Former Penn State football coach and scumbag of the century Jerry Sandusky feels that he deserves some slack while behind bars and is requesting to be housed in a “less harsh” prison facility.

A lawyer for former Penn State assistant Jerry Sandusky said Friday his client has gotten his fighting spirit back after his child abuse conviction and sentencing and hopes prison officials will find a way to house him under less restrictive conditions than he currently experiences.
Karl Rominger said after spending several hours with Sandusky at Greene State Prison in southwestern Pennsylvania on Friday that Sandusky’s outlook has improved since he was sentenced two months ago to decades behind bars. He said they discussed pending post-sentencing motions and plans for an appeal.
Rominger said Sandusky, 68, rates as a Level 2 inmate on a five-level security classification but is being kept under much more severe Level 5 conditions. He said Sandusky is alone in his cell for 23 hours a day during the week and around the clock on weekends.

A few years ago, Dezmond Armstead was just a high school freshman in Virginia playing on the varsity basketball team; a young man who had hoped his basketball talents would get the attention of the high school girls. “I thought, I’m definitely going to get noticed,” Dez reminisces, “but it didn’t work out that way.”
He soon realized that his voice was his greatest strength and eventually garnered the attention he wanted, along with a slew of requests of popular R&B songs from the 80s and early 90s. Inspired by Usher and Bobby Brown, Dez was ready to put his talent to the test and moved to Los Angeles after high school to see what he was made of. He later met the production Duo, The Movement and they began to talk about their love for classic R&B. After a few studio sessions and completed tracks the musical chemistry was undeniable.
The Movement, who are known for making breakout double-platinum hits like Justin Bieber’s “One Time” and Jesse McCartney’s “Leavin” recount those first few days with Dez. “Having seen successful acts at the very beginning stages of their careers, we were immediately convinced about Dez’s ability. After the first song We Ride, we knew we were onto something special.”
The team set out to build an organic campaign online to grow his fan base and after releasing a cover of Beyonce’s, “I Miss You” and Drake’s “HYFR,” Dez began to put together the elements for what would soon be his mixtape. “So my journey begins, Real Talk is the movement !Real life, real love, real pain, that real R&B.” says Dez.

Former South African president Nelson Mandela was admitted to hospital on Saturday for medical tests, although the government said there was no cause for alarm.
A statement from President Jacob Zuma’s office gave no details of the condition of the 94-year-old anti-apartheid leader.
“Former President Mandela will receive medical attention from time to time which is consistent with his age,” the statement said.
“President Zuma assures all that Madiba is doing well and there is no cause for alarm,” it added, referring to Mandela by his clan name.
Mandela, who became South Africa’s first black president after the country’s first all-race elections in 1994, was admitted to hospital in February because of abdominal pain but released the following day after a keyhole examination showed there was nothing seriously wrong with him.
He has since spent most of his time in his ancestral home in Qunu, a village in the impoverished Eastern Cape province.
His frail health prevents him from making any public appearances in South Africa, although in the last few months he has continued to receive high-profile visitors, including former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

Dallas Cowboys practice-squad linebacker Jerry Brown was killed in a one-car accident Saturday and teammate Josh Brent was charged with intoxication manslaughter. Irving police spokesman John Argumaniz said the accident happened about 2:20 a.m. Saturday in the Dallas suburb. Brent was speeding when the vehicle hit a curb and flipped at least once, Argumaniz said.
Argumaniz said the 25-year-old Brown – also Brent’s teammate at the University of Illinois for three seasons – was found unresponsive at the scene and pronounced dead at a hospital. The police spokesman said officers conducted a field sobriety test on Brent and arrested him. The charge was upgraded after Brown was pronounced dead.
“We are deeply saddened by the news of this accident and the passing of Jerry Brown,” Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said in a statement. “At this time, our hearts and prayers and deepest sympathies are with the members of Jerry’s family and all of those who knew him and loved him.” The team said in a statement that Brent was not on the team flight to Cincinnati, where the Cowboys play the Bengals on Sunday. Argumaniz said Brent was being held without bond. Brent is named as Joshua Price-Brent in the police news release. Argumaniz also said Brent missed a 10 a.m. Saturday booking session with a judge because he was intoxicated. He did not know if Brent had an attorney.
The Cowboys signed Brown to their practice squad Oct. 24, but he hasn’t been on the active roster. He was released from the Indianapolis Colts’ practice squad Oct. 20. “On behalf of the entire Colts family, our sincerest condolences go out to Jerry’s family and friends, Colts general manager Ryan Grigson said in a statement. “He was a good teammate that was well liked by all. Today’s tragic news is just another reminder of how fragile life is and how everyday given is a gift.”
Brown played for San Antonio in the Arena Football League this year. In 2011, he played for Jacksonville in the AFL and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Canadian Football League.

Demi Moore was seen out again in Miami over the weekend and needless to say, she’s still acting cray.
She put on her best Terry Richardson face — and his frames — on Friday and attended a celebration for the photographer’s newest book, Terrywood, at the Standard in Miami. Other guests included Stacy Keibler and Pharrell.
