According to BlacDetroit, a local news reporter for WDIV in Detroit named Lauren Podell was caught freely flinging “ni**er” from her skinny azz lips. Subsequently, she “resigned” from her position at the station.
The DetroitFreePress states that an activist named Sam Riddle claims that “unimpeachable, multiple sources in the media” told him that Podell once quipped:
“I’m tired of reporting on these n*****s killing each other in Detroit.”

Today, we get some info that comes almost directly from the horse’s mouth about “Becky’s” true identity.
According to Beyoncé’s hair stylist (via DailyMail), Anthony Pazos, claims that the mysterious woman is none other than Kris Jenner.
‘The rumors while we were working were that the one line “Becky with the good hair” is Kris Jenner,’
Wait, what?! Jay Z was creepin’ with Kim Kardashian’s momma???
‘The funny thing about it is that no one believes that because they are like Jenner is older – why would Jay-Z do that?’ Pazos said.

Soul Singer Sharon Jones, Vocalist Of Sharon Jones And The Dap-Kings, Dies At Age 60
Soul Singer Sharon Jones Dead At 60
Sad news today as the Entertainment industry has lost one of it’s pioneering soul voices. Sharon Jones, lead singer of Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, passed away today. She was 60 years old.
Sharon had been battling pancreatic cancer for the last three years. The disease had gone into remission, but reappeared last year. Sharon reportedly pushed through her illness to keep performing throughout the summer, because it was truly what she loved.
Via New York Times:
She continued performing throughout the summer, even while undergoing chemotherapy that she said caused neuropathy in her feet and legs and restricted her movements onstage. But Ms. Jones remained undeterred.
“Getting out on that stage, that’s my therapy,” Ms. Jones said in a New York Times interview published in July. “You have to look at life the way it is. No one knows how long I have. But I have the strength now, and I want to continue.”
Sharon will be truly missed!

Rapper The Game Loses Sexual Abuse Lawsuit To Priscilla Rainey
A decision was made by jurors in the case of rapper The Game vs. Priscilla Rainey, a reality show contestant who accused him of sexual assault and filed a $10 million lawsuit. After a 4 day trial, the jurors found The Game aka Jayceon Taylor liable according to reports from The Jasmine Brand. No report has been made yet on how much she will be rewarded in the case. The reward may in fact be decided in a separate trial.
Priscilla says the Game took advantage of her after a day of filming a reality show, insinuating it was mandatory they go on an after hours date. After hours of being highly intoxicated, The Game touched her “bare buttocks and vagina”, degrading the “Who’s Got Game” contestant.
Sheesh.
The Game has yet to make a comment about the jury’s decision. In the past, the rapper has made claims that he will never pay up to Rainey, regardless of the court’s decision. Do you think he’s going to give up that cash easily??

Congressman Danny Davis’ Teenage Grandson Murdered Over His Shoes In Chicago
Greiving grandfather and U.S. Congressman Danny Davis lost his 15-year-old grandson, Jovan Wilson, over “gym shoes and clothes” during a home-invasion at his residence in Chicago last night according to ChicagoTribune.
Another tragic instance of a young person losing their life in the embattled city.
“He was a typical 15-year-old,” the congressman said. “He liked basketball. If you listened to him he was a basketball star, but he liked basketball and music. All those kinds of things. He was an avid sports fan, he knew all about, you know, the stats of different players.”
Two teens, 15 and 17, boy and girl respectively, broke into Davis’ south side home where Jovan, his 3 siblings and an uncle were. Police say the teen assailants targets Jovan and wanted his sneakers (at the risk of being irresponsible, no one would be surprised if these were Jordans). After a brief argument, the 15-year-old boy pulled a pistol and shot Jovan in the head. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
“Initially it was that he had been shot and then actually the police commander called me and indicated that, there during a home invasion, he had been shot and it didn’t look good,” Davis said. “Immediately I simply left and came out to the area where it had taken place,” Davis said. “It’s totally disconcerting.”
In speaking on the gun violence in his city, Davis revealed a heartbreaking truth:
“I guess that I always knew that the possibility existed that it could happen close to me,” Davis said. “As a matter of fact, I thought it was so unfortunate because Jovan had just reached a point, 15, his grades had improved at school. His father had just told me about how proud of him that he was because he was catching on and realizing that all of his life was in front of him.”
R.I.P. Javon Wilson. He lost his life over some f**king shoes. We gotta stop this s#!t.

While it is unclear if Kim traveled to the medical center like her mom and sisters, she did meet Dream at Blac Chyna’s house and also brought along daughter North West, 3, and son Saint West, 11 months, to see their new cousin, E! News has learned exclusively.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and husband Kanye West had gifted the child with two pairs of her very own Yeezys, the rapper’s Adidas branded sneakers, as seen in a photo Rob posted on Instagram last week.
“Rob and Chy loved the adorable Baby Yeezys she gave them,” the source told E! News.
Sweet! Saint and Dream are pretty close in age. We’re looking forward to seeing them grow up together. Sad that Kim isn’t feeling much better yet, sources are saying she’s still 100% traumatized. Totally understandable, but hopefully the love and support from her family is helping.
Interestingly enough Kim recently followed some more folks on Insta, including Paris Hilton. Wonder if Paris mended fences by reaching out after the robbery.
