Cops Force Women Into Performing Sex Favors By Threatening Arrest

Two thirst bucket Florida cops are rightfully under fire after it was revealed that they threatened forced two women with arrest during a traffic stoop unless the women agreed to perform sex favors for them.

Prosecutors are hitting a Lauderhill cop where it hurts, charging him with a felony for getting a female drunken driver to punch him in the groin, according to the Broward State Attorney’s Office.

According to arrest reports, Officer Franklin Hartley ordered the passenger to perform [mouth] sex on him, then had [sex] with her.

Officer Thomas Merenda asked the victim to punch him in the [groin area].

Merenda, “who at the time of the incident was an on-duty public servant, did intentionally, unlawfully and corruptly request and accept the benefit of having the victim … strike him in the groin by threatening arrest, citation or seizure,” according to Merenda’s arrest report.

Officers Thomas Merenda and Franklin Hartley turned themselves in Thursday night. Both are charged with unlawful compensation, a felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison, and battery, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 60 days.

These two sickos should really be ashamed. SMH.

Zimbabwe Opens ‘Blacks Only’ Stock Exchange

The plan to grab mining companies, most of which are South African-owned, follows President Robert Mugabe’s landslide re-election last week.

Saviour Kasukawere, the ‘indigenisation’ minister, said on Tuesday that the government or black Zimbabweans would take 51 per cent of the shares in all major foreign-owned companies, valued at about £4.8 billion. No compensation will be paid.

John Robertson, an independent economist in Harare, said: “There is no logic in that plan. He is in danger of introducing economic apartheid which is absurd.”

Mr Robertson added: “I think this is only politicking and there is no substance to this.”

Metals and minerals, including platinum and gold, accounted for 71 per cent, or £480 million, of Zimbabwe’s total exports last year.

South Africa has a bilateral trade and protection agreement with Zimbabwe. If the regime presses ahead and seizes a controlling stake in South African mining companies, they could use these agreements to secure compensation or the return of assets via international courts.

Whether Mr Mugabe’s regime would respect any such rulings is another question.
Mr Mugabe seized almost all of Zimbabwe’s white-owned farms, often in defiance of court orders, and without compensation.

The government taking over all wealth and means of production? Hey, it worked for the white peoples of the Soviet Union, it should work even better for the black peoples of Zimbabwe! Do you think this is just another form apartheid?

Shayanna Jenkins Tried To Hide Evidence After Murder

Investigators in the Aaron Hernandez murder case searched a Bristol storage unit rented in the name of his fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, because they believed she made “overt attempts to hide evidence … and to hinder and mislead” the investigation, according to court documents released Friday.

Jenkins has not been charged in connection with the June 17 shooting death of Odin Lloyd, her sister’s boyfriend. In the newly released documents, investigators cite surveillance video, text messages and an interview with the sister, Shaneah, to suggest Shayanna Jenkins may have had knowledge of what happened to the gun used in the shooting.

Hernandez, the former New England Patriots star from Bristol, has been charged with first-degree murder.

According to the documents, he called Jenkins the day after Lloyd’s body was found because he wanted to dispose of weapons in his house.

The records released Friday detail Shayanna Jenkins’ actions on June 18, the day after Lloyd’s body was found near Hernandez’s Massachusetts home. That day, the Jenkins sisters and two of the girls’ uncles — Azia Jenkins and Donnie Smith, both of Bristol — were at Hernandez’s home at 22 Ronald C. Meyer Drive in North Attleborough.

According to the records, June 18 footage from the home shows Shayanna Jenkins leaving the basement of the house around 1:15 p.m., carrying a trash bag, which authorities say contains a heavy “rigid object,” resembling a lock box or safe. She placed the trash bag in the trunk of a red Nissan Sentra. Surveillance footage showed her returning 35 minutes later and opening the trunk of the car, which no longer held the trash bag and “rigid object,” the records show.

The footage referred to in the documents shows Shayanna driving the Nissan toward Landry Avenue, where police the next day found a .22-caliber handgun. The gun, authorities said, looked like it may have been “recently discarded.”

Gucci Mane Sued By Concert Promoter

15 minutes? That’s worse than waitng three hours for Rihanna to perform.

According to TMZ

Gucci Mane tried to pull a fast one and perform two gigs in one night — in two different states — so says the pissed off concert promoter, who’s suing the alleged two-timing rapper.

Empire Entertainment filed a lawsuit against Gucci — real name Radric Davis — claiming it paid him $22,500 to perform in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 22nd … but didn’t get their money’s worth. Here’s why:

Empire says prior to the gig, a nightclub in Tennessee began advertising a Gucci show for the same night — and says Gucci himself promoted it on Twitter.

Empire says it called Gucci’s people — who assured them, no TN gig was happening.

But the night of the concert, Empire says it became clear Gucci’s people lied … claiming the rapper only performed 3 songs (15 min of stage time) and then hightailed it 138 miles to perform at the other club. Then drove back to stay in the hotel Empire provided.

Empire says Gucci’s 2nd gig torpedoed their ticket sales. The company is suing for breach of contract and fraud. It wants all the cash it spent on his fee, hotel, travel and promotions.

Gucci tried to be slick and now he has to cough up those coins….we know Gucci isn’t ballin’ like that. Somewhere Wacka Flocka is laughing.

Simon Cowell Has Meeting With Girlfriend’s Husband

Simon Cowell had a top-secret meeting with Andrew Silverman, the husband of The X Factor judge’s pregnant girlfriend, Lauren Silverman, the UK newspaper, The Sun is reporting.

The meeting took place at the tiny Francis S. Gabreski airport in Westhampton Beach, New York, close to where Lauren has been staying with her seven-year-old son Adam.

Cowell flew straight in from Las Vegas after a One Direction gig in Sin City the night before.

The three-hour meeting was held in a private room. It ended with the two men shaking hands.

Cowell and Silverman had been friends for several years and even famously vacationed together before Simon and Lauren began their affair.

Silverman has now filed for divorce, and named Cowell as a co-respondent in the petition, citing his “adultery” with his wife.

Simon probably agreed to pay off his homie along with his soon-to-be ex-wife, because this mess can’t be good for business!

According to TMZ

More problems for Doc Gooden — the troubled ex-MLB star has just been evicted from the NJ mansion he was renting after allegedly stiffing his landlord for months … TMZ has learned.

What makes the situation even sadder … Dwight’s estranged wife was living in the home with their 2 young kids — who were all forced to leave in July, when officials enforced the eviction.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dwight and his family moved in to the home back in September 2011 … and agreed to pay $4,500 per month in rent.

But things went south in March — when Dwight’s wife got a restraining order against the former NY Mets pitcher following a domestic dispute, forcing Doc to move out.

The homeowners claim Doc’s family stayed in the home all of March, April, May and June — but they never got a check from the Goodens for any of those months … and that adds up to some serious debt.

The homeowners filed legal docs against Gooden — demanding the back rent plus penalties, totaling more than $18,984 … AND they also want legal fees.

The court also granted the landlord’s permission to evict the Goodens — and on July 11, Docs family was forced out of the home. It’s unclear where they’re living now.

We reached out to Dwight’s people — so far, no word back.

That’s what happens when these athletes try to ball out of control, but their pockets are lighter than a feather. It’s sad the wife and babies had to be put out on the street.

Children Killed After Plane Crashes Into Their Home

According to The NY Daily News

The devastated mother of two girls killed when a small plane crashed into their Connecticut home bared her pain Saturday in a heartbreaking online message.

“I can’t begin to imagine my life without you,” Joan Mitchell posted on the Facebook page of her 13-year-old daughter, Sade Brantley.

“You and Madisyn were my world. My heart has been broken to the point of no repair…My life will never be the same without you and Madisyn.”

Sadie and her 1-year-old sister Madisyn Mitchell were inside their East Haven home when a private plane piloted by an ex-Microsoft executive dropped from the sky and barreled into the house Friday morning.

The pilot, Bill Henningsgaard, and his 17-year-son Max were also killed in the crash.

The accident was Henningsgaard’s second in four years.

Joan Mitchell, after escaping the wreckage and flames, stood outside the home screaming for help, witnesses said.

Then she raced back inside the Cape-Cod style house in a vain hunt for the missing girls.

On Saturday night, Mitchell made a quiet appearance at a vigil for her slain daughters.

The shattered mother, wearing a blue v-neck t-shirt, choked back sobs as she embraced received waves of anguished well-wishers.

“She’s doing as well as can be expected,” East Haven Mayor Joseph Maturo said earlier.

A friend of Sade’s described the rising 8th grader as a “shy and timid” girl who loved music.

“It was devastating to hear it was her,” said Starriana Zmuda, a fellow student at Joseph Melillo Middle School in East Haven.

This is a tragedy all around…..prayers go out to the families.
