families are struggling financially — pay upwards of $100 for tuxes and gowns for a yearly prom!

Kids at Queens’ notorious “School of No” have been forced to pay for a bizarre fifth-grade party at which their principal makes them dress up as little brides and grooms, The Post has learned — as the DOE announced that it would probe conditions at the school.

PS 106’s fur-clad principal, Marcella Sills — who is known for frequently being absent — has for at least the past three years orchestrated an annual prom at a posh rental hall.
She has required parents to pay more than $110 per child for the shindig.

The girls must wear white wedding-type dresses, and the boys rent tuxedos with tails, sources told The Post.

The kids, many of whom live below the poverty line, must foot the bill for the strange get-ups, which Sills personally picks out at stores such as Men’s Wearhouse and David’s Bridal, parents and ex-teachers said.

Sills, meanwhile, sets herself up as the belle of the ball — donning her own long, white bridal-type gown for the event, which was held last June at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach. Last year’s strapless outfit came with elbow-length white gloves, photos show.

“It’s absurd,” said one former teacher at the crumbling Far Rockaway school.

“This is a school where children are given a free breakfast and free lunch, and you’re asking them to pay money for a lavish, unnecessary event.”

As the school put on a yearly formal ball, kids don’t have basic school necessities. “Some children didn’t have materials because their parents couldn’t afford them,” a former teacher said. “It was a struggle and a fight to get crayons, pencils and a notebook.”

Sills could not be reached for comment.

The school struggles to provide basic classroom supplies and actual instruction, said former teachers and students.

It became known as the “School of No” because it provides no gym, no art classes, no textbooks covering the Common Core standards and no proper nurse’s office.

Sources described PS 106 as dysfunctional, with rat-infested trailers for kindergarten classrooms and movies playing daily for all grades.

Sills often doesn’t show up, and is hours late when she does come in. Last week, she missed every school day but one. Nevertheless, she manages through fear and retaliation, sources said.

She cuts quite a figure, when she does appear. She arrives in a BMW wearing expensive fur coats. She makes a base $128,000 salary. “She’s evil,” former PS 106 teacher Patricia Walsh said. “She finds pleasure in ruining people’s lives.”

After reading The Post’s report on the school, schools Chancellor Carmen Fariña on Sunday announced an investigation into what she called “deeply troubling” revelations.

Fariña said she is sending her second-in-command, Deputy Chancellor Dorita Gibson, to the school Monday morning “to review the situation at PS 106 and determine what is going on there.”

SMH… Sounds like this woman is overdue for a pink slip. We’re surprised she hasn’t been jumped yet riding around in a BMW rocking minks while the kids are just struggling to survive.

Former American Idol Contestant Corey Clark Accuses Show Of Racial Discrimination

Former 2003 American Idol contestant Corey Clark was one of the front-runners  in the second season where he made it to the top 10 finalist round before being disqualified from the competition after the show’s producers found out about a previous arrest which Corey allegedly failed to them about when before hand.

Fast forward more than a decade later and the booted singer, who was reportedly involved in  an affair with then-Idol judge Paula Abdul, is still trying to clear his name.

Corey Clark may be best remembered as the 2003 American Idol contestant who allegedly had an affair with former judge Paula Abdul, but he wants to be known as a talented singer and is suing Idol to prove it.  He is talking exclusively to RumorFix about a $250 million dollar claim against the FOX talent competition.

After being hailed as one of the most impressive finalists of the second season, Corey made it to the Top Ten. That’s when was disqualified — not for hooking up with Paula — but for allegedly withholding information about a previous arrest.

The 33-year-0ld has always maintained that he never lied to Idol and has been trying for 10 years to get the documents from FOX to prove he never should have been disqualified. And, now the father of three has provided RumorFix with the paper work that he says proves his case.

He points out that the first page of the background check is dated April 2, 2003, which was two days after he was disqualified from the show. However, the second page of the document, which shows the arrest, is dated January 15, 2003 — which is three months before they axed him. “That means American Idol lied,” he tells us, explaining they knew about the arrest long before he made it to the finals. He also contends he verbally told producers about the arrest.

In addition to accusing American Idol producers of shady antics when it came to his disqualification, Corey us also alleging that it had to do with the fact that he’s black.

And, here’s one more element to his lawsuit– Corey is claiming racial discrimination.

Since the show’s inception there have been sixteen contestants who have been disqualified — most due to misdemeanor arrests. Corey says all sixteen have been African Americans.

“They have never disqualified a white contestant openly. If they have it was quietly it was done behind closed doors,” he says.

These are some pretty heavy allegations. Wonder if Corey’s former secret-squirrel cougar lady Paula Abdul will help him move this forward…

It’s no secret that G.O.O.D music guru Kanye West has a very low tolerance for fawkery when he or his future Mrs. Kimmy Cakes are out in public and he reportedly reached his boiling point moments ago….in the worst way.

Kanye West just attacked an 18-year-old guy inside the waiting room of a chiropractor’s office … for allegedly calling him the N-word … TMZ has learned.

Kanye and Kim were at a Beverly Hills medical building when they were swarmed by photogs. We’re told the guy allegedly said to Kim, “F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs”" — referring to the paparazzi. Kim then told him it was not appropriate to use the N-word.

We’re told he then screamed at her, “F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut.”

Apparently that got Kim hot as fish grease … she watched the guy walk into an office. A short time later Kanye arrived and went into the office.

Sources say Kanye and Kim rushed into the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill and found the 18-year-old sitting there. Witnesses say Kanye punched the guy and Kim screamed, “We have it all on tape.”

Dayyyuuum homie! We knew ‘Ye had that look in his eye when he was scowling at the paps on his date night out with Kim yesterday. But this guy does kinda sound like he had it coming THIS time, riiiigghht?

Feminists Attack Juicy J For Twerk Scholarship

Yesterday, Juicy J announced the winner of the $50,000 twerking scholarship that he began advertising earlier this year. The winner, 19-year-old Biology major Zaire Holmes won the scholarship by actually reading the fine print of the contest and NOT twerking.

It turns out twerking was not required. Congratulations are in order for Ms. Holmes. She is not only a student, but also a full time single mom, with a clear cut set of goals for becoming a doctor and achieving her dreams. That’s awesome and I am peacock proud of the sister for doing the damn thing!

But I’m absolutely incensed at Juicy J for even daring to invoke respectability politics when announcing his choice of winner.

In the opening scene of the video, Juicy J says, “Fifty thousand dollars is a lot of money and I don’t want to waste it on just some girl twerking her ass. You don’t deserve it.”

I mean look, perhaps it was wrong of us not to recognize the master mind behind “Bands A Make Her Dance,” was incapable of noble intentions toward sisters hustling trying to make it. Who knew that he would use this scholarship as a sick experiment to add credibility to his premise, (i.e. girls will dance for money.)?

But that is the thing we should be clear about. Juicy J wanted girls to twerk, framed it as a twerking competition, and then had the nerve to try to make a ratchet project respectable not by simply taking responsibility for his choice but rather by shaming the sisters who participated.

Yes, many of these women twerked, but they twerked on their own terms, they twerked while reading Dorothy Roberts, they twerked with friends, they twerked for enjoyment.
So while Juicy J might have capitulated to calls to make his process more “respectable” by not requiring a girl to shake her ass for money, he also undercut that by shaming the women who did exactly what he asked them to do.

He seems to have some sick, twisted Captain Save a Ho complex, wherein he wants to be a Sugar Daddy for some girl from the hood, a la E-40. But since he doesn’t fundamentally respect the girls who dance in the club for money, he deems them all unworthy of being saved through his $50 thousand dollar gift.

Sexism warps the mind and the dulls the thinking. Clearly.

Some part of me thinks that we feminists got what we deserved: our willingness to keep on trying to resist and subvert patriarchy often only ends up showing us how much we don’t control the terms of the conversation. And maybe our goal should not just be resistance any longer, but fullscale revolt, because in this instance, Black women got played. But we’re still figuring out what revolution looks like, and unfortunately we still believe these sexist assholes are redeemable and mean us some good.

Sexism doesn’t work that way though. Or rather it works exactly this way. He gives out a few crumbs to Zaire, and transforms her life. She is exceptional and he gets to be the Patron Saint of Hustlin Hood Chicks. All the while, his contempt for women in general and sex workers in particular remains in check and thinly veiled.

In the end, Juicy J switched things up, invoked respectability, invited a kind of derisiveness towards twerkers, and thought he would come out looking like a stand up guy.

But…

A Mexican motorist was busted drunken driving after his pet parakeet ratted him out to police.

Guillermo Reyes, 49, was pulled over by traffic officers at a routine alcohol checkpoint in Mexico City last week.

As he got out of his blue Chevy to be tested, cops heard a voice saying: “He’s drunk, he’s drunk.”

At first, they thought someone else was inside the vehicle.
But, on closer inspection, they were stunned to see it was Reyes’ beloved bird turned snitch.

El Universal reports that Reyes was indeed found to be drunk and was subsequently arrested.

Animal Surveillance Brigade officers were called to take the mouthy critter away.

But they eventually allowed him to accompany his owner to prison after it was feared the bird would die if separated from his owner, reports El Universal.

The duo was taken to El Torito, the capital city’s “hangover prison,” where anyone found driving with more than the legal 0.08 alcohol limit is taken to sober up and stay the night.

SMH. Sounds like he got off kinda easy but next time don’t bring the bird to the bar if he can’t keep his trap shut!!!

North Carolina Car Lot Accused Of Predatory Lending Practices Against Black People

More than a few “Buy Here, Pay Here” car dealerships in North Carolina have some explaining to do as they have recently been accused of engaging in predatory lending practices targeting African-American customers.

Federal and state prosecutors are suing the owners and operators of “buy-here, pay here” used-car dealerships in Charlotte, saying they engaged in predatory lending practices against black customers.

The U.S. Department of Justice announced Monday that the lawsuit was filed by its office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina and the N.C. Department of Justice.

Their lawsuit alleges that defendants Auto Fare Inc., Southeastern Auto Corp. and Zudhi A. Saadeh violated federal law by intentionally targeting black customers for unfair and predatory sale terms.

Prosecutors also said Saadeh has used racial slurs to refer to blacks and made statements saying blacks have fewer credit options, making them more likely to accept the predatory contracts.

The complaint also alleges that the defendants failed to provide customers with a reasonable notice of repossession, repossessed vehicles from customers who were not in default and failed to give customers refunds they were due.

An attorney for Saddeh said Monday her client denies the allegations.

After a year away from American Idol, Jennifer Lopez is returning to the judges’ panel a changed woman.

“That was such a transformative year for me in so many ways,” Lopez told reporters Monday ahead of Wednesday’s premiere of Idol’s 13th season. “I had just divorced, I went on tour with the kids, and I left Idol. All my security blankets were gone, and I was out there doing something I had never done before.”

But as she travelled the globe on her first world tour, she relied on support from her mother and boyfriend Casper Smart, whom Lopez called “fantastic” with her twins Emme and Max, 5.

“I was surrounded by love and family,” said Lopez, 44. “I really grew. My goal was not to come out the other side and just survive it but grow as a human being as well as an artist, and I felt I did. I learned a lot.”

One thing Lopez has learned is to accept that she is someone who prefers to be in a relationship.

“I’m one of those people who does not like to be alone,” she said. “I have no shame saying that at this point in my life. I think we have to own who we are.”

As for the broom-jumping…

“I don’t know. We’ll see. I don’t know,” she said when asked if she would like to get married for the fourth time. “You know, I’ve always believed in that institution. I believe in it, but it is difficult. I’ve had my challenges, but at the same time I believe in love, and I think that is the main thing.”

Sounds like she’s not ready for her fourth divorce quite yet…we’ll give her some time.

And I’ve enjoyed that wild side of his personality as well. He’s got a side where he’s very definite, and he’s powerful, and he’s an amazing person. And he has the side that he shows to his family where he’s the most amazing dad, and partner, and son in law. You know…he’s a great guy.

On rumors she told Khloe to get a nose job as a child:
She and I joke about that all the time. I think what happened was…I hadn’t read the article but it was a joke. We were teasing.
