Couple Overdoses With 4-Year-Old In Car

A disturbing photo of a grossly irresponsible Ohio couple is going viral. Police report that James Acord and Rhonda Pasek of East Liverpool both overdosed while in a car with a 4-year-old in the backseat.

FOX 59 reports:

Police posted shocking pictures of two adults who overdosed in a car with a 4-year-old boy in the backseat. They’re hoping it sends a message to drug users to think twice before abusing drugs.

The City of East Liverpool, Ohio posted the photos on their Facebook page Thursday after responding to a call of an incapacitated driver.

According to a police report, an East Liverpool officer spotted a Ford Explorer driving erratically and then slamming on the brakes as it approached a stopped school bus that was dropping kids off.

The SUV came to a stop in the middle of the road and the officer approached the vehicle.

According to the officer, the driver’s head was bobbing, and his speech was nearly unintelligible.

Police identified the driver as James Acord. He told the officer he was taking his passenger, Rhonda Pasek, to the hospital. Pasek was passed out in the front seat.

Police say Acord attempted to drive away, so he reached into the vehicle, turned it off, and removed the keys. That’s when the officer noticed a 4-year-old boy in the back seat. The boy was later identified as Pasek’s son.

The officer said Acord passed out as well, and EMS responded to the scene and administered Narcan.

Both adults are facing child endangerment charges and the young boy is in the custody of Columbiana County Children’s Services.

WOW, don’t do drugs kids.

You’re crazy!’ But when I saw him that afternoon, I told him. He just said, ‘I knew it! Tika, this is going to be the best time of your life.’ I feel lucky that he’s been so supportive.”

That’s definitely the way that a boss (especially of TP’s stature) should react. As for the Who’s the dad question — we feel like that’s what everyone is waiting to find out.

Kenya Barris Sued Over Taking Full Credit For “Black-ish”

When success comes knocking and the glow-up is real…people inevitably start emerging looking for a cut of the action. Things are no different with “Black-ish” creator Kenya Barris. Just days after it was announced that he was granted a multi-million dollar movie deal after the success of the ABC show…a man claiming to have helped Barris conceptualize the show concept has come from the woodwork looking for cash and credit.

The hugely successful creator of “Black-ish” forgot someone on his way to the top … namely the guy who says the show is based on his life.

Kenya Barris is the credited creator of the huge ABC hit, starring Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross, and Bryan Barber says he and Kenya go way back to their college days in 1996.

In a lawsuit Barber just filed — obtained by TMZ — he says he and Kenya both became writers and both had agents at William Morris. He says they formed a partnership in 2006, and came up with a script focusing on the “black experience” … through the eyes of a “successful, creative and affluent black man” working in the mostly white entertainment industry.

That’s Anderson’s character to a T, except he works at an ad agency.

In the the suit, Barber says the script was based on HIS life experiences, and he and Kenya agreed to exploit it for their benefit. Problem is … he says they parted ways before 2014, when “Black-ish” debuted.

Barber says “Black-ish” has tons of similarities to the OG show idea — such as the lead character driving a luxury car, wearing high-end clothes, and marrying a bi-racial doctor named “Rainbow.”

He’s suing Barris and the show’s production company for at least $1 million. Plus, he wants writer and creator credits which would net him even more dough. We’ve reached out to Kenya’s rep … no word back.

Yikes. Well time will tell if this guy truly has a case. It certainly seems to have taken him a long time to get upset enough to look for his just due…

Chyna Says The Kardashian Girls Will “For Sure” Be In Her Wedding

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s baby delivery date is drawing near just as fast as their wedding day. Naturally they have some kinks to work out, but kicking it with the K-named crew is no longer one of them.

In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, the couple claims that all the Kardashian fam drama is water under the bridge, the family gets along like isht is regular, and their wedding will be family-filled and conflict-free…

When asked if there was any truth to the speculated beef between them and Kylie and Tyga, Rob said the dynamic is all good and everyone sees each other as part of the family.

“I have a good relationship with Kylie and Tyga. It’s always been like very open about everything,” he said. “There’s no beef between anybody, honestly. We’re all family. I don’t really look at it like that. And Chyna and Kylie, everything is like good between them. We always FaceTime everybody, we try to hang out with everybody when we can.”

He added, “It’s very complicated. People probably think we did something out of spite or something like that, some crazy negative stuff, which never in a million years I would have a child out of spite. Everything just happened.”

On Chyna’s current standing with the sisters, she revealed, “I sat down and I talked to all of the sisters, too. Everybody’s in a good place, everything’s like positive, and we’re just really all excited for like the newest addition.”

Everyone’s good…but good enough to hold Chyna’s train on the big day???

On the wedding, Chyna revealed, “We have a date picked out. I obviously wanted to do it when I wasn’t pregnant so we could turn up! We haven’t started planning the wedding yet. We’re just doing one step at a time like first the baby and having these things come first, and then I feel like the wedding will follow after. I feel like the baby is more important right at this moment.”

When it comes to the groomsmen, Rob joked that he is unsure because “he has no friends and the guys in his family keep disappearing but Kanye!” As for the bridesmaid, Chyna will “for sure” have some of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters in the “big wedding.”

If everyone can get past the sheer weirdness of the situation at hand — to the point of Kylie adjusting her boyfriend’s baby-mama’s veil as she walks down the aisle to marry her brother — then they’ve TRULY got a strong bond going over there.

North Dakota Legalizes Weaponized Drones For Police Use

As if it isn’t terrible enough that drone-driven weapons are a thing…but now, police are able to use this technology to remote-control situations that they feel require weaponized force — at least in one state.

Armed drones could be used by police in the US state of North Dakota after local lawmakers legalised their use.

While they will be limited to “less than lethal” weapons, tear gas, tasers, rubber bullets and pepper spray could all be used in theory by the remote controlled flying machines.

In a classic case of unintended consequences, the original sponsor, Republican state representative Rick Becker said he was unhappy with the way legislation turned out.

His original intention was to prevent law enforcement officials from using the unmanned aerial vehicles from conducting surveillance on private property without a warrant.

“In my opinion there should be a nice, red line: Drones should not be weaponised,” he said.

The original draft of the House Bill 1328 said: “A state agency may not authorize the use of, including granting a permit to use, an unmanned aircraft armed with any lethal or non-lethal weapons, including firearms, pepper spray, bean bag guns, mace, and sound-based weapons.”

However, the state’s police union amended the Bill, limiting the ban to only lethal weapons, meaning that sounds cannons or rubber bullets could be used on police drones, according to The Daily Beast.

Police already get way too trigger happy in some situations out here. Imagine how many more issues could come about when they can remote control their weapons from the sky…

Cops To Pay NFL Players’ Fine For Wear 9/11 Memorial Cleats In Sunday’s Game

The National Football League is attempting once again to bully it’s players into submission based on some morally questionable protocol.

Tomorrow, America will honor those who perished at the hands of terrorist on September 11, 2001. Unfortunately, according to a story in the NYPost, the players in the NFL won’t be allowed to deviate from the league’s precious dress code to show respect to nearly 3,000 dead countrymen.

Two police union honchos are so outraged the NFL threatened to sack a Titans linebacker for wearing a patriotic pair of cleats honoring those who died on 9/11, they promised to pay his fine if he wears them in Sunday’s game anyway, The Post has learned.

Avery Williamson, a starting linebacker for the Tennessee team, hoped to wear a pair of specially-designed cleats at his team’s home opener Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings on the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, but he backed off when a league rep vowed to fine him for violating the league’s uniform code.

The left cleat says 9-11-01, with the 11 in the outline of the Twin Towers, while the right one says Never Forget.

“I don’t want to draw negative attention, so I’m just going to focus on playing the game,” Williamson told the Tennessean newspaper, on Friday.

Paul Nunziato, head of the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association, and Patrick Colligan, president of New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association, came together in shared outrage and agreed to pay Williamson’s fine if he grows a pair and decides to wear the cleats.

“I’m making a goal line stand on this. Enough is enough! The NFL is out of bounds on this,” he (Nunziato) insisted.

He said that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, by denying Williamson the right to wear the patriotic footwear, had “committed a personal foul against humanity.

“This guy [Williamson] was hoping to honor everyone who died on 9/11, no matter what their country or color.”

Wait, what is this last part about “color”? What was the purpose of injecting race into the commentary?

“We want him to wear the cleats and we’ll pay the fine. He [Williamson] was absolutely doing a great thing and the NFL is threatening with a fine? When is Godell going to recognize what his fan base is?

“Here’s a player honoring those who died on 9/11 with a pair of cleats that he had made up himself — it’s not like he’s kneeling during the national anthem or anything,” Colligan said,

Ohhhhhh. So these cops just wanted to use this opportunity to take more shots at Colin Kaepernick. Funny. They charge us with doing this all the time when we have legit reasons for doing so. Real patriotic. SMFH.

Pebe Stewart’s Words May Cost Her Some Coins

Pop singer Kesha has been in a seemingly unending battle with her former manager Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald. Kesha’s mother, Pepe Sebert, has levied serious accusations toward Dr. Luke, believing that the manager raped her daughter. Dr. Luke has long maintained his innocence and has now gone on the offensive, suing Sebert for libel. Luke believes Sebert has made defamatory statements in interviews in an effort to “damage him and smear his name.”

Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald has filed a second libel lawsuit against Pebe Sebert, Kesha’s mother, alleging that the singer’s mother has continued to defame him during his ongoing legal battle with Kesha.

In Gottwald’s second lawsuit, filed September 7th in Tennessee, the producer cites a March 10th Billboard interview Sebert gave as evidence of continued defamation, Pitchfork reports. In that interview, Pebe Sebert said her daughter was a “prisoner” to Gottwald and her Kemosabe contract with the producer, and again accused Gottwald of sexually assaulting her daughter.

“After we originally filed suit against Pebe Sebert, she continued to make outrageous, false, and defamatory statements against Dr. Luke in her widespread media campaign to damage him and smear his name,” Dr. Luke’s lawyer Christina Lepera said in a statement to Rolling Stone. “Pebe Sebert’s lawyers flat out refused to allow us to add those statements to the existing case or to toll the statute of limitations on them— so we’ve been compelled to file an additional action.”

Pebe Sebert’s lawyer Alex Little responded to the new libel suit in a statement to Pitchfork, “This marks Dr. Luke’s second effort to sue a mother for publicly supporting and believing her daughter about being raped. It’s also a transparent attempt to delay the trial of these issues. Mrs. Sebert looks forward to presenting her case to a jury as soon as possible. When the evidence is made public, she expects the jury will conclude that all of her statements have been justified.”

Gottwald’s filed his initial lawsuit against Pebe Sebert, alleging defamation and “tortious interference” with her daughter’s contract, in October 2014 in both New York and Tennessee; the New York lawsuit was dismissed since Kesha’s business matters are handled in Tennessee, where the libel suit continues.

In response, Pebe Sebert filed counterclaims against Dr. Luke, accusing the producer of intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress based on Kesha’s alleged abuse. Sebert also claimed misrepresentations and fraudulent inducement stemming from an alleged promise from Gottwald that she would be involved in her daughter’s career.

However, Sebert dismissed the suit against the producer in April 2016 because she “decided to move on and find peace and forgiveness in her heart rather than dwelling in the cancerous past of an ongoing lawsuit with no end in sight,” Little told Rolling Stone in a statement at the time.

Gottwald’s latest legal action comes just a month after the fight between him and Kesha seemed to thaw, with the singer dropping her California lawsuit against him and providing Kemosabe with 28 new songs in order to “release her next album and single as soon as possible.”

Dr. Love Arrested At Virginia Car Dealership

After JUST being arrested two weeks ago for grand theft and fraud, Malcahi “Dr. Love” Robinson is back in police custody. Authorities report that the teen who made headlines for scamming as a fake doctor, was arrested in Virginia while trying to buy two cars with help from an unsuspecting co-signer.

Employees at Kargar Motors Car Dealership in Stafford grew suspicious when 19-year-old Malachi Love-Robinson and an elderly woman attempted to buy a Jaguar for $35,000.

Workers Googled Love-Robinson’s name after he completed an online credit application and listed the woman as a co-signer on the credit application.

After they learned more about Love-Robinson’s past — those workers called investigators.

When investigators collected the information they needed, they call Love-Robinson back to the dealership and told him his credit had been approved to purchase the car.

When Love-Robinson returned to the dealership, two Stafford investigators were there waiting for him.

Malchi then told authorities that he was with his God-mother and intended to buy two cars; one for himself and one for her. The problem? She never agreed to co-sign on the Jaguar he was attempting to buy.

“[He] told the deputies he had come to Virginia from the State of Florida to purchase a car for himself and another for his God-Mother who was with him. He stated she had agreed to co-sign the loan for the Jaguar he was going to purchase. He also admitted that he was out of jail on bond from the State of Florida for Practicing Medicine Without a License,” Lenhart said. “Deputies then spoke with the elderly lady that was with Mr. Love-Robinson. She advised that he was a distant relative of hers through her son’s wife etc., and he considered her to be his God-Mother.”

While she told investigators she did not feel as if she was in any danger, she was later surprised to learn the teenager used her name as a co-signer on the Jaguar.

When the dealership ran her credit, they found two other loan applications submitted in the last couple days with her information that she had not done, Lenhart said.

“A check with her credit card company revealed there had been a $1,200 charge the day before for two iPads and a cell phone that she had not purchased,” he added. “Love-Robinson had been bragging to the employees of the dealership earlier that day about two iPad’s he had recently purchased. They were seized along with other items at the time of his arrest.”

Love-Robinson was charged with Identity Fraud, False Statements to Obtain Credit, and Obtaining Money by False Pretenses. He is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail with no bond.

Nelly Says He Will Pay Off $2 Million Dollar Federal Tax Lien

We EXCLUSIVELY reported last week that the state of Missouri accused Nelly of refusing to pay up on a $150,000 in state taxes, and is suing the 90s rap star to garnish the his bank accounts to collect on the massive debt.

According to official records filed in Missouri, the Department of Revenue filed a lien against Nelly, aka Cornell Haynes II, accusing him of owing a total of $149,511.69 for unpaid taxes for the year 2013.

The lien explains that original amount due for the year was $113,533 but with interest ($7,590.94) and additional costs and fees ($28,383.25) the amount has swelled to $150,000.

Nelly says he’s ready and able to pay off the heft tax lien reports TMZ:

Uncle Sam nailed Nelly with a $2,412,283 federal tax lien in August. The tab is so big, the IRS could start seizing his assets and property.

He’s also got state tax trouble — earlier this year, the Missouri Department of Revenue said the St. Louis rapper owed $149,511 in unpaid state taxes from 2013. He originally owed a mere $113,533 … but interest is a bitch.

Sources close to Nelly tell us he’s already working with the tax authorities to resolve the issues.

University Of Oregon Removes Name Of KKK Leader From Campus

University of Oregon‘s Dunn Hall dorm is finally being scrubbed of its KKK-associated name reports Register Guard:

The University of Oregon Board of Trustees blotted away the name of the 1920s and 1930s classics professor Frederic Dunn from the campus dormitory in a unanimous vote Thursday.

The UO-based Black Student Task Force last November asked the university to strip Dunn of the naming honor because he was an “exalted cyclops” in the Ku Klux Klan. Dunn died in 1937.

Student body president Quinn Haaga urged the trustees to act in the wake of the death of 19-year-old Larnell Bruce in Gresham. The black teenager was purposefully run over by a white supremacist, according to police reports.

“The state of Oregon has a very ugly racist history that was deeply ingrained in our policies and laws,” Haaga told the trustees. “Unfortunately, as this horrible tragedy illustrates, these sentiments are still very alive and well in many parts of the state.”

Student leader Natalie Fisher said renaming Dunn Hall was a small thing if it would make UO students feel safer on campus.

The Black Student Task Force wasn’t present at the meeting. Classes don’t start until Sept. 26. Dunn Hall will be called Cedar Hall until a renaming process can find a new namesake who is consistent with university values, UO President Michael Schill said.

Schill delayed until later in the fall term a decision on Deady Hall, named after pro-slavery UO founder Matthew Deady.

Our Chris sources tell us he’s now enforcing a strict guest policy at his Calabasas mansion — and letting everyone in his crew know he’s as serious as death … no more randoms allowed.

We told he’s pulling back on parties for starters, but there’s this problem with his 2 roommates/best friends. They now have to submit a guest list to Chris IN WRITING, and they must describe who they are with sufficient details so he can decide whether he wants them in his home.

We’re told he also is imposing another strict policy … guests are prohibited from bringing drugs or alcohol. The only booze and drugs allowed are his.

No more parties in LA!
