Nicole Murphy Removed From Hotel For Making A Scene Over Strahan’s Cheating

According to TMZ reports:

Nicole Murphy went on a search and destroy mission to find Michael Strahan in a Beverly Hills hotel room — where she suspected he was cheating — and flew into such a rage she got kicked off the premises.

It all went down at the famous Regent Beverly Wilshire back in January. Sources tell us Nicole had gotten word that Michael was staying there … and she suspected he was with another woman.

We’re told Nicole showed up at Michael’s hotel room, unannounced … and began banging on the door shortly before midnight, causing a major scene.

Witnesses tell us Nicole was screaming Michael’s name, saying, “I know you’re in there with some bitch.” She also yelled, for all to hear, “It’s Michael from ‘Kelly and Michael’ in there.”

The commotion woke up several guests in neighboring rooms — some of whom stuck their heads out into the hallway. She ranted for 20 minutes before hotel security booted Nicole from the hotel.

We have no idea if Michael was ever in the room … but the door never opened.

Hell hath no fury…maybe this is why she was all hugged up with Jim Jackson.

Racists In Russia Depict President Obama Eating A Banana In Laser Show

President Barack Obama received birthday greetings from around the world when he turned 53 years old on Monday, but some of those wishes weren’t exactly well.

In Russia, protesters used lasers to beam a crude, racist image of Obama onto the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. The image showed the president in a birthday hat with a banana going in and out of his mouth followed by projections of the words “Obama” and “happy birthday” in English.

The Moscow Student Initiative took responsibility for the stunt on VK, a social network popular in Russia.

Racially-charged messages aimed at Obama have been cropping up with alarming regularity in Russia. Also on the president’s birthday, a banner depicting Obama as the “Three Wise Monkeys” — see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil — was unfurled near the U.S. Consular Section in Moscow, The Washington Post reported.

In June, a series of racially-charged posters were displayed around the city of Perm, with one showing the president with a banana, The Moscow Times reported.

And in February, former figure skater Irina Rodnina, who helped to light the Olympic flame in Sochi, tweeted a racist image of Obama with a banana. Rodnina, a three-time gold medalist, is currently a politician.

Haters gonna hate.

Study Shows White People In Favor Of Harsher Criminal Laws For Black

A recent Stanford study will likely have more than a few in the black community throwing a side eye at their Caucasian peers.

A recent study suggests that, if you are white, and you are presented with evidence that our criminal justice system disproportionately targets black people, then you are more likely to support harsh criminal justice policies than if you were unaware of this evidence.

According to a study by Rebecca Hetey, a post-doctoral fellow in Stanford’s Psychology department and Jennifer Eberhardt, her faculty advisor, informing white people that African Americans are significantly over-represented in the prison population “may actually bolster support for the very policies that perpetuate the inequality.”

Forty percent of the nation’s prison population is black, as compared to only 12 percent of the population as a whole.

To reach their conclusions, Hetey and Eberhardt conducted two experiments involving white subjects. In the first, white people were asked to watch one of two videos containing mug shots. In one video, 25 percent of the mug shots were pictures of black men, while in the other video, 45 percent of the mug shots depicted African American males. After watching the video, the subjects were then asked whether they would sign a petition calling for one of California’s strict sentencing laws to be eased.

The result: “Over half of the participants who’d seen the mug shots with fewer black men signed the petition, whereas only 27 percent of people who viewed the mug shots containing a higher percentage of black inmates agreed to sign.”

In the second experiment, two groups of white New Yorkers were shown different statistical data about the racial makeup of the prison population. One group was shown data indicating that 40 percent of prisoners are black while the other group was shown that 60 percent are black. Once again, the group that was led to believe that fewer people in the criminal justice system are African Americans were more likely to support liberalizing criminal justice policies.

Charlize Theron Tries To Have Tia Mowry Expelled From Exercise Class

Tia Mowry-Hardrict’s little venting session with OK Mag a few weeks back may have her looking for a new workout space. After Tia told the tabloids that Charlize was “just mean” to her during one of their SoulCycle Sessions, Charlize had a freakout and demanded that the former child star be ejected from the class. Charlize Theron is trying to get Tia Mowry banned from her SoulCycle class after the former child star recently bad mouthed, according to new reports.

Last month Tia blabbed to In Touch Weekly, claiming the Oscar-winning South African actress rolled her eye and said ‘Oh my God,’ after she approached her at a SoulCycle indoor cycling studio in Los Angeles.

Now it is being reported Charlize, who turned 39 on Thursday, is trying to get the 36-year-old reality star barred after apparently having a meltdown at management.

DishNation claims to have spoken to a ‘SoulCycle insider’, who explained: ‘Charlize came in so p****d off after Tia went to the tabloids about her, and she demanded we bar Tia from ever coming back.

‘When the manager refused Charlize just got angrier and said she’d go to the top to make it happen.’

The website further reported, based on another purported eyewitness account, that Charlize was overheard raging to staff: ‘This nobody who was famous for a minute 20 years ago can complain to the tabloids about me but I can’t expect you to protect me from hangers on in your studio?’

Management the said they would ‘deal’ with the situation, according to the insider, but a decision is yet to be reached on Mowry.

MailOnline has contacted Charlize’s representatives and awaits comment.

Speaking to In Touch last month, Tia said of her encounter with Charlize: ‘She wasn’t very nice to me. I said “Hi,” and she actually rolled her eyes and said, “Oh my God.”‘

Charlize may have a little bit of pull at this gym…and Tia might have to buy a stationary bike and a DVD to burn her lil calories from here on out! Should Tia have just sucked it up and just called Charlize a bish in her head instead of telling the world what went down?

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kanye West has made his wife put her baby plans “on hold” because of his busy schedule and upcoming tour. But the reality star won’t be stopped! The selfie-obsessed Kardashian has admitted that she would love to be pregnant at the same time as Kourtney!

“[Kourtney] is like more than half way in, so you know, we’re trying,” she said in an interview.

Not only would she like to be pregnant at the same time as her older sister, Kim actually wants all three Kardashian women to be pregnant at the same time!

“There’s a lot of craziness in the house, so why not add pregnancy hormones to the craziness?” she said. “It would be like a partner in crime. Someone to know those cravings that you’re really going through.”

Hate speech disguised as “Southern Pride?”

Is The Confederate Flag As Hateful As The Swastika?

Confederate flags flew as the South fought in defense of slavery, while Swastikas were the symbol of the Third Reich as they terrorized Jews in Germany. Do you think the flags are equal in the shameful bits of history they represent? Many Southerners (of many races) fly the flag in their yards, on their cars, or rock in on their clothing as a “symbol of their history.” But are they sending a racist message regardless of what they say their intention is? Peep this writer’s take on the flag as a hate symbol. Via WashingtonPost:

Hubert Wayne Cash, 65, a Navy veteran and retired phone company worker, spent an hour at his home Tuesday explaining why he allowed the recent erection of a giant Confederate battle flag in his wooded back yard north of Fredericksburg overlooking busy Interstate 95.

“I’ve got 50 ancestors who fought in the Civil War,” Cash said. “I honor their heritage.”

The gray-bearded Cash was gracious and thoughtful. I applaud his willingness to answer skeptical questions from an incorrigibly pro-Yankee news columnist.

But I still think Cash and his allies are wrong to display the flag. It’s the principal emblem today of a hateful cause — the protection of slavery — from which it cannot be divorced.

Germans don’t use Nazi swastika flags to honor their dead from World War II. The same logic applies to the Confederacy, even if the Nazis’ sins were worse than those of Jefferson Davis and company.

Of course, the United States can’t ban the Rebel banner outright, as German law prohibits the display of swastikas. The First Amendment protects freedom of speech.

But the public can and should try to shame the Confederacy fan club into scrapping the emblem of a wicked purpose and leaving it to be displayed only in museums and history books.

There are plenty of other ways to commemorate one’s Rebel ancestors. What about plaques, flowers or the Virginia state flag? The Confederacy was big on states’ rights.

Here’s my main complaint about the flaggers, which Cash did little to dispel: Like many in the “Southern heritage” movement, they aren’t just committed to honoring individual Rebel soldiers. They insist also on trying to whitewash the Confederacy by saying the Civil War was about something other than slavery.

Do you automatically assume those who fly the flag do so with racist intentions? Or…is there a way for Southerners to display the flag as a part of their heritage — separate from it’s association with slavery?

Looks like all you movie-lovers may just have to put the lotion down for a while…

Porn Workers Unemployed Due To Condom Laws

Pornography production in Los Angeles appears to have plunged in the wake of a law which compels performers to use condoms.

The number of permits issued for adult films fell 90% last year to just 40 permits compared with 2012, when the law was introduced, the Los Angeles Times reported on Wednesday.

“We’ve seen a dramatic drop in permits,” Paul Audley, president of FilmLA, told the paper. “It is a cause for concern that people who are manning the cameras, lights and other things on those sets are not working anymore.”

Voters in LA County backed the ban after the Aids Healthcare Foundation, an advocacy group, argued that unsafe sex on sets spread HIV and other diseases.

The industry protested in vain that it conducted regular health screenings and that audiences and performers tended to prefer porn without condoms.

The state senate is due to vote this month on whether to widen the ban to all of California.

Several porn producers said they had moved production to other parts of southern California, as well as Nevada, Florida and eastern Europe, where there is less regulation.

The exodus follows the migration of mainstream Hollywood feature films and TV dramas to states and countries with lower costs and generous tax breaks. The “runaway production”, as it has been dubbed, has left LA’s once formidable army of grips, electricians, camera operators, set decorators and caterers struggling for work.

“It’s not helpful to have another segment of the industry leave the region,” said Audley.

The adult entertainment industry’s advocacy group, the Free Speech Coalition, has attributed occasional HIV infections among performers to off-set behaviour.

It said condoms were unnecessary – because of regular health screenings – and unpopular.

With bright lights and prolonged periods of penetration condoms aggravate friction, causing discomfort and making it more difficult to maintain erections, Diane Duke, the group’s CEO, told the Guardian last year. “And yes, consumers seem to prefer non-condom movies.”

Draya Confirms Split From Orlando Scandrick

After weeks of speculation and rumblings on social media, Draya finally put rumors to rest with confirmation that she and Dallas Couwboys player Orlando Scandrick have indeed called it quits. Draya seems to maintain her lack of blame in the matter and even hinted that she tried to change her image for her relationship, but she may be done with her her little wholesome housewife act now that her baller-boo is out of the picture:

River Otter Attack Leaves Young Boy And Grandmother Mauled

Wildlife officials in Washington are hunting for a ferocious river otter that attacked an 8-year-old boy and then mauled his grandmother when she waded into to save him.

Lelani Grove was recovering with severe cuts to her face and may lose sight in her right eye after she was bitten and clawed by the beast at a swimming hole near Lake Stevens last week, according to local reports.

Wildlife officials believed they spotted the otter with pups in the Pilchuck River earlier this week.

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife didn’t immediately return messages about whether the animal has been caught.

This thing was not for play…

The family had only been at the swimming spot near the Russell Road Bridge for about 15 minutes on July 31 when the beast leapt Grove’s grandson, Bryce Moser, and began biting him.

“I hear my daughter screaming, ‘What’s going on, Bryce?’ When I looked closer, there was something on his head – over his head – and around his body,” Grove told local KOMO-TV.

“She’s screaming and he’s screaming and I see him go back under water. This thing obviously was heavy enough to where it took him under.”

That’s one big azz otter.

Grove and her grandson eventually escaped the attack.

They were taken to a local hospital, where doctors needed hundreds of stitches to mend the wounds on her ravaged face.

Tabitha Moser, Bryce’s mother, told local KIRO-TV, “Her whole eye was kind of taken apart.”

Goin’ through life tellin’ people you lost your eye to an otter is NOT the business.
