Baby Mama Drama: Clippers’ Baller Deandre Jordan Awarded Joint Custody Despite Ex’s Protest
Judge Grants Joint-Custody Of Son To Deandre Jordan
Deandre Jordan has been desperately trying to get legal rights to spend time with his son for about a year new according to TMZ.
Yesterday, the Los Angeles Clippers’ baller was finally granted joint-custody of his infant son.
Deandre’s baby mama, a woman named Ashley Rose, has been fighting tooth-and-nail to keep sole custody, legally and physically.
It is said that Deandre became extreme emotional while testifying and openly wept during the hearing. He argues that he simply wants an opportunity to be an active parent to his child.
There aren’t many details about why Ashley doesn’t want share custody with Deandre, but clearly she either thinks he isn’t fit to be a father, or she has some other angle…
Judge ruled that both parents have to keep drugs and alcohol away from the child and out of their systems during visits.
Hopefully these two can keep the peace for the child’s sake.

Lee Daniels Now Says Racism Is Real
We previously reported ‘Empire’ creator, Lee Daniels, chatted with the ladies of The Real about the racist reaction to a black Santa at Mall of America. According to The Grio, Daniels admitted to being in denial about race relations in America because he’s wealthy and lives in Hollywood.
“I wouldn’t be where I was if I embraced racism. If I embraced it, then it became real. And if it became real, I would be an angry black man.”
“I’ve been in denial about,” he added, in response to the current state of race relations in the country.
Daniels, who is openly gay, also said that for his children, the concept of race is “incomprehensible” because they grew up with both a black and white father.

Shirley Caesar Denies #UNameItChallenge Lawsuit
Remember when we told you that Shirley Caesar’s taking legal action against DJ Suede, the originator of the #UNameItChallenge?
Well after filing docs noting that she’s potentially suffered $5 million in damages, a rep for the Pastor is clarifying the legal action taken. According to Caesar and her lawyer they have NOT filed a suit—yet anyway.
Instead,they’ve filed an injunction and a cease and desist noting that Suede’s “illegally released” a song on iTunes and created a video with “negative” imagery that could tarnish Caesar’s image.

Pastor Shirley Caesar has been totally surprised by the response to her old “Hold My Mule” song remixed. She eventually appreciated the fun many had in creating and sharing videos under the #UNameItChallenge with her remixed song.

Unfortunately, similar to you, we as a team, were laughing and enjoying the video challenge, until we recently discovered that DJ Suede, Empire Records and another party, took the original popular song and phrase and illegally released a different record on I-Tunes without our written permission. They even did a video highlighting alcohol and negative imagery- and sold many downloads.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ofWmSTQjRIwWe asked them repeatedly to remove these negative materials as we never saw the video or heard the song prior to them selling it –and, it was not a parody, but the song was created commercially for sale and profits. When they refused to remove the commercial song from the Internet and the video, to protect Pastor’s legacy and what Shirley Caesar stands for, we had to take legal action, secure a temporary injunction and order DJ Suede to remove the video, as well as cease and desist sales.
We want to make it clear Pastor Caesar does not endorse the imagery, misogyny and abuse of alcohol endorsed in the video by having her voice everywhere on the track. Please also note, we have not filed any lawsuits or sued anyone even though it is my right.
Now THAT seems a bit more fair, doesn’t it?

According to Hits Daily Double, “4 Your Eyez Only” is expected to sell between 400,000 and 500,000 copies in its first week.
If you remember 2014 Cole’s last album “Forest Hills Drive” was released around this time of year in 2014 with no marketing but moved 353,000 units in its first week. If these latest projections are correct, J. Cole will have another certified platinum plaque by the end of the year.

Giants baller Nikita Whitlock claims he was the target of a hate crime after racists vandalized his home with racial slurs reports The Grio:
“It just re-establishes that no matter where you are, no matter who you are, this can happen to you,” he said. It’s about to be 2017,” he said. “Oppression, violence, racism, hatred, violence, there’s no need for that.”
Whitlock and his wife, Ashley, moved into the home about six months ago, and already they have had two break-ins. Their video game systems were stolen, though other electronics were left behind, and they claim that they no longer feel safe at home.
“It’s very disgusting actually, it’s very disheartening,” Ashley said. “You hear about things that do happen but you never think ‘Oh, this is going to happen to me.’”

Donald Trump is doing the opposite of what he promised during the campaign and fishing in the swamp by hiring the political elite for his top cabinet positions. Trump has tapped Goldman Sachs president and chief operating officer Gary Cohn for the National Economic Council reports CBS News:
If he accepts, Cohn will be responsible for advising the president on domestic and international economic policy issues and monitoring the implementation of the White House’s economic policy agenda. The NEC director is one of the three main economic advisers to the president. The others are chair of the Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) and the director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The CEA chair is almost always an academic, whose job it is to provide economic analysis. The OMB director is charged with developing the president’s budget.
Cohn is a registered Democrat and has in the past donated to both Republicans and Democrats — including Hillary Clinton when she was running for the Senate. However, in the 2016 election cycle, he only gave to Republicans, according to data collected by the Center for Responsive Politics.

Not even sure how we’re typing these words right now and after you read the following KnoxNews story about a dying 5-year-old boy and his final Christmas wish you’ll understand why.
The child is unidentified but the only thing he wanted for Christmas is to meet Santa Claus. There’s no way he could know how his life and subsequent death would affect the man he was so excited to meet.
The man tapped to play jolly ol’ Saint Nick was Eric Schmitt-Matzen, a 60-year-old professionally trained Santa Claus who was also a former Army Ranger. He wasn’t ready for what he was about to encounter when he walked into the hospital to bring the Christmas spirit to the terminally-ill boy…
“When I walked in, he was laying there, so weak it looked like he was ready to fall asleep. I sat down on his bed and asked, ‘Say, what’s this I hear about you’re gonna miss Christmas? There’s no way you can miss Christmas! Why, you’re my Number One elf!
“He looked up and said, ‘I am?’
“I said, ‘Sure!’
“I gave him the present. He was so weak he could barely open the wrapping paper. When he saw what was inside, he flashed a big smile and laid his head back down.
‘“They say I’m gonna die,’ he told me. ‘How can I tell when I get to where I’m going?’
“I said, ‘Can you do me a big favor?’
“He said, ‘Sure!’
“When you get there, you tell ’em you’re Santa’s Number One elf, and I know they’ll let you in.
“He said, ‘They will?’
“I said, ‘Sure!’
Here’s where you’re gonna need the kleenex if you haven’t gotten them already…
“He kinda sat up and gave me a big hug and asked one more question: ‘Santa, can you help me?’
“I wrapped my arms around him. Before I could say anything, he died right there. I let him stay, just kept hugging and holding on to him.
“Everyone outside the room realized what happened. His mother ran in. She was screaming, ‘No, no, not yet!’ I handed her son back and left as fast as I could.
“I spent four years in the Army with the 75th Rangers, and I’ve seen my share of (stuff). But I ran by the nurses’ station bawling my head off. I know nurses and doctors see things like that every day, but I don’t know how they can take it.’”
Eric Schmitt-Matzen performs about 80 Santa Claus gigs a year, but after this experience he says he considered ending his part-time career as the iconic gift giver. After a long hiatus he eventually went back, but we don’t think anyone would blame him if he didn’t.
R.I.P. to the young boy who just wanted to have a Merry Christmas.

Donald Trump is making AmeriKKKa great again…
Politifact recently confirmed that President-Elect Donald Trump believes in police racially profiling people to check them for weapons. U.S. Rep. Gwen Moore made the claim during an interview with the Huffington Post and the fact-checking site proved to be true.
Trump said this months ago during a presidential debate with Lester Holt:
No, the argument is that we have to take the guns away from these people that have them and they are bad people that shouldn’t have them. These are felons. These are people that are bad people that shouldn’t be — when you have 3,000 shootings in Chicago from January 1st, when you have 4,000 people killed in Chicago by guns, from the beginning of the presidency of Barack Obama, his hometown, you have to have stop-and-frisk.

According to Tokyo, people like Wendy Williams are to blame for stressing her out. “It isn’t going to stop me! Wendy Williams has stressed me as well as living this “Life” […] I just thank God it wasn’t a heart attack.”
