Three people were killed and two others injured on Tuesday after a reported road rage incident that began in Tustin ended with a suspected gunman apparently killing himself.
KNX 1070′s Ron Kilgore reports police are investigating multiple crime scenes, spanning across the cities of Orange, Tustin and Villa Park.
Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said a female victim was killed at a home in Ladera Ranch at 4:45 a.m., but it remained unclear what her relationship was to the suspect or what any possible motive might be.
Sources told CBS2′s Michelle Gile the initial crime occurred at the suspect’s home.
Police said the suspect then drove to Tustin around 5:30 a.m. and carjacked a man at a gas station near the Santa Ana (5) Freeway at Redhill Avenue and Nisson Road, according to Lt. Paul Garaven of the Tustin Police Department.
During this carjacking, a bystander was wounded after being struck by gunfire from the suspect, who was reported to be armed with two long guns, Garaven said.
As if shooting 2 people wasn’t enough…
Police then received a call of a second shooting victim of a carjacking who was killed by the suspect at the McFadden offramp near the Costa Mesa (55) Freeway and Village Way.
The suspect confronted the victim driving a BMW, ordered him out of the vehicle, and then walked him to the side of the curb, where he executed the victim, according to Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.
Police said the suspect then drove the BMW across the 55 Freeway to the Micro Center computer store at Edinger and Newport, where he is accused of shooting two people, killing one of them and carjacking the other.

One of these girls might just be the next black model to step into Naomi Campbell’s Louboutins!
Last week Oxygen premiered the first episode of their new model competition show “The Face” which features supermodels Naomi Campbell, Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rochas as celebrity judges. BOSSIP had the opportunity to speak with Devyn, Ebony and Sandra, the three black models representing for brown-skinned bangers everywhere with modeling dreams.
So far Devyn is already a team favorite, with the three judges each vying for her to join their team.
“It was a big shock,” the 21-year-old Bronx native tells BOSSIP of learning that she’d be able to choose any of the three supermodels as her coach. “I was confident in getting into the house, I had convinced myself I’d get in but I wasn’t expecting to be picked by all three coaches whatsoever. I was stoked, it definitely put a big smile on my face.”
As a single mother of a two-year-old daughter, juggling several jobs to keep her family afloat, Devyn said that she was drawn to #TeamKarolina because she felt the model mom would better relate to her own struggle.
“I wanted to be a place where people could understand my story and my struggle,” Devyn told BOSSIP. “I felt like Naomi would understand, but she wouldn’t be able to relate to it, where Karolina is a mother. She knows what it is to have a child, she knows the struggles, the everyday things like potty training. Naomi doesn’t have kids, she wouldn’t understand. My mindstate on the show isn’t about me, I’m doing it for my daughter. Karolina would be able to understand because she’s a supermodel doing it for her son.”
It turns out that Devyn quickly found good company in teammate Ebony, who hails from Indiana and is also a single mother.
“Ebony was one of the girls I got closest to,” Devyn told BOSSIP. “I still love her to death to this day, I still support and talk to her. The struggle we had was something we could relate to and we were each someone, we both could lean on, if she was feeling some kind of way and missing her kids I would comfort her. I had a panic attack over the craziness of the competition and not being able to speak to my daughter and she was there for me. Me and Ebony definitely hit it off.”
“We have a lot in common, we’re both single moms, we both work really hard for what we have, so it was easy for us to be close,” Ebony told BOSSIP.”
If you’ve been watching the show, then you already know that the reality TV drama starts very quickly, and 20-year-old Philadelphia native Sandra finds herself at the center of it from the second episode, which airs tonight.
“It’s a competition, I really wasn’t trying to make friends,” Sandra told BOSSIP. “I was there to learn from the best that have done it and I was there to win. I could be cordial, I could be nice but I’m not there to make friends, I was there to work and do business.”
We had to ask her if she at least found some comfort in having Ebony and Devyn along for the journey, but it seems that wasn’t the case.
“I’m not going to say I got along with them,” Sandra said with a laugh. “I think everybody was moreso… How can I say this, they knew it was a competition and they knew I was there to get it. The girls in the house probably thought I was crazy, but I’m not crazy, i just wanted to chase after my dreams. I wouldn’t say I had arguments with them. I didn’t feel close to them though.”
“Oh Gosh, Sandra…” Ebony said when BOSSIP asked her about her castmate. “The maturity level was different, that’s all it is. I didn’t really fight with her, we were on a different page in life. I’m a little older and didn’t have time for the added drama.”

A South Carolina man is headed to trial after being arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following an incident where he attacked a Burger King worker with a food tray when his girlfriend received cold onion rings.

A 302-pound South Carolina man has been cuffed and charged with with disorderly conduct for allegedly striking a Burger King worker over the head with a food tray during a dispute over cold onion rings, The Smoking Gun reports.
Kristopher Wiggins, 32, was taken into custody last week in connection to the incident that took place on Jan. 29 in the small town of Santee.
A March 20 trial date has been set for Wiggins on a misdemeanor charge.
Local police say that Wiggins became “loud and boisterous and did throw a food tray and food items” at Burger King worker Framon Frasier. His glasses were broken during the attack.
Wiggins flipped out because his girlfriend allegedly balked at accepting onion rings that were in a warmer “because they would be cold.” Frasier, 34, told the cops that he assured the woman that he would not serve her cold onion rings.
Wiggins told the worker that his girlfriend should get a refund, which prompted Frasier to repeat his statement that he would not serve the woman cold onion rings.
Wiggins, feeling that his girlfriend was disrespected, allegedly struck Frasier over the head with a food tray.
SMH. It should never get to this point, folks. Catching a charge and a court date because you couldn’t control your onion ring rage is not a good look. Let’s do better. MUCH better.

An ex Republican Senator from New Mexico recently dropped a bombshell on his family and his community when he revealed that he’d had an extramarital affair and even fathered a child with another Senator’s daughter when she was just 24-years-old.

Former New Mexico Senator Pete Domenici revealed today that he fathered a son in an extramarital affair with another senator’s daughter more than 30 years ago and has kept the secret since then, only telling his own family in the last “several months.”
In a statement to the Albuquerque Journal, the 80-year-old Republican, who represented New Mexico for more than 30 years, said the mother of his son “made me pledge that we would never reveal that parenthood and I have tried to honor that pledge and so has she.”
Domenici wrote that he was worried about the privacy of his son, a 34-year-old Nevada lawyer named Adam Laxalt, as well as the potential impact on Laxalt’s mother, Michelle Laxalt, 58. Domenici has eight other children with his wife Nancy.
“My past action has caused hurt and disappointment to my wife, children, family, and others. For that I am solely responsible,” Domenici, who still lives in Washington, D.C., said in the statement.
“My family has been aware of these events for several months. I have apologized as best as I can to my wife, and we have worked together to strengthen our relationship. I deeply regret this and am very sorry for my behavior. I hope New Mexicans will view that my accomplishments for my beloved state outweigh my personal transgression.”

Sources say Beyonce was so furious about her father’s affair, she refuses to meet her little brother. But Mathew’s relationship with the tot, named Nixon, isn’t much better.
“We had an 18 month relationship. We were in love and even lived together,” Wright tells Star. “But four months into my pregnancy, he decided he couldn’t do it – and since our son’s birth, he has tried to deny Nixon full child support. Two years ago, Scott and Lauren Sterling were sitting in their Blue Springs, Mo., home when an email landed in their inbox with an eye-catching subject line: “Hi, we need a daddy and mommy.”
That email, sent a world away from a small orphanage in Pacasmayo, Peru – and written by a fellow member of the couple’s church where Scott, 43, is an associate pastor – introduced them to five siblings, then ages 7 to 15, who had lost both parents to tuberculosis about eight years ago. Because the children refused to be split up, the kids’ chances of finding new parents were slim.
“Our first thought was, someone rich ought to adopt these beautiful kids,” says Lauren, 30, a job recruiter who was already a mom to daughter Laney, now 3, and stepmom to Logan, 19, Scott’s daughter from a previous marriage. “But over the next few months, we realized, why not us?”
The Sterlings began a year-long process to legally adopt the five siblings, which involved Skype chats with the kids, reams of paperwork, and $20,000 raised by the Sterlings’ church to help with adoption fees. “It’s very unusual to find a family willing to take in so many siblings,” says Pat Baldwin, director of international programs at Villa Hope, which oversaw the adoption. “What the Sterlings have done is a true act of love.
You can say that again. That’s a lot to go through for some kids that you have no emotional conncection to.
In Nov. 2012, the Sterlings flew down to the orphanage to meet Yhonson, now 17, Gerson, 15, Betsi, 12, Joel, 11, and Sibila, 9, in person for the first time and to bring them back to the States.
“The girls came running to us from a distance and jumped into Scott’s arms,” recalls Lauren. Adds Yhonson, who speaks limited English: “We were so happy. It was very emotional. We waited so long to be together.”
The new family returned to Missouri just a few days after Christmas and were greeted by friends and neighbors who had stocked the Sterlings’ kitchen with food, repainted their bedrooms, and set up a Christmas tree loaded with presents for the kids.
“Our home is now a mixture of Spanish, English and Spanglish thrown in and we use Google Translate a lot,” says Lauren. “People say these kids are lucky to have us, but we’re the ones who’re lucky to have them.”
