Not Everyone’s Happy About Cardi’s Latest Honor
Cardi B has been racking up awards all of 2017, but her latest honor caught a lot of people off guard. In her recent visit to Michigan, Cardi B was honored with a “Spirit Of Detroit Award,” which she proudly posted on her instagram page shouting out the city. As we all know, Belcaliz is a proud native of The Bronx, so it’s questionable that a city she’s not even from would honor her for being the spirit of their city.
It’s not Cardi’s fault–she obviously doesn’t pick what awards are given to her–but the people of Detroit are both annoyed and confused that she would be picked over a public figure actually from the place.
Kash Doll, a rapper from Detroit, expressed her thoughts on the matter, saying she was in disbelief over her city’s decision to honor someone who hasn’t put any work in for their people–but she promises it’s nothing personal.

Kash Doll has already gotten the award herself, but thinks its disrespectful Cardi got the award over any other Detroit native. It’s hard not to see where she’s coming from.
There seems to be no hard feelings between the two emcees, though. At her show in Detroit, Cardi B shouted out Kash Doll and said she wants to call her up for a collaboration. Kash RT’d a video of the announcement, so it’s safe to assume she’s on board.

Chrisette Michele Defends Tina Campbell
After Tina Campbell got Psalms scalped for admitting to voting for Trump, she’s got a new ally.
Chrisette Michele whose social media confession about being dropped by her label and suffering a miscarriage (complete with a picture of a miscarried fetus) sent Twitter into a tizzy, has something headazz to say.
According to the “Blame It On Me” singer, she stands with her fellow “strong black woman” Tina Campbell who’s entitled to her opinion on Cheeto In Chief and shouldn’t be “choice shamed.”
“Adults do this thing I’d like to call “choice shaming”,” wrote Chrisette. “We can disagree without division.”
Unfortunately for her ill-advised message was expertly eviscerated by people pointing out that the black community is entitled to make the choice not to support them.
So for Tina Campbell’s yet to comment.
Yes Chrisette, you and Tina are entitled to your grossly wrong opinions, you’re also entitled to tour pushbacks and label dropping.

The Donald Donor Roger Stone Gets Permanently Banned From Twitter
Roger Stone, close friend and former adviser to Donald Trump, has been banned from Twitter permanently after going on a tirade Friday against CNN reporters Don Lemon and Charles Blow that included threats, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The tweets happened following CNN reports about Robert Mueller approving the first charges as a result of his investigation into the Russians involvement in the 2016 presidential election.
While a spokesperson for Twitter said the company did not comment on individual accounts, a source with direct knowledge of the situation told THR the suspension is permanent.
“We believe in freedom of expression and in speaking truth to power, but that means little as an underlying philosophy if voices are silenced because people are afraid to speak up,” the spokesperson said. “In order to ensure that people feel safe expressing diverse opinions and beliefs, we do not tolerate behavior that crosses the line into abuse, including behavior that harasses, intimidates, or uses fear to silence another user’s voice.”
Stone has been suspended before for violations of Twitter rules and said he had been told that his suspension would only last for “three hours and 22 minutes” and was not informed of a permanent ban. He has vowed to take legal action against Twitter, but hasn’t been specific aside from saying he’s
communicating with “prominent telecommunication attorneys.”
“The battle against free speech has just begun,” he told Politico in response to the ban. “This is a strange way to do business and part and parcel of the systematic effort by the tech left to censor and silence conservative voices.”
We’d hate to celebrate censorship, BUT in this case. BOY BYEEEEEEE!
While Stone’s account has been deleted, some of his tweets were embedded by news outlets in stories, so the text remains:

Kathy Griffin and Andy Cohen’s failed friendship has taken a nasty turn with drug and misogynistic behavior accusations. Last week Andy Cohen hinted at his friendship with the comedienne being over when he sent an “I don’t know her” diss her way via TMZ cameras.
Shortly thereafter Kathy called him out for being “deeply misogynistic”…
and blasted him in a 17-minute video while also dragging TMZ’s Harvey Levin. According to Kathy, Andy offered her cocaine each time she appeared on his “Watch What Happens Live” talk show and Harvey Levin was complicit in helping coverup Harvey Weinstein scandals.
“Both times I did the show, right before we went live, Andy Cohen privately asked me in an office if I wanted to do blow,” alleged Kathy. “I’ve never had a drink in my life. You guys know I’m no prude but I’m kind of like a straightedge, I thought he was kidding the first time.
“I was hoping he was kidding, the second time I do the show, same thing,” she added. “So once again we’re alone in an office and he’s like, ‘Wanna do some coke?’ And I’m thinking, ‘He’s serious!’ Trust me, he’s going to say he’s kidding and everything, no. He was asking me to do cocaine with him, that made me very uncomfortable.”

Andy’s denied the accusations and says he’s “shocked.” He also added that cocaine is “not his thing” and he’s more of a “pot guy.”

Could their beef be because Andy’s replacing her on CNN’s NYE special that she used to host with Anderson Cooper?

Ed Hartwell Accuses Keshia Knight-Pulliam Of Keeping Kid Away
SMH… Looks like Ed Hartwell finally wants to act like he belongs in them dad jeans he be wearing.
According to The Blast reports, Hartwell filed documents in his ongoing divorce battle with Knight-Pulliam accusing the actress of contempt of court, claiming she terminated a recent agreed-upon visitation without a reasonable explanation. Hartwell called Pulliam’s actions
“Not only self-centered and uncaring,”
He also claims she should be held in contempt for violating the agreed upon custody order.
Of course, Keshia has her side of the story as well. She’s calling Hartwell’s accusation “Yet another fabricated and falsified motion for contempt.” She says she has never done anything self-centered or uncaring as it pertains to his rights as a father AND she says Hartwell has only exercised a one-hour visitation with their kid twice in September, missed most of his scheduled visits in August and missed all of his visits in July. Pulliam also claims he is still in contempt for his child support obligation. Pulliam says Hartwell is making the accusations to mislead the court, adding that he is the one who should be sanctioned.
SMH… This doesn’t even make sense. Hartwell has said himself that he didn’t even want kids with Keshia and that’s what caused the divorce in the first place. And we know we don’t need to remind you that Hartwell filed for divorce in July 2016 not even a week after Keshia announced her pregnancy.
Does it surprise you that he’s only seen his kids for a couple hours since her birth? There’s not even any mention of his daughter on Ed Hartwell’s Instagram. Keshia on the other hand, is in full mommy mode.
