Jared Fogle Sentenced To 15 Years And 8 Months In Prison

Subway sicko Jared Fogle is finally going to pay for his perverted acts against innocent children according to TPM reports…

A judge has sentenced former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle to 15 years and eight months in prison for trading in child pornography and having sex with underage prostitutes.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt sentenced Fogle on Thursday after he pleaded guilty to one count each of travelling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and distribution and receipt of child pornography.

Fogle agreed to the plea deal in August after authorities raided his suburban Indianapolis home in July.

Prosecutors sought a 12½-year sentence, while Fogle’s attorneys sought five years.

The 38-year-old Fogle admitted paying for sex with girls as young as 16 and receiving child pornography produced by his charitable foundation’s former director.

He also agreed pay his 14 victims $100,000 each in restitution.

We hope someone gives him a real footlong in prison!!!!

Woman Attacked By Angry Man After Her Scarf Was Mistaken For Muslim Hijab

A Toronto woman’s efforts to stay bundled up this Winter ended up giving her a chilling glimpse into Islamophobia after she was assaulted by a man who mistook her scarf for a Muslim hijab according to City News.

Kayla Gerber, a 24-year-old actress, had just left a rehearsal near Bloor and Bathurst streets on Monday when a man approached her as she walked.

“He told me to take off my f****n hijab and get the f**k out of his country and he just kept repeating that over and over and over again, screaming at me while he had me pinned up against the wall,” she explained.

Gerber, who isn’t Muslim, said she had wrapped her scarf around her head to keep her ears warm.

“I remember saying to him that I’m not even wearing a hijab bro and he just kept shaking me and screaming at me to get out of his country and I’m like, ‘I’m not Muslim.’ ”

“I would never think that someone could be so hateful because he didn’t know me, I didn’t know him, he doesn’t know my life.”

Gerber posted about the incident on Facebook and was flooded with messages of support from around the world.

“It’s so beautiful to see positivity come out of negativity,” she added.

It’s the latest in a disturbing string of incidents in the Greater Toronto Area following the deadly terror attacks in Paris.

On Friday police revealed that a minor is being sought for allegedly shoving and accosting two women wearing hijabs at Sherbourne subway station.

I had all of these stipulations about what the situation had to be in order for me to do television. When the opportunity for me to star in Deception presented itself, it was everything I said it had to be, so I knew it was God. When it ended, I was very thankful because it created so many other opportunities for me in the process. Deception opened the door for Minority Report as well as my role in Anchor Man 2: The Legend Continues. God wanted me to have those different roles to be able to build a platform where I could be more effective as a Christian.

Ne-Yo’s Fiance Crystal Renay Hospitalized

Ne-Yo and Crystal Renay are obviously over-the-moon about their bundle of joy on the way. Unfortunately, it appears the couple had a little scare about their baby boy’s health on Saturday evening. Apparently the trouble started when Crystal started experiencing labor-like pains. She playfully posted a pic of her having a hard time with what she believed were Braxton-Hicks contractions…

But it appears they may have actually been a result of pre-term labor. Crystal and Ne-Yo ended up in Lenox Hill hospital later in the day to assess the situation.

Southwest Airlines Allows Racists To Remove Muslim Passengers

Southwest Airlines really ain’t isht after allowing a couple scary azz bigots kick off Muslim passengers just for making them feel “uncomfortable” on their flight according to Gawker reports.

The world’s largest low-cost airline carrier allowed a few racist passengers to oust Arabic-speaking and Muslim passengers on two separate flights this week, quickly becoming the official airline for the country’s bigots.

Two men, 29-year-old Maher Khalil and 28-year-old Anas Ayyad, who both moved to Philadelphia 15 years ago from Palestine, were speaking Arabic before their flight in the terminal this week, reports NBC Philadelphia. After overhearing them, another passenger on their flight approached the gate agent, demanding they be removed from the flight. The agent acquiesced, telling the pair that they wouldn’t be allowed to board because a passenger was afraid to fly with them.

Not knowing what else to do, Khalil called 911, telling police that he’d been racially profiled.

“If that person doesn’t feel safe, let them take the bus,” Khalil, who owns two pizza parlors in Philadelphia, said to a Southwest Airlines gate agent, according to NBC Philadelphia. “We’re American citizens just like everybody else.”

After a delay and questioning, the men were allowed to board the flight. But this wasn’t the only instance of Southwest allowing racist passengers to pick the flight roster. Passengers on a second Southwest flight from Chicago to Houston Wednesday refused to allow six Muslims on the flight, causing the Muslim passengers to have to be rebooked on another flight.

Southwest Airlines sent Gawker the following statement after the incident:

We had a slight delay boarding, lasting only a few minutes, while we completed a brief passenger conversation. All customers were boarded and traveled on to their scheduled destination, Philadelphia. Southwest Employees welcome hundreds of millions of Customers onboard annually. We are responsible for the comfort of all passengers and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind.

Man Beats Girlfriend With Banana Because She Didn’t Help Him Detoxify

A Florida man is facing multiple battery charges after he got angry at his girlfriend for refusing to help him detoxify his urine and tried to choke her, slapped her, threatened to kill himself and then threw bananas and a metal comb at her according to News Press:

The Cape Coral Police Department said they were called to the NW 9th Street address Tuesday morning on a report of an assault.

A woman who said she was the girlfriend of Derek Charles Jeunegens, 18, told police that he had come home intoxicated Monday morning and told her to buy him “detox” because he was on probation and wanted his urine to test clean.

When the girlfriend refused, the report said Jeunegens began yelling at her, bruised her arms by grabbing her and tossing her on the bed, caused her to cut her tongue when he shoved her mouth closed when she screamed for help, and then choked her five times.

The woman said Jeunegens also slapped her, pulled her hair and slammed the back of her head against a wall.

The report said that Jeunegens then started crying, got a knife from the kitchen and said he would kill himself. A friend at the home was able to stop him from harming himself and also started to record the incident on a cell phone.

Police said the cellphone video recorded Jeunegens telling the girlfriend “you needed to be choked,” that she deserved it and threatening her family if she snitched on him.

The report said that Jeunegens continued being aggressive and started throwing bananas at his girlfriend, which hit the woman, and also threw a metal comb at her twice, narrowly missing her.

The woman then left the home. Police said digital photos taken of the woman show multiple bruises and a cut on her tongue.

A Manhattan financial analyst went undercover to find out what was happening to her underwear — and nabbed her apartment building’s super by using a hidden smartphone camera to record him sneaking into her pad and then sniffing and swiping her lingerie.

Disturbing surveillance video captured via an iPhone app allegedly shows José Cedillo, 32, furtively enter Ashley Chase’s East 55th Street apartment on Sept. 4 and flip on the lights.

After disappearing from view for about six minutes, Cedillo reappears — holding a pair of Chase’s Victoria’s Secret underwear to his face and taking a deep whiff, she says.

“I don’t want to think what he was doing, but everyone has theories — and I’m sure not good,” Chase told The Post.

Chase first suspected something strange was happening inside her $1,875-a-month, fifth-floor studio when she returned from a Labor Day trip to the Hamptons last year and couldn’t find a purple lace bra.

As time passed, a series of undergarments disappeared, including a black-and-gold bikini top, a tan bra and at least three pairs of panties.

“I also realized at that point that underwear I had worn that weekend that were in the dirty hamper were missing,” she said, describing the moment in July when she put the pieces together.

Figuring it was an inside job, Chase borrowed an old iPhone from her sister and installed an app called Presence, which automatically activates the phone’s video camera whenever it detects motion. She then hid the phone on an end table with a view of the front door.

On Sept. 4, she was headed to Montauk for the Labor Day weekend when she rode down in the elevator with Cedillo. About 10 minutes later, she got an alert that the hidden camera had been activated.

“He saw me leave, he saw me with my bag, and he knew I was heading out,” she concluded after viewing the video clip.

Chase, 26, called the cops, and Cedillo was busted for burglary as a sexually motivated felony and petit larceny.

Papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court say he copped to the panty raid, admitting: “I went in today to look around. I took a pair of panties. I left, I went downstairs, I sniffed them, and I threw them in the garbage.”

The creep super added, “I went in another time a few months ago. I don’t remember when.”

Chase’s lawyer, Benedict Morelli, said, “We already got [Cedillo], and he’s going to jail,” but said Chase also plans to file suit Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court against Cedillo, landlords Vito and Michael Sacchetti and building manager TMS Management.

Neither the Sacchettis nor TMS Management returned phone messages.

Cedillo — who’s free on $50,000 bond — couldn’t be reached. His lawyer, Theodore Herlich, declined to comment.

Woman Tries To Sneak In Loaded Gun With Her Vagina

Remember when we told you about the Tennessee woman who made headlines for trying to sneak a loaded handgun into prison?

As previously reported deputies didn’t immediately see the weapon Dallas Archer was carrying but upon a strip search, apparently found a (LOADED) .22 caliber revolver stuffed inside her.

She’ll now serve three years in prison.
The Smoking Gun reports:

The Tennessee woman who had a loaded gun hidden in her vagina when she was booked into jail last year has pleaded guilty to an assortment of criminal charges that will cost her several years in prison, court records show.

Dallas Archer, 21, is scheduled to be sentenced today for introducing contraband into a penal facility, a felony for which she will serve a three-year prison term, according to a plea agreement.

The Kingsport resident was arrested last April (when she was 19) for driving with a suspended license.

As Archer was being booked into the local lockup, a female jailer searching the suspect “located an unknown item in her crotch,” according to a Kingsport Police Department report.

Archer was then accompanied by the jailer and a female cop to a bathroom, where the investigators discovered that the teenager had a loaded handgun concealed in her vagina.

After the pistol was “recovered,” cops determined that it was a .22 caliber North American Arms mini-revolver (which can hold five rounds).

SMFH….three years??? Wonder if it was worth it.

Tell the world your name and where your from?

My name is LettaJ. I’m originally from Dallas, Texas but currently live in New York City.

How long you been doing music?..

I’ve been singing my entire life, like literally since I was 4 years old. My parents are both pastors so I started singing in church really young and I started writing songs when I was 8.

Thirst Trappin is genius how did you decide to do a song with a concept like that?

I was editing video with a friend and he was off task looking at my instagram.(lol) He came across a pic that he thought was sexy and said, “you stay thirst trappin.” I thought it was so hilarious, I couldn’t get it out of my head. So, I posted a pic and hash-tagged it #thirsttrappin. It got mad likes and the next thing I knew, I had written a song about it. And the rest is history! ha

How does social media effect the work today in your eyes ?…

It’s a huge part of the connection to my fans. I think social media makes people feel like they get to know you without actually knowing you and as an artist you want that. You want their thoughts and for them to come out to a show and give you a hug because that’s what its about. So, I create music that is relatable and real enough to constantly connect with the people who follow my musical journey.
I include social media in my daily routine because there are people who want to be a part of my daily routine, so why not let them? :)

What is your 5 year plan with music?

It starts with creating a powerful movement with relevant and well written records. Within a 5 year period, I expect significant success as an award winning recording artist with a discography as a songwriter for films, television shows and great artists. I am a natural entrepreneur, always have been, so I will definitely have businesses that add to my success. But within 5 years I expect to be in a place where I am helping aspiring artists and songwriters achieve their goals and dreams by offering opportunities that help them navigate their way into the industry.I expect to have started a book if not finished one to include in my arsenal of motivational tactics.

What are some of the downs in this business as a woman?

Well, you deal with a lot of bs but that’s certainly not gender specific. The biggest difficulty is having to be discerning enough to know who is serious and who is trying to sleep with you lol. I’m laughing but I’m dead serious. People will say damn near anything to get laid so being smart but still able to listen is a lot more difficult than it sounds. So, the biggest challenge is learning to balance being a business woman and an artist at the same time.

How did you feel about the beef between Drake and Meek Mills?

Honestly, I was just disappointed that the world focused more on beef between two wealthy and successful rappers more than black lives mattering. I felt it showed how easily distracted we can be.

Who is your favorite female artist?

That’s really tough because there are older artist that have influence me so much but if I had to pick an artist now, I would say Jazmine Sullivan because I could listen to her endlessly.

If you could assemble a dream team group who would the members be?

Wow. Hmmm…well I wish I could bring Sam Cooke and Marvin Gaye back because they would definitely be in my group but I suppose I would want to create a group kind of like the Fugees. So I would want LettaJ (me haha), Chris Brown, Tink and maybe Lacrae in a group. We’re all different and talented in our own ways but so creative…and we’re all songwriters! So I know we would create some of the most amazing music ever. And the execution would be insane!!!

What producers would you like to work with?..

I’m a fan of Rock City and I love the originally Pharrell embodies. So, those guys :)

What kind of advice can you give some young artist in the come up like yourself?

The advise I would give anyone, regardless of their industry (especially young artist) is “What God has for you, is for you!” There will always be people who think they can make or break your career but they can’t. Although the industry is relationship driven, I think it’s important to understand that what is destined for your life, is intended for you. You have to just work hard and be smart enough to go after it and grab it. But understanding who you are, realizing your worth and knowing what you want are among the most important things you can give yourself. Knowing those things will help you stay focused and they will will help you make wise decisions even when it’s tough. Stay faithful, set the bar ridiculously high and work so hard you impress yourself.
