Why the hell are people trying to normalize white supremacy and hatred? The LA Times recently checked their usage of the term “alt-right” after readers blasted the paper for trying to endear white nationalists to the masses.
The Sunday piece on “alt-right” leader Richard Spencer and his National Policy Institute was such is an incredible misstep for your paper. For one, there’s the photo you used to accompany the piece online and on social media — are you sure this isn’t about HBO’s “Entourage” or Esquire magazine’s hottest bartender of 2016?
The normalization of Spencer is not OK.
Another reader called out the paper for ‘whitewashing’ racism…
I am very concerned about the use of the term “alt-right.” This term was coined to make racism and white supremacy palatable to the American public. The continued use of it whitewashes the hate and bigotry and is a slap in the face to all minorities and citizens.
I ask you to refrain from using “alt-right” and to illuminate this movement for what it really is: racism.

Drake is apparently done playing nice.
The Toronto rapper seems to feel pretty emboldened after all but burying Meek Mill during last year’s feud and tossing (harsher than necessary) shots back at Kid Cudi. He now claims that his days of being non-threatening, and is doling out warranted revenge on anyone who comes for him.
Ian Connor released a text convo between himself and Drizzy where Drake revealed that he’s dealing with each one of his haters as they come so he doesn’t end his career still focusing on the isht talked about him over the years…
“Trust Bro. The blissful times of being new and exciting and non threatening are over. There is real people suffering thru issues based around their own misery and frustrations and their reaction to it all is being taken out on those that threaten their bubble. Anyone that disrupts the feeling of the world revolving around them. Kobe ended his career with an entire campaign about how much people hate him. What a way to have to exit. To feel like I was too good that even in my farewell we have to address the years you spent hating on me for it. Just don’t let it make you bitter. Pls. I am happy despite waking up everyday and someone new flipping on me or talking down. And I have grown to the point that revenge makes me happy because my revenge isn’t malicious it’s warranted.”

Tragic news for retired player Marcus Camby. His 9-year-old autistic nephew tragically passed away on Camby’s property on Thanksgiving.
The Former New York Knicks center was celebrating Thanksgiving with about 20 family members when his nephew, Marcus McGhee, went missing.
McGhee went missing while playing with other kids inside the home. A security camera caught the boy leaving alone out of a side door before wandering off on the property. Adults didn’t realize the boy was missing until a bit after 4pm. The family searched the home and grounds independently until police arrived and took over.
Aso Pearland Police Lt. Onesimo Lopez told the Houston Chronicle, Camby’s “lots of rooms, lots of places where people can hide,” Lopez said. “Each room opens to a different room. It’s almost like a labyrinth.”
Pearland Police searched the property throughout the night. Sadly, the boy’s body was found in an L-shaped lake on Camby’s Houston-area property around 7am on Saturday morning.
Truly sad for this family to experience this type of tragedy, especially on a holiday where they all were gathered together. McGhee’s parents and the rest of Camby’s family are in our thoughts during this difficult time.

It looks like things are officially over between Ceasar and Dutchess of “Black Ink Crew” fame. The couple who got engaged in 2015 apparently broke up this weekend and the news was broken by their VH1 costar Sky.
“Cease single now,” Sky captioned a video of herself and Teddy Ruks celebrating with Ceasar.
Messy, messy, messy.
Meanwhile on Dutchess’ page, the tattoo artist spoke of learning to love herself. “As I sit here in tears I’m holding on to love I have for myself because right now it’s really important for me,” said Dutchess.

Remember when we told you that Blac Chyna’s mom Tokyo Toni went OFF on Rob Kardashian for calling her a “loose cannon”?
Well Tokyo recently stopped by Fox 29 Philly and spoke on their relationship. According to Tokyo she “keeps it 1,000” and “Rob is the best person for her daughter.” She added though that sometimes she “lets him have it.”
“I love Rob to pieces, me and Rob talk on the phone for hours. I let Rob have it sometimes, it’s a every day relationship just like anybody else. I love Rob with all my heart and I hope they hurry up and tie this knot.
She also added on her Instagram that she goes off on anybody, not just Rob. “I just said on national TV on Fox 19 the Q show how much I love Rob and sometimes turn up on whomever including him.”
On the show she also denied having a delivery room feud with Kris Jenner.
“They just don’t know how to stop telling those lies,” said Tokyo. “Untrue, it was a very beautiful moment.”

The car got taken for the first time on Aug. 31, but Tyga was (somehow) able to strike another deal to get the car back — as long as he returned the vehicle by October 9.
Surprise, surprise, he didn’t. Naturally the car got snatched again on Nov. 8.

Reports claim that fans waited until 5 a.m. for Drake to hit the stage, but he never showed up, despite posting a picture of himself inside the hotel.
As a source told the Daily Mirror: “His management had an argument with the management of Abu Dhabi pop-up nightclub VIP ROOM last night and he didn’t turn up for an appearance that he’d been paid $250,000 (£200,000) for.
Fans waited until 5 a.m. for him and he never showed up. DJ Bliss, the most famous DJ in the Middle East, had to play all night as Drake was a no show.”
SMH. Drake better give these people his money!
