Sex Offender Charged With Murder Of Three Ohio Women
The man said to be responsible for the senseless murder of three missing Ohio women whose dead bodies were found wrapped in plastic bags in various desolate areas will have his day in court sooner than later.

An Ohio man suspected of killing three women whose bodies were found wrapped in plastic bags was arraigned on Monday on three counts of aggravated murder and three counts of kidnapping.
Michael Madison, 35, a registered sex offender who pleaded guilty to attempted r*pe in 2002, was ordered held in lieu of $6 million bail.
Madison was arrested during the weekend after authorities found the three bodies near the apartment building where he lived. Neighbors’ complaints of a pungent smell triggered the search.
The bodies, two of which were found by cadaver-smelling dogs, were located in a garage, the basement of a building and in a weeded lot nearby.
Hopefully this sicko will be brought to justice and the families of these women will receive some closure.

Denver Broncos Von Miller Facing Suspension Over Illegal Drug Use

The Von Miller situation is getting even more confusing.
Adam Schefter of ESPN has reported that Miller is facing a four-game suspension for violating a league policy. Schefter has yet to report whether Miller violated the substance-abuse policy or the PED policy.
Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports that Miller has violated both policies. Per Klis, Miller tested positive for amphetamines and Mary Jane in 2011. The former, which is the active ingredient in Adderall and other related substances, would trigger an automatic four-game suspension under the PED policy. The latter would require at least three violations before a suspension arises.
It appears, then, that the suspension comes from the positive test for amphetamine. But it’s still unclear why it has taken so long to get the appeal resolved.
In late 2011, there was some suspicion that the league tapped the brakes on a couple of potential suspensions in order to avoid derailing Tebowmania. In 2012, the Broncos were among the league’s darlings, given the arrival of Peyton Manning. There’s no evidence that the process as to Miller has been delayed in any way to help the Broncos, however.

Woman Ordered To Spend Christmas In Jail For The Next Five Years

An Ohio woman who ran a black market business providing illegal immigrants with IDs was sentenced to five years of parole yesterday – with the added condition that she spend at least three days in jail every Christmas.
The sentence was handed down to 44-year-old Betina Young by Judge Michael Holbrook who has been giving out these unique holiday sentences – called ‘Holbrook holidays’ – since he was elected to his position in 2004.
Judge Holbrook’s bailiff David Petikas told MailOnline that ‘Holbrook holidays’ give parolees an idea of what real prison time would be like, and who really suffers if they continue their life of crime.
‘It’s a reminder of who they are letting down and the toll it may take on your family during the holidays,’ Petikas said.
However, Petikas also said that parolees are offered the opportunity to work hard to complete the conditions of their parole and can be off probation in as little as a year and a half.
Young pled guilty in May on five counts of tampering with records.
In addition to probation and Holbrook Holidays, Young will have to pay a $3,000 fine.
If she skips out on any of her holidays in jail, she will have to spend 15 years in prison.
15 years in prison if she misses a holiday? That does sound a little harsh and this holiday punishment sounds like some corrupt isht. Either send someone to prison or let them free. This judge probably got his law degree in Florida.

We love to see beautiful black women age gracefully, but if she’s been playing a teenager for 17 years, then she needs to fire her management. We’re just saying.

Hollywood has a thing for hiring adults to play teens despite the fact that those adults could barely pass for someone their own age, much less someone half that.
Remember Andrea Zuckerman on Beverly Hills, 90210? Gabrielle Carteris was almost 30 when she was cast as a 16-year-old.
And what’s the deal with this balding “high schooler” on Sabrina the Teenage Witch?
But then there’s Bianca Lawson.
The 34-year-old L.A. native’s first big gig was portraying Bayside student Megan Jones on Saved by the Bell: The New Class, years ’93 to ’94 (not ’95 as above).
She then appeared as teen slayer Kendra on Buffy the Vampire Slayer in 1997, and, two years later, took on the role of Nikki Green on Dawson’s Creek.
Things quieted down for Lawson after that, but she reemerged — quite literally — in 2009, as the ghost of Emily Bennett on Vampire Diaries.
There is some dispute over whether Lawson’s character, a 19th century witch, was a teen at the time of her death, but there is no doubt about Lawson’s age in another show she joined around the same time: Pretty Little Liars.
Maya St. Germain was a teenager when Lawson first played her in the show’s pilot, and she remained a teen when Lawson left the show in 2012, half-way through the third season.
Lawson’s latest TV series, Teen Wolf, has a name that fits in perfectly with the rest of Lawson’s oeuvre (as does The Secret Life of the American Teenager, in which she cameoed).
But, shockingly, she doesn’t play a 17-year-old in this one — though she certainly looks like she could.
What’s next for Lawson? Only time will tell. But probably another teenager.
Maybe in between TV roles she can sell her beauty secrets and make some side scrilla. You know it’s hard out here for these black actresses.

Bill O’Reilly Blames Black Unwed Mothers For Violent Crimes

During a Monday night rant on the conservative Fox News Channel, Republican opinion host Bill O’Reilly personally diagnosed the black community’s problems, lecturing that violent crime rate is due to “personal” choices made by single black mothers and insisting that more parental discipline and increasingly harsh penalties for drug crimes would be his preferred response.
In explaining all of this, O’Reilly used the recent acquittal of Florida neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman from the killing of 17-year-old African-American Tryavon Martin to attack the work of civil rights advocates who’ve pointed out in recent months that the drug war has caused a major racial disparity in arrest statistics, even when whites are statistically more likely to possess controlled substances.
“It was wrong for Zimmerman to confront Martin based on his appearance,” O’Reilly said. “But the culture that we have in this country does lead to criminal profiling because young black American men are so often involved in crime.”
“When was the last time you saw a public service ad telling young black girls to avoid becoming pregnant?” he asked. “Has President Obama done such an ad? How about [Jessie] Jackson or [Al] Sharpton? Has the Congressional Black Caucus demanded an ad like that? How about the PC pundits who work for NBC News?”
“White people don’t force black people to have babies out of wedlock,” O’Reilly concluded. “That’s a personal decision. A decision that has devastated millions of children and led to disaster, both socially and economically.”
He didn’t mention that one of President Obama’s signature policy accomplishments, health reform, includes a rule that requires universal, free access to birth control for men and women — a policy change actually proven to reduce the teen pregnancy rate, as opposed to conservatives’ preference for abstinence-based educational programs.
O’Reilly also failed to note that violent crime went down 8.7 percent across the nation between 2009 and 2011, according to FBI statistics.
There has to be an island where the government can banish Bill and all the other racist Republicans. Until then, we’re stuck with Bill.
