50 Cent is letting the world know that he’s “guilty as f***” when it comes to Power’s recent leak. After Curtis Jackson told the world that Starz thought he was the shady person who let the rest of the season leak online…
he later actually admitted to the leak.

Power previously released a statement on the leaks and they’re fully investigating where they came from.
“The final three episodes of Power’s fourth season were leaked online due to a breach of the press screening room. This seems to be a case of password sharing that resulted in homemade videos of the episodes which were taped off a TV screen and posted online. Starz has begun forensic investigations and will take legal action against the responsible parties.”

The NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the MLB’s Tampa Bay Rays and the NHL’s Tampa Bay Lightning have all come together to help fund the removal of a confederate monument that stands before the city’s courthouse.
Recently, there was a vote held to remove that racist statue, but only if private donors paid for it, not the city. The cost of removal was estimated at $150,000.
The pro squads released a joint statement of unity in the wake of the violence that took place in Charlottesville:
“Recognizing that this monument does not reflect the values of our community, in collaboration with the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, our organizations have dedicated funds to assist in moving the statue from the public space in front of the courthouse.”
“Now more than ever before, we must stand united and committed to diversity and inclusion as we all attempt to heal from the tragedy in Charlottesville.”
Good on them. Way to do something good for once in your lives, Florida!

Since the Charlottesville rallies, a white supremacist named Chris Cantwell has been getting a lot of attention since his appearance in a Vice documentary that took place during the events. He later posted a video saying he’s allegedly wanted for arrest, and seems pretty paranoid about life at this point.
The latest news with this gross piece of human flesh is his dating life, or now, lack thereof. OkCupid tweeted out their non-support of the white supremacist d-bag, and stated that within 10 minutes of finding out that he had an account, they banned him for life.
It’s no surprise that a guy like Chris has to resort to a dating site to find love, and now he definitely won’t be getting in anybody’s draws anytime soon.
Shoutout to OkCupid for being outspoken in their decision to ban Nazis, because they definitely has Twitter replies full of “how can you ban someone from your site for their personal opinions?” Poor white outrage. Like they get said, “there’s no room for hate in a place where you’re looking for love.”

Ever since ‘Everyday Struggle’ began, Joe Budden has been airing out his complaints that Complex won’t cut the Friday check. Now, it looks like they actually did, but Joe Budden wasn’t one of the cast members to get that check.
An episode of ‘Everyday Struggle’ hit the web early on Friday morning, much to the shock of it’s fans, and Budden was noticably absent. The intro still featured Joe, and the only real reference the cast made to him not being there was Akademiks saying, “clearly Joe missed the memo” about them filming on Fridays.
Not only would fans obviously notice Budden wasn’t in the building, but his baby-mama-to-be Cyn Santana also tweeted out her disapproval for the show filming without Joe.

According to WTOP, a Virginia woman will spend the next 3 1/2 years of her life in the bing after being found guilty of trying to poison her co-workers.
Mayda Edith Rivera Juarez was working for JAS Forwarding Worldwide in 2016 when a bevy of her peers began to suffer from extreme nausea, vomiting and stomach pain. One of Juarez’s fellow employees realized that everyone who was sick had drank the office coffee. A supervisor looked at the security camera video and lo and behold, there was Mayda, pouring Windex into the coffee maker.
Prosecutors say Juarez eventually admitted that she was trying to poison her supervisor, she also admitted to pouring AJAX into the coffee maker and also directly into the supervisor’s cup.
Considering that someone could have died, 3 1/2 years ain’t really that long.

Halsey Speaks On Passing For White
Singer Halsey is well aware that most folks aren’t aware of her black heritage. The songstress recently chatted with Playboy about “passing” for white and the privilege that it allows her despite her biracial background. Hasley’s mother is white and her father is black.
“I’m white-passing,” she tells the publication. “I’ve accepted that about myself and have never tried to control anything about black culture that’s not mine.”
“I look like a white girl,” she added. “But I don’t feel like one. I’m a black woman. I’m proud to be in a biracial family, I’m proud of who I am, and I’m proud of my hair.”
Well said. Halsey also opened up to Playboy about having a miscarriage when she was a single 20-year-old woman. The singer/songwriter now 22, is adamant that she opened up about it because it’s a real story that’s rarely told.
“Every time I read a miscarriage story, it’s about a happily married woman who loses a baby, and that’s f—king terrible and I empathize, but I never read ‘A 20-year-old girl who’s scared and alone and single had a miscarriage,” said Halsey. “And guess what — that happens all around the world every day.”
“I wanted to say something about it because when I was going through it, I was f—king alone,” she continued. “I didn’t know any artists I could have called and said, ‘Hey, I know this happened to you. What should I do? Can I go back on tour? How long did it take for your hormones to realign?’ I had no one to talk to.”

According to an exclusive from Page Six, Kanye West and Kid Cudi have both been in the studio together, working on a project they they are planning to drop out of the blue. According to their source, the new project is so secret, “they’re going to drop some crazy collaboration out of the blue,” an insider told us. “They’re going to drop some surprise project on everybody. They’re recording it now.”
Both artists have been keeping a low profile since their respective “break downs” regarding their mental health, and allegedly since then, both have been recording music with one another for a joint project. They’re keeping everything so tight that “nobody knows what it is — or what it sounds like . . . There are no professionals in the room. It’s just Cudi, Kanye and an engineer. They’re recording together in Japan.”
Talks of a collaboration began in July, when both of the artists were spotted together in LA with Plain Pat, who has managed and produced for both artists. Artist Takashi Murakami posted a photo of them together visiting his studio last week. A source said West and Cudi are, “rolling together all over.”

Mark Parker Sends Company-Wide Email Regarding Charlottesville
Following Under Armour’s CEO Kevin Plank speaking on the events that took place in Charlottesville this past weekend, Nike’s President and CEO Mark Parker sent out a company-wide email doing the same.
The beginning of Parker’s email states, “Like many of you, I have spent this past week shocked and saddened by the violence and hatred we saw in Charlottesville. The news has been incredibly difficult to see, and I know I have not been alone in feeling this way. There is no place—none—for the kind of bias, bigotry, and violence committed by white supremacists in Virginia.”
The email denounces any kind of white supremacy or discrimination, and states that all of Nike’s morals as a company stand for exactly the opposite. Everything involving those white supremacy rallies stands against everything the company stands for, and that’s what the letter from Parker states.
Further, the email reads, “Nike has always stood up against and unequivocally rejected hatred and bigotry. We have declared time and again that Nike stands for helping all people achieve their highest potential, with a focus on equality. What happened in Charlottesville isn’t just morally shameful; it goes against everything we stand for.”
Good on Mark Parker for making his stance on everything clear.
