Chad Johnson’s “Johnson” may be going public very soon!

Chad Johnson acknowledges … a sex tape which appears to feature the former NFL star — along with TWO female friends — is REAL … but Chad insists he never wanted the footage to go public.

Sources close to Johnson … ha, Johnson … tell TMZ the tape was shot roughly 3 years ago in a hotel room in Florida.

We’re told Chad has no idea how the tape leaked to the Internet … but insists he wasn’t behind it … and now he’s exploring his legal options in hopes of having the tape removed from the web ASAP.

So far, it doesn’t appear the entire video has made it’s way into cyberspace — only bits and pieces — but we’re told the entire tape is “substantial in length” … ha, substantial in length.

This doesn’t surprise us one bit…we’re just waiting on the tape with him ans Evelyn to surface!

Sarah Silverman Defends Quentin Tarantino’s Use Of The N-Word In D’Jango Unchained

According to Sarah Silverman, Spike Lee isn’t respecting the code of artists that declares that any and everything can and will be used in composing creative works.

Lee recently sparked controversy after he deemed Tarantino’s latest piece of cinema, D’Jango Unchained, “disrespectful to (his) ancestors” due to the use of the N-word over 100 times.

While out in Los Angeles, Silverman was asked what she thought of Spike’s refusal to see D’Jango

According to Silverman:

“Doesn’t it take place like during slavery? Wouldn’t it be odd if they didn’t have that horrific word in it?”

“I think slave owners said it a lot, that’s why it has a stigma to this day.”

While Silverman does claim to be a huge Spike Lee fan, she also acknowledges that he has some strange opinions when it comes to film.

“I love Spike Lee, we were just talking about School Daze, but he’s a got a lot of mishegas (yiddish word for “crazy weird isht”) with art. I think you can’t really tell art what to do”

Remember, earlier this year “Lil Jojo” was killed in Chicago supposedly by “Lil Reese & Chief Keef’s Crew.” Well, things are still hot in the Chi…obviously by the death of one of Jojo’s friends, JayLoud, being killed for representing him.

A teen who was friends with slain Englewood rapper Joseph “Lil JoJo” Coleman was shot dead on Christmas Day while wearing a hooded sweatshirt honoring the deceased emcee, his family said Wednesday.
Joshua Davis, 18, of the 7200 block of South Bell Avenue, was shot several times after getting into a fight with a group of men in West Englewood, said Officer Jose Estrada, a police spokesman.
No one was in custody as of Wednesday morning in the shooting, which occurred shortly after 11:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of West 69th Street, police said.
Neighbor Sam Agnew, 83, said he was in bed when he heard four or five shots.
He looked out his front door, saw a man lying in the street directly in front of his house and called police, Agnew said.
According to a law enforcement source, Davis had argued with the men on a bus. After he got off, they chased after him and one of the men unleashed several shots.
“He was killed because he was wearing a hoodie and getting off the bus,” said the victim’s sister Selina Davis, 24. “He was a great boy. He was only a baby.”
Police said it was not clear what article of clothing Davis was wearing at the time of the shooting or what the argument with the men on the bus was about.
Selina Davis said her brother, whose rap name was JayLoud, was wearing a “JoJo” hoodie to honor his best friend, who was killed in September.
Coleman, also 18, reportedly was feuding with rapper Chief Keef before his death, but it was not clear if Davis’ death was related.
Joshua Davis was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition and died there early Wednesday morning, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Johnathan Moody, a cousin of the victim, said he and other friends had warned Davis about wearing the “JoJo” sweatshirt around the neighborhood.
“We would tell him, ‘That ain’t good to wear that hoodie.’ But that was his best friend,” Moody said.
Moody and other family members said they heard about their loved one’s death from friends and Facebook posts.
“I guess the guys he got into it with, they were with another clique,” said Moody, 18.
“It’s dumb. To kill someone over a hoodie?” Moody said. “It’s pointless, man. All this murder is pointless.”
On a JayLoud video posted on YouTube, the victim raps in one song that “We know them and they know us, let’s get it. Smoke ‘em like some dope when we roll up.”
On Dec. 17, a tweet from Davis’ Twitter handle @JayLoud93 stated “I wear my #JOJOWORLD hoodie everywhere f— ah opp.”
“Opp” is slang for opponents, rival gangs.
On his Twitter account, @JayLoud93 also includes hashtag notations #069 and #BrickSquad, which police say are references to the Brick Squad faction of Gangster Disciples.
Police said Coleman was affiliated with the Brick Squad faction, but it was not clear if Davis was connected to the gang.

Crazy ex-con Aston Barth, 33, of Central Islip, continued to live with his victim’s body for nearly a week before his mother and brother discovered it Christmas Eve, cops said.Sean Epps said he had repeatedly gone to Barth’s home last week to ask if he had seen their mutual pal, victim Jason Campbell. “The whole time, my friend was in the closet right there,” a stunned Epps saidaid yesterday as he set up a makeshift memorial near Campbell’s home.

“I don’t know how you can just stay in there with a body in your bedroom for a week — I didn’t think Aston could do something like this,’’ said another Campbell pal, who only gave her first name, Marquise.

Barth — who drew national ridicule in 2007 after robbing a Central Islip bank dressed like a lady despite his thick black mustache — admitted to fatally choking Jason Campbell, a longtime pal, during an argument, authorities said.

It wasn’t clear what the pair fought about, but after Barth killed his 35-year-old pal, he tried to decapitate and dismember him with an ax, officials said.

Barth only got through one whack, on the neck, before he realized it was too much work and simply put a black garbage bag over Campbell’s head, wrapped him in a blanket and stuffed him in the closet, authorities said.

Barth had just been released from prison for the bank robbery in September and returned to live with his mother, Connie, and a younger brother.

Connie Barth said her son has been mentally ill since childhood, when he used to behead animals for fun.

This is just sick and very sad. Story is crazy on multiple levels.

According to The Daily Mail, Utah lawmakers aren’t too happy about the planned weapons training convention that’s set for tomorrow:

The Utah Shooting Sports Council has said they usually gather around a dozen teachers each year for training to carry concealed weapons but this year demand skyrocketed after the tuition was offered for free.

The powerful lobby claims that the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Connecticut has been the catalyst for the massive interest, but Carol Lear, a chief lawyer for the Utah Office of Education said that the move was a ‘terrible idea.’

Arguing that teachers could be overpowered for their guns or misfire causing an accidental shooting, Lear said: ‘It’s a horrible, terrible, no-good, rotten idea.’

More than 200 Utah teachers are expected to pack a convention hall on Thursday for six hours of concealed-weapons training as organizers seek to arm more educators in the aftermath of the school shooting carried out by Adam Lanza in which 27 people, including 20 first-grade children died.

The Utah Shooting Sports Council said it normally gathers a dozen teachers every year for instruction that’s required to legally carry a concealed weapon in public places. The state’s leading gun lobby decided to offer teachers the training at no charge to encourage turnout, and it worked.

Organizers who initially capped attendance at 200 were exceeding that number by Wednesday and scrambling to accommodate an overflow crowd.

‘Schools are some of the safest places in the world, but I think teachers understand that something has changed – the sanctity of schools has changed,’ Clark Aposhian, one of Utah’s leading gun instructors, said Wednesday.

‘Mass shootings may still be rare, but that doesn’t help you when the monster comes in.’

Gun-rights advocates say teachers can act more quickly than law enforcement in the critical first few minutes to protect children from the kind of shooting that left 20 children and six adults dead December 14th at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut.

One of the hardest hit areas during Hurricane Sandy had another natural disaster today.

According to The Daily Mail, the pregnant mother was already sick and injured when rescuers came to it’s side:

A live beached whale washed ashore in New York’s Breezy Point but it may not stay that way for long.

Firemen and rescue workers are spraying the whale with water in hopes of keeping it alive, but when marine mammal experts arrived on the scene they said that it would be best to let the sick whale die naturally.

‘The whale is severely emaciated. It’s in very bad shape. It’s a very sick whale,’ said Kim Durham, a representative from the Riverhead Foundation in Long Island.

‘Picking it up…would be inhumane at this point,’ she told Newsday.

‘Probably we’ll let nature take its turn with this animal.’

The whale is thought to be anywhere between 30 and 50 feet in length and most likely is a female humpback. The whale is thought to be pregnant, but that has not been confirmed.

‘I haven’t seen a whale like this in Breezy since I was a kid,’ local Joan Washington told The New York Post.

The Breezy Point neighborhood in Queens has had its share of emergency activity this fall, as it was one of the hardest-hit areas during Hurricane Sandy.

The whale was called in around 10.40am on Wednesday morning and volunteer fire fighters responded as best they could.

‘They couldn’t get the pump going so I was using a bucket to keep her nice and wet,’ said Ed Manley, a man who came from Florida to help out at Point Breeze ever since the hurricane.

The whale was reportedly moving its flippers and opening its mouth which a biologist told The New York Times were signs of stress.

‘When large whales strand, it’s very difficult,’ Mendy Garron from the National Marine Fisheries Service told the paper.

The whale was reportedly spotted by Lou Bassolino, a 66-year-old Breezy Point resident who regularly drives to the beach in the morning searching for his boat that washed away months ago.

This morning, he told Newsday that he got his wife and grown daughters to help try and save the whale by doing the first thing Google suggested: pour water on it.

‘We’ve been through so much devastation here, we just wanted to save something. We wanted to save that whale,’ Mr Bassolino said.

With all the violence that’s been going on, we’re glad to hear some people out there are doing good things.

She was last seen with her Dad’s fiancé, who was arrested this past Friday in the Bellagio stabbing!!!

According to The Huffington Post, something about this story doesn’t add up:

Authorities in Nevada are trying to locate a missing child who was in the care of a woman later arrested for stabbing a co-worker at a Las Vegas casino.

Jade Morris, 10, was last seen Friday by family members, when she got into a red, 2007 four-door Saab with her father’s fiancee, 50-year-old Brenda Stokes, also known as Brenda Wilson. Jade’s father was out of town at the time.

“Jade went shopping with [Stokes] at about 4:50 p.m., but by 9 p.m. they had not returned,” Morris’ godmother, Ni’cola Mitchell, told The Huffington Post.

When Stokes failed to return with Jade, the little girl’s mother contacted police and reported her missing. The girl’s mother then learned Stokes had been arrested at the Bellagio casino, following a violent altercation with another woman.

According to the Las Vegas Police Department, Stokes was arrested at about 10 p.m. Friday, accused of slashing the face of friend and co-worker Joyce Rhone, 44, several times with “an edged blade.”

Rhone survived the attack, but was admitted to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with deep lacerations to her face, police said.

Stokes told police she would have killed Rhone if casino security had not intervened.

“Hell, yeah,” Stokes told investigators, according to a police report obtained by the Las Vegas Review Journal. “I would have whooped that ass. I would have killed her. I should have killed her.”

Stokes referred to a betrayal that had ended her seven-year friendship with Rhone and said she recently had gone to a doctor because she felt as though “she wanted to hurt someone.”

According to police, Stokes initially denied she had Jade with her Friday. She has since asked for an attorney, Mitchell said.

Stokes is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on multiple charges, including battery with a deadly weapon, battery with use of a deadly weapon with substantial bodily harm, and mayhem.

Contacted by police Wednesday, a spokeswoman for Las Vegas police told The Huffington Post that the investigation is ongoing.

Mitchell said she is very concerned for her goddaughter’s safety.

“The police have only given us limited information so we don’t even know where to begin searching,” Mitchell said. “We just want to find her. We just want her safe.”

We hope this sweet baby girl is okay and gets to be back home with her family soon. SMH.

Nouel Alba Arrested For Newtown Shooting Money Scam

A New York City woman has been arrested by federal authorities who say she tried to scam donors by posing as a relative of one of the children killed at a Connecticut elementary school.

Thirty-seven-year-old Nouel Alba was arrested Thursday and charged with lying to FBI agents.

Federal prosecutors say she used her Facebook account, telephone calls and text messages to seek donations for what she called a “funeral fund.”

Authorities say Alba denied seeking the donations when she was contacted by FBI agents investigating charity scams related to the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown. A gunman killed 20 children and six adults there on Dec. 14.

Alba, of the Bronx, appeared Thursday in federal court in Hartford and was released on $50,000 bond. A number listed for her was not in service.

Study Show Black Voter Turnout Higher Than White In 2012 Election

It looks like the GOP’s plan to suppress liberal-skewed voters backfired.

The 2012 presidential election may have been the first time blacks voted at a higher rate than whites, according to a new study by the Pew Research Center—despite several Republican-controlled state legislatures passing new voter identification laws.

African-Americans made up 12% of the eligible electorate this year, yet they accounted for 13% of total votes cast. This is the second presidential election in a row in which black voters “over-performed” (they did so in 2008 by the same proportion).

Whites’ turnout rate—votes cast as a share of eligible voters—declined in both 2012 and 2008, though whites’ share of the eligible electorate is also shrinking.

Whereas other minority groups have seen increased electoral clout largely because of population growth, blacks’ growing share of the vote in recent presidential elections is due to mounting turnout rates.

More hispanics and Asian-Americans voted in 2012 than ever before, but their turnout rates continue to lag behind that of the general public.

That’s amazing considering the trouble that some GOP’ers went through to ensure that “we” wouldn’t show up in November.

In the year leading up to the election, many GOP-led state governments attempted to pass bills aimed at requiring photo identification at the polls, restricting early voting, and curtailing voter registration efforts. Many black community leaders argued such voter suppression would disproportionately disenfranchise poor, minority, and elderly voters. While some Republicans claimed the measures were necessary to prevent voter fraud, others outwardly admitted to passing voter restrictions in hopes of hurting Democratic candidates.

There will be no firm verdict until the U.S. Census Bureau publishes its post-election survey on voter turnout next spring, but Pew’s circumstantial evidence shows that attempts at voter suppression failed to keep blacks from the polls—and may have even inspired progressive voters to turn out in higher numbers.

This is very promising news for the future of the Black voice in politics, but let’s not let the excitement and participation die with Barry O’s re-election. Let’s continue to vote and be involved in the process in future elections as well!

A black man who raised two sons and mentored countless others, gunned down on his lawn on Christmas day. SMH. This is that bullisht for real.

Only 49-years-old, McClinton grew up without a father, but thanks to the Pasadena sports program he created, hundreds of kids counted and depended on him.

At 11 o’clock on Christmas morning, 18-year law enforcement technician Victor McClinton was shot and killed outside his Pasadena home as he walked a holiday well-wisher and fellow coach to his car in the 1900 block of Newport Avenue.

According to the Pasadena Police Department, McClinton was struck by gunfire meant for a former gang member who was in the vicinity but not associated with McClinton or the visiting coach. The target of the shooting, whom police identified as Damion Taylor, 24, was struck and wounded.

“There’s no indication to believe McClinton was involved in any type of activity that would warrant anyone to shoot him,” said Deputy Chief Darryl Qualls.

Friends and neighbors were still reeling from the news of McClinton’s death.

“I was overwhelmed with shock and grief that such a selfless man could be taken,” said Glenn Crawford, 57, who coached in the Brotherhood Community Youth Sports League for 10 years. “It’s just senseless. He would literally take the shirt off his back for you.”

On Wednesday, a small memorial of votive candles and flowers was arranged on the sidewalk in front of McClinton’s home.

Theresa Overing said she stopped by to bring food and offer her support to the family.

“Victor was one of the finest men, he stood taller than the rest,” she said.

Overing, a Pasadena resident, said she got to know McClinton through the youth sports league he founded. Her three sons had played basketball there over the last 10 years.

“When you run [programs for] hundreds of kids every year, all on volunteer time, there are hundreds of families that have been impacted by Victor,” Overing said.

Lorraine Valenzuela, McClinton’s neighbor of seven years, said she was in her living room on Christmas Day when she heard the first shot. “I looked out the window and I saw him drop,” she said.

Valenzuela said she heard about eight more shots as she ran to the back of her house.

“In general the area is nice,” she said. “We’ve been hearing [gunshots] lately, though.”

McClinton is survived by his wife, Shelly, and two adult sons, Kristian and Kameron, an official said. He was assigned to court services.

“He was an extraordinary employee,” said Steve Whitmore, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman. “We lost a member of our family. It’s a tragic loss.”

McClinton was a graduate of Verbum Dei High School and attended Pasadena City College, majoring in recreation and administration of justice, according to the program’s website.

Authorities said they did not have any suspects in the case but were investigating whether there is a link to a second fatal incident that occurred later in the day in the same area.

Shortly before being shot, McClinton wished his friends a merry Christmas on Facebook.

“Please let’s not forget those less fortunate than us and those who have lost loved ones,” he wrote. “Say a prayer for all. May God bless you in the upcoming year.”

This story hurts us to our hearts. This gun violence has got to stop.

He’s promoting his new flick and wasn’t holdin’ back on his frustrations with politics.

According to the Daily Mail, Matt says he lost hope that the movie would even have some damn impact in Washington:

‘We’re at a point where politicians don’t really get any benefit from engaging with long-term issues,’ he said, according to Politico. ‘Instead, it’s all about the next election cycle. Those guys in the House don’t do anything now but run for office. So unless they can find some little thing that zips them up a couple of points in the polls, they’re not interested.’

Damon’s soured attitude toward the American political system has been a couple years in the making.

He made headlines last year when he famously criticized Obama’s first term, even though Damon is a Democrat and supported Obama in 2008.

‘I’ve talked to a lot of people who worked for Obama at the grassroots level. One of them said to me, “Never again. I will never be fooled again by a politician,”‘ Damon said in 2011.

‘You know, a one-term president with some balls who actually got stuff done would have been, in the long run of the country, much better.’

But Damon told Playboy that he voted for Obama in November, despite his criticisms of the president.
‘I assume there will be some Supreme Court appointments in this next term; that alone was reason to vote for him,’ he said.

Damon was also asked about Clint Eastwood’s performance at the Republican National Convention.

‘I heard the backlash, but I never saw the whole thing because I just didn’t want to see my friend … you know,’ he said. ‘Look, his knowledge of filmmaking is so vast and deep that he can wing it beautifully on the set. What he did at the RNC was an unrehearsed bit he decided to do at the last minute. You can’t go onstage and do 12 minutes of stand-up completely unrehearsed. But I agree with what Bill Maher said — Clint killed it at the convention for 12 minutes, and the audience loved him. I wouldn’t do that unless I spent a month rehearsing.’

Asked what politics were behind his new movie, he said, ‘We went to the studio saying, “Who f**king wants to go see an anti-fracking movie?” and were all in agreement. When we were working on the script, it was about wind farms, but we changed it to fracking — a good issue because the stakes are so high. That sh*t is real.

They’re debating about letting it happen in New York now. To us, the movie was really about American identity. We loved the characters because they felt like real people making the kinds of compromises you have to just to live your life.’
