The man wanted the cows to move away from his horse feed so he shot them in the face!?!? Makes sense right??

According to NBC2 in Orlando:

A Flagler County man is accused of shooting neighborhood cows in the face.

Six of the Bunnell cows were shot — two of them badly injured.

According to a report from the state attorney’s office, Justin Deloach is responsible for the cow’s injuries.

Authorities say the shooting happened late last month. The cows were hit in the face, rump, ribs and shoulders.

Deloach claimed he only fired into the air when he said the cows broke through a fence and ate his horse feed. He said he only wanted to scare the animals so they would move.

The animals returned their owner, however, bleeding profusely.

A veterinarian who examined the cows said the injuries are so significant, the animals’ value is affected.

This sociopath really needs to learn how to take his anger out on some dayum hay bales instead of shooting cows! SMH

Barack said today that the plan is “odious” and the new bill has Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni feeling torn between siding with the ‘demands’ of the evangelical church vs. incoming aid from donors.

According to Reuters:

Some international donors have threatened to cut aid if the legislation, which is now before a parliamentary committee and was first introduced in parliament in 2009, becomes law.

“Ugandans want that law as a Christmas gift. They have asked for it and we’ll give them that gift,” parliament speaker Rebecca Kadaga told Reuters on Tuesday.

As House speaker Kadaga can ask the committee to expedite scrutiny of a bill in order to bring it back to the House for final debate and voting.

Existing legislation already outlaws gay sex. The new bill prohibits the “promotion” of gay rights and punishes anyone who “funds or sponsors homosexuality” or “abets homosexuality”.

Kadaga said it was still possible to pass the bill this year although there was little time remaining before the House went on recess for Christmas holidays.

“It’s very, very possible, we can do it,” Kadaga said.

Homosexuality is taboo in many African nations. It is illegal in 37 countries on the continent, including Uganda, and activists say few Africans are openly gay, fearing imprisonment, violence and loss of jobs.

Last month Uganda’s leading daily newspaper, Daily Monitor, reported a spat in Canada between Kadaga and Canada’s foreign minister over Uganda’s harassment of gay people.

“If homosexuality is a value for the people of Canada they should not seek to force Uganda to embrace it. We are not a colony or a protectorate of Canada,” the paper quoted Kadaga as saying.

Her comments drew support among some Ugandans on Twitter and Facebook and upon returning from Canada she received a rapturous welcome at Entebbe, Uganda’s main international airport.

Clare Byarugaba, coordinator for Civil Society Coalition on Human Rights and Constitutional Law (CSCHRCL), said the group would petition the constitutional court to declare the draft legislation unconstitutional.

“The international community supports us and we also believe in the constitution of our country which protects the rights and freedoms of everyone,” she said.

“And we’ll petition it (constitutional court) and we strongly believe the law will be on our side,” she said.

International activist group Avaaz condemned the decision.

“Sentencing people to life in prison for love is not a “Christmas gift”, it’s a sickening violation of human rights,” campaign director Emma Ruby-Sachs said in a statement.

In August gay rights activists hacked several Ugandan government websites to denounce what they regard as harassment of homosexuals in the east African country.

The country also banned 38 NGOs in July it accused of promoting homosexuality and recruiting children into homosexuality.

Police are looking for a 28-year-old woman accused of beating her boyfriend with a marijuana bong.

Authorities said the attack happened after a heated argument in Bellingham Sunday morning.

The man suffered a cut to his head from the 8-inch-tall glass water pipe.

The Bellingham Herald said officers believe the couple had been drinking.

The woman fled after the attack and remains at large.

We’ll go ahead and assume it was the alcohol that pushed this chick to her breaking point and not the mellow mood-inducing mary jane!

Appearing on an upcoming episode of Anderson Live, husband and baby daddy, Nick Cannon, revealed that the 42-year-old American Idol judge somehow always seems to get out of diaper duty for their 18-month old twins, Monroe and Moroccan.

“It’s a good time! Right now, the kids run the house. We are just running and chasing after them and then my wife is being the diva that she is. I am trying to keep up with them,” Cannon, 31, told Anderson Cooper and Jane Velez-Mitchell.

When Anderson asked point-blank if the Glitter singer was “a big diaper changer” and “who changes the most?” her hubby laughed incredulously, “Me!

I mean we all do it but for some reason I get that duty a little bit more. I am not scared of it. I go in, I put the gloves on,” he explained.

“Real men change diapers!” added guest host Velez-Mitchell with a sympathetic giggle.

Later in the interview, the comedian and rapper broached the touchy subject of his wife’s reported feud with reality co-host, Nicki Minaj. “I think it was what it was. A lot of theatrics and stuff,” said Nick.

“I guess I was a little disappointed in the producers because that’s not what American Idol is about. I felt like they fed off of it a little bit. You know, people are always going to have disagreements and stuff.

“Clearly you can see that they are a very intense judging panel but obviously everybody is interested in what the show is going to be about and my wife is the classiest and the strongest woman that I’ve ever met so she’s handling it the way she is supposed to handle it.”

Lauryn Hill Addresses Wyclef Rumors During Concert In Dallas

Hip-hop industry veteran turned speedo sporting savage Wyclef must have struck a nerve when he put his former fellow Fugees bandmate Lauryn Hill on blast alleging a past relationship and claiming that she lied to him about her son Zion being his baby.

Lauryn recently took the stage at a concert in Dallas, TX and addressed all of the “chatter” going around about her.

“Be careful how you judge. There’s a lotta deception out there…a lot of misunderstanding out there….a lot of miscommunication out there. A lot of false information out there. And know this, after all the people who just talk, talk, talk..who’s the silent one? (points to herself).

SpikeTV’s ‘Eddie Murphy: One Night Only’ comedy special airs tonight, Wednesday 11/14 at 10pm EST/PST so we caught up with his big bro Charlie to get the scoop before the premiere.

BOSSIP: Thanks for talking to us Charlie, we watched some clips from the show and noticed you said your brother used to always kill you at playing “snaps” back in the day. Is that really true or did you get a few good ones in of your own?

Charlie Murphy:

I’m a comedian, my job is to make stuff funny. A lot of people ask me if the Rick James story is true, and I say do you believe that Will Smith saved the world in Independence Day? Some things are meant to be entertaining, it shouldn’t matter if it’s true. When we did this tribute we told everyone involved, ‘This is not a roast, describe your experiences with Eddie Murphy and make it funny.’

BOSSIP: How did the personal relationship make this experience different for you though?

Charlie Murphy:

It was different as a comedian because your weapons are your jokes and if you’re told, “You can’t use any of your jokes,” you have an assignment to talk about this man right here. I was just thrilled to be in a lineup with heavyweights like Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, Chris Rock, Jamie Foxx, Tracy Morgan, Russell Brand, Sam Jackson, Adam Sandler. For the level of comic royalty that was there it was incredible. You will probably never see another lineup like that. Who else would they do it for? Eddie has the perfect history and it brought all these people in one room.

Stevie Wonder? Come on man! Eddie and Stevie had a classic moment. I was on a show that had Stevie Wonder in it! Stevie Wonder was a star when I was a child at home with my parents. And now I know Stevie Wonder! Imagine being a kid looking at ‘Soul Train’ watching someone and now you know this person. It’s a trip! You see how close him and your brother are… When they were singing “Higher Ground” it turned me out. That was like church almost!

BOSSIP: You live in Jersey, were you affected by Hurricane Sandy? Did that affect your decision to take part?

Charlie Murphy:

I came from the blackout. My kids were in the hotel with a nanny, my dog was at my cousin’s house and then I had to fly to L.A. to do this show. The outfit I wore that night, I picked that outfit out in the pitch black. God helped me pick it out. I had gone and got me a tuxedo but I went to get it and the entire complex I purchased it from was closed. Six hours before my plane was supposed to leave. I thought about not going. Everything was in disarray and I went home and I was just about to call my agent and something said look in your closet. I went in with a flashlight and within three minutes I had the jacket. Everything I had to go with it was right there. I put it in my bag and made it to the plane. It was a great experience.

BOSSIP: Do you have any plans to collaborate with Eddie on future projects?

Charlie Murphy:No immediate plans to work together. Right now my plans are stuff I have to do.

I refuse to move to the West Coast. Norbit, Vampire in Brooklyn and all that, those collaborations came about because of my close proximity on a daily basis. Things come up and I was talking to him because I was right there. When Eddie lived in Jersey that’s when we came up with those movies. And now he lives primarily in Los Angeles.

BOSSIP: Why do you refuse to move to the West Coast?

Charlie Murphy:

Earthquakes. I love the West Coast, but I don’t want to be there when the real deal goes down. Earthquakes in California they have them sh!ts every week. All those “light tremors” may be a warning. A warning. Does anybody want to use that word? A warning. They have the ride over at Universal about an earthquake in California? That’s real smart. It’s unanimously agreed on that the big one hasn’t happened yet. It’s definitely going to happen and I don’t want to be out there when it does.

I’ve been in earthquakes before. Once I punched this guy in his face, we were shooting Harlem Nights and we were on a soundstage. If you look up at the ceiling they have counterweights, big bags of sand that probably weigh 200 pounds. If one of them were to fall on your head, it’s a wrap. When the earthquake hit I saw that swaying back and forth and then I went to run and this man grabbed my arm and said “Don’t run.” He got punched in the face. Then I went to run and the earthquake stopped. He got stole on. Nobody is in charge when an earthquake hits, you try to do what you need to do and I’m going to do what I need to do. Whatever happens it’s what’s going to happen. I don’t ever want to experience that again.

According to the Express Times, this dude flipped his isht and only got probation:

Kyle James Milliard, 22, was sentenced to 18 months of probation for the April 25 assault, in which he punched and shoved Kayla Rainer while she held their 1-year-old baby.
Lehigh County Judge Robert Steinberg said Milliard’s lack of a criminal record was a factor in his decision not to impose prison, said Chief Deputy District Attorney Jay Jenkins.

Steinberg also considered the defendant’s family support system and steady employment, Jenkins said. Milliard works at the Hop’s at The Paddock restaurant in South Whitehall Township.

Milliard could have faced as much as four years in prison for the assault, which occurred at an apartment Milliard and Rainer shared in the 2300 block of Old Post Road.

Last month, Milliard admitted he punched Rainer in the arm, slapped her in the mouth and twice shoved her into a wall. Rainer left the apartment after the fight and sought help from neighbor Lewis Gregg, police said.

After Gregg went to Milliard’s apartment to confront him, Milliard opened the door holding a knife with a 6-inch blade and lunged at Gregg, leading to a brief scuffle.

Gregg was not injured, and Rainer suffered a swollen lip and cut nose, authorities said. The baby’s head hit the wall when Milliard pushed Rainer but was not seriously injured.

Mark Merdinger, Milliard’s public defender, previously argued his client brandished the knife in self-defense and dropped it early in the fight.

Merdinger declined to comment about today’s sentencing.

Milliard said last month he is no longer in a relationship with Rainer.

Other charges against Milliard were dropped last month in exchange for the guilty plea, including a more serious felony count of aggravated assault.

Mittens just got caught again talking that same isht he was spittin’ earlier this year when he told TOP donors that POTUS won his re-election through the “gifts” he was already giving blacks, Hispanics, and the youth.

According to The Huffington Post, Romney’s finance team organized the call to donors:

“The president’s campaign, if you will, focused on giving targeted groups a big gift,” Romney said in a call to donors on Wednesday. “He made a big effort on small things.”

Romney said his campaign, in contrast, had been about “big issues for the whole country.” He said he faced problems as a candidate because he was “getting beat up” by the Obama campaign and that the debates allowed him to come back.

In the call, Romney didn’t acknowledge any major missteps, such as his “47 percent” remarks widely viewed as denigrating nearly half of Americans, his lack of support for the auto bailout, his call for illegal immigrants to “self-deport,” or his change in position on abortion, gun control and other issues. He also didn’t address the success or failure of the campaign’s strategy of focusing on the economy in the face of some improvement in employment and economic growth during the months leading up to Election Day.

Obama won the popular vote by about 3.5 million votes, or 3 percent, and won the Electoral College by a wide margin, 332-206 electoral votes. Exit polls conducted for The Associated Press and television networks showed that Obama led Romney by 11 percentage points among women and won better than 7 of 10 Hispanic voters and more than 9 of 10 black voters.

Romney called his loss to Obama a disappointing result that he and his team had not expected, but he said he believed his team had run a superb campaign. He said he was trying to turn his thoughts to the future, “but, frankly, we’re still so troubled by the past, it’s hard to put together our plans for the future.”

Among the “gifts” Romney cited were free health care “in perpetuity,” which he said was highly motivational to black and Hispanic voters as well as for voters making $25,000 to $35,000 a year.

Romney also said the administration’s promise to offer what he called “amnesty” to the children of illegal immigrants – what he termed “the so-called DREAM Act kids” – helped send Hispanics to the polls for Obama.

Young voters, Romney said, were motivated by the administration’s plan for partial forgiveness of college loan interest and being able to remain on their parents’ health insurance plans. Young women had an additional incentive to vote for Obama because of free contraception coverage under the president’s health care plan, he said.

“I’m very sorry that we didn’t win,” he told donors. “I know that you expected to win. We expected to win. We were disappointed; we hadn’t anticipated it.”

Romney said he and his team were discussing how his donor group could remain connected and have an influence on the direction of the Republican Party and even the selection of a future nominee – “which, by the way, will not be me.”

Obama isn’t taking any isht from the GOP anymore!

POTUS just nominated Susan Rice as his candidate for Secretary of State and, while she may be the current Ambassador to the United Nations, some shady azz Republicans like John McCain are already throwing false accusations her way.

According to The Huffington Post:

In a series of media appearances on Wednesday, Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) pledged they would do everything in their power to block the possible nomination of Susan Rice, the current ambassador to the United Nations, as secretary of state.

The senators have based their objection on Rice’s role in disseminating the White House’s version of events in the days immediately after the September attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. At the time, Rice told several television stations that the attack, which left four Americans including the U.S. ambassador to Libya dead, was not believed to be related to terrorism.

Administration officials later acknowledged that this was incorrect, and said the misleading information was the product of incomplete “talking points” from the intelligence community, although Republicans on Capitol Hill believe the White House knew the truth sooner.

To McCain, Graham, and a small cadre of colleagues, this is enough to disqualify Rice from a cabinet-level job.

“Susan Rice should have known better, and if she didn’t know better, she’s not qualified,” McCain said Wednesday during an appearance on Fox News. “I will do everything in my power to block her from being the United States secretary of state.”

In his press conference Wednesday afternoon, Obama took umbrage with this line of attack. “If Senator McCain and Senator Graham and others want to go after someone, they should go after me,” he said. “And I’m happy to have that discussion with them. But for them to go after the United Nations ambassador, who had nothing to do with Benghazi and was simply making a presentation based on intel she had received, and to besmirch her reputation, is outrageous.”

Obama also said Rice never had a choice about whether to appear on the talk shows to discuss Benghazi.

“She made an appearance at the request of the White House in which she gave her best understanding of the intelligence that had been provided to her,” he said.

Some Democrats have said that the Benghazi-related attack on Rice brings to mind another secretary of state nominee, Condoleezza Rice: Her appointment by the Bush administration was opposed by those who felt her advancement of the mistaken notion that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction in Iraq similarly disqualified her from the office.

During a 2002 appearance on CNN, Condoleezza Rice had said that while “there will always be some uncertainty” about the intelligence, “we don’t want the smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud.”

When she was later nominated for secretary of state, by which point it had become clear that there were no WMD in Iraq, both McCain and Graham publicly defended her appointment despite the misstatements.

Graham and his allies denounced this comparison, saying that Condoleezza Rice’s statements at the time reflected the widely agreed upon understanding of the intelligence community, while Susan Rice should have opted not to speak on the subject without more certainty.”When it comes to Condoleezza Rice, we’re not the only country that thought he was trying to get weapons of mass destruction,” Graham said.

Ohio Police Officer Suspended After ‘Urine Bucket’ Prank Goes Viral

This guy obviously has no friends. Because friends don’t let friends get slizzard and take a bucket of piss to the face…

Ten police officers in Ohio have reportedly been reprimanded after a video of one of the officers dunking his head into a bucket of urine was later posted on YouTube.
The News-Herald reports that Officer Phil Croucher, a 16-year Mentor Police Department veteran who carried out the act, was off-duty at an Oct. 14 Cleveland Browns football game when the incident occurred.
Croucher will be suspended two days, with one day held in abeyance upon completion of an alcohol evaluation, which will be arranged and paid for by the city, the newspaper reports.

The stunt, in which the nine other officers paid Croucher $50 each to perform, has been viewed on YouTube nearly 300,000 times.

“The fact money was collected for this ‘dare,’ should not detract from [Croucher] assuming final responsibility for this poor decision,” wrote Lt. Tom Powers, who conducted interviews with the officers involved.

Chris Brown Say Jay-Z Never Threatened Him Over Rihanna

In part three of a rare interview with LA’s Power 106 station, Chris Brown addressed rumors that Jay-Z threatened him when he started hanging out with Rihanna again, even showing up to Hov’s show at the Barclays Center last month.

Brown and Rihanna were photographed sitting next to each other in the VIP section of the show, and later reports suggested that Jay had some warning words for the ‘Turn Up The Music’ singer, reportedly threatening to end his career if he hurt Rihanna again.

Apparently, none of that was true. “It was cordial,” Brown told host Big Boy of the exchange between himself and Jay-Z. “It was real respectful. It was nothing like that. I went to the Center to see the show. People like to take it and run with it, because they have nothing else.”
