Houston Man Beats Son At School For Misbehaving In Class

A father is facing charges after accusations that he beat his son at the boy’s middle school.

Christopher Levy has been charged with injury to a child.

Investigators said Levy pulled the boy out of class after a parent-teacher conference at Forest Brook Middle School on Wednesday, then hit him repeatedly.

Quinaya Devaughn said the boy is her cousin and she saw the altercation during lunch time.

“I was in the cafeteria lunch line and it was a whole bunch of commotion, fighting,” said Devaughn. “It was over the top. [The boy] just balled up and he was trying to run and he fell and his dad grabbed him and started hitting him.”

Houston ISD police officers pulled Levy off his son. Levy was arrested and his son was taken to the hospital.

Levy is being held on a $10,000 bond.

Child Protective Services is also investigating. A spokesperson said Levy does not live in the same home as his son. The boy lives with his mother.

Angry Wife Buys Newspaper Ad To Embarrass Cheating Husband And Mistress

A classified ad in a Texas newspaper appears to show a scorned wife wreaking revenge on her cheating husband and his pregnant mistress.

The passive aggressive listing from Toldeo Bend congratulates Shara Cormier and Patrick Brown on the news they are to have a baby, signed with love by his wife, Timeshia.

While it is not clear when this advertisement was published or how much it cost, the story was shared on reddit on Monday after apparently being posted on Facebook.

Relatives and work colleagues of a Shara Cormier who lives in Sabine County Texas declined to comment on the advertisement.

The Facebook page of Cormier reveals she is friends with a Patrick Brown who lives in the same town, but unfortunately there is no trace of the wronged woman, Timeshia.

“They did extensive remodeling,” an insider tells Radar. “There was a complete gut of the kitchen and great room and Kris’ bathroom.”

“Outside, they added a portico over the patio to the house,” the source explains.

As for the fact that they’ve been hiding the true facade of their home from fans for years, the source says, “No one thought it was a big deal!”

Texas Judge Who Brutally Beat Daughter Loses Job

Here’s a video, recently uploaded to YouTube, showing a man whip his disabled daughter with a belt, apparently for downloading games and music. The man is a Texas court-at-law judge named William Adams. His daughter’s name is Hillary. And she’s the person who recorded and uploaded the video.

A South Texas family law judge seen beating his then-16-year-old daughter in a video she posted online in 2011 has lost his re-election bid.

Unofficial returns show Aransas County voters on Tuesday rejected William Adams in the Republican primary.

The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reports County Attorney Richard Bianchi joins the bench in January. No Democrats challenged Adams, who sought a fourth full term.

The video shows Adams lashing his daughter. Hillary Adams has said she released the video, which she secretly taped in 2004, to compel her father to get help and show he’s unfit as a judge. She said the beating happened after she illegally downloaded files from the Internet.

William Adams was suspended for a year. The Texas Supreme Court in November 2012 lifted his suspension.

The mother of the disabled child has since divorced the judge and released this statement on Facebook:

“I am praying for my daughters and me and my family to heal in all ways from emotional and physical abuse, for the current and continuing abuse of my children and me that has been ongoing to end – starting now — for my daughters to both finally be able to go to counseling both individually and as a family group with their Dad’s approval, encouragement, involvement and support, for him to finally make amends to all of us, talk openly with us, and take the first steps to letting our broken family heal.”

Miami Dolphins linebacker Philip Wheeler says his girlfriend is being unfairly attacked over a picture showing her breast-feeding their son … and now he’s calling for people to stop the boob hate, asap.

Wheeler’s GF is model Ashley Nicole — who recently posted a photo showing her son latched on to her right breast inside of their home. She included the caption, “Was on the way out the door but then mommy duty called… Everything stops for him! #breastisbest #natureisbeautiful.”

Problem is … not everyone felt the same way — and social media erupted with people trashing Nicole for posting the pic in the first place.

TMZ Sports spoke to Wheeler … who says, “I wish everybody would just leave it alone” … adding, “She’s a model. She takes pictures for a living.”

Wheeler pointed out that Gisele posted a breast-feeding pic back in December — and was widely praised for it — and doesn’t understand why his GF isn’t getting the same love.

As for the pic, it’s still posted on Ashley’s Instagram page — and we’re told she has no plans to take it down.

3rd Graders Caught Smoking Marijuana In Elementary School Bathroom

Police in a Central California city are trying to determine how three third-graders caught smoking marijuana got the drug.

Sonora Police Chief Mark Stinson says the two 8-year-olds and a 9-year-old were discovered by another student last week at Sonora Elementary School. Superintendent Leigh Shampain told KPIX-TV the students were smoking in a school bathroom.

The student who found the smokers told school officials, who contacted police. The third-graders were released to their parents.

Stinson said on Wednesday police were looking into whether someone supplied the drug to the kids. KPIX-TV said Shampain would not discuss how the third-graders might be disciplined.

We think a fresh switch is a good way to begin the disciplinary procedure.

Three Mahopac High School basketball players have been suspended after school officials said they posted racist tweets following a recent game against Mount Vernon.

It happened after Mount Vernon’s basketball team defeated Mahopac Feb. 27th in a tense game in the NYSPHSAA Section 1AA Boys Basketball tournament.

“Some of Mahopac’s team players displayed a lack of dignity and disrespect toward Mount Vernon by posting Twitter comments that cannot be condoned nor tolerated,” said Mount Vernon Mayor Ernest D. Davis.

At the game, there were scuffles in the stands between supporters of both teams. “Everyone at Mahopac and everyone at Mount Vernon, they were all screaming and cursing at each other. I would never think a basketball game would be taken to that level,” said student Adam Dervishaj.

The bad blood spilled into the Twitter-sphere, particularly among several Mahopac high school students. “2, 4, 6, 8, most of them won’t graduate” is probably the tamest tweet we can report.

Many of the taunts were racist in nature, one student posting an image of a Confederate flag.

Another student replies, “Plz parade it thru the halls tomorrow.”

“I’m appalled, it’s unacceptable. Our children know better. Parents can’t watch them 24/7 and make them write what they should write,” Mahopac superintendent of schools, Thomas Manko said.

He said any students who participated in the tweets will be held accountable, and that three students whose tweets were verified have been suspended. Several more might be disciplined.

Mount Vernon officials released screen grabs of tweets captured before they were deleted, racist messages with the hashtag #mountvernonzoo.

Police Searching For Man Randomly Urinating On People In Florida

Today in “Florida crazies” news, police are on the prowl for a man who has reportedly been seen multiple times urinating on people near the University of Florida campus.

Police are looking for a man they say has urinated repeatedly on people as they stood at locations near the University of Florida campus.

The victims told the Gainesville Police Department they were standing with their backs turned to the man when they suddenly felt themselves being urinated upon, according to a GPD report.

The incidents took place across from the UF campus, GPD said.

When the victims confronted the suspect, he exposed himself and then ran off.

The suspect is described as a black man, approximately 25-30 years old, 6 feet tall, medium to chunky build, short curly hair and dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray or dark hoodie and baggy jeans.

Sounds like golden shower savagery is alive and well in The Sunshine State…

Marlo Hampton Says She Was Warned Not To Befriend NeNe Leakes

Marlo Hampton and NeNe Leakes won’t be rekindling their friendship anytime soon. Speaking exclusively to RadarOnline.com, Hampton revealed her former Real Housewives of Atlanta BFF has asked her to NEVER call or text her again!

“We exchanged text messages a few days ago. It ended up with her saying, ‘Don’t call me back.’ It wasn’t good at all,” Hampton told Radar.

Leakes and her former bridesmaid had a public falling out – spurred by Hampton’s budding friendship with Kenya Moore.

“I was surprised by her reaction to me becoming friends with Kenya. It’s like, ‘Are we in high school right now?’” Hampton said.

Looking back, she revealed Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks warned her about Leakes’ catty behavior – but she unfortunately didn’t heed their advice.

“When I met NeNe, everyone was against her. Everyone told me, ‘Beware! Beware!’ But guess what, I didn’t listen and got to know NeNe on my own,” she revealed.

“Kandi showed me, ‘NeNe is going to play you like chess.’ She said, ‘Marlo, when she knew you were coming onto the show, she went crazy on set. She screamed and cursed and yelled and then she befriended you.’”

While she and Leakes have been exchanging barbs through social media and their online blogs, Hampton had to laugh after Leakes called her an “opportunist.”

“It’s hilarious that she’s calling me an opportunist. That’s bullsh-t. I met NeNe and styled her at my boutique before she couldn’t even afford to shop there. She needs to look in the mirror,” she teased.

So will Leakes and Hampton ever be friends again?

“It’s definitely possible, but where I’m sitting right now in this chair, that’s the last person on my mind,” Hampton said.

“NeNe does better with mimes as friends. It’s ok as long as you’re praising her and being her cheerleader, but as soon as you go to disagree, it’s a problem. I’m real and not going to sugarcoat something just so she can feel happy.”

Despite their rift, Hampton is happy for Leakes’ upcoming gig on Dancing With the Stars.

“I hope she does good. I’m proud of her. She loves being the center of attention, so she should do great. As long as she has cheerleaders on the side, she will shine,” Hampton said.

Immigration Officer Fired After Putting Wife On Terrorist List

An immigration officer tried to rid himself of his wife by adding her name to a list of terrorist suspects.

He used his access to security databases to include his wife on a watch list of people banned from boarding flights into Britain because their presence in the country is ‘not conducive to the public good’.

As a result the woman was unable for three years to return from Pakistan after travelling to the county to visit family.

The tampering went undetected until the immigration officer was selected for promotion and his wife name was found on the suspects’ list during a vetting inquiry.

The Home Office confirmed today that the officer has been sacked for gross misconduct.

But look at it this way: he’s been free of her for three years now. From his point of view, losing his job was probably a bargain. Hard to imagine he thought he’d get away with this forever.

This sure looks like a house for TWO people….with the last name ‘Odom’….
