They got him allegedly confessing in police documents and he’s literally holding the smoking gun. It’s a wrap for this guy..there will give him the O.J treatment because both of them will spend the rest of their lives in jail.

Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is holding what authorities say appears to be a gun in several surveillance photos that were released Thursday and had been recorded shortly after his friend was shot to death.

The photos taken from Hernandez’s home surveillance system are contained in more than 100 pages of court records released by Attleboro District Court.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to murder in the death of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old Boston semi-professional football player whose body was found June 17 in an industrial park about a mile from Hernandez’s home. Lloyd was shot five times.

The pictures show Hernandez in his basement holding a gun shortly after Lloyd was killed, an affidavit released Thursday says. The surveillance was cut off within minutes.

Other photos show what authorities say is Hernandez in his living room, a few hours before Lloyd’s killing, also holding what they believe is a gun.

Police say Lloyd was killed with a .45 caliber gun, but it has not been recovered.

The previously sealed documents were released after several media organizations, including The Associated Press, filed motions seeking access and Judge Daniel O’Shea agreed Wednesday that they are public records.

Defense attorneys have objected to the unsealing of the records, saying it is “systematically undermining” Hernandez’s right to a fair trial.

The affidavit in support of the arrest warrant for Aaron Hernandez was unsealed Thursday. These documents contain explicit language. PDF

Also Wednesday, O’Shea sided with prosecutors who asked to delay a probable cause hearing for Hernandez to give them more time to present evidence in the murder case to a grand jury. That hearing was rescheduled for Aug. 22.

Hernandez will continue to be held without bail until then.

Prosecutors say Hernandez orchestrated Lloyd’s killing because he was upset at him for talking to people Hernandez had problems with at a nightclub a few days earlier.

They say Hernandez and two associates, Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz, drove with Lloyd to the North Attleborough industrial park. Authorities have not said who fired the shots, but documents filed in Florida portray the former Patriot as the triggerman. According to the records, Ortiz told police that Wallace said Hernandez fired the shots.

The Patriots released Hernandez within hours of his arrest.

What makes a man who has everything do something so stupid? Whatever his friend "mouthed off" about was not worth shooting him over.

Train Operator In Spain Derailment Bragged About Going Too Fast On Facebook

According to The NY Post

Not only was one of the operators of the Spanish train that fatally derailed Wednesday going way too fast, he also found time to brag about it on Facebook.

Francisco Jose Garzon Amo posted photos of the train’s speedometer on the social networking site, according to Spain media outlet El Pais. Garzon is in custody at a hospital where he is recovering from minor injuries. The accident claimed the lives of at least 80 people.

Garzon, 52, posted a photo of the speedometer reading 200 km/h (125 mph). He responded to a friend who commented on the picture: “If I went any faster, they’d fine me.” A screengrab was obtained by Gawker.com and then later removed from Garzon’s Facebook.

“What fun it would be to drive side-by-side the police and then pass them by, triggering the speed radar,” Garzon added. “Haha, bit of a fine or [train operator] Renfe, ha ha!”

Garzon, a 30-year veteran of Spain’s national rail network, radioed in right before the crash saying the train was going “190” km/h (120 mph).

An Associated Press analysis of video images suggests the train may have been traveling at twice the speed limit, or more, along that curved stretch of track.

Spain’s government said two probes have been launched into the train’s derailment Wednesday night on its approach to this Christian festival city in northwest Spain, where planned celebrations in honor of one of Jesus’ disciples gave way to a living nightmare.

The regional government in Galicia confirmed that police planned to question Garzon, in Santiago de Compostela’s main hospital with unspecified injuries, as both a witness and as a possible suspect, but cautioned that possible faults in safety equipment were also being investigated.

The Interior Ministry raised the death toll to 80 in what was Spain’s deadliest train wreck in four decades. The Galician government said 94 others remained hospitalized in six regional hospitals, 31 of them — including four children — in critical condition.

The U.S. State Department said one American was killed in the crash and five others were injured. State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said those numbers were “likely to change” and declined to elaborate.

“Today the American people grieve with our Spanish friends, who are in our thoughts and prayers,” President Barack Obama said in a statement.

If he would have spent less time on Facebook bragging, people would still be alive.

Should Men Who Force Sex On Women And Impregnate Them Have Parental Rights?

A group of bi-partisan lawmakers are currently working to push legislation forward that would give female survivors of forced sex that resulted in a child the right to terminate the parental rights of their attackers. At present, more than half of the U.S. does not have laws that protect the custodial rights of victims of forced sex that resulted in children.

On Thursday, a bipartisan group of lawmakers led by Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) held a press conference to explain their recently-introduced legislation designed to help rape survivors maintain full custody rights over their children. The lawmakers were joined by Shauna Prewitt, a rape survivor and victims’ rights advocate who was forced to endure the type of custody battle with her rapist that the bill seeks to prevent.

The Rape Survivor Child Custody Act would provide funding incentives to states that have laws allowing mothers of children conceived through rape to “seek court-ordered termination of the parental rights of her rapist.” These states would receive federal grant funding for programs authorized under the federal Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Currently, 31 states have no custodial rights protections for mothers of children conceived in rape. Of the 19 states that do have some protections, only six reach the standard advocated by the proposed bill. At the press conference, Prewitt explained that victims in this situation can often face a dynamic where their rapist threatens to pursue custodial rights over the child unless they drop their criminal charges.

The bill also encourages states to pass laws allowing survivors to petition for the termination of their rapists’ custodial rights as long as they can show that they had been raped under a “clear and convincing evidence” standard. Only six states currently have such laws, whereas thirteen others require criminal convictions for the rapist. That requires a stronger standard of evidence and can place survivors in long legal battles that may prove traumatizing.

Do you think men who impregnate women through forced sex should be given the chance to be in the child’s life? Obviously, most people can agree that attackers who force sex on women would likely not be fit for fatherhood, but what about cases where a husband or significant other is accused or convicted of raping his partner and she gets pregnant? What’s love got to do with it? Everything! After 27 years together, Tina Turner and music producer Erwin Bach tied the knot in a private ceremony in Switzerland — and now, Turner says, life is perfect.

Speaking with Hello! magazine about her recent nuptials, the 73-year-old “Proud Mary” singer gushes that she has finally found nirvana. “It’s that happiness that people talk about, when you wish for nothing, when you can finally take a deep breath and say, ‘Everything is good,’” she says. “It’s a wonderful place to be.”

As was her wedding, it seems. Per Hello!, Turner and her longtime love were married in a lavish ceremony at their home on the banks of Lake Zurich, with celebrity guests including Oprah Winfrey and Bryan Adams. The women in attendance were reportedly asked to wear white, while the men donned black tie.

Turner, meanwhile, broke from tradition and rocked a stunning black silk tulle and lime-green taffeta gown with Swarovski crystal embellishment. She first spotted the Giorgio Armani frock at a runway show in Beijing, she revealed to Hello!, and she knew immediately she wanted to get it and save it for a special occasion.

“I thought, ‘I gotta have that, even if I never wear it,’” the superstar shares. “Then I thought, ‘I know, that will be my wedding dress.’”

This is the second marriage for Turner, who was previously wed to musician Ike Turner from 1962 to 1976. Ike, who died from a cocaine overdose in 2007, often physically abused his wife; she documented their turbulent union in the memoir I, Tina. (The couple’s romance was also the inspiration for the 1993 biopic What’s Love Got to Do With It, starring Angela Bassett and Laurence Fishburne.)

Turner, an eight-time Grammy winner, became a Swiss citizen earlier this year. She has two kids: 55-year-old Craig, with musician Raymond Hill, and 52-year-old Ronald, with Ike.

We wish Tina and her new hubby the best.

Teen Victim Of Alleged Cleveland Serial Killer Was ‘A Good Girl’

All three women whose bodies were found wrapped in trash bags in a dilapidated northeast Ohio neighborhood have been identified, families and authorities said.

The last two victims were identified Tuesday. One of them was 18-year-old Shirellda Helen Terry, the teen’s grandmother told The Associated Press. Officials identified the other victim as Shetisha Sheeley, 28, of Cleveland.

Their bodies were found last week along with that of another woman in a dilapidated East Cleveland neighborhood dotted with abandoned houses.

Rosetta Terry said authorities notified the family Tuesday that her granddaughter was one of the victims. She said Shirellda was last seen July 10, leaving a Cleveland elementary school where she had a summer job.

Rosetta Terry described her granddaughter a caring person who would frequently attend Bible study groups and called and texted her mother.

“She was a good girl; she was a hugger,” said Rosetta Terry. “We used to tease her that we were gonna put her on a hug diet.”

The county medical examiner’s office did not confirm Shirellda Terry’s identity, saying the family had asked for time to inform relatives.

Earlier Tuesday, East Cleveland Mayor Gary Norton identified Sheeley as among the victims.

The identification was made through fingerprints and information from the tattoos, which “permitted the comparison” that led to her identification, said Thomas Gilson, Cuyahoga County’s medical examiner.

Gilson said his office hoped to release information on how the women died within a few days.

Shetisha Sheeley was arrested June 30, 2012, on a charge of firing a weapon from a vehicle but the case was dismissed three months later. Her court-appointed attorney, Michael Nelson, said there were no witnesses who saw her firing the weapon.

Nelson told The Associated Press that Sheeley came from a troubled family background and never got help posting her $1,000 bond, keeping her locked up while the case moved through the courts.

“She lived on the edge,” said Nelson, who recalled her as unemployed, living in an apartment alone and vulnerable as she struggled to make a life.

The first known victim was identified by police on Monday as Angela Deskins, 38, of Cleveland, whose body was found Saturday. Norton said in brief remarks that he realized on hearing her name that he knew her family and went to school with some of her relatives.

The Deskins’ family supported Angela and provided a place for her to live, the mayor said.

“She always had a place to rest her head, they always assured that she had money to live with,” Norton said. “And just when she trusted herself — she was a very trusting person — entrusted herself to someone who had the worst of intentions, then and only then did this fate befall her.”

Michael Madison, 35, is in custody facing preliminary charges of aggravated murder and kidnapping in the slayings. He is a registered sex offender who served four years in prison beginning in 2002 for attempted forced sex and attempted possession of drugs.

Madison was moved from the East Cleveland jail Tuesday to Cuyahoga County Jail.

East Cleveland police responded to a call about a foul order on Friday and discovered a body in a garage. Within hours they identified Madison as a suspect and went to his mother’s house where he was arrested after a brief standoff.

They found the additional bodies Saturday after their questioning of Madison led them to renew their search.

Authorities searched again Sunday but called it off without finding additional bodies.

They are in a better place now. Hope the bastard rots in jail. R.I.P

In what’s being called the first Instagram defamation lawsuit against a celebrity Karen Monroe is suing the Game claiming he cost her her present job and destroyed her ability to find work in the industry.

In his post Game accused Karen of neglecting his children, smoking and drinking excessively around them and leaving a used condom in his daughter’s bedroom.

Game warned other celebrities about letting Karen watch their children, including one of her other clients, Nas and Kelis.

To make sure everyone knew who he was talking about, Game attached a picture of Karen to the post with the tagline “Beware if this person is watching your children! She is a very dangerous babysitter.”

Karen is seeking unspecified damages.

He should have just kept her name and picture out of it and now that ninja has to lose some of those coins. This is probably why 50 kicked him out of G-Unit…ninja has no loyalty and likes to put people on blast.

Amanda Bynes Says She Was Drugged On Blind Date

No one has to drug Amanda for her to act crazy. The girl is on a natural high. We hope this didn’t happen, but she still needs to get help.

Amanda Bynes told one of her only friends, Ana Rivera, that she was “roofied” during a blind date with the drug GHB and RadarOnline.com has all the details and text messages about the incident from Amanda herself.

According to Ana — who claims she met Amanda last November on the street in New York City — the troubled actress sent her a text message in February detailing a date with a guy who she thought she was doing cocaine with, but now believes it was the date-forced sex drug, GHB.

“She sent me a text to tell me that she got ‘roofied’ one night, when she was on a date with a guy and ended up in hospital,” Ana said.

“She thought he was giving her that white girl, but when she sniffed it, it made her feel like she was dying, and ended up in hospital. I was like you can’t see that guy again.

“That was one of the last times I talked to her,” Ana said.

“I suddenly couldn’t get hold of her and then read she’d changed her phone and email and wasn’t talking to anyone. It was like she was dropping everyone at once.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported , Ana is not surprised by Amanda’s bizarre behavior or her 5150 psych hold, and thinks the former Nickelodeon star will die if not placed in conservatorship of her parents.

“She’s good at being lucid when she’s crazy. If [professionals] let her out, she will pull the wool over her eyes. If she is not pinned down to the bed, she will run away,” Ana said.

“She is worse than Lindsay [Lohan] or Britney [Spears] , no one can reach her. She’s going to have to be there for months and she could even be institutionalized for the rest of her life.”

Ana also claimed Amanda killed her last dog (not the one involved in the driveway fire with her) by letting it jump off a cliff in the Hollywood Hills.

“I was really concerned when she got that dog for its safety, as the last Pomeranian she had in Los Angeles that she left just wander away and it fell off the cliffs in Hollywood Hills. She told me about it and started crying when talking about it,” Ana said.

“I’m glad the dog is safe and with her parents. She cant even take care of herself let alone a dog, although without that dog I dread to think what would have happened to her. Over the last year, they’ve been her only friends.”

Man Reported Himself To The FBI And They Did Nothing

A teenager who allegedly kidnapped a woman and held her as a sex slave for more than two weeks called an FBI agent daily to tell him he was involved in sex trafficking, it has emerged.

Brandon Todd, 19, called Special Agent Barry Crouch numerous times while holding his victim captive, telling the man that he had recently ‘recruited’ a woman, the affidavit states.

It is not clear what action – if any – the FBI took after receiving the phone calls. Calls to the FBI from MailOnline were not returned and the agency declined to comment to ABC beyond the affidavit.

The woman, who had been kidnapped from California and forced to travel to Todd’s home in Naples, New York, only escaped when she faked an asthma attack and went to hospital.

After her escape, she traveled to Florida with her boyfriend and Todd called the FBI agent again, identifying the woman and saying he wanted help in tracking her down as he had feelings for her.

The bizarre scenario was outlined in an affidavit filed in a federal court on July 9 by Agent Crouch.

Todd was arrested on July 10 and charged with kidnapping across state lines, which has a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. The involvement of two states could go some way to explain how agents did not know the woman was missing.

Todd met the woman on a bus from Florida to San Diego, where she was traveling to see her mother and look for a job. Todd sat next to her and would not leave her alone, the documents state.

Poor woman. What an epic fail for the FBI.

Last night, Bossip was at Privé nightclub in Atlanta as special invited guests J.Cole and Kelly Rowland popped bottles and partied with their entourages well into the night.

Initially, we thought Pusha’s presence at the club was a random occurrence. Maybe he was in town for a show or was recording music in the A, but after seeing a pic that Kelly posted to her Instagram page around 4am we might have to re-think the “randomness” of the whole situation.

Timbaland Apologizes To Chris Brown For Dissing His Collabo With Aaliyah

Earlier this week, super-producer Timbaland went on a rant over artists in the music industry using the late Aaliyah’s music on records as features. Florida Man Killed By SWAT After Taking Hostages In An Apartment Complex

A gunman holding hostages inside a South Florida apartment complex killed six people before being shot to death by a SWAT team that stormed the building early Saturday following an hours-long standoff, police said.

Sgt. Eddie Rodriguez told The Associated Press that police got a call around 6:30 p.m. Friday that shots had been fired in a building with dozens of apartments in Hialeah, just a few miles north of Miami.

Rodriguez said that when police arrived, they discovered an active shooter situation: “He’s inside the building, moving from floor to floor. Eventually he barricades himself in an apartment.”

A crisis team was able to briefly establish communication with the man. Rodriguez said negotiators and a SWAT team tried talking with him from the other side of the door of an apartment unit where he was holding two hostages.

But Rodriguez said the talks eventually “just fell apart.” Officers stormed the building, fatally shooting the gunman in an exchange of gunfire.

“They made the decision to go in there and save and rescue the hostages,” Rodriguez said. Both hostages survived. Rodriguez said he didn’t have any information on how long negotiations lasted.

If we didn’t know any better we’d say the mental health of people in America is rapidly deteriorating…

He said police discovered two people, a male and female, shot to death in the hallway in front of one unit. Three more, a male and two females, were found shot and killed in another apartment on a different floor. Another man who was walking his children into an apartment across the street also was killed. Rodriguez said it wasn’t immediately clear whether the gunman took aim at him from an upper-level balcony or if he was hit by a stray bullet.

Zulima Niebles said police told her that three of her family members were among the victims. She said her sister Merly Sophia Niebles, her sister’s husband, and her sister’s daughter Priscila Perez, 16, were all shot and killed.
