Welp… Looks like Ochocinco isn’t having any luck cleaning up his act and settling down. According to BOSSIP sources the former NFL baller has dumped Crystal Bates, the woman who recently gave birth to his fifth child, shattering her dreams of them moving in together and raising their combined family of 9 kids (they each had four before the birth of baby Kennedi)!!!

According to our source, Ochostinko met Crystal in the strip club where she waitressed — she promptly quit that gig after he purchased a Range Rover and other expensive gifts for her. But those things have come to a halt since the baby’s birth.

“It’s a sad story,” the source tells BOSSIP. “He did her dirty. Got her pregnant and sold her a dream. She wants to marry him and he won’t even let her and her 5 kids move into his house.”

SMH. To make matters worse, the source tells BOSSIP Crystal is now living in a section 8 apartment (with the gifted Range parked outside!!!) and is applying for WIC. Chad reportedly does not help financially and Crystal soothes her rattled nerves by tweeting all day, listening to Luther Vandross, KEM and Anita Baker and watching p**n. She has teenage kids as well who often end up babysitting when she heads out to blow off steam by partying at strip clubs — like the one she visited just three weeks after giving birth.

Family Of Kimberlee Randle King Demands Answers

Kimberlee Randle King of Missouri died in September of 2014 after police say she committed suicide by hanging herself with a t-shirt. In the wake of Sandra Bland’s death however, her family is continuing to press for answers on what happened to the 21-year-old.

The River Front Times reports:

Last September, Pagedale police arrested 21-year-old Kimberlee Randle-King for getting in a street fight. Noting several “failure to appear” warrants for her arrest, the officers put her in jail.
Within minutes, she was dead in her cell.

The cops called it a suicide. But in the post-Ferguson climate, not everyone believed them. Many family members and protestors gathered in Pagedale a few days after the death.

Kimberlee Randle-King — a single mother of two living in her own apartment in Maplewood — was a confident and bubbly person with no history of mental illness or suicidal thoughts, according to her mother, Gladys King.

“She was not at all depressed,” King tells RFT. She was a “glamour girl” who liked her housecleaning job at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Clayton because it allowed her to buy new clothes. “She thought she was Beyoncé!”

On the afternoon of September 19, 2014, Randle-King finished her shift there and drove up to Pagedale to pick up her kids, ages three and twelve four, at her grandmother’s house. Instead, she got into a brawl.

Corporal Valiant and another officer rounded up two of the brawlers: Randle-King and Cathryn Waters, 26. Randle-King said the latter had threatened her earlier on Facebook, then jumped her when they crossed paths that day.

The cops arrested both women on charges of third-degree assault.

At the Pagedale police station, Waters went free with a citation because she had no outstanding warrants. Randle-King, however, had seven “failure to appear” warrants and nine fugitive warrants issued by St. Louis County, University City, Bellfontaine Neighbors, Clayton and Maryland Heights, mostly for traffic and vehicle violations.

In the booking room, she asked officer Stephen Hall to undo her handcuffs. He agreed, observing that she’d become “notably calm.” Randle-King signed her booking documents, denying any medical problems.

Yet when officer Hall explained to her the bond amount on her warrants, the police report says,

Kimberlee became “hysterical” and claimed she would lose her “job, house and babies.” Kimberlee then said, “I’m gonna die if I go back there.”
Police Officer Hall… did not believe her statement to be suicidal in nature.”

According to the report, the Pagedale police station is outfitted with 13 interior cameras. Investigators later watched the video recordings and came up with the following timeline.

At 5:07 p.m., the officers locked the door to Randle-King’s cell. She “immediately threw herself to the floor and rolled onto her sides. She repeatedly flailed her arms and legs and appeared to scream and/or cry.”

Two minutes later, alone in her cell, she pulled off her red t-shirt. She laced it through the center hole in the top bunk’s bed frame. She wrapped it around her neck, tightened it, then lowered herself into a “contorted position… suspended by the t-shirt around her neck.

By 5:17 — just ten minutes after they locked her in the cell — “all movement in Kimberlee’s body appeared to have stopped.”

It apparently wasn’t until 5:33 — or about 34 minutes after they locked her in the cell — that a police clerk and Valiant used the monitor to check on her. That’s when Valiant sprung into action. He hurried into the cell, bear-hug lifted her, freed her from the noose, laid her on the bottom bunk and started giving her CPR.

Cabot Hemp, an inmate across the hallway, said he looked out of his window and saw Valiant “desperately” trying to save the woman, “like it was [his] own daughter.”

Jeffrey Webb Posts Bond With Luxury Cars, Jewelry

One of the FIFA officials brought in for racketeering charges earlier this year just bought his way back out to freedom…with a few of the flashy items he bought with his crooked soccer cash. Via LA Times:

Former CONCACAF President Jeffrey Webb, one of nine high-ranking FIFA officials indicted by the federal government, turned over a treasure chest full of items to secure the $10-million bond that released him from custody over the weekend.

Webb pleaded not guilty to racketeering and bribery changes in a Brooklyn federal court Saturday. He was released following his arraignment.

Webb, a 50-year-old from the Cayman Islands who was extradited from Switzerland to the U.S. to face charges, turned over 11 luxury watches, three luxury cars, 10 properties and his wife’s wedding ring, among other things.

According to the Associated Press, an order filed Monday setting the conditions for his release said Webb secured the bond with five Rolex watches plus a Cartier Roadster, Hublot, Breitling, Panerai, Royal Oak Offshore and Luminor Marina.

Webb’s bond also is secured by a 2015 Ferrari and 2014 Range Rover, a 2003 Mercedes-Benz and a 401(k) account in his wife’s name. His wife’s diamond wedding ring is also included as security.

Life comes at you fast, huh? Time will tell just how much time on the outside all that luxury actually bought him…

A two-year-old is dead and two other pedestrians, including another child, are hurt after they were struck by a postal truck in New Jersey, authorities said.

The crash happened Monday on Rahway Avenue near South Street and Chilton Street.

The children’s grandmother, was walking with her two-year-old granddaughter and other grandchild, 4, when the collision occurred, officials said.

No names have been released; the grandmother who is in her 50s, is currently having brain surgery at University Hospital. The 4-year-old boy is there as well, with a few abrasions, waiting to be picked up by his father.

The Sheriff’s Office and Police Department are working together, as the accident is still under investigation.

Witness Andres Figueroa told PIX11 News the woman was carrying the youngest victim in her arms when the truck came toward them. She turned back to the truck, apparently in an attempt to protect the toddler, but when she was hit, the child went flying out of her arms and landed on the pavement.

So sad! Our thoughts are with the family.

Woman Kills Family, Lays With Bodies For Two Days After Botched Suicide

So sad. A mentally ill woman tried to commit a murder suicide of her entire family. Instead, she ended up having to lay injured with the bodies of her husband and infant son for two days after failing her own suicide attempt. Via MailOnline:

A popular teacher killed her husband and infant son over the weekend in an attempted double murder suicide.

Erin Agren of Whatcom County, Washington shot her husband, Michael Jordan, and their 17-month-old son Miles before attempting to kill herself.

She instead shot herself in the shoulder, and lay on the floor with her family’s dead bodies nearby for two days until she was discovered by a realtor who had arrived to show the house.

KIRO reports that the realtor, Steve Mullenix, heard Agren yelling for help from the master bedroom at around 3pm on Sunday when he and some potential buyers showed up to the home for an open house.

Agren, who has reportedly suffered from mental health issues in the past including paranoia, later admitted to police that she shot her husband and son dead.

Terrible that she couldn’t get adequate help for her issues before it came to this. SMH.

A jury is deciding how much Fitty has to fork over to a woman whose private sex tape he posted online, in order to get back at rival rapper Rick Ross, who once fathered a baby with the woman.

Earlier this month, the civil court jury ordered Jackson to pay $5 million to the woman, Lastonia Leviston, 33.

Now in a second trial, the same jurors are deciding what amount of money would be an appropriate punishment as well as a deterrent to prevent him from doing a similar thing again.

But the “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” star tried to downplay his wealth as mostly a front.

“The hip-hop culture is aspirational,” he said.

Black Man Shot And Killed By Cincinnati Police

Another day, another police killing of an unarmed Black man. This time, the deceased is a father of 13 who was shot by a campus cop after getting pulled over for a missing front license plate. Via CNN:

Cincinnati police are investigating the fatal shooting of an apparently unarmed black man by a University of Cincinnati police officer after a confrontation during a traffic stop Sunday.

The dead man, who was shot in the head, was Samuel Dubose, a 43-year-old father of 13 children, according to CNN affiliate WKRC-TV. A CNN records search showed that Dubose had more than 60 arrests.

Authorities identified the officer as Ray Tensing, who has five years’ experience in law enforcement and who has worked for the University of Cincinnati Police Department for more than a year. He is white.

According to the Cincinnati Police Department, which is handling the investigation, Tensing saw Dubose driving without a front license plate around 6:30 Sunday evening and tried to pull him over. Police said Dubose continued for about a mile before stopping the car.

Tensing asked several times to see Dubose’s driver’s license, Cincinnati police said. Instead, police said, Dubose handed the officer a bottle of alcohol.

According to police, Tensing asked Dubose to step out of the car, at which point a struggle ensued.

“There was a struggle at the door with Mr. Dubose in the vehicle and the officer outside the vehicle, and the vehicle sped away,” Cincinnati police Lt. Col. James Whalen told reporters.

Tensing fired a single shot, hitting the driver in the head. Tensing fell to the ground as he fired the shot, bruising his legs and tearing his uniform, Cincinnati police said.

It appeared that Dubose did not have a weapon, according to police.

SMH!! These police are so trigger happy. When will it stop?

Camille Cosby doesn’t care what’s going on…she’s staying blindly loyal to her husband of 50 years, despite what nearly 50 women swear he did to them and even his own admissions.

With the number of Bill Cosby supporters rapidly shrinking, all eyes are turning to his most steadfast ally, his wife of 50 years, Camille.

When allegations of sexual assault accumulated against the comedian last year, Camille O. Cosby came to his defense with a statement assuring the public her husband “is the man you thought you knew.”

But after the release of previously sealed court documents in which Cosby acknowledges having multiple extramarital affairs, using drugs with women and attempting to conceal his behavior to protect “Mrs. Cosby,” the question now becomes whether Camille will continue to stand by those words.

A source tells PEOPLE that little has changed in the Cosby marriage since the documents were revealed, and Camille, who celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary with Cosby in January, will almost certainly stand by the embattled legend.

“I met my husband, Bill Cosby, in 1963, and we were married in 1964,” the philanthropist, now 71, said in her 2014 statement. “The man I met, and fell in love with, and whom I continue to love, is the man you all knew through his work.”

Well, that’s some strong Black matrimony-dom, if nothing else…right?

The full incident that landed Sandra Bland in the jail cell where she ultimately died has been released to the public.
