50 Cent Agreed To Pay Lastonia Leviston $6 Million As Part Of His Bankruptcy

She once sued him for leaking a sex tape of her, and Rick Ross’ baby mama has accused 50 Cent of screwing her over once again.

Lastonia Leviston has headed back to federal court to demand the judge order the rapper to follow through on their deal to dismiss their sex tape lawsuit and to pay the $6 million he agreed to in his bankruptcy plan.

Recently, the rapper saw a federal bankruptcy judge sign off on his proposed deal to pay back a substantial amount of his debt to the various creditors, which brought the case to a close. The repayment plan will pay out $17 million to his former business partners Sleek Audio and $6 million to Rick Ross’ baby mama after she scored a judgment against the rapper for leaking her sex tape online.

Before the plan was OK’d, 50 Cent had attempted to continue on with his legal battle with Rick Ross’ baby mama. He believed the $7 million judgment was excessive and wanted to drag Rick Ross into the case. 50 Cent said that his archenemy should be found liable for a portion of the judgment due to him allegedly being to blame for the leak.

He also said the emotional distress claim by Lastonia – which she was awarded $500,000 for in the jury decision – wasn’t legit and wanted it thrown out.

It appeared all their issues were settle once the judge signed off on the repayment plan where he was to cough up $6 million to Lastonia. But now it looks like things didn’t go that smoothly, and Lastonia has asked the bankruptcy judge help her force the rapper to follow their deal and him pay her the millions.

She explained in her court documents that the deal she signed with 50 states both parties are to dismiss the sex tape legal battle in New York Supreme Court following the execution of the agreement.

However, she says that she has repeatedly sought the cooperation of 50 Cent to dismiss the New York suit but he refuses because he wants to pursue a claim against Rick Ross in that legal battle, in hopes the court will find him liable for a portion of the $7 million awarded to Lastonia.

She is furious that the rapper won’t follow his end of the deal and says nowhere in their agreement did it state he could pursue claims against Ross.

Lastonia is pleading with the judge to order 50 Cent to dismiss the New York sex tape case and to cough up the $6 million per his plan.

Clifford “T.I.” Harris and Tameka “Tiny” Harris are not getting divorced, Access Hollywood can exclusively confirm.

“Tameka Harris has read so much about her marriage in the past few weeks that it’s time to set the record straight and really educate everyone on the facts,” a rep for Tiny told Access. “Certain blogs have ‘reported’ that she’s going to be a single mom, she’s getting a divorce, she has a new residence and everything in between.”

The news comes after multiple reports that alleged T.I. and Tiny are getting divorced, as well as allegations that the rapper cheated on Tiny.

“On behalf of Mrs. Harris this is the truth – Tameka and T.I. are good,” the statement from Tiny’s rep continued. “They love each other and they have a beautiful family with 7 amazing children. For them it will always be family over everything.”

T.I. and Tiny have been together since 2001 and got married in 2010. They share two sons and a daughter together, in addition to four other children from previous relationships.

Insurance Company Says Deion & Pilar Sanders To Blame For Son’s Brutal Assault

Deion Sanders and his ex-wife are solely to blame for their son’s brutal attack on a school employee – who suffered such severe injuries he had to undergo spinal surgery.

That’s according to the school’s insurance company, which is demanding the NFL legend be ordered to pay $43,000 for the costs of their employee John Darjean’s medical bills. Darjean, an employee at the Dallas high school that Deion’s son attends, sued Deion and his ex-wife Pilar in Dallas County Court demanding mire than one million dollars in damages for the brutal attack at the hands of their offspring.

Darjean said in court papers that he tried to confiscate Deion’s teenage son’s cellphone – which was being used despite school rules banning the use of the device – and it caused the kid to go nuts and brutally beat down the employee. The alleged assault was so bad he needed to go to a local hospital and ended up having spinal surgery.

Earlier this year, the man’s insurance company filed suit over the attack and is seeking $26,000 from the former couple to reimburse the payout they sent Darjean following the attack. The company has accused Deion’s son of having a history of reckless conduct and have blamed his parents for not doing anything to fix his behavior. That lawsuit is still pending and Deion nor Pilar have responded to the suit in court.

Deion has publically said the allegations are false and the man accusing his son of attacking him is a liar and called out the man’s character as being shady. But the school employee filed suit in Dallas County Court on June 20th, just days after Deion publically called him out for targeting his family due to their wealth.

Darjean said he acted in a reasonable and rational manner when asking Deion’s son for his cellular phone, but Shilo Sanders response was to physically assault him, causing him severe and permanent injuries including permanent neurological injuries and damage to his cervical spine.

He blames Deion and his ex-wife Pilar of failing to supervise their child and failing to raise him to not act like a savage in public.

Kylie Jenner Purchases A New $4.5 Million Calabasas Mansion

Kylie Jenner must be makin’ a WHOLE lotta money off her janky, scam, make-up company.

According to Realtor, the youngest Jenner is a new homeowner…again.

While most teenagers are trying to scrape together enough cash for their first used car, 19-year-old model/makeup maven/social media magpie Kylie Jenner has just plunked down about $4.5 million for her third Calabasas-area home—right next door to the $6,025,000 mansion she bought in May in Hidden Hills, CA.

According to TMZ, the youngest in the Jenner-Kardashian clan will use the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home as workspace for her recently launched cosmetics line, appropriately named Kylie Cosmetics. The home was built in a traditional style with a nod to Craftsman detailing. At 5,000 square feet, the home can accommodate many guests and entourage members.

Whoever stays there can enjoy long breaks in the outdoor pool and spa, or make s’mores in the fireplace in the pool house. Like the nearby pad sister Kim and her husband, Kanye West, bought a few years back, there’s a small vineyard in the front. Since Jenner is not yet of legal drinking age, perhaps she’ll use the fruit of the vine in her cosmetics. It’s been done before.

Although her most recent purchase has hardwood flooring, custom molding, 8-foot-high doors, and vaulted wood-beam ceilings, it seems a bit sedate for a 19-year-old. We figure she’ll work on updating the home, which was built in 2013, while she’s also personalizing the adjacent six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom, 7,040-square-foot home she moved into just a few months ago. Both homes back up on undeveloped land, so she’ll probably add privacy hedges, walls, and gates to both lots.

Tour Bus Loaded With 300 Kilos Of Cocaine Busted In Paraguay

According to BusinessInsider, there are some folks in Rio who are in LOVE with the coco…

Officials in Paraguay intercepted a tour bus loaded with 296 kilos of cocaine on its way to the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro on August 14.

The bus, empty except for two men and the cocaine, was stopped on the Paraguay side of the Friendship Bridge, which connects Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, with Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, according to a report from Paraguayan news site ABC and first spotted by InSight Crime.

Paraguayan authorities were tipped off that something was amiss with the bus — which still had the logos of a transport company — when they noticed that it had no passengers.

Authorities charged two men, a 52-year-old and 46-year-old, with drug trafficking and other crimes. The cocaine, in 274 packets, was hidden in a meter-long, 20-centimeter-wide false bottom underneath a mini fridge. The bus was sold by VIPS Tours SA in late July, with the buyer promising to remove the logos.

Upon examining the seized cocaine, officials determined that its likely origin was Colombia, the world’s largest producer of the drug. They said that it would have had a value of $3 million on the Brazil market, according to ABC. Authorities also seized cellphones and cash.

Soulja Boy Threatens To Kill Nia Riley And New Boyfriend

Soulja Boy has already made it clear that he is BIG MAD about his ex-girl Nia Riley getting over him and moving on with a new boo. But Soulja Boy is taking things a step further now…letting his pain push him into making extremely violent threats against her new man AND Nia herself. Via TMZ:

Soulja Boy is making disturbing threats against the guy he thinks took his place … with his ex-girlfriend.

The “Crank That” rapper made the vicious threat Friday in a video post … waving and pointing what appears to be a Glock with an extended magazine.

It’s unclear why the threat’s being directed at Nia Riley and her BF. Not the smartest move — especially considering Soulja’s on probation for a weapons charge

But Nia says the whole thing is a big misunderstanding…and she isn’t scared of shooters pulling up in her driveway:

Nia tells TMZ she’s NOT calling cops to report Soulja. She says she doesn’t have a BF, and the person he threatened is just an Internet troll trying to piss off the rapper.

A rep for Soulja claims the gun was a fake, and adds he’s already reached out to Nia to apologize.

Well he’s lucky she decided to leave the cops out of this one…because public threats like that are a quick pass to the county lockup…

Kenyan Olympian Trained For Sport Via YouTube

While most of the world-class athletes that end up competing in the Olympics train for years on end with state-of-the-art facilities and coaches…some end up having to pick up their prowess however they can. Via People:

On Saturday, Julius Yego will represent Kenya in the men’s javelin throw at the Olympics. Unlike most of his competitors, Yego didn’t have access to a world-class training facility or even a coach.

Instead, he perfected his sport by watching YouTube videos.

“The need to succeed in javelin pushed me to the cyber café to watch great javelin throwers,” Yego, 27, tells PEOPLE. “I studied what they were doing to improve my training since I didn’t have a coach.”

Yego says he fell in love with the javelin throw at a young age, practicing the sport with sharpened wooden sticks as his primary school didn’t have the proper equipment.

“I realized I had the talent so I kept going,” he says. “I had the dream of being in the Olympics to compete with the best.”

His perseverance paid off: Yego excelled in national competitions in high school, winning two junior national championships. The whole time, he supplemented his practice by watching videos of the sport’s greatest athletes and copying their techniques.
