Woman Admits She Lied About Father Having Forced Sex With Her

Nearly 16 years after a New York man was jailed for having forced sex with his 9-year-old daughter, that victim has publicly come forward admitting that she lied all along.

Chaneya Kelly, now 24, says the graphic stories she told about her father that sentenced him to 20-to-40 years in prison were never true.

“I’m 24 years old and I made this mistake when I was 9 years old,” she told NBC, “but it’s never too late to try and right your wrong.”

It was October, 1997 when Chaneya says her mother, a former drug abuser and occasional prostitute for drug money, pulled her aside while she was leaving their bathroom in Newburgh.

“She repeatedly asked me, has my dad touched me,” recalled Chaneya. “I was like, ‘What do you mean, did he touch me?’ And she was like, ‘Did he touch you in your no-no spot?’ And I would repeatedly say no.”

Her father, Daryl Kelly, a Navy veteran and married father of five, had been trying to kick a drug habit himself at the time but never harmed her in any way, she’d later say.

But her mother, not hearing what she wanted, became demanding, until allegedly threatening her: “If you don’t tell me the answer that I want to hear, I’m going to beat you.”

The 9-year-old succumbed to her threats, allowing her mother to call the police and take down her daughter’s statements, after allegedly going over exactly what her father had allegedly done to her.

Since then Daryl Kelly has filed multiple appeals that have been denied.

After Chaneya was permitted to visit her father in prison at the age of 16, she says she’s been fortunate enough to renew their relationship after he accepted her apology.

Recalling the first time she was able to see him, she says he told her that he still loves her dearly.

“The first thing my dad did was that he hugged me and he told me that he loved me and … that he doesn’t blame me for anything,” Chaneya recalled. “It was priceless to me.”

State prosecutors are said to be currently reviewing his case.

Daryl Kelly says that even if he serves out his sentence he won’t be vindicated unless cleared of wrong-doing.

“It’s not just for me,” he told NBC, “It’s for my daughter as well.”

The promoter of four Chris Brown concerts in Canada scheduled this summer says the events have been canceled.

Stephen Tobin, owner of Drop Entertainment Group, said Monday that the decision was made after consulting with Brown and in light of his recent personal and health-related issues.

The R&B star had his probation reinstated Friday after he was involved in an alleged hit-and-run accident. The hit-and-run charge was dismissed earlier.

Brown also suffered a seizure earlier this month.

Brown’s publicist, Nicole Perna, said the Grammy-winning performer regrets that he won’t be able to perform.

Brown has been dealing with legal problems since 2009, when he was arrested for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna and was first placed on probation.

Set two extra places at the table, because Kim Zolciak is having twins! The Real Housewives of Atlanta star will be having not one, but two bundles of joy with her fifth pregnancy, a source confirms to Us Weekly (E! was the first to break the news).

“Kim is having a lot of anxiety about her pregnancy, she’s completely changed her ways,” the source tells Us. “She’s reached out to some nutritionists and other specialists about staying healthy as of recent.”

Earlier this year, the reality star — who is already mother to sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months, with husband Kroy Biermann, as well as daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from a previous relationship — shared a photo of her very pregnant belly in sweats, captioning the snap, “You asked for it … here is my baby bump this morning!”

Zolciak confirmed the pregnancy during a June 25 episode of her Bravo spinoff series Don’t Be Tardy after Us Weekly first broke the news earlier that month.

“Pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant,” she read off the results from several at-home pregnancy tests to her footballer husband, 27. “Kroy, we have not one negative test.” Her pregnancy comes just nine months after the birth of Kash, who was born just 14 months after big brother KJ.

“How exciting is that, love muffin?” she exclaimed as she hugged the Atlanta Falcons player. “You did it again, lovey … Are you excited, love muffin? It must be the athlete sperm.”

Zolciak, 35, “loves being pregnant,” another source told Us in June. “She really wants a little girl.”

Man Hacks Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook Page

Mark Zuckerberg had his Facebook page broken into because the tech company’s own security team ignored a benevolent hacker.

Writing in broken English, Palestinian hacker Khalil Shreateh twice contacted Facebook’s security team to tell them about the bug, which allowed him to post on a user’s timeline even if they weren’t accepted friends.

In theory, Shreateh should have been blocked from posting through one of Facebook’s highly touted new security features that gives users the ability to filter who can post messages on their timelines.

Shreateh found a way around Facebook’s defenses but the company’s security team said that his method was “not a bug” according to the hacker’s blog post, as reported by tech blog Gizmodo.

Frustrated by the lack of response, Shreateh showed the power of his find by posting on Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s timeline.

“Dear Mark Zuckerberg,” Shreateh’s post began, “First sorry for breaking your privacy and post to your wall, I has no other choice to make after all the reports i sent to Facebook team.”

Shreateh then went on to explain his two failed attempts to work with Facebook’s white hat security team — who pay hackers a minimum of $500 to find problems with the social network’s site.

“i appreciate your time reading this and getting some one from your company team to contact me,” Shreateh wrote to end his message to Zuckerberg.

Someone from Facebook did get in contact with Shreateh but the hacker didn’t get the $500 reward the company promises to hackers.

Instead, Facebook temporarily shut down Shreateh’s Facebook page “as a precaution” and told the hacker that his previous messages did not contain enough technical information to prove that he had indeed hacked the site.

Adding insult to injury, Facebook’s security team told Shreate: “We are unfortunately not able to pay you for this vulnerability because your actions violated our Terms of Service. We do hope, however, that you continue to work with us to find vulnerabilities in the site.”

Incensed, Shreateh wrote on his blog, calling “bulls–t” on Facebook’s security team by creating a YouTube video proving his hack worked. View the video here.

It’s classic Kardashian — The show will air Friday — the last day the show is on the air. Kris wants a huge rating that day, because Fox will be making a decision on whether to pick the show up for a full series — something she desperately wants.

The pic was flashed on the screen for a brief second, so no one in the audience could sneak a pic from the monitor. We’re told the pictures will last a lot longer when the show is put together before it airs.

Kim and Kanye had initially decided to either give the first pics to a fancy magazine or release it on social media. They also toyed with the notion of raising money for charity, but ultimately decided that charity begins at home.

Mother And 3-Year-Old Daughter Simultaneously Diagnosed With Cancer

A mother and her young daughter from Oregon are suffering through what has to be one of the most difficult things a family could ever go through as they were both recently diagnosed with different types of Cancer.

Summar Ruelle was in the best shape of her life when she got devastating news.

The 35-year-old mother of two had just lost 60 pounds of stubborn baby weight via diet and rigorous exercise like kickboxing and running.

Then in late August of last year, the Beaverton, Ore., mom discovered a mass in her left breast. A mammogram showed nothing but an ultrasound and subsequent tests told a different story: Summar had Stage IV breast cancer which had spread to her lymph nodes, spine, ribs, hips and collar bone.

Careening from appointment to appointment, Summar suddenly found herself debating mastectomy, chemo and the removal of her ovaries with a clutch of strangers in white coats.

But a week later, all that seemed insignificant to her.

The Ruelles’ 3-year-daughter Sapphire, who’d been suffering from unexplained bruises and idiopathic fevers, had been to the doctor for some tests, as well, and the results were unthinkable. Sapphire had leukemia.

“I was absolutely devastated,” says Summar, now 36. “It was like my diagnosis became nonexistent at that moment. I wanted to cancel everything – my surgery, my treatments. I wanted to forget all of that. I felt I needed to be there for her.”

How horrible for this family to have to go through this! Summar also described some of what she and her daughter have suffered through so far.

Shortly after both mom and daughter were diagnosed, “we were literally in surgery at the same time at two different hospitals,” says Summar. “But it was necessary. We didn’t have the luxury of time. I couldn’t waste any more time and she couldn’t have any delays. We had to both go forward.”

“At one point, she didn’t think her hair was going to grow back until she was an adult,” says Summar. “She started crying and my mom explained that when she stopped her medicine, it would grow back. But that was tough for her, she asked about the hair a lot.”

“Our scenario is so unique,” she says. “I haven’t found any moms in my position. There was another mother with a sick child but then the child passed away. It’s really tough.”

Tasha Marbury is ready to make a name for herself on season 5 of “Basketball Wives”!

You might not know much about Tasha, but you’ve probably heard of her huby Stephon Marbury. After wrapping a season with the Boston Celtics in 2009, the former NBA player announced that he’d signed a contract to play with the Beijing Ducks out in China.

But with season 5 of VH1′s hit reality show, Tasha is hoping that people will get to know the woman behind the man.

“I decided to do ‘Basketball Wives’ this year because I wanted to kind of step out of my husband’s shadow, and I thought it would be a great experience,” Tasha explained. “And to do something new.”

Tasha had some jitters while filming early on because she’s seen past seasons, and she knew that the cast can definitely throw down. Keeping that in mind, Tasha expected there to be some friction heading into her shooting schedule.

“I was really nervous, the first three or four times that I filmed. I didn’t know whether there was going to be fighting or things thrown at [me],” Tasha confided. “I just didn’t know what to expect. I just prayed about it.”

The newest “BBW” revealed that although she’s tried to keep the peace while on camera, she’s not going to be anyone’s push over.

“I’m trying to walk a thin line where I’m not fighting or arguing, or saying the wrong words,” she said. “I mean, I’ve said a few curse words, but I haven’t had any fights!”

Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Boy

A 39-year-old teacher has been arrested on forced sex and sodomy charges involving a student under the age of 16, it emerged today.

Sixth-grade teacher Jennifer Collins McNeill, from Alabama, is alleged to have had a sexual affair with a boy aged between 12 and 16 from April 2012 to June 2013.

McNeill worked at Thorsby High School where she primarily taught six graders. She was also a sponsor for the cheerleader team.

She was arrested on the day students returned to school from the summer break, AL.com reported.

Sheriff Kevin Davis says his office began investigating allegations that McNeill was having sex with a student after they got a call from the Department of Human Resources.

‘A very good investigation has been done. In my opinion, some very strong evidence has been collected throughout that investigation,’ Sheriff Davis said.

The married teacher’s arrest stunned school chiefs.

‘That we’re all shocked and disappointment doesn’t describe it,’ said Chilton County Schools Superintendent Dave Hayden.

He said she was placed on administrative leave, but it has yet to be determined if she will continue to receive her full pay.

Warrants filed in court show that McNeill is charged with having had sexual intercourse with a juvenile male less than 16 years of age, but older than 12, between April 10, 2012 and June 28 of this year.

The juvenile does not go to school at Thorsby, but is a student in the county.

Sheriff Davis told WTOX parents had to be able to trust teachers.

He said: ‘I dropped off my 12-year-old this morning for the first day of school like other parents across this county and the state for that matter.

‘I take a certain amount of responsibility for those kids through school resource officers and us trying to keep them protected through that side, but we also entrust, as parents, a lot of trust to teachers and principals and administrators of the school system.’

McNeill was charged with six counts of second degree forced sex and two counts of second degree sodomy.

News crews who attempted to speak with McNeill got no reply at her home a block from the High School where she taught.

The person behind the suit is Rashida Salaam — who claims she took a gig as an unpaid intern for Bad Boy Entertainment from January 2012 to May 2012 and couldn’t BELIEVE the kinds of work they had her do for free: answering telephones, getting lunch and coffee for paid employees, making deliveries, gift-wrapping presents and decorating the office during holidays

Salaam probably has a real case, thanks to recent changes in the law regarding unpaid internships (no more free labor for course credit) … but we’re guessing she’s probably hurting her chance at landing a full-time gig with the company by filing the suit.

A judge denied Gucci Mane a court house request to have community service in the case of an assault where the Atlanta rapper allegedly struck a man in the head with a bottle.

Gucci was arrested earlier this year for allegedly striking a fan in the head with a bottle in the V.I.P. section of an Atlanta club.

A Fulton County judge denied the rapper the request.

At press time, a trial date was not set in the assault case, but Atlanta Fox 5 is reporting that they expect a trial before year’s end.

Gucci would take Chris Brown’s 1,000 hours of community service over going back to jail any day.

The actress — who plays Tara on the show — filed divorce docs to end her 8-year-marriage to actor Jacob Fishel … citing the go-to reason — irreconcilable differences.

Rutina is more successful than Fishel and presumably pulls in a lot more bank, but she’s asking the judge to reject any claim he might make for spousal support.

Rutina and Jacob met at Juilliard back when they were students … and tied the knot when they graduated in June, 2005. They have no kids.

Woman Dislocates Jaw While Trying To Eat Burger

A woman bit off more than she could chew at a burger restaurant and was left nursing a dislocated jaw.
Nicola Peate’s jaw locked while she was eating the triple-patty ‘Kids in America Burger’ at Almost Famous in Liverpool.

Colleagues laughed it off when the incident first happened during a work night out on and after fiance Neil finished the remainder of the burger, the pair made their way home – oblivious to the seriousness of the injury.

But by the time Nicola, 25, arrived at work the next day, the pain had become unbearable.
She said: ‘I didn’t think I’d dislocated it – you don’t expect it to happen eating a burger.

‘But I tried to eat it with a knife and fork and couldn’t. I couldn’t open my mouth fully.
‘It felt like I had cramp in my tongue, then I started to get an ear ache and a headache.

‘The next morning I woke up and felt really, really ill. The whole side of my head was hurting.

‘Then it started to feel like it was in my jaw and I knew I’d dislocated it.’

An x ray in the Emergency Department at the Royal Liverpool Hospital confirmed Nicola’s fears and a doctor quickly manipulated her jaw back into place using his thumbs.

‘The minute it went back in it was like turning a tap off in my head,’ Nicola remembered. ‘All the tension just went.’

Nicola has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), which means she has hyper-flexible joints that are unstable and therefore prone to dislocation, so she has visited many hospitals over the years.

The clinical director of the Royal’s Emergency Department Kathryn Clark said: ‘Thankfully, incidents such as this are rare but our staff are very experienced in diagnosing and correcting dislocations.

‘I hope that in future, she takes more care when eating over-sized burgers.

‘If food is too large, we would recommend cutting it into more manageable chunks, particularly if you have Elhers-danlos syndrome.’

A spokeswoman for Almost Famous invited Nicola to enjoy a burger on them – complete with an emergency kit including cutlery and painkillers should she need it.

She said: While it’s something that people joke about quite often, this is definitely the first instance of jaw dislocation as a result of an Almost Famous burger we’ve ever heard of.’

They should have left her jaw broke for being so stupid.

Man Has Forced Sex With Wife

A Silicon Valley real estate magnate has been accused of putting a spiked dog collar and leash on his pregnant wife before chaining her to the bed at gunpoint for two days and having forced sex with her with a golf putter.

Details of the alleged horrific incident emerged in court this week during 74-year-old Clyde Berg’s preliminary hearing on charges of corporal injury of a spouse and sexual penetration by force.

His Swedish wife Ellena Berg, 37, was found bloodied and bound in the couple’s San Jose home last year when she was nine-months pregnant and told police her elderly husband outfitted her with the leash and chained her to the bed while sexually assaulting her with the golf club.

Berg is not the father of her child.

She took the stand yesterday at Santa Clara County Hall of Justice to present her version of events to a judge who must now decide if there is enough evidence to hold Berg over for trial.

The real estate magnate – who is worth $200 million – vehemently denies the charges and claims he’s the victim of a scam to get around a restrictive prenuptial agreement.

He faces 15 years to life in prison.

During her testimony yesterday, Ellena shocked the court by refusing to answer to key questions – one about a night in 2010 when she was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and how her two previous pregnancies ended.

The San Jose Mercury News reported that when the 37-year-old said, ‘I refuse to answer that’, in response to one of the questions, the judge’s eyes widened.

The Swedish native has claimed in a 43-page civil suit that the incident capped off ten years of physical and sexual abuse at the hands of her husband.

The divorce papers state that Clyde Berg wielded his considerable power against her like ‘a weapon of mass destruction’ and claim she lived in virtual isolation ‘as a slave’ in fear of his unpredictable physical and sexual abuse.

She said he made her drink out of a dog’s water bowl and dunked her head in the toilet after she vomited from morning sickness.

There have already been doubts raised about her account of what happened on the night of September 4 after gynecological reports that arguably show Ellena Berg did not sustain the degree of sexual abuse she claims and questions were raised as to how she was able to call 911 while her hands were cuffed behind her back.

Clyde Berg is the brother and business partner of billionaire Carl Berg, one of the richest people in the United States.

Ellena Berg has also obtained a restraining order against Clyde Berg and has custody of Rudy, the couple’s beloved Weimaraner, whom she claimed was also abused by her estranged husband.

She is his third wife.
