High School Students Get Gender Neutral Restrooms

The Westport News is reporting that Staples High School in Connecticut just introduced a gender neutral bathroom for students to promote and practice tolerance. This new policy will allow transgender students like freshman, Sky Beck, to feel comfortable while on a bathroom break.

In response to President Trumps decision to revoke federal protections that allowed transgender students to use restrooms matching their gender identities, Sky Beck says “No one in their right mind should deny someone their right,” Beck said. “It’s a human rights violation.” Last summer, Staples HS converted three staff restrooms into unisex bathrooms that can be accessed by all students after obtaining a key. Now Becks and Staple High School’s LGBT students all have options on where they choose to use the restroom.

Staples HS runs their own GSA (Gender Sexual Alliance) group, advised by Chris Fray. When Fray started at Staples in 1996, LGBTQ students all over the country were “really closeted,” he recalled. “Very few, if any kids were out. They didn’t tell their parents about it. If they knew, parents would forbid them from coming to our meetings.”

Hooray for tolerance.

Oklahoma Chair Of Trump Campaign Allegedly Solicited Sex From Teen Boy

Here’s an interesting story. An arrest warrant has been issued for Oklahoma Sen. Ralph Shortey, a Republican who served as his state’s campaign chair for Donald Trump… Prosecutors filed charges of engaging in child prostitution, engaging in prostitution within 1,000 feet of a church and transporting a minor for prostitution in connection with an incident last week where Shortey was found at a Super 8 motel room in Moore, OK with a 17-year-old boy who police say he solicited sex from.

Local media have reported that despite the warrant being issued, Shortey’s whereabouts are still unknown. Documents related to the incident were released just yesterday and boy does the evidence speak volumes.

According to police reports, cops were at the motel doing a welfare check for the boy on March 9 when they smelled the “strong odor of raw marijuana” from Room 120. When authorities entered the room they found the teen and an adult male, later confirmed by the D.A. to be Sen. Shortey. Police say they found an “open box of condoms” during their search of the room.

Sounds like that loud pack got them all the way caught up.

Both Shortey and the teen told police after being discovered that they’d had conversations “pertaining to sexual activities in exchange for money.” Those statements are backed by text messages recovered from the teen’s tablet.

What’s more indictment documents allege the kid’s parents told cops he has a history of “soliciting himself on Craigslist for sexual conduct.” SMH.

Regardless of the outcome of the trial, it looks like Shortey’s political career is already being cut short, with the Lt. Governor looking for him to resign and the state Senate voting to suspend him for “disorderly behavior.”

Ricardo Medina Pleads Guilty To Killing Roommate

A “Power Rangers Samurai” actor who was previously arrested for killing his roommate has entered a plea.

Back in February 2015, Ricardo Medina Jr. told authorities that he murdered his roommate Joshua Sutter in self-defense. According to PEOPLE Magazine, Medina, 38, pleaded guilty on Thursday to stabbing his roommate to death with a sword.

Medina pleaded guilty to one felony count of voluntary manslaughter and admitted in court to using a sword in the killing.

Medina told authorities that while fighting with his roommate, he went to his bedroom with his girlfriend but Sutter forced his way in. Median then allegedly stabbed him once in the abdomen with the sword.

Medina’s sentencing is scheduled for March 30 and he faces six years in state prison.

Medina got his break in Hollywood as the Red Ranger on “Power Rangers Wild Force” back in 2002. He went on to play Dekker on “Power Rangers Samurai.”

RHOA Sheree Whitfield Accused Of Owing Almost $27,000 To Contractors

If it ain’t on thing, it’s a muthaf**kin’ other when it comes to drama and Sheree Whitfield.

The RHOA and her embattled home, “Chateau Sheree“, are involved in yet another contractor controversy

A RadarOnline report breaks it all down:

According to documents from The Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia, Master Craft Stucco, Inc. slapped Blu Management, LLC and Sheree’ Corporation with a lien for $26,586.41 on July 15, 2015.

The company, who did work on Whitfield’s home, also demanded she pay $1,702.99 in interest and $278.51 in court fines.

Because Whitfield didn’t respond to the claim, Judge Tom Campbell favored with the Plaintiff and ordered Whitfield to pay the amount on May 9th, 2016.

The company’s lawyer is even suggesting that all of the people Sheree owes money too should conspire to push her out of her beloved home

The Plaintiff’s attorney, Emory Potter, told Radar, “There are several other creditors with liens and if we could get them together we could threaten her to sell the property.”

Dirty game, but that’s what happens when you owe dough.

Redskins Player Lynden Trail Clears Up Misconceptions Over Facebook Post

Things went horribly wrong for Redskins baller Lynden Trail this week after he posted a hot button topic as a Facebook status: Why Do Black Athletes With Money Marry White Women? The subject is obviously nothing new — isht, y’all fight everyday in the comments over this same topic, but Lynden was unjustly targeted when a Dolphins player self-hating c00n responded with some pretty harsh words about black women.

You can see Rick’s wife a little more clearly in the shot on the second page.

As you might imagine — Lynden Trail’s notifications went up in flames on social media. But the HBCU educated baller, who is engaged to a black queen, kept calm and simply posted THIS in response:

What a lovely black family right? Now obviously Lynden shouldn’t have to do such a thing to defend himself. Also, he clearly states his own opinion when he posted the question in the first place — the color of the woman shouldn’t matter — it’s her behavior and how she treats her man.

T.I.’s Confrontation With Overeager Fan At Gas Station Is Hilarious

Yesterday, T.I. had to admonish grown azz admirer at an Atlanta gas station over the gentleman’s lack of masculinity and self-awareness when zealous fan made himself entirely too comfortable in rappers gas-pumping presence.

Ol’ boy took like a year book’s worth of selfies with Clifford. Clifford was not pleased.

The parched gentleman’s lady companion documented the encounter via her cellular device and uploaded the footage to the social media platform known as Instagram.

Chad Johnson And Crystal Bates Break Up

Things are over between Chad Johnson and his girlfriend and they’re announcing their split on social media.

Crystal Bates a.k.a. Barbie Bates took to Instagram Friday to announce that she’s single and embarking on a new chapter in life.

The Florida mom of five posted the below message, making it crystal clear that she’s moving on.

As for Chad, his announcement was a bit cattier and inspired by none other than Future.

“Watch my broad give up on me like I’m average,” wrote Chad.

You mad, Chad???

Crystal and Chad have a 2-year-old daughter named Kennedi and broke up shortly after the baby’s birth in 2015.

We reported that Chad left Crystal to fend for herself and apply for WIC while living in section 8 housing.

They reconciled after that however and were seemingly doing well—up until now.

No word on what lead Crystal and Chad to call it quits for good.

Maryland Mother Questioned By Police Over Viral Facebook Video Of Child Abuse

Its scary af to think of all the soulless parents who abuse children in the most heinous ways imaginable.

Enter this ain’t s#!t Maryland mother who is now wanted by the police for viciously beating her children and threatening to “beat [them] to death” on Facebook.

According to the NYPost the cops haven’t filed charges, but they have found the woman and brought her in for questioning.

Nya Mya Resse, 8, Pens Best Selling Amazon Book

What started out as summer project assigned by mom, turned into a best selling “parenting” book penned by and Alabama 8-year-old. According to CBS News, Nya Mya Reese has achieved an amazon best seller with How to Deal With and Care for Your Annoying Little Brother. Nya admits that she loves being a best sister, but at time it’s not always easy! Her 5-year-old baby brother sometimes tests her patients but she takes time to teach him things.

“He will throw the ball and the ball will just goes flying everywhere,” she said. “And it sometimes hits me.”

Nya Mya says it only took a few days to write the book. Her mother adds that they used it as an opportunity to practice her sentences and writing skills. The universal message of the book is kindness, patience and of course love.

Tamar Talks Vince’s Weight Loss

Tamar is speaking on her hubby’s dramatic weight loss and the perks it’s having on her marriage. If you’ve been paying attention to Tamar’s IG then you’ve no doubt noticed that Vincent Herbert’s been shrinking these past few months.

Now Tamar’s speaking on Vince’s slimmy-trimmy new bod and revealing that while she’s happy he’s healthy, she likes him with meat on his bones.

“I like a little ‘thickems.’ I like the oohoo!” Tamar told PEOPLE while making the signature Pillsbury Doughboy noise. “I like that. I’m very happy only because he’s much healthier and I want him around forever, but, you know, I like a little meat on my man’s bones.”

She also all but confirmed that Vince underwent weight loss surgery for his transformation and she was there to help him recover…

“I had to be very supportive of him, ” said Tamar, “he had a couple of surgeries — not like really cosmetic surgeries, but like medical surgeries to help him to lose weight because he had medical problems due to the weight.”

and added that he’s got “lots of energy.” (Insert eyebrow wiggle here)

Tamar and Vince also appeared on Wendy this weeka and his super slim-down was hard to miss.

Vince looks great, it’s good to see him putting his health first.

Meek Mill Blasts Karen Civil And BallerAlert

Meek Mill’s steaming mad at a few bloggers and he’s blaming it all on his ex.

Earlier today Meek went HAM on BallerAlert and Karen Civil and accused them of being on Nicki Minaj’s payroll.

The IG fingers came after BallerAlert posted a video promoting Meek’s upcoming club appearance at Miami’s Club Story that apparently Meek didn’t appreciate.

“Y’all be hating with y’all corny a** captions…this a club and I’m not performing I’m just letting the 2300 people that came to club hear me.”

He then alleged that BallerAlert AND Karen Civil were being paid by Nicki to post negative stories about him and his sister wants to fade them for it. He also questioned why they haven’t been covering Jelani Maraj’s child sex case. 

“My sister tryna catch up wit y’all cornball a** b***s…this my last time speaking on y’all miserable a** clowns,” wrote Meek.[…]

“Karen I got the tape of ya corny a** saying Nicki paying y’all for this geek s***.”

That’s not messy at all, Meek.

Meek and Karen used to be cool. Karen previously dated Deen, one the members of Meek’s Dreamchasers.
