Chief Keef Sued For Child Support By Middle School Baby Mama

According to TMZ reports:

17-year-old rapper Chief Keef is already getting a head start on his baby mama drama — in fact, he’s so far ahead of the game … he allegedly impregnated a girl who’s STILL IN MIDDLE SCHOOL … and now, she’s suing for child support.

The girl filed the petition for child support in Chicago, claiming Keef — real name Keith Cozart — fathered a baby daughter with her back in 2011.

The girl’s exact age is unclear, but according to the docs, she currently attends a Chicago middle school — meaning she was .. at MOST … in 8th grade when she conceived the child, but could have been in 6th grade.

Cozart — who has since worked with Kanye West, Young Jeezy, and Rick Ross — was 15 at the time.

That leads to a whole ‘nother problem for the Chief…

In Illinois, it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have sex … even if they’re in a consensual relationship. When both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, the older person commits a crime called “criminal sexual abuse.”

Punishment for the crime includes a max sentence of one year in jail … and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years — but in reality, these cases are almost never prosecuted.

The most likely scenario in which Keef would face a judge is if the girl’s parents press charges — but if that hasn’t already happened, it probably won’t.

The girl is suing Keef for an undisclosed amount of child support, including health insurance and other medical expenses. Calls to both Keef’s people and the girl’s family were not returned.

Clearly, not all these bishes love Sosa, he better hope he gets a male judge.

Beyonce’s dad Mathew Knowles emailed an ominous threat to the mother of his 2-year-old son — or so the woman claims, and now she’s gunning for him in court … TMZ has learned.

Knowles’ baby mama Alexsandra Wright filed legal docs, asking the family court judge to up her child support to cover expenses for security to protect their kid. Mathew is currently on the hook for $12k a month.

Wright claims she needs security because of a “threatening” email Knowles sent her back in September 2011, in which he wrote, “You hurt my family. There’s a price to pay.”

According to the docs, Wright also wants additional dough to cover expenses for a secure, private school.

Sources close to Knowles tell TMZ … he faithfully pays child support, adding the only reason he hasn’t paid expenses for schooling is because they haven’t agreed on the school.

We’re told Knowles thinks Wright’s latest legal move could backfire because his income has drastically decreased since the original order was issued. As you know, Beyonce gave him walking papers in 2011.

Knowles believes the judge could actually reduce his monthly payments.

This chick is bold! Asking for MORE money when it’s known the man ain’t even caking off his kid anymore? That homewrecker will get what’s coming to her if the judge drops the amount of gwap he’s paying out!

Rev. Joseph Lowery remembers when the 1960s South was burning with racism — the day a white man walked up to him and stubbed out a lit cigar on his shoulder, when iced tea was thrown in his face, when four young black men were shot with pistols as he led a march against segregation in Decatur, Ala. “I have been arrested and threatened,” he said last week. “Even when I was a little boy, 12 or 13, a policeman hit me in the stomach with his night club. … It makes me hate violence.”

At 91, Lowery has lived the civil rights movement, which comes full circle with the re-election and Monday’s inauguration of President Obama, coincidentally, but with great symbolism, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Lowery was one of King’s closest aides and, in 1957, co-founded with him and Ralph David Abernathy the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, which led freedom marches and voter registration drives.

He also delivered the benediction at Obama’s first inauguration in 2009, addressing the continued scourge of racism. “We tend to think of them in the same breath,” Lowery, who lives in Atlanta, said of King and Obama. “They are both committed to justice and brotherhood.” Lowery describes his friend “Martin,” who would have been 84 on Jan. 15, as “the most amazing person I have ever known,” whose vision was rooted in his faith, a “gift” he also sees in Obama.

“Barack’s background was entirely different from Martin’s,” he said. “But he is touched by human need and suffering and the belief that we have the same moral obligation to care for the needy and bless the poor.” Monday’s inauguration kicks off a year of important commemorations that propelled the struggle for equal rights forward: the 150th anniversary of the emancipation proclamation and 50 years since the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Mississippi black activist Medgar Evers.

Allen Iverson Pays $3 Million Divorce Settlement With Ex-Wife Tawanna

Former NBA star Allen Iverson finally struck a deal in his bitter divorce battle with his estranged wife and all it took was a cool $3 MILLION to bury the hatchet.

We’re told Iverson and Tawanna — who married way back in 2001 — informed a judge last week they had reached a financial settlement outside of court in their ongoing divorce case … just days before the two were set to go to trial.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ … as part of the deal, the NBA legend agreed to pay Tawanna $3 million, paid out as a large lump sum. We’re told Iverson also agreed to fork over various assets and a percentage of his future Reebok endorsement deal checks. He’ll pay up child support payments for the duo’s five kids.

On the bright side for Iverson, we’re told he scored the couple’s GA mansion (which is currently facing foreclosure … so not so bright) and gets to keep his primo ride, a Maybach, as well as other personal belongings.

The settlement comes after a brutal year-long fight between the former lovers … which included allegations of infidelity, hiding money, and petitions for restraining orders.

About damn time! We just hope he put some money aside to get his struggle braids done.

It’s official! Barack Obama is the 44th President of the United States… Again!

An older, grayer and battle-scarred Barack Obama began his second term as America’s 44th President on Sunday when he took the oath of office during a brief and intimate ceremony at the White House.

Chief Justice John Roberts administered the 35-word oath flawlessly — a contrast from 2009, when he flubbed the words — as First Lady Michelle Obama, sporting her youthful new bangs, and their daughters Malia and Sasha looked on.

“Good job, Daddy,” Sasha said.

“I did it,” the President whispered as he hugged her.

“You didn’t mess up,” she answered. It was an apparent reference to the do-over that was required in 2009, when Obama repeated Roberts’ flub and White House lawyers arranged a second swearing-in to ward off any questions about the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency.

The partying began in earnest Sunday evening with a series of galas, including a candelight reception for donors at the National Building Museum, where the President drew laughs and applause by complimenting his wife’s new ’do.

“I love Michelle Obama,” he said, “and to address the most significant event of this weekend: I love her bangs.”
“She looks good. She always looks good.”

Vice President Biden also recited his oath — and he reached out to a daughter of the Bronx for the honors.
Biden tapped Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor to swear him in, but she was due at the Barnes & Noble on Union Square in Manhattan at 2:30 p.m. to promote her memoir, “My Beloved World.”

Undeterred, Biden moved the ceremony up to 8:15 a.m. to accommodate the high court’s first Latina justice. And after swearing him in — at Biden’s official residence — she raced to catch an Amtrak train back to New York.

Obama and Biden recited their oaths to fulfill the requirements of the Constitution, which mandates that the President and vice president begin their terms at noon on Jan. 20.

Because the 20th fell on a Sunday, the official celebration will take place Monday, when the swearings-in will be reenacted with pomp and pageantry on the west front of the U.S. Capitol. As many as 800,000 people will watch from the National Mall. The ceremony will be followed by the inaugural parade in the afternoon and two inaugural balls at night.

But even with appearances by James Taylor, Kelly Clarkson and Beyoncé, it will be a more muted celebration than four years ago, when 1.8 million people descended on Washington to witness history — the swearing-in of the nation’s first black President, who had promised a weary America both hope and change.

Obama will lay out the broad themes of his second-term agenda in Monday’s inaugural address. He began working on it in early December, aides said, and he was still tinkering with it over the weekend.

The aides said Obama would save the specifics for his Feb. 12 State of the Union address.

“The inaugural traditions are a great symbol of how our democracy works, and how we peacefully transfer power,” Obama said on Saturday at a Washington elementary school.

“But it should also be an affirmation that we’re all in this together,” he added.

Between their two official swearings-in on Sunday, Obama and Biden met at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery, and on a crisp and sun-splashed January morning, they laid a wreath to commemorate America’s war dead.

They also prayed together at the historic 175-year-old Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church, famous for once harboring runaway slaves, at a service to honor Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., whose birthday will be celebrated with a national holiday Monday.

It’s a great day in American history! Let’s all celebrate and pray for the health and safety of the leader of our great nation.

Texas Man Kills Estranged Kills Himself And Estranged Wife At Daughter’s Birthday Party

A Grapevine woman was shot to death at her parents’ home Saturday night in Grapevine during an argument with her estranged husband who killed himself in the driveway, Grapevine police said.

Authorities identified the woman as Kristi Suckla, 44, who had separated from her husband and had been living with her parents in the 3000 block of Creekview Drive in Grapevine. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her husband was identified as Kelly Suckla, 43, of Euless, who also died at the scene.

Kristi Suckla died from multiple gunshot wounds to her neck and body, according to a ruling on Sunday by the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office. Her death was ruled a homicide.

An autopsy report on Kelly Suckla indicated that he died from a gunshot wound to the head and his death was a suicide.

Grapevine police got the call of a shooting on Creekview Drive about 10 p.m. Saturday.

When they arrived, officers found Kelly Suckla lying on a walkway in front of the home, Grapevine police said. A handgun was found near him.

Kristi Suckla was near the front door of the residence.

ESPN Reports:

An Atlanta Falcons fan was stabbed in the neck during an altercation outside the Georgia Dome following Sunday’s NFC Championship Game, WSB-TV in Atlanta reported.

The victim, a 35-year-old male, was stabbed after punching a San Francisco 49ers fan, witnesses told WSB-TV. After being punched, the 49ers fan stabbed the Falcons fan in the throat area, according to the report.

The Falcons fan was transported to nearby Grady Hospital.

Georgia Dome spokesman Jason Kirksey emailed a statement to The Associated Press on Sunday saying an altercation occurred in a parking lot outside the dome at 6:40 p.m. ET.

The statement said the victim was in stable condition and that it is unclear “if anyone involved in the altercation attended the game.” Georgia Dome and Atlanta police “are investigating the incident.”

The 49ers defeated the Falcons 28-24 on Sunday to reach the Super Bowl for the first time in 18 years.

Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend says the Watch the Throne rapper was “insecure” and “vulnerable” and wouldn’t go on stage unless she was there to reassure him.

“He was quite vulnerable. He was insecure as he couldn’t be with me every day. I got the impression he worried he wasn’t good enough for me.

Brooke, 31, met the star backstage at an Usher concert. Then on the cusp of global fame, West was the opening act for the R&B singer.

The two dated while his debut album The College Dropout soared up the charts and earned the rapper a Grammy Award nomination.

But she says back then he needed her reassurance just to get on stage and perform.

“He wouldn’t start his show unless I was at the side of the stage,” Brooke says.

“One night the show was delayed because he couldn’t find me. He refused to go on till I’d told him it was going to be OK.”

Brooke says they eventually split up because she wasn’t comfortable with the increasing female attention West was getting.

Saying that her ex was obsessed with curvy women she says she is not surprised that he is dating Kim Kardashian, who is pregnant with his child.

“For Kanye, what other person besides Kim Kardashian is there?” she said.

“There’s Halle Berry, J-Lo and Beyoncé but they are all taken. She fits into his brand.”

Brooke thinks his decision to settle down was inspired by his desire to be like his mentor Jay-Z.

She explained: “He admires Jay-Z and they are very close. Over the years Jay has been a role model to him.

“Whether it is starting to be more mature, taking chances with clothes or getting married and starting a family, ultimately he takes those cues from Jay.”

10-Year-Old Boy Dies After Stepmom Deprives Him Of Water

A Texas woman may be headed for a life behind bars after she was recently convicted on felony charges in connection with the death of her stepson, who she deprived of water for 1 week as “punishment.”

A Dallas jury will return Tuesday to continue deliberations in the sentencing phase of the trial of Tina Marie Alberson for the dehydration death of her stepson.

Prosecutors want a sentence of life in prison, but the defense wants the jury to sentence her to five years behind bars.

The jury found Alberson guilty Friday of second-degree felony injury to a child for depriving her stepson of water for several days.

Police said Alberson and the boy’s father, Michael James, forced the 10-year-old boy, Johnathan James, to go without water for five days as a form of punishment.

The boy died July 25, 2011, after he was found unresponsive in his home in the 5500 block of Elmleaf Court. Due to the hot summer and string of 100-degree days, police said they originally thought the boy’s death was heat-related until the medical examiner ruled otherwise.

SMH. These people are monsters and this was an unthinkable thing to do. It’s good to see that some form of justice was served in honor of this young child’s life.

Bad boy downhill skier Bode Miller and his pregnant wife lost their baby Saturday, she tweeted, but Miller is still expecting a child soon — with another woman.

“Pretty hard morning. We lost the baby,” Miller’s wife, professional volleyball player Morgan Beck, typed Saturday night, mere hours after reports said her husband has filed paternity lawsuits against two other women.

“Broken hearted but getting through it together,” Beck wrote.

Miller, 35, married Beck in October.

“Very Excited!” the five-time Olympic medalist tweeted on Christmas Day after Beck announced she was pregnant.

But the couple suffered two blows Saturday, apparently losing a child due in August just as news reports broke about Miller’s custody battles.

The New Hampshire recently announced he won’t ski for the rest of the year because he wants to recover from knee surgery before the 2014 Sochi Olympics.

But the hard-partying speedster has apparently been getting busy off the slopes.

Miller is suing a pregnant woman named Sara McKenna for joint custody of her not-yet-born kid and a woman named Chanel Johnson for joint custody of her 4-year-old girl, plus child support payments, TMZ reported.

We feel bad for Morgan about the loss of her unborn child and really wish her the best but we’re definitely a lil concerned that her hubby ain’t isht!

Bode Miller’s baby mama is preparing for battle … telling TMZ she will fight tooth and nail to make sure the Olympic champ doesn’t get custody of their unborn son.

As TMZ first reported, Miller filed a paternity lawsuit against Sara McKenna, seeking to establish custody rights — their son will be born next month.

McKenna tells us she plans to fight Bode’s request, claiming the ski champ previously wanted NOTHING to do with the baby. McKenna says Miller initially denied the baby was even his and has not bothered to contact her since she got knocked up.

McKenna tells TMZ, “I will be fighting this in court and will not give up my son to someone who didn’t want him to begin with.”

FYI — Sara says she and Bode dated sporadically in Spring 2012 (right before he hit it off with his new wife, Morgan Beck) and the pregnancy was unplanned.

Baby Mama Suit #1: Bode filed a petition against a woman named Sara McKenna — who is CURRENTLY pregnant — claiming he’s the soon-to-be father. He’s seeking joint legal and physical custody of the kid. He says the date of conception … is unknown.

Topping off a long day of inaugural events, newly minted second term President Obama told U.S. armed forces tonight that he has “no greater honor than being your commander in chief.” The president began his three-stop swing through inaugural ball events this evening at the Commander in Chief’s Ball, at the Washington Convention Center. “This party is just another way to say something we can never say enough: thank you for volunteering, thank you for stepping up, thank you for keeping us strong, thank you for always making us proud,” he said.

Mr. Obama said he wanted to “express the extraordinary gratitude, not just of me as your commander in chief, but the thanks of all the American people.” He specifically thanked the senior enlisted offers from all branches of the military, Gen. Martin Dempsey and his deputy Adm. James Winnefeld, Jr., plus wounded warriors, junior enlisted officers, “amazing military families including the families of the fallen,” members of the Tuskegee Airmen and recipients of the Medal of Honor.

Inviting his “date,” first lady Michelle Obama, to the stage, the president spoke for the second time today about how she “makes me a better man and a better president.” The couple took the spotlight for the first dance to Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together,” performed by Jennifer Hudson, before switching dance partners with members of the military.

Last year, Tom Brady’s wife had harsh words following the conclusion of the New England Patriots’ season.

This year, it’s the wife of receiver Wes Welker making news.

Welker’s wife, Anna Burns Welker, used social-media site Facebook to take a few shots at Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis on Sunday night after the Patriots’ 28-13 loss to the Ravens in the AFC Championship Game.

“Proud of my husband and the Pats. By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis’ Wikipedia page. 6 kids 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!” Burns Welker said in a since-deleted post on her personal Facebook page.

We’re pretty sure Wes got in her tight and toned a$$ when he caught wind of what she said because she offered this apology yesterday evening.

“I’m deeply sorry for my recent post on Facebook,” said said. “I let the competitiveness of the game and the comments people were making about a team I dearly love get the best of me. My actions were emotional and irrational and I sincerely apologize to Ray Lewis and anyone affected by my comment after yesterday’s game.

“It is such an accomplishment for any team to make it to the NFL playoffs, and the momentary frustration I felt should not overshadow the accomplishments of both of these amazing teams.”

After helping to cement the case against him, Sheryl Crow is finally speaking up about her thoughts on ex-fiancé Lance Armstrong’s recent OWN doping confession.

Singer Sheryl Crow says it would have been difficult for her ex-fiance, disgraced cycling champion Lance Armstrong, to keep his doping secret any longer.

“I think that honesty is always the best bet and that the truth will set you free,” Crow told Entertainment Tonight’s Nancy O’Dell. The Grammy Award winning singer said she caught “bits and pieces” of Armstrong’s interview on OWN last Thursday and Friday.

“To carry around a weight like that would be devastating in the long run,” she said.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Crow provided information in late 2011 to federal investigators looking into the doping programs that powered her former fiancé’s Tour de France teams.

It’s unknown exactly what information she provided.

Armstrong, 41, and Crow, 50, began dating in 2003 – the same year that Armstrong divorced his wife of five years, Kristin. Armstrong and Crow split in 2006.

We were wondering when she was gonna show up and add her two cents. We actually liked these two as a couple and figured something must’ve been really off with him when it didn’t work out. Now after watching Oprah we realize, he’s a big old jerk and Sheryl is much better off.

Man Sues The State Of Georgia Over Gay Pride License Plate Rejection

Should freedom of expression also apply to license plates? A gay Atlanta man says yes….and is suing the state of Georgia because they said no.

An Atlanta man is suing the Georgia Department of Driver Services, contending that his rights were violated when the state rejected his application for vanity plates making reference to his sexual orientation.

James Cyrus Gilbert maintains in the lawsuit that state officials rejected his application for the tags 4GAYLIB, GAYPWR and GAYGUY.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that all three vanity plates are on the list of vanity plates banned by the state, although the state has approved plates expressing some political or religious expressions.

Gilbert said he wasn’t asking for a plate that was vulgar or “over the top.”

British Grandmother Sentenced To The Death Penalty For Smuggling Drugs Into Bali

An Indonesian court sentenced a British grandmother to death on Tuesday for smuggling yayo worth $2.5 million in her suitcase onto the resort island of Bali – even though prosecutors had sought only a 15-year sentence.

Lindsay June Sandiford, 56, wept when judges handed down the sentence and declined to speak to reporters on her way back to prison, covering her face with a floral scarf. She had claimed in court that she was forced to take the drugs into the country by a gang that was threatening to hurt her children.

Indonesia, like many Asian countries, is very strict on drug crimes, and most of the more than 40 foreigners on its death row were convicted of drug charges.

Sandiford’s lawyer said she would appeal, a process that can take several years. Condemned criminals face a firing squad in Indonesia, which has not carried out an execution since 2008, when 10 people were put to death.

A verdict is expected in the trial of Sandiford’s alleged accomplice, Briton Julian Anthony Pounder, next Tuesday. He is accused of receiving the drugs in Bali, which has a busy bar and nightclub scene where party drugs such as yayo and Ex pills are bought and sold between foreigners. Two other British citizens and an Indian have already been convicted and sentenced to prison in connection with the bust.

The folks in Bali are definitely part of the “Not-Fawkin’-Around-Crew”.

In its verdict, a panel of Denpasar District Court judges concluded that Sandiford had damaged the image of Bali as a tourism destination and weakened the government’s drug prevention program.

“We found no reason to lighten her sentence,” said Amser Simanjuntak, who headed the judicial panel.

Can you imagine if America was executing people for drug offenses??? Clearly this woman broke the law, but hopefully she can get out of the death penalty sentence and just serve time.
