Harvey has now hired the real life ‘Olivia Pope‘ to fix his image after making racially insensitive comments about Asian men and meeting with Cheeto Mussolini reports NY Daily News:

A source close to the situation tells Confidential that handlers for Harvey have been in contact with crisis control expert Judy Smith, the real-life fixer upon whom the TV show “Scandal” is based.

Smith, one of the best in the business, has been linked to scandals involving infamous White House intern Monica Lewinsky, disgraced TV host Paula Deen, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, former NFL star Michael Vick and tax cheat Wesley Snipes.

PBS is planning to kick off Black History Month with a stunning documentary about Georgia congressman John Lewis. According to JET Magazine, the Civil Rights hero is all about that action despite what the Chump-in-Charge thinks:

Get in the way: The Journey of John Lewis aims to tell the story of the man who advanced civil rights, led a 26-hour sit-in for gun control, marched with Dr. King, challenged political houses and continues to fight for human rights.

According to the film’s website, it offers a “highly personalized narrative of an epic chapter in U.S. history.” After viewing the trailer, Lewis is guaranteed to get people fired up about changing the future and getting us all motivated to take action.

South Carolina Restaurant Owner Apologizes For Racist Hiring Sign

The same way that we English-speaking Americans should know for sure what Japanese, Korean and Chinese symbols mean before we get them tattooed on our body, is the same way those cultures should know what words in English mean before they post them publicly.

Enter Sook Shin, a Japanese immigrant, and her Korean husband, owners of Kenny’s Home Cooking in South Carolina. When the couple was looking to hire some new employees, they bought what most people do, put up a “Help Wanted” sign. Problem is, they (allegedly) didn’t understand all the words on this particular sign.

According to WYFF, that lack of understanding got them in some hot water with the local community. The sign posted read: “Help Wanted (Minorities Need Not Apply)”.

Yeah.

A photo of the sign was shared on social media and you can only imagine what happened next.

“That day we probably only had 20 customers, and me and the other girl that was working, we didn’t make hardly any money. We had phone calls all day harassing us,” said Melonie Henderson, a server who has worked at the restaurant for two years.

After being told what the sign meant, the owners posted this apology:

The new sign reads: “Dear Customers. I am the owner Sue. I am really sorry for the sign that posted (earlier). I didn’t know what it meant. After I know, I took it off immediately. English is not my first language. And I never thought about it again. I sincerely apologize for (everything).”

Sounds like maybe it was an honest mistake, but these days, you never know…

People are accusing K. Michelle of being shady with a congratulatory message to King Bey.

Shortly after Beyoncé melted the internet by revealing that she’s carrying twins, K. Michelle took to Instagram to congratulate her.

“Yesss! This season on [sic] the multiples,” wrote K. ” I can [sic] wait to hit the doctor next month!!!”

And while some fans praised her upcoming journey to motherhood…

others thought she was trying to be shady and exposing Bey for getting in vitro fertilization.

Trump Supporter Pepper-Sprayed During Protest In Berkeley

Protests are still raging on in downtown Berkeley protest because of a scheduled speech by gay alt-right Breitbart troll Milo Yiannopoulos.

Many activists who believe in free speech came out to support the idiot but according to ABC 7 News, one protester got it right in the face!

Kiara Robles braved the crowd wearing a red “Make Bitcoin Great Again” hat in the style of President Trump’s red hats, which made her and our crew a target. The video in the player above shows the graphic exchange between a protester and Robles, who was pepper sprayed. “I’m looking to make a statement by just being here and I think the protesters are doing the same. Props to the ones who are doing it non-violently, but I think that’s a very rare thing indeed.”

She later told ABC7 News she was alright.

Imelme Umana Is First Black Female President Of The Harvard Law Review

Harvard Law School grad Imelme Umana has become the first black woman elected as President of the Harvard Law Review. The brilliant scholar follows former president Barack Obama, who was the first black man elected as Harvard Law Review’s president in 1990 according to Clutch Magazine:

Umana is a doctorate candidate at Harvard Law School, and is most interested in the intersection between government and African American studies by exploring how stereotypes of black women are reproduced and reinforced in American Political discourse.

The Harvard Law Review is a student-run organization whose primary purpose is to publish a journal of legal scholarship. The Review comes out monthly from November through June and has roughly 2,500 pages per volume.

Matthew McConaughey Wants US To Shake Hands With Fact That Donald Trump Is President

Asked if Americans need to give the president a break, McConaughey answered, “Well, they don’t have a choice now.”

He added, “He’s our president. And it’s very dynamic and as divisive of an inauguration and time as we’ve had. At the same time, it’s time for us to embrace and shake hands with this fact and be constructive with him over the next four years.”

Mel Gibson And Vince Vaughn Star In Police Brutality Movie

Infamous Hollyweird actor Mel Gibson and pal Vince Vaughn have decided that it would be a good idea to star in a film about police brutality. In 2017.

In Dragged Across Concrete, the dense duo will play violent police officers who go corrupt following a viral video reports Variety:

Gibson and Vaughn will play cops who are suspended when a video of their strong-arm tactics gets wide attention. They then descend into the criminal underworld to exact vengeance.

Vaughn starred as a sergeant in “Hacksaw Ridge,” which Gibson directed. The movie received six Oscar nominations, including best picture and best director.

Beyoncé Currently 3.5 Months Pregnant

BeyBey’s pregnant, now what? Of course everyone wants to know more. One of the first things on folks’ minds when she announced the news was that it was likely she and hubby Hov used in-vitro fertilization to conceive their twins.

One insider is telling RadarOnline that folks guessed right…

According to a source close to the singer, “Beyonce had IVF to conceive and she is currently 14 weeks pregnant!”

“Jay Z has been pressuring her to have more kids for so long and they have tried so many times with no luck,” a source said. “They are both absolutely through the roof right now!”

There are a ton of folks clamoring for Bey to admit she used IVF — but is that really necessary? We already know she and Jay Z are the MOST private people in the world.

Also, sorry for the Coachella fans but it looks like Bey may or may not be hitting the stage. According to TMZ reports Bey didn’t tell Coachella organizers she was pregnant when they announced she was headlining — they found out with the rest of the world Wednesday.

Goldenvoice is playing it close to the vest, but our sources made it clear they’re not thrilled they went out on a limb with the announcement, given this is a high-risk pregnancy. Bey is 35 and her first pregnancy with a single child was difficult, requiring bed rest.

Our sources say Goldenvoice still has no idea how far along she is, which obviously becomes a factor for the April event. In fact one source says Goldenvoice tried in vain Thursday to reach Bey or her reps.
A source connected with Beyonce told us the singer still plans to perform, assuming her pregnancy goes well.

Apparently the festival isn’t worried though, they feel they’ll be able to find a replacement if need be. Hmmph. Replace Beyoncé? Good luck with that.

But anyways, back to the Carters.

First on the agenda? Getting a home big enough for a nursery for two!

As Radar reported last week, Beyonce and Jay Z are looking to purchase a new home for their growing brood, and even went so far as to lay down an offer on Petra Ecclestone’s infamous $200 million megamansion, located in Hidden Hills, Calif.

“The pregnancy is absolutely why Beyonce and Jay Z are looking into getting a larger home,” the insider revealed.

“They want to close on this deal ASAP, so the babies will be born into the new home and the stress of moving will be behind them. After all, it will not be the three of them anymore. It will be the five of them!”

Middle-Eastern Grocers Close Up Shop To Protest Muslim Ban

Over 1,000 Yemeni and Middle-Eastern business owners across New York City have unified to strike against Donald Trump’s disgusting Muslim Ban. Sunkist Stalin’s ban affects immigrants communities from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen.

According to Buzzfeed News, the #BodegaStrike is planned from 12–8 p.m. today which will greatly impact lunch and dinner customers.

The Middle-Eastern organizers claim more than 1,000 Yemeni-American grocery store owners across Brooklyn, The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island plan to participate in the protest.

“This shutdown of grocery stores and bodegas will be a public show of the vital role these grocers and their families play in New York’s economic and social fabric,” the strike organizers wrote on Facebook. “During the shutdown, grocery store owners will spend time with their families and loved ones to support each other; many of these families have been directly affected by the Ban.”

At a planned event on Thursday evening, at Brooklyn Borough Hall, “merchants will share the impact the Ban has had on them and their loved ones,” as well as “stories read on behalf of families who are afraid to come forward.”

Hackers Take Over Several US Radio Stations To Play “F*ck Donald Trump” On Repeat

Hackers have targeted a number of radio stations across the country and are programming them to play YG and Nipsey Hussle‘s “Fuck Donald Trump” on repeat.
The most recent instance happened earlier this week when hackers took control of Sunny 107.9, a beach music and oldies station in Salem, SC. Their signal was hacked for 20 minutes with the explicit song playing on loop. The problem wasn’t fixed until the station’s owner had to shut their entire operation down.
Other reported instances all happened on January 20, the day of Trump’s inauguration.
Non-profit radio station Crescent Hill Radio in Louisville, KY, was hacked for 15 minutes. Other stations that were breached include Spanish station El Jefe 96.7 Murfreesboro, TN, Catholic station Mother of the Redeemer Radio 103.5 in Evansville, IN, Gospel station Sunday Morning Glory 100.5 in San Angelo, TX.
The common thread among the stations is that they are all in smaller markets and each of them use the same Barix Exstreamer device. Crescent Hill Radio station manager Kathy Weisbach admitted that she may have made the hackers’ jobs easy by not protecting the device with a password.
The hackers have yet to be identified.
“F*ck Donald Trump” turned into an anthem in 2016 before Trump even won the election. It was the soundtrack for many protests against the eventual President of the United States.
