Chris Brown Sent Back To Jail After Getting Kicked Out Of Rehab

Just when it seemed Chris Brown was finally ready to get on the right path, yet ANOTHER incident has gotten him booted from rehab. And this time, he was sent straight to jail.

Chris Brown is on his way to jail right now, because he violated a judge’s order by getting booted from the rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly 4 months … TMZ has learned.

The judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered Chris to live in the Malibu rehab facility for 90 days to get anger management therapy, and he completed the stint earlier this month. BUT … at the last court hearing, the judge modified things and ordered Chris to stay in the facility while the Washington D.C. assault case ran its course.

The deal was this … if Chris left rehab, he would go directly to jail.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Brown was thrown out of the rehab facility this morning, for violating “internal rules.” We do not know precisely what Chris did, but we’re told it did not involve violence or drugs.

Sources tell TMZ … Chris was caught having “an inappropriate relationship” with a female worker at the beginning of the month, but that is NOT why he was thrown out today.

As you recall, Chris was previously thrown out of a different facility for throwing a rock at his mom’s car window.

Chris was picked up by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies a short time ago and is on his way to jail.

Zoe’s too focused on her new husband to be bothered with gyms and diets these days. In a recent interview with Net-A-Porter, the notoriously thin actress revealed that ever since she strolled down the aisle with her swirly Italian boo Marco Perego, she’s been too preoccupied to care about keeping her slimmy trimmy body in check. US Weekly reports:

After secretly tying the knot last June, Zoe Saldana has made the most of this past year by enjoying the life of a newlywed. In the latest issue of Net-a-Porter, the 35-year-old actress says she’s been enjoying some time off to completely relax and indulge.

“I’ve been an active person my whole life. The past year have been the only time in my life that I haven’t been to the gym,” Saldana, who still looks as stunning and slim as ever, claimed. “I’ve been lazy instead of training for something and pushing myself.”

The Avatar star says her usual workout routines weren’t just to maintain a certain weight.

“Not because I am trying to be skinny. I just like to know how much endurance I have,” she explained. “But this past year I’ve let myself go. I’ve been eating a lot of Chinese, pasta, rice, beans . . .”

Glad to hear she’s enjoying the married life! But we certainly can’t see the effects of all those rice & beans on her lil body in these pics. Can you?

Teacher Denies Saying Racist Anti-Obama Remark

He should have known better and watched what he said…now his job is on the line. SMH.

According to Raw Story:

An Ohio teacher tried to clarify remarks Thursday that he made to a student about his presidential aspirations as he fights to retain his job.

Gil Voigt, a science teacher at Fairfield Freshman High School, flatly denied telling a student in December that “the country doesn’t need another black president,” as the teen had claimed.

“Absolutely not,” Voigt told WLWT-TV. “I said, as the individuals were leaving the class, and I heard one of the individuals talk about wanting to be president, I said, ‘Let’s hope we don’t need another president like Obama, whether he’s black or white. We need somebody in the White House who can lead us in a different direction.’”

“It was after school,” he said. “It was unstructured. It’s after the school day. It’s nothing more than if I was walking down the hall with somebody and we were talking about a certain issue.”

Voigt said he doesn’t know why the student would accuse him of making a racist statement, although he admits he was reprimanded in 2008 for an “inappropriate racial comment” he made to a student who was sleeping in class.

“I didn’t attack anybody individually,” he said. “It was an opinionated statement. I didn’t make any racial jokes. I didn’t curse. I’m fighting for clearance of my name.”

This guy was already reprimanded for racist remarks before. Why should we believe he was misquoted this time around?

Father Likely To Avoid Charges For Killing Teen He Mistook For Intruder

The unfortunate case of a 17-year-old boy who lost his life at the hands of a father who killed him after his daughter snuck the boy into their home but later claimed no to know him is likely to have an ending that the boy’s family will certainly not be happy with according to a local prosecutor.

The Houston father who police say fatally shot a 17-year-old boy who was inside his daughter’s bedroom early Thursday morning will likely not be charged, an area prosecutor told MyFoxHouston.com.

Although a grand jury will review the case, prosecutor Warren Diepraam said it is unlikely that the father will be charged.

“What was going on in the person’s mind at the time of the shooting, [not] what they found out after the fact” is key, Diepraam said. “They’re looking at what he was thinking when he made the decision to shoot.”

He reportedly found the teen in bed with his daughter and confronted him. His daughter apparently told him she did not know the boy.

The father said he told the teen not to move, but reportedly saw the teen reach for something, at which point police say the father opened fire. The teen did not have a gun. His daughter later confessed that she snuck her boyfriend, 17, into the house, the report said.

“We don’t know if the father knew him or not,” Sgt. Ben Bell with the Harris County Sheriff’s Department, told the station. The family had just moved into the neighborhood.

Bob Saget Comes Clean About His Wild Side In New Memoir

Bob Saget admits he got a little close for comfort with his “Full House” co-star John Stamos back in the day.

If you ask Bob Saget, he was wildly inappropriate on the set of “Full House” — and he slept with John Stamos.

Saget makes these claims, and more, in his new memoir, “Dirty Daddy,” for which Confidenti@l got an advance copy.

In it, the comic shocks with tales of drunken escapades, such as the time he went to Las Vegas with Stamos, his former “Full House” co-star, to see an Elvis impersonator. Saget recalls he got so drunk that the yogurt-swilling Stamos “ended up literally taking off my shoes, cutting up my room-service steak and feeding me so I wouldn’t yack.”

“One of his sisters even stopped by to check on us. Then he put me to bed. He went to bed soon after. Next to me,” he writes. “When I woke up the following day I realized … I had just slept with John Stamos.”

Saget admits that during his party days, he used to drive the streets of Hollywood drunk. He recalls driving home with an unnamed comedian friend along Sunset Blvd., when he suddenly blacked out.

“We were actually only on our left wheels for a couple of seconds,” Saget writes.

The comic says the edgy sense of humor he’s known for today often would come out in odd ways while he filmed his wholesome sitcom.

“For example, when we would go over the [“Full House”] scripts together in a conference room with the producers and writers, we were all supposed to be taking notes but I’d be drawing [body parts] on the scripts and showing them to Dave [Coulier] and John like I was in fifth grade. I couldn’t help it,” he writes.

Once, when he was given a rubber doll as a stand-in for Michelle (the character played by both Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen), he threw it around, laughing like a “comedian with no moral compass,” and was caught on TV monitors doing it.

The book is set to be released on April 8.

SMH… Sounds like this guy was on the verge of some Charlie Sheen type isht!

Man Chains Himself To Highway Rest Stop To Protest Its Closure

According to CBS Chicago:

A 21-year-old Crystal Lake man staged a one-man protest Friday morning over the permanent closing this weekend of the Des Plaines Oasis along the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway. The reason will no doubt come as a surprise. WBBM Newsradio’s Mike Krauser reports Kevin Walters chained himself to the door of the oasis, and said to understand why, you have to go back more than two decades.

“It is a weird story, I must admit. About 21 years ago, my parents were at a Phil Collins concert here in Chicago, and one thing led to another. They ended up at the oasis … and I was conceived there,” he said.

Asked how his parents went about telling him that, Walters said “it just sort of came out just randomly in conversation.”

“They were like, ’Oh yeah, hey, we never really told you how you were born, or your conception,’ and my parents are weird people, so it’s not that surprising,” he said.

Walters said the oasis is part of his life, and he hates to see it close.

Kandi is finally going to walk down the aisle with Todd, much to the disappointment of Mama Joyce, who told RadarOnline.com exclusively that she is not going to cause any drama at the ceremony but she is “not excited” about the marriage.

Kandi Sets Wedding Date For April 4th But Mama Joyce Is Not Happy

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is going to tie the knot with her fiancé on April 4 in front of Bravo cameras but her mother, known for throwing things when she gets angry, has assured Radar that she does not approve of her daughter’s choice in husbands.

“I am not excited but I am going,” Mama Joyce told Radar about the wedding extravaganza.

“It’s not my wedding. If she is happy then I am happy for her. If that’s who she wants to marry then I’m happy. As long as she is happy I am happy.”

Doth the lady protest too much?

“Kandi says she is happy so I just have to go by what she says,” her mother conceded. Mama Joyce did say she won’t be interrupting the ceremony, despite her dislike of Tucker.

“I’m not going to stand up when they ask if anyone has any objections. I don’t have anything to say. Everyone knows how I feel.”

The RHOA star also said that she is praying she is wrong about her son-in-law-to-be.

“I hope that I can say ‘I’m glad Kandi didn’t listen to me and this is the man she has been waiting for all her life.’”

Another bombshell Mama Joyce dropped is that Kandi wants to have more children, and that she will love them no matter what.

“Their father doesn’t make no difference to me. If she adopted, had another child with Todd, I will love it.”

As for filming the wedding, Mama Joyce told Radar she’s a pro.

“I’m used to cameras, they’ve been around for the last five or six years. I’m pretty comfortable.” And she assured Radar that she is not going to instigate any arguments.

“I am not fighting nobody.”

Lamar Odom Quits Spanish Basketball Team After Injury

According to US Magazine:

Lamar Odom has officially quit the Spanish basketball team Baskonia (known as Laboral Kutxa) after suffering an injury, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm. “The tests carried out in New York by Lamar Odom’s trusted medical team, with the knowledge of the club, have shown that the player is suffering from lumbar radiculitis, which could keep him out of action for up to two months,” a spokesman for Laboral Kutxa tells Us in a statement. “The player therefore terminates his current contractual relationship with the club. The north American pivot will complete his recovery in the United States.” (Lumbar Radiculitis is a painful spinal injury that causes lower back pain.)

“Baskonia hopes Lamar Odom’s recuperation process goes well and it leaves open the possibility of renewing its relationship with the player once his injury has healed,” the statement continues. “Baskonia would like to thank the player’s involvement during the time he has been in Vitoria and leaves open the possibility of renewing the relationship depending on how his injury evolves in the coming months.”

As previously reported, Odom, 34, recently returned home to the states after his injury, and it was unclear whether or not he would go back. Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband had only played two games for the team so far, racking up a total of 22 minutes on the court.

“I’m very grateful for the understanding,” Odom said in a taped interview with a team rep. “Not only the people of the Baskonia basketball organization, but the people — who’ve shown an appreciation for me and not just a basketball player. It goes so far from beyond the basketball court. I would like to thank you for the continued support.”
