With news of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s secret son from a years-long affair with the family maid going public, The Terminator and his wife Maria Shriver moved on and begam leading separate lives — complete with separate homes, split assets, child support checks, and new relationships. However, nobody bothered with all the pesky paperwork that would have officially broken them up…

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have both moved on with their lives since the split in July 2011. He’s had a girlfriend for several years, and she’s got a boyfriend. He’s established a strong bond with 18-year-old son Joseph Baena. She’s moved, redecorated, etc. Oh, they’re still married.
It’s one of the weirdest divorces in memory. They didn’t have a prenup and we’re told they essentially worked out a property settlement several years ago … splitting up the estimated $400 million fortune. There have never been any custody issues. The kids are now all adults. Yet neither Maria nor Arnold have done anything to move the divorce past the finish line.
We’re told Arnold and Maria haven’t really shared why they continue to stay married. There are theories it’s too painful for either to walk away from $200 million, but that really doesn’t make any sense. There are others who say it’s because Maria is super religious and doesn’t believe in divorce, but Arnold could still pull the trigger if he wanted.
Our sources say neither is interested in ending the marriage. It just goes on, as they lead separate lives.
Hey, marriage can be complicated we guess. If this works for the two of them then honestly what the rest of us think really doesn’t even begin to matter….right?

What are celebs in Hollywood doing with their huge platform during the war on Black lives? According to HuffPo:
More than a hundred of big names answered that call when they gathered in an undisclosed location in Hollywood on Wednesday to discuss the current events plaguing America and how they can make a difference “once and for all,” The Game posted on Instagram.
Some other celebrities in attendance included, Kimberly Elise, Nate Parker, T.I., Jesse Williams, Boris Kodjoe, Cedric the Entertainer Meagan Good, Terrence J, Tina Lawson and Niecy Nash.
“Last night over 100 entertainers, activists, & policy makers from all walks united to share information and set strategic steps in an effort to help our community,” Terrence J shared on Instagram. “I vow to continue to use of my voice & platform to spread positive and peaceful change.”
Elise also vowed to continue to fight and said each celeb there has their own unique role in the road to enacting change.
“You will continue to see some of us out front others of us will work quietly yet powerfully in other forms behind the scenes but we. are. here,” she wrote in an Instagram post “You have all always supported us in our art I want you to know that we feel the pain deeply and we support and are working to make change for our people and ALL people in LIFE.”

White Atlanta Cop Charged With Murder In Shooting Of Deravis Rogers
A white Atlanta cop has been charged with the murder of an unarmed Black man following an investigation that proved Deravis Rogers never threatened the police officer’s life according to AJC reports:
A murder warrant was issued Friday for a former Atlanta police officer who fatally shot an unarmed motorist and who investigators later determined posed no threat to the officer, Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said.
Officer James R. Burns, who was fired following the June 22 shooting of Deravis Caine Rogers, faces charges of felony murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and violation of his oath of office, according to a release by Howard on Friday night.
It’s highly unusual for a district attorney in Georgia to seek an officer’s arrest in a police shooting case before a grand jury meets to weigh the evidence, but Howard said his decision was based on what investigators have found so far.
“By reason of the evidence presented by several eye-witnesses, videos, and the findings of the Atlanta Police Department, we will proceed in this case in the same manner as any other defendant similarly charged — arrest, indictment and resolution,” said Howard in a statement.
Rest in peace to Deravis Rogers and the countless other Black bodies who are unjustly slaughtered in this country.

Do you ever feel like you’re being forced to address these issues?
“They’re not forcing me to do s***. I’m just gonna stay black and die. Why, because I’m black? So every time something happens because I’m black I gotta stand up? What the f*** am I, Al Sharpton now? I’m A$AP Rocky. I did not sign up to be no political activist. I wanna talk about my motherf***’ lean, my best friend dying, the girls that come in and out of my life, the jiggy fashion that I wear, my new inspirations in drugs!

Now he’s added a message to the cops and to “all yalh n***s for d*** ridin on Bash Rocky Day.”

White Elevators Spotted At The Republican National Convention
How tone deaf is the GOP party? According to The Root reports:
A a truly inexplicable move—especially given the issues Republicans have had with so-called minorities this election cycle— a sign was posted with the words “White Elevators,” pointing to an elevator bank at the Republican National Convention site in Cleveland this weekend.
A quick Wall Street Journal reporter spotted the signs and posted a photo on Twitter on Saturday, and many couldn’t help but see the banner as harkening back to a time of overt (and legal) segregation in the United States.
The Daily News reports that Byron Tau first spotted the sign, and said RNC staffers were replacing it at Quicken Loans Arena “for obvious reasons.”
The site also reports that it remains unclear who vetted the sign or why it was hung in the first place. Neither RNC organizers nor Trump’s campaign responded to its request for further comment.
