Rachel Roy Cancels Scheduled Appearance

After getting relentlessly roasted by the BeyHive, Rachel Roy has canceled a scheduled appearance.

The designer whose been blasted as “Becky with the good hair” in #Lemonade, pulled out of a New York seminar Monday for a “personal emergency.”

BuzzFeed reports:

Designer Rachel Roy withdrew from an event scheduled for Monday evening due to a “personal emergency.”

The fashion designer was scheduled to speak at a seminar called “Mastering Your Métier” in New York City organized by NeueHouse, a collective of people in the creative industries.

But on Monday morning, those scheduled to attend the event received the following email: “Due to a personal emergency, Rachel Roy has had to cancel this evening’s event. Our apologies for any inconvenience.”

Representatives for Roy did not immediately return a request for comment from BuzzFeed News.

Kris Jenner Forced Kylie To Make Nice With Blac Chyna

Despite all the chatter that Kim Kardashian was behind Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna’s recent reconciliation word on the curb is that it’s really Kris Jenner who brokered the truce. If you haven’t already seen the promo for the new season, Kris posted a clip which you can see above and it definitely brings things into perspective.

RadarOnline.com is reporting that the truce is all part of Kris Jenner’s master plan to boost ratings for the family’s reality show.

Rob Kardashian broke the Internet again on Friday when he shared a photo of his 27-year-old fiancé taking a selfie with his youngest sister. Blac Chyna then shared the photo, with a caption that gushed, “Hanging out with my little sis.”

As Radar reported, the beef between the two divas started over a year ago when Kylie started dating Blac’s 26-year-old baby daddy rapper, Tyga. Even though the two women despised each other, the teen insisted “we’ve been best friends the whole time.” Of course, she was caught up in another lie, sources claimed.

“Kylie is absolutely lying about being best friends with Blac all along,” a family source said. “These photos and Snapchats were the first time the two of them have been in the same room, and everyone knows it.”

Shortly after posting the fakery, Kylie and her not-so estranged brother Rob stepped out to Coachella for a photo opp. So why did she decide to end the hate?

According to the source, “Kris Jenner forced Kylie to make nice because Blac is being written into next season of the show.”

As if the money-hungry momager was not enough of a reason for the star to end the catfight, Radar has learned that Kylie and Tyga “are on the outs” yet again! “Kylie was well aware that becoming friends with Blac Chyna would absolutely drive Tyga insane,” the source said.

Who can really keep up? We are just glad to see Rob out of his funk and we doubt anyone will lose any sleep over Kylie and Tyga breaking up. Regardless of whose plan it was — are you glad to see Chyna and Kylie burying the hatchet?

Man Smothers Toddler Daughter For Interrupting His Video Games

A TX man has reportedly killed his own toddler daughter after she somehow disrupted his gaming session. Allegedly the man flew into a fit of rage at being disturbed by his parental duties, bit her and eventually covered her mouth and nose until she stopped breathing. Via MailOnline:

A Texas man bit and smothered his two-year-old daughter in a ‘fit of rage’ after she interrupted his video-game playing, police say.

Anthony Michael Sanders, 31, of Watauga, is alleged to have killed Ellie Sanders on December 12 while her mom was out of the house at an art show.

When mother Cassie Wright returned home at 8:30pm she was told Ellie was asleep; it was only 30 minutes later, when Ellie’s five-year-old brother found out that his sister wasn’t waking, that emergency services were called. ‘He tried to wake her up and she wouldn’t wake up. He went in there and told [his parents] that she was sleeping and wouldn’t wake up,’ Sgt. Jason Babcock, a police spokesman. told the Star-Telegram.

Thinking her daughter was just sleeping, the mother told him to let her rest – but Sanders went to check on her, and began shouting to call 911.

Ellie was pronounced dead in hospital at 10:10pm, but according to an affidavit, doctors found bruising on her body and fact – including bruising around the eyes – blood behind one ear and bite marks that could have come from an adult human.

She was ultimately killed, police say, when Sanders put his hand over her mouth and asphyxiated her. ‘Just a fit of rage-type deal, anger,’ Babcock told the Star-Telegram.

‘He’s very involved in computer gaming,’ he continued. ‘That’s something he did constantly. She may have interrupted him somehow. His day may have been interrupted.’

SMH. Hopefully they’ll put this guy under the jail where he belongs for doing this to his own child over some points on a computer game.

New York Man Gets Knocked Out For Resembling Shia LaBeouf

This story in TheGothamist highlights the dangers of looking like a celebrity. As appealing as that might sound, the free drinks, people asking for selfies, the adulation of complete strangers, it’s not all it’s cracked up to be according to one man…

This past weekend, Mario Licato had all the makings of a carefree Saturday. He’d met some friends for lunch, then repaired to a friend’s apartment in Cobble Hill for the afternoon. Around 8 p.m., he hopped on the F train by himself to go catch a show at Pianos on the Lower East Side. Getting off the train at Delancey Street, he ran into trouble.

“I was walking up the stairs,” he remembers. “I had my head down—there were people in front of me—just to make sure I wasn’t going to fall.”

He continued:

I didn’t even see the guy. I just see his fist coming towards me. It knocked me, and while I was falling down the stairs, all I hear was, “This is because you look exactly like Shia LaBeouf!”

Licato says he lost consciousness when he landed at the foot of the stairs, and when he came to his face was covered in blood, his glasses broken in half. A couple rushed to his aid and asked, “Did you know that guy?”

It’s one thing to get into a fight with someone and take a whoopin’, but to get knocked unconscious by a complete stranger…

I was so confused. I was even more confused because I got up and I was like, am I crazy or did I hear him say, “This is because you look like Shia LaBeouf?” And [the couple] were like, “Nope. That’s exactly what he said as he was running away from you.”

Moral of the story, don’t look like Shia LaBeouf.

Zac Efron And Sami Miro Break Up

For those of you who had no idea, actor Zac Efron is down with the swirl. Unfortunately, his days of swirly bliss have come to an end according to an E! report that he and his beautiful girlfriend, Sami Miró, have broken up…

After less than two years of dating, Zac Efron and Sami Miró had decided to part ways leaving everyone wondering, what went wrong?

E! News has learned that while the two still care for one another, they “did not have the same feelings for each other as they did when they first started dating.”

Our insider revealed that ultimately Zac was the one who pulled the plug on the relationship, adding that “the spark had died.”

“It wasn’t an easy breakup,” our source explains. “Distance and work schedules got in the way with their relationship and Zac wanted to focus on his career.”

But while the two may no longer be a couple, we’re told the actor still hopes to remain friends with his ex.

Last year in ELLE, Sami talked about the difficulty of dating a famous face:

“I’ve never spoken about us before, but, um, it’s definitely different. I think that you have to take that [kind of attention] with a grain of salt, and put yourself in other people’s positions. I think that’s actually a really big part of it, putting yourself in their shoes, and trying to understand where they’re coming from, and then it kinds of makes sense. It kind of just comes with the territory, and I know there’s no really changing that, so you have to just embrace it…I’m not trying to hide anything in my life. If I was dating someone who wasn’t in the limelight, I might have more photos on [Instagram] of our relationship, but I do think it’s important. I mean, it’s what is going on in my life, and I think that my social media can still represent that.”

Beyoncé Had Jay Z’s Full Support In Using Marriage Troubles For Album

Since the premiere of “Lemonade” over the weekend there have been a variety of reactions to Bey’s lyrics and visuals, ranging from concern for her marriage to Jay Z to the notion that Bey invented the “Hov as cheater” plotline as a brilliant marketing scheme to make the couple even richer; but new report from E!Online claims “Lemonade” is a direct reflection of Beyoncé and Jay Z’s marital issues dating back two years ago:

“They had been having problems for years,” reveals a source close to the couple. “There was a constant commitment issue between them and in the end they were barely speaking. Beyoncé didn’t fully trust Jay and it was hard for her to get past that.”

And so began an intense period of reflection for the couple, continues the insider. “They went to a lot of counseling and have been working on their issues ever since. They had help to get them through it.”

For Beyoncé, though, that elevator moment was a tipping point: “The fact everything became so public, it was embarrassing, and the first time she had to really deal with some of the questions people were asking about her marriage. It changed things. It was a pivotal moment.”

Now, after a lot of hard work, things have definitely improved between them. “They are both fully committed. They are over the worst. It’s been a long and hard process but they are in a much better place now.” But, according to another insider, their marriage will never be the same. “They have love for each other and always will, but…they have their ups and downs.”

Makes sense. After all what marriage doesn’t have it’s issues… But the E! News report claims “Lemonade” came out of Beyoncé’s pain — a masterpiece that could have been a break up album but instead imparts a message of hope for them and other couples. Their insiders also say that Hubby Hov was full on board with the album in all of it’s directness:

Jay Z has been fully on board with how Beyoncé has chosen to deal with her hurt. “He is fully supportive. He understands the reasoning. This is part of the process of being transparent. And they have healed. He has been very humble about the experience. Beyoncé is the love of his life and he will do what it takes.” Another insider adds, “Jay was involved in the creation of Lemonade and knew every song Bey was going to release. He knew the lyrics; he knew the implications. He had to approve the songs before release. Jay is a very smart businessman…Bottom line is that they are both really smart and they both saw dollar signs.”

According to another source, “Beyoncé is amazed on how everything turned out. She worked day and night on this. She celebrated with family; Jay was by her side. When Beyoncé put this album together she was aware of the message she was sending out. She knew that people were going to dissect each word. Beyoncé wanted to connect with women’s emotions with this album.” As for the cheating implications, the source says, “Jay is all about self expression, so he gets it. Beyoncé shares music before it’s released with Jay so he can listen and share his thoughts. When it comes to music, they are very in it together and supportive of each other’s craft.”

For Beyoncé and Jay Z, now the project is over and she’s starting her tour, this is a time to start afresh. “They are going to be OK. This is round two,” says a friend. “They are determined to make it work and we all believe they can do it.”

Kevin McCall Attacks Eva Marcille’s Cousin Over Daughter Marley

Kevin McCall and Eva Marcille have had a publicly rocky relationship ever since their 2-year-old daughter Marley Rae was born. Well now, Kevin’s beef has spread from Eva to her makeup artist cousin, Terrell Mullin, who apparently spends a great deal of time with Eva’s little girl.

Terrell posted a pic of himself and Marley earlier today, shading Kevin and insinuating that he’s much more of a father to “HIS princess…”

Kevin didn’t take too kindly to being etched out as Marley Rae’s father…and went on a rant shading Terrell’s sexuality, using stereotypical gay pet names, and questioning his manhood to prove his point about who her REAL father is.

Wait…Kevin says he doesn’t hit girls but — nevermind. Anyway, Kevin faced criticism from followers and even from Terrell’s own boyfriend over his derogatory remarks. Of course Kevin didn’t back down one bit…

Naturally, that “glitter butt” response didn’t exactly quell the accusations of homophobia and disrespect being hurled at Kevin on social media. He went on to assert that he has no anti gay feelings by using even more anti-homosexual sentiments, slurs, and referencing “the gay agenda” and the Illuminati.
