One day after losing her daughter, Carrie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds suffered a stroke and dropped dead.

Kandi Burruss is still none too pleased with her ex-bestie Phaedra Parks and she’s not mincing her words.
On Sunday’s upcoming RHOA episode, viewers will see Kandi snap at Phaedra’s new best friend Porsha while explaining where her friendship with Phaedra went wrong.
According to ETOnline who got an exclusive look, after Porsha confronts Kandi for hinting at Phaedra cheating with Mr. Chocolate, a pissed off Kandi will try to explain.
“I didn’t say the word ‘cheated,’” Kandi claims. “I said she was talking to other people before Apollo went to jail.”
“That’s saying that she cheated,” Porsha fires back. “I mean, if your best girlfriend seems like she’s confirming that to the streets…”
“That’s why I am not her best girlfriend, first and foremost,” Kandi says, cutting Porsha off. “But that ain’t stop her from doing s**t to me. She’s not gonna keep running her mouth behind closed doors when people don’t know she’s talking. Don’t think that s**t don’t get back.”
And when Porsha dares to say that Phaedra’s never hit Kandi below the belt, Kandi claps back and reveals the REAL reason why they’re no longer friends; Phaedra told people NOT to work with her.
“That’s money s** and you know I give a f*** about that,” said Kandi. “She was full of s**t.”
“I’ve never heard her say anything that I felt was below the belt,” Porsha says. “Like, ‘You cheated on your husband and were damn near married to somebody else.’ I ain’t never heard her say something like that.”
“Let me tell you something,” Kandi interrupts. “I don’t give a f**k.”
“Do you ever tell her that she’s hitting below the belt about me and my family?” she continues. “This b***h went around here and told people that they shouldn’t work with us. That was below the belt. That might not be no husband s**t, but that’s money s**t and you know I give a f**k about that!” […] so when I say, ‘She was full of s**t,’ they won’t have to guess what I meant by that. She was full of s**t.”
Now if that’s true, that’s messed up.

Ultimately, the ones who grieve the most when someone passes are said person’s family and friends. That said, we sure are pained to have to report yet another death of a public figure.
Ex-Atlanta Falcon Keion Carpenter has died at the age of 39 in a Miami hospital after collapsing and hitting his head while playing with his son according to the Baltimore Sun.
Carpenter’s cousin, Jamila Smith, recounts the incident that lead to his untimely demise:
“They were running to the car when (Carpenter) slipped, fell, hit his head and slipped into a coma. It was just a freak accident,” she said. “He was always healthy; he went to the doctor, ate well and worked out.”
Keion was a beloved native son of Baltimore, Maryland and the city’s mayor, Catherine Pugh, released a statement about his passing:
“[He] won our hearts as a beloved community champion with an uncompromising will to reclaim neglected neighborhoods and improve the lives of the underprivileged.”
“Keion knew the power of his platform, and used his opportunity and talents to not only inspire, but transform the lives of thousands of children and families,”
Prayers up for Keion Carpenter’s immediate family, football family, friends, and those in Baltimore who’s lives he touched. Sad, sad, sad.

A rep for the tennis pro confirmed the engagement to E!News after she shared this sweet post, where else — on Reddit!
A source tells E! News Williams’ friends are “so happy” for her:
“They’ve never seen Serena this happy before with a man. It sounds cheesy, but it was love at first sight.”
Though the insider notes that they are “pretty opposite in many ways,” they are also very similar. “They laugh non-stop and that really fuels their relationship,” the insider says. “They are on the same page in life and are excited to start something great with each other and build and grow a family.”
As for a wedding date? We’re told they’re hoping for it to happen in “about a year.” Our source notes, “Serena is excited to plan that!”
We bet she is… We can’t wait either! Congrats Serena. Alex seems to be a really sweet guy.

In the $5 million class-action lawsuit, the women state that dermatological research warns that the walnut shells in the scrub can cause inflammation, which leads to breakouts and accelerated aging. Troy Brown might have gotten some lumps of coal in his stocking this past Christmas, this after he left a Donald Trump supporter stranded in their car in the middle of an Ohio snowstorm. Brown posted a video of him passing the motorist by to his Facebook page, which has since gone viral and drew out the racists of course.
Brown posted the video two weeks ago when Ohio was slammed by a heavy snowstorm. Using the clever hashtag “#CallYoPresident,” he then posted the video of him explaining the situation with a photo of the stranded vehicle. Naturally, Trump types and your garden variety racist trolls found the public post and began hurling racial slurs and threats common for those hiding behind keyboards.
“Wow, pretty low move, and to brag? Lol. I’m sorry your morals are so misguided,” said one person. Another just went straight for the jugular and called Brown a “black piece of sh*t.”
Other gems included, “And that’s what’s wrong with people nowadays I was raised to help everyone in need no matter what but what do I know I’m just a gun owning patriotic American and you sir are a piece of sh*t.”
Brown got plenty of support from the other side and amped up his stances by placing a comment that read, ” A list of people Trump voters can call for help: 1. Yo president 2. Exxon Mobil CEO 3. General Flynn’s son 4. The gunman at Comet pizza in D.C.”

Dylann Roof will have a new competency hearing ahead of his sentencing. The murderer who was convicted on all 33 counts in relation to that 2015 Charleston church shooting, will undergo a second hearing to determine if he’s competent to stand trial at his sentencing.
Roof, who wants to represent himself during sentencing, was found guilty of nine counts of hate crimes resulting in death, three counts of hate crimes involving an attempt to kill, nine counts of obstructing the exercise of religion resulting in death, three counts of that charge with an attempt to kill, and nine counts of using a firearm to commit murder during a crime of violence.
Jurors will decide if he deserves the death penalty or life in prison.
Standby counsel for Dylann Roof, 22, filed a motion under seal Thursday asking Judge Richard Gergel of U.S. District Court in Charleston determine whether the defendant is competent to proceed with the sentencing phase.
Gergel granted that motion and scheduled the competency hearing for Monday, a federal holiday, with jurors expected to reconvene for the sentencing phase Tuesday.
The motion came one day after a hearing in which Roof again said he would represent himself during the sentencing. He told the court he planned to offer an opening statement but will not call witnesses or submit evidence in his defense

With sentencing set to begin in five days, Roof again has dismissed the lawyers, a move that prevents them from submitting evidence that he suffers from a mental defect. Evaluations and testimony from mental health experts in the sentencing phase often are considered key factors that might persuade jurors to vote for a life sentence over execution.
In court filings, Roof has indicated he will not call mental health experts, reversing a course his lawyers had planned earlier.
Hopefully, this murderous trash is ruled competent before his sentencing in January.
