MC Lyte Engaged To Her Bae John

MC Lyte is set to become a married woman.

After debuting her man earlier this year, and years of silence on her love life, the legendary femcee is announcing that she’s engaged.

In an exclusive interview with ESSENCE, Lyte, confirmed that she and her man John are tying the knot.

A gushing Lyte also told the mag the things she loves most about him…

“It’s a lot of things that I love about him, I love his laugh, his candor, and I love his eyes. I feel like I could look into them for eternity.”

and revealed when she knew he was “the one.”

“It was one day while we were talking and I looked in his eyes, there was so much honesty and truth in his eyes,” said Lyte. “My biggest thing with dating was the ability to be vulnerable,” Lyte adds. “With [John] I can totally just let go and be myself.

Details on her “Ruffneck” are skimpy, but Lyte says she met him online.

Curt Schilling Continues To Be A Hateful POS

If you needed any more evidence that Curt Schilling is a piece of crap, allow us to tell you about the way he’s been crusading against Adam Jones’ experience at Fenway Park.

“I don’t believe the story, given the world we live in,” Schilling said Thursday on his Breitbart show (via the Daily News). “I don’t believe it, for this reason: Everybody is starving and hungry to sit in front of a camera and talk and be social justice warriors. And if a fan yelled loud enough in center field for Adam Jones to hear the n-word, I guarantee you we would’ve heard and seen fans around on CNN on MSNBC, they would’ve found multiple fans to talk about what a racist piece of junk Boston is.

“Since Tuesday night, we’ve had one person come forward who we found out was lying about the fact that they were in the area and heard it, and other than that we’ve had nobody.”

“We’re gonna hear from somebody in the section that saw called a racist [word],” Schilling added. “If not, he’s lying. And I say he’s lying. If he isn’t, I will apologize. I will absolutely apologize on the air and I will be sincere about it, if it happens.”

He also repeatedly tweeted a link to a website with a listing of fake hate crimes — something which we agree does happen and has happened (think Duke Lacrosse case and Tawana Brawley)

Probably the most ridiculous part was when Schilling tried to make a case for what? We’re not quite sure, but he posted Meek Mill and Jeezy lyrics. Apparently we aren’t allowed to be offended when a racist uses a slur if we tolerate the word in rap lyrics.

Brown’s tour hit Houston Thursday night and after the show, the singer and his crew had an afterparty at Groove’s Restaurant and Lounge. That’s where things hit a sour note for Brown, as BOSSIP can exclusively confirm that Brown was finally served with the legal documents from Karrueche’s restraining order.

BOSSIP witnesses at the scene tells us the singer was not pleased that his legal issues have finally caught up with him.

“He was pissed,” a clubgoer who saw Brown react to being met outside the club by the server tol BOSSIP.

Pretty much we’d expect. BOSSIP previously told you Breezy had been making it extremely difficult for Karrueche’s team to serve him, even going so far as to ban his lawyers from accepting the paperwork.

Knowing Christopher Maurice, he’s not gonna let a little thing like a restraining order ruin his birthday!

Cop Charged In Jordan Edwards Killing

Officer Roy Oliver, the cowardly cop who opened fire on a car full of teenagers on “suspicion of underage drinking,” ultimately killing 15-year-old Jordan Edwards, has been charged with murder.

A warrant was issued for Oliver’s arrest on Friday, noting that he “intended to cause serious bodily injury and commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that caused the death.” Oliver, who had a sordid past in his career as a cop and was subsequently fired by his department after news of the killing went national, surrendered to police and was formally arrested later in the day.

If you’ll recall, Oliver originally showed up to the party Edwards and his friends were attending based on some reports of underage drinking going on at the home. For no real reason, he opened fire on the car full of children as they were leaving the scene, striking and killing Edwards in the passenger seat.

The fact that he was actually charged with a crime is all well and good…but we really need to see a conviction this time around.

Chrissy Teigen has built a reputation for being filterless and no-fawks-given, especially when it comes to social media.

So it should come as no shock that the bikini model isn’t shy about sharing the fact that she’s chopped and screwed a few things on her face and body to get the look that pays her bills.

During a recent event celebrating her new makeup palette with Becca Cosmetics, Chrissy confided in a bunch of beauty bloggers that while those high cheekbones everyone questions her on are 100% natural, several of her other facial features had indeed been helped by doctors. According to Byrdie:

“Everything about me is fake except my cheeks,”

Chrissy laughed. She then pointed to her forehead, nose, and mouth saying, “fake, fake, fake.”

Chrissy admitted to not only a subtle nose job, but whittling down her natural teeth to nubs and replacing them with perfect veneers, and seemed to imply lip-fillers. We aren’t sure what exactly she did to her forehead, but we’re guessing a little botox.

As for the craziest thing she’s ever done to her body? She says she got liposuction of her armpit fat, ultimately adding two inches of extra space to her arm. She admits that it was pretty dumb…but she still loved the way she looked in sleeveless clothing.

“I’m not shy talking about that sort of thing. I have no regrets.”

Hey, at least she’s honest about hers and not trying to hide it and lie like most of these models and actresses!
