A couple of weeks ago we reported that Chris Brown had been threatening to kill Karrueche. This week, Karrueche will face her psycho ex in court to tell a judge that this is a matter of life and death according to TMZ.
Apparently Karrueche has been trying to serve Breezy with the restraining order she was granted, but he’s been duckin’ n’ dodgin’ for weeks.
If you remember, in addition to the death threats, Chris has been accused to physically assaulting Karrueche several times. All of which he denies. But c’mon, who is he really fooling?
Kae wants the judge to give Breezy an ultimatum, stay away for 3 years or go to prison. She wants a PERMANENT restraining order and will argue that Chris is as violent with her as he was with Rihanna.

Prayer’s up for our girl Fantasia! Her hubby Kendall took over her Instagram Sunday night to announce his wife was not going to be able to perform her show scheduled in Memphis after suffering from severe burns. Tasia’s man posted a photo of her laying on what looks like a hospital bed with most of her right arm wrapped in a bandage.
Burns are no joke! Have you ever experienced second or third-degree burns? Bad business. We hope that Fantasia is okay. Make sure to take care of that wound because it can be really dangerous if the healing process doesn’t go smoothly.
Sorry for the folks in Memphis though. Fantasia live is definitely an experience worth having.
The double posting is a little like calling out sick AND bringing a doctor’s note, but we like that Fantasia and Kendall did something a little extra to let the fans into her world.

Teen Rapper Fighting For Shared Custody Of Toddler Son
Kodak Black said he’s tired of his son’s mother demanding money in exchange for letting him see the boy and has headed to court to ask a judge to step in.
The 19-year-old Florida rapper said that the only time he gets to spend time with his baby boy King Khalid is when he shells out money to baby mama Jammiah Broomfield.
Kodak, who was born Dieuson Octave, sued Broomfield and her then boyfriend Tavon Jajuan Session, 21, last year to establish paternity and for a 50/50 split of their three-year-old son King Khalid’s custody.
A judge rejected the “Skrt” rapper’s custody request Feb. 15 – but not based on the merits of the case, but because he, Broomfield and her lawyer arrived late to the hearing, Liberty said.
“She is using the son as an ATM card,” Raven Ramona Liberty told BOSSIP exclusively.
Kodak’s lawyer said that under Florida law, Kodak is entitled to have half custody of the boy – who he nicknamed “K2” – and shouldn’t have to pay up every time that he wants to see his kid.
Bloomfield didn’t even tell Kodak that he was the father until the baby was a year old, Liberty said. She added that it was sad that Kodak’s baby mama was blocking him from being in his son’s life when all he wants to do is co-parent his son.
“He’s a stand-up guy,” Liberty said. “He’s a 19-year-old man who is trying to be there for his son, and this woman is blocking that.”
BOSSIP’s attempts to reach Bloomfield weren’t successful.

Lira Galore Says She’s Suing Over Her Sextape Leak
After her sextape went viral on the internet, a popular model is taking action.
As previously reported, Lira Galore saw her name trend worldwide after a tape of her servicing a man surfaced. People initially thought it was NBA player Lance Stephenson in the video, but Lira denied it and shrugged off the leaked freaky flick with a series of tweets.
Now the 23-year-old is apparently taking things a step further and filing legal action against the person who leaked it.
She recently sat down with TMZ and explained what really happened with the tape.
According to Lira, the old tape features an ex-boyfriend…
“That video is actually old, it’s an ex-boyfriend,” said Lira. “I don’t know if he [the ex] still has the video, I don’t know how it surfaced.”
and she’s filed a police report against not only the leaker, but the blogs who posted it as well.
“I filed my police report today, we have my lawyers–they’re on top of it. Like I said, we already have information from the number we traced the names,” said Lira.
“We already know who you are. I’m taking legal action not only for the person who dished it, but all the blogs who posted it—it was posted without my consent.
When the tape first surfaced several people thought Lira might have been behind the leak herself and was taking the Kim K route to stardom. Her threat of legal action should take that theory to bed (no pun), right?

It’s a sad day for Mel B and her family. The former Spice Girls singer has lost her father after 5 long hard-fought years against cancer according to PageSix.
Mel’s day job as host of America’s Got Talent will be put on hold for at least a week as she takes time to grieve with her family.

Porsha Williams and Kandi Burruss are still going had to head over Posha’s latest bit of shocking allegations.
During Sunday’s episode, viewers saw Kandi lose her temper when Porsha alleged that Kandi wanted to slip her something so she could bring her home for sex.
According to Porsha she heard the info from someone—but she refused to say who made the shocking claim.
Porsha: “You tried to drug me and take me to a sex dungeon.”
Kandi: “I will sue your a** if you keep saying that, you lying a** b***.”
Porsha: “She has the right to deny that.”
During the episode, Kandi also brought out “receipts” in the form of texts Porsha sent her. In them Porsha said she “wouldn’t try to rape her” after she allegedly tongue kissed Kandi and offered her oral sex.
According to Porsha however, the texts prove nothing;
and she appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” to clear her name. While chatting with Andy Cohen alongside fellow guest Charlamagne, Porsha remained adamant that someone told her that Kandi wanted to drug her and the texts in question are 3 years old.
“Let’s clear this up, I said someone told me she said that,” said Porsha. “I mentioned it to her, she has every right to deny it.
“Let’s clear it up again. those text messages were from 3 years ago, when I was told that she said that about the drugging, it was last year. […] I think [the tension] it’s because we didn’t have sex. I’m over it, I’m past it.”
Porsha’s bestie Phaedra Parks was also in the audience during “Watch What Happens Live” but she didn’t comment on Porsha and Kandi’s drama–even though she also alleged that Kandi’s a lesbian who’s sleeping with Shamea Morton.

Isn’t he sooooo cute? We just wish Khaled had brought some headphones to protect his ears. We were worried bout the little guy with all that loud noise in the building.
Ty Dolla $ign also brought his daughter Jailynn. Isn’t she beautiful? She’s got her dad’s eyes for sure.

According to Chrissy, she hated getting out of the bed in the morning and began lashing out at staff members on “Lip Sync Battle” after she gave birth to baby Luna.

“Getting out of bed to get to set on time was painful. My lower back throbbed; my shoulders — even my wrists — hurt. I didn’t have an appetite. I would go two days without a bite of food, and you know how big of a deal food is for me,” she says.
The celebrity foodie also found herself more moody and emotional than before she became a mother.
“One thing that really got me was just how short I was with people. I would be in my dressing room, sitting in a robe, getting hair and makeup done, and a crew member would knock on the door and ask:
‘Chrissy, do you know the lyrics to this song?’ And I would lose it. Or ‘Chrissy, do you like these cat ears, or these panda hands?’ And I’d be like: ‘Whatever you want. I don’t care.’ They would leave. My eyes would well up, and I would burst into tears. My makeup artist would pat them dry and give me a few minutes,” Teigen adds.
She also added that her hubby John Legend has been her biggest supporter.
According to Chrissy she opened up on her issues because she wants people to know that it “does not discriminate.”
Kudos to Chrissy for her honesty.

Unfortunately, today Mr. Khan was forced to release a statement regarding his cancellation, fearing that new pumpkin-spiced regime would not allow him to return to America.
