Not Ready For This Jelly: Missouri Woman Booted From Water Park For Being Too Bootylicious In Bikini [Video]
Let that lady cook! The Adventure Oasis Water Park is under fire for booting out a woman for wearing a too-small bikini.
A Missouri woman is putting on a brave face after she was reportedly kicked out of a water park because of her full figure.
Madelyn Sheaffer had just lost 100 pounds and felt confident enough in her skin to wear a bikini to the Adventure Oasis Water Park. After employees told her to cover up or leave, the Independence woman decided to speak out.
“I just felt like I was singled out,” Sheaffer told KSHB. “I felt like it was both age and body discrimination.”
The woman was in the swimming pool with her niece and nephew when two park employees allegedly walked up to her and asked her to throw on some shorts. They said her bottoms were too small.
Unfazed, Sheaffer asked to speak to a higher-up. The manager sang the same tune and showed her the exit in case she didn’t want to comply with the demand.
But Sheaffer says that the younger girls at the pool wore similar swimsuits and were not being told to cover up.
“There are 16- or 18-year-old girls wearing just the same amount and no one’s criticizing them or making them feel ashamed or feel uncomfortable in their bodies,” Sheaffer said.
The woman has filed a complaint against Adventure Oasis Water Park.
A representative from the City of Independence told KSHB that managers have the last word when it comes to deciding whether or not a customer is wearing appropriate clothing.
But Sheaffer didn’t understand what she’d done wrong.
“It’s summer time. It’s a swimming pool,” she said. “I’m wearing a swimming suit.”
Hey, she looks alright to us! SMH @ them doing that. We definitely seen bigger jawns in smaller suits at water parks and public pools…

Gaying Too Far: Preacher Jumped At Seattle Gay Pride Parade! [Video]
SEATTLE — A protester holding a sign reading “Repent or Else” was attacked by a group of people following a loud argument during Pridefest Sunday, according to the Seattle Police Department.
Bicycle officers heard a loud debate between two groups of people near Fourth Avenue North and Broad Street but continued on their way.
As shown in a video shot by a witness, after officers leave, the crowd continues to yell at and shove two religious protesters, one of whom is holding a sign that reads “Repent or Else” and “Jesus Saves from Sin.”
At one point, the video shows a 36-year-old Marysville man taking off his shirt and threatening the sign-holding protester. The man eventually starts leaving, saying, “Cops are coming; let’s roll.”
After a group of women try unsuccessfully to steal the protester’s sign, a group of men grab onto it and pull him to the ground while the crowd applauds. That’s when the video shows the 36-year-old run back toward the fight and punch the sign-holder in the back of the head multiple times.
Officers returned to the scene after the fight was broken up and arrested the 36-year-old, who was booked into King County Jail. A 22-year-old, also from Marysville, who the video shows grabbing the protester’s sign and kicking him while on the ground was arrested and later released. Both men are facing possible misdemeanor assault charges.

He says that his pets got into the habit of taking walk/rides together back when the cat started meowing when he went to take the dog for a walk — so he made a leash for the cat. Except the cat wasn’t feeling all that walking so he started to ride his buddy’s back instead.
Xu Wan, who is 64-years-old says “They love their walks and never fight.”

A seven-year-old boy has died in hospital the day after being hit by a stray bullet as he walked to a July 4 fireworks display with his father.
Brendon Mackey was only a few steps behind his father when he collapsed in the car park of a Virginia restaurant at about 9pm.
It wasn’t until he was being treated in hospital that doctors discovered the gunshot wound in the top of Brendon’s head.
Police believe the shooting was an accident, and said it was possible someone near the Boathouse Restaurant in Midlothian had fired a gun in the air to celebrate Independence Day, according to CBS 6
We don’t think this was an intentional shooting. We think that somebody in or around the Brandermill area was celebrating the Fourth of July,’ Chesterfield Police Captain Brad Badgerow said.
‘Unfortunately we think they were shooting a gun in a reckless manner and this young boy is a victim.’
Brendon, who was due to join the 3rd grade at C. E. Curtis Elementary in Chester, had been walking to the crowded fireworks display at Swift Creek Reservoir in Brandermill when he suddenly collapsed to the ground, bleeding.
At first his father, Ryan Mackey, thought he had passed out and knocked his head.
Michelle Ryan, who lives near the reservoir, said: ‘I haven’t known this area to be violent or for people shoot guns.’‘It’s really devastating,’ she told WTVR.
People need to listen to the police and stop these type of celebrations. Bullets do not discriminate.

Dwight Howard has decided to make the entire city of Los Angeles hate him (except for the ever-growing number of Clippers fans) by spurning the Lakers and signing with the Houston Rockets.
No word on whether he will sign outright with Houston or work out some sort of sign-and-trade with the Lakers (which would net him more money).
D12 cannot officially sign any deal until July 10.
Howard spent one disastrous, injury-plagued year with the Lakers after they acquired him in a trade from the Orlando Magic.

A 200-person party hosted by local rapper Teyana Taylor in Morningside Park descended into mayhem late yesterday — leaving one cop hurt and another reveler arrested, police and attendees said.
The crowd gathered around 9pm at West 120th Street and Morningside Avenue and quickly got out of hand, party-goers said in Facebook posts.
“It’s like LA (cali) after a riot out here at Morningside park. Police everywhere. Helicopters in the sky. Madness,” posted Aaron Rose.
The mob first occupied the park, then moved on to the West Side Highway and attempted to climb the fences of Riverbank State Park.
A Housing sergeant injured his shoulder trying to quell the crowd, and a 14-year-old was arrested for firing a gun into the air, police said.
“They just shot Teyana Taylor cookout up,” read one post on Twitter, while another noted “After it got dark teyana taylor cookout got mixxy lol ..had to leave.”
Taylor recently signed to Kanye West’s music label.
Ninjas shooting up the movie theater, the cookout, the club….what’s next? Maybe bullets should cost like $5,000 and then people would think twice about firing a gun into a crowd. That’s some punk isht.

According to CNN
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has offered asylum to U.S. intelligence leaker Edward Snowden, the state-run AVN news agency reported Friday, without offering details.
The report came shortly after Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega said he would grant Snowden asylum in his country “if the circumstances permit.” Ortega didn’t elaborate on his announcement, made during a speech in Managua, except to say his country is “open and respectful to the right of asylum.”
“It’s clear that that if the circumstances permit it we will gladly receive Snowden and will grant him asylum here in Nicaragua,” Ortega said.
Meanwhile, an Icelandic lawmaker said Snowden would not get citizenship there, as he had requested, because Iceland’s parliament refused to vote on an asylum proposal before ending its current session.

A man who had been out celebrating his 21st birthday is facing charges of stabbing a homeless veteran dozens of times and leaving him for dead near a train station outside Philadelphia.
Dale ‘Bugsy’ Wakefield of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, was charged with attempted murder and other counts after being arrested Thursday in Baltimore following a tip-off from his own sister.
The victim, 71-year-old George Mohr, an Army veteran, remained in critical condition after being found with more than 70 stab wounds around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday outside Doylestown train station.
Investigators said Wakefield called his sister and said he had stabbed someone and wanted to flee to North Dakota but was in Baltimore. He was arrested several hours later after she alerted authorities.
Wakefield was in custody. No motive has yet been established for the horrific attack. It wasn’t immediately clear if Wakefield had an attorney.
Mohr was found unconscious and bleeding in the street. WFMZ reported that the veteran had been stabbed in the head, chest, arms, hands, back, had ‘numerous facial fractures and a brain injury.’
The 71-year-old reportedly may not survive his injuries. WFMZ stated that Wakefield has a history of violent crime and was on probation at the time of the attack.
The violence needs to stop.
