A Twitter page for the woman confirmed to be Dwyane Wade’s now not-so-secret babymama Aja Metoyer has now surfaced as more details continue to emerge about the messy love affair that shocked the world in the last few days of 2013.
While there’s no way to tell just yet whether or not the account actually belongs to Aja herself, the tweets streaming from the page (which have now been deleted, of course) were definitely not holding much back and will certainly not make things any easier in the Union-Wade household.

If your New Year’s resolution is to get fit, eat healthily and lose weight, it’s time to stop making excuses and start getting tough on yourself according to author Ruth Field.
The criminal barrister from North London believes running is the answer for anyone who wants to get in shape.
In her book, Run Fat B!^$h Run, she offers a no nonsense approach to getting moving in the guise of her ‘inner b***h’ The Grit Doctor.
She writes: ‘Really I am just naming that voice we all have inside our heads. Yours may be lying dormant or suffocating under all that excess weight but it is there. It’s that nagging little voice which makes you feel just a tad uncomfortable about helping yourself to another biscuit.’
Ruth said people have to tap into this nagging voice and use it to motivate themselves to get off the sofa. And not by going to low intensity exercises or by joining a gym (then never going) but by running.
Ruth already knows you hate running, she does too.
She told MailOnline: ‘I wouldn’t say I enjoy running but I enjoy the benefits that running brings such as getting outdoors and feeling healthier. I certainly didn’t enjoy it when I first started. I can honestly say I hated every single one of those early runs as they were incredibly difficult and I was out of breath within minutes feeling like I was on the verge of a heart attack.’
As she’s loathe to call running ‘fun’, Ruth will not take anyone complaining that they ‘hate running’ as an excuse for not giving it a go.
‘Everyone hates it until they have practised it religiously for sometime,’ she admits.
She also has a comeback for the other excuses people peddle out for not being active, such as ‘I don’t have time’ (‘Everyone has the same 24 hours a day, President Obama finds the time and I guarantee he has more to get done in a given day than you do in an entire week’) and ‘I don’t have the right build for running’ (‘There’s no such thing as the right build. It’s an excuse often used by large breasted ladies but I once ran with a double E cup friend who wore two sports bras.’).

She’s no Blac Chyna but one NYC workout fanatic has quite the “following” for her cakes.
She’s the latest Instagram celebrity being profiled by the NY Post:
“I’m recognized wherever I am,” says the 5-foot-6, 112-pound Jen Selter, who, since joining Instagram in March 2012, has amassed more 1.3 million followers, including Rihanna, football player Terrell Owens and basketball star Amar’e Stoudemire. “I don’t really go to public gyms anymore just because it is a whole big scene when I’m there,” says Selter. “I don’t like being watched.”
But she doesn’t mind being “liked.”
A seductive post of hers on the photosharing site — most of which are selfies of Selter in skintight gym wear — can easily rack up more than 70,000 likes.
“I don’t really post a lot of face pictures,” admits Selter, whose handle is @jenselter.
“I mainly do body selfies. Not that I care what people think, but they don’t care. They don’t want to see my face,” she says.
Selter, who skipped college for Internet stardom, won’t disclose how much she’s made on her fanny fame thus far. But deals with NYC water company NY20 and nutrition supplement company Game Plan Nutrition, for which she is a spokeswoman, have helped her rake in “a lot more money than a graduate would be making,” according to Selter.
Wait, hold up… an instagrammer with 1.3 million followers who posts nothing BUT photos of her BUTT in workout clothes doesn’t like being watched? ROTMFFLMMFAO!!! GTFOHWTBS dude.
Also, before this topic even comes up, Selter swears her cakes are the real thing and not fakes:
“My body’s all real . . . from boobs down,” adds Selter, who was profiled about her high school nose job in an April 2010 People magazine article about teenagers going under the knife.
“I grew up in Long Island. I’m Jewish. Jewish girls have big noses,” she says. “Probably 1 out of 3 girls I know [has] a nose job.”
Welp… We wouldn’t recommend you ladies drop out of school or quit your day jobs. Congrats on her achievements but chances are your degree will last a lot longer than Instagram fitness fame.

A group of idiotic right-wing radicals have reportedly started a Facebook page in honor of lynching President Obama and then making the lynching day a national holiday.

A conservative Facebook group this week suggested that the lynching of President Barack Obama should be made into a “national holiday.”
Earlier this week, Examiner.com’s Robert Sobel pointed out that the Facebook group “America the next generation” had posted a photo of the president in a noose [pictured above] with the caption “The making of a National Holiday.”
The image was apparently a composite of Obama’s head and a frame from the leaked video of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein being executed.
After some discussion between members of the “America the next generation” group and criticism from other Facebook users, the photo was eventually taken down. Some group members feared that lynching the president could make him into a “martyr.”
“OK by are own choice out of respect of our regular followers that requested us to remove the post with the noose around Obamas head,” the group wrote on New Year’s Eve. “[W]e did so out of Respect to them and we will take the high road!”
The level of disrespect that people have had for this President is unprecedented. Racism truly is alive and well, folks.
Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, who is expected to declare for the NFL draft according to an ESPN report, is also strongly considering picking Roc Nation Sports and rapper Jay-Z to represent him.
Two sources said Wednesday that Bridgewater has been talking to Roc Nation, which is owned by Jay-Z, about serving as his agency. He is the third prominent college football underclassman to be linked to the relatively new firm that Jay Z started in late 2012.
In addition to Bridgewater, South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney and UCLA quarterback Brett Hundley have been mentioned as having interest in Roc Nation if they turn pro. Clowney is expected to declare soon and Hundley said after UCLA’s bowl game that he was unde-cided. Hundley’s father denied that his son was in contact with Roc Nation, although multiple sources maintain there were inquiries by representatives for Hundley.
Roc Nation and Jay-Z have made headway in the agent business in a short time. The firm represents Seattle second baseman Robinson Cano, who recently signed a 10-year, $240 million contract as a free agent. Although that fell short of the $300 million Jay-Z initially asked for from the Yankees and send Cano to another team, the deal was received well in the athlete community.
As for football, New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith switched to Roc Nation after the draft and the firm represents New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz for marketing. The firm also reps women’s basketball star Skylar Diggins.

What a way to bring in the new year. Nightlife heavy hitters Varsity Lifestyle Group premiered their long-awaited Wednesday night party called RICH at the super posh Miami hotspot Set on New Year’s Day. The celebs were piling in for the premiere, including actor Ryan Phillipe, Flo Rida, Drake, Fabolous, Trey Songz, Meek Mill and Johnny “Football” Manziel.
The club was packed as over 800 partygoers showed up for RICH, with hundreds having to be turned away due to the club’s capacity.
Drake and his crew had a particularly good time, as you can see in the Instagram video below:

An interracial couple who says they were highly offended after finding a note on their valet parking stub alluding to their swirly relationship as a means of identifying them can now rest easy, as the culprit has been fired from his job.

An interracial couple is upset about words left on a parking ticket stub outside of a restaurant in East Point. A parking attendant at Spondivits wrote the words “Jungle Fever” on the stub.
Kandea and Samuel Aarons said they drove from Columbus, Ga. to Atlanta to shop in the area and dine at the restaurant. They said the parking attendant at the restaurant was cordial, but they noticed the writing after they got back home.
“To me those words were racially motivated,” said Kandea Aarons.
The words are apparently a reference to the 1991 movie “Jungle Fever” directed by Spike Lee. The movie featured an interracial couple and the mostly negative reaction from the community to race mixing.
“I was upset but I was mainly disappointed. Disappointed that this is still taking place today. 2014. Especially in the big city of Atlanta,” said Samuel Aarons.
The corporate chef of Spondivits told FOX 5′s Morse Diggs that the valet parking company manager confronted an African-American employee that served the couple. He admitted to scribbling the message and he was terminated.
This was clearly in poor taste on the part of the former employee, but we have to wonder if a white employee who’d done the same would have been fired as well.

Fountain of youth banger Demi Moore is getting her groove back…..again.
It’s no secret that Hollyweird actress Demi Moore likes her men young these days and despite her messy marital ending with now ex-hubby Ashton Kutcher, the 51-year-old industry veteran is still trying her luck at cougar life with a new 27-year-old beau.

Demi Moore has moved on from one younger man to another younger man.
The 51-year old actress – whose divorce from Ashton Kutcher was finalized toward the end of 2013 – was spotted this week in Tulum, Mexico with her new beau: Sean Friday, a 27-year old drummer.
A witness tells E! News that Moore arrived down south with Friday and her daughter, Rumer, among others.
“They stayed at Hotel Be Tulum in jungle suites, individual rooms on the beach with private pools in the sand,” the source alleges. “She was with Sean from the beginning of the trip acting very affectionate and making it very obvious they are a couple.”
The insider adds that the couple looked “comfortable and happy” with each other, with Moore sipping from a Red Bull can and actually seeming “so in love.”
“She grabbed on to him from behind and he swam over the waves with Demi on his back. They had a close talk in the water and she had a big smile on her face. Afterwards they laid together on their beach bed for the afternoon. She looked so young and beautiful. She was totally at ease and relaxed.”
It’s good to see that Demi has finally moved on since Ashton has been coupled up with actress Mila Kunis for over a year now.

A Utah man is refusing to eat until his state restores a ban on same-sex marriages.
Trestin Meacham, 35, has been surviving on water and the occasional vitamin pill since Dec. 21. Although he’s already lost 25 pounds, Meacham claims he won’t eat until all of Utah’s counties stop issuing gay marriage licenses.
“You can start a blog and you can complain on social networks until you’re blue in the face and nothing will happen but actions speak louder than words and I’m taking action,” Meacham told 4Utah.
One day before Meacham began his fast with “no end in sight,” federal judge Robert J. Shelby ruled that Utah’s ban on same-sex marriages was unconstitutional.
This is “action”?
Meacham, as a Mormon, believes that such marriages are evidence of sin.
“I cannot stand by and do nothing while this evil takes root in my home,” the man wrote on Facebook. “Some things in life are worth sacrificing one’s [health]and even life if necessary.”
If he believes that either the gays or the federal government cares whether this guy dies of starvation then he’s got life fawked up.
“This has nothing to do with hatred of a group of people,” Meacham wrote on his blog. ” I have friends and relatives who practice a homosexual lifestyle and I treat them with the same respect and kindness that I would anyone. This is about religious freedom, and an out of control federal government.”

Her new boy toy is 24 year old Jonathan Freeny of the Miami Dolphins. The two were corresponding on Twitter and later deleted their tweets.
They were spotted out Thursday night at Club Euro in Ft. Lauderdale. Freeny stayed in the background while Karlie took tons of pictures. They tried to play it off but everywhere she went he wasn’t far behind.
