The saga of Gucci’s release date continues. After reports that Gucci was headed from the big house back to the trap house in a manner of months — which were then quickly shut down by legal docs that claimed he wouldn’t be heading home until next year at the earliest — it appears that Gucci’s own attention to detail will actually have him heading home by the fall.

Gucci Mane had to play math teacher to prison officials … and it means he’s gonna get out of jail earlier.
It’s been a long road for Mane since he was arrested in 2013 for violating probation by carrying a gun. He served time in a Georgia jail, then got transferred to a federal pen. He’d been sentenced to 39 months for the violation.
Mane filed docs claiming the Bureau of Prisons was miscalculating his time served … and a judge agreed a clarification was needed.
Thanks to the change, his 39 months will be up in September 2016.

Chris Bosh might miss out on the NBA season over another potential health scare.
The Miami Heat star is reportedly facing another blood clot related issue that so far isn’t considered life threatening.
Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh’s season — and potentially his career — could be determined over the next several days.
Bosh, 31, missed Sunday’s All-Star Game with a calf strain, but it was later determined that the injury was related to another blood-clot issue, according to several reports. Bosh missed the final 30 games last season after blood clots were found in his lungs.
The 11-time All-Star will meet with doctors Thursday to determine the course of treatment, Yahoo! Sports reported early Tuesday morning. He was prescribed blood thinners last year and took them for seven months. Doctors are often hesitant to allow a patient on such medications to engage in sports where there is physical contact.
Bosh’s agent, Henry Thomas, told The Miami Herald that it was “too soon” to say that Bosh definitely has another blood clot. The newspaper said that the blood clot was not life-threatening.
The Associated Press, citing a a person with knowledge of the situation, reported Tuesday that Bosh had resumed taking blood thinners to treat a blood clot in his leg with hopes that he can resume playing this season.
Bosh was shut down at the All-Star break last season because a blood clot had found its way to his lungs.
Chris is currently awaiting the impending birth of his twins with his wife Adrienne.

Last night, after his multiple Grammy triumph, Kendrick Lamar celebrated with friends and bottles of Moët & Chandon at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA. The rapper had plenty to celebrate after taking home awards for Best Rap Performance, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration, Best Rap Song and Best Rap Album… plus he had a FYE performance!
Legendary music producer and composer Timbaland was in attendance along with certified crooner Miguel and his gorgeous girlfriend Nanzanin Mandi. The latter were also spotted stealing a kiss while Swizz Beats toasted Kendrick’s Grammy run.
Other notables in attendance included Black Eyed Peas’s Apl. De. Ap. and actress Anna Kendrick and magician David Blane, who dazzled guests with his slight of hand.

Some folks never learn! Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer is caught up in another scandal, this time involving a 25-year-old call girl named Svetlana Travis who returned to her native Russia within days of being hospitalized following an incident at the Plaza Hotel in NYC where she told hospital officials Spitzer attacked her. She has since recanted her statement via an email apologizing for the allegation.
The email was released by Spitzer’s lawyer, Adam S. Kaufman, which said: “I just read the news, I’m so sorry. My report was all fake. You tried to save me.” Kaufman gave the Manhattan District Attorney a copy of the email.
The former governor also released a statement saying that the 25-year-old was not his girlfriend.
“The woman who initially made the allegation was not my girlfriend. Lis Smith was my girlfriend, and I had and have deep affection for Lis,” he said.
Spitzer and his girlfriend, Lis Smith, 33, broke up in December.
Damn… When will they learn?!?! Also, as far as this girl changing her tune — is anyone really surprised. We’ve watched enough ‘House of Cards’ to guess what happened there. And conveniently enough the girl is now back in Russia.

A Tennessee sheriff is making national headlines for his incendiary comments about Beyoncé.
Sheriff Robert Arnold recently told a local paper that after shots were fired outside of his home he wondered if Beyonce’s Super Bowl halftime show was to blame.
Why? Because since Bey’s “Formation” dropped seven police officers have been killed nationwide.
Other than being the sheriff and a member of law enforcement, Rutherford County Sheriff Robert Arnold doesn’t know the motive for shots fired outside his Osborne Lane home Monday night.
“We all know, as soon as you put your uniform on, you’re a target,” he said at a news conference Tuesday morning at the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office. “You make people mad when you’re just doing your job.”
Arnold said when he first heard the shots, he wondered if they were inspired by the Super Bowl halftime show.
When asked to clarify that comment, he added, “You know, Beyonce’s video.”
Beyonce recently released the video “Formation,” which has been described as representing the African-American experience.
She performed “Formation” during the Super Bowl halftime show.
In an email Tuesday afternoon to further clarify the sheriff’s Super Bowl statement, Arnold said, “My comments reflect the violence and senseless killing of seven deputies in the U.S. since the show aired. My comments are an observation of the violence that has occurred but in no way is meant to offend anyone.”
The email also included a link to The National Sheriff’s Association’s website with the following information:
“The senseless killing of four law enforcement officers just this week — on the heels of the anti-police “entertainment” at the Sunday Super Bowl halftime show — reminds us that the men and women in law enforcement take a solemn oath that includes putting their lives on the line every day to protect our citizens.”
Black pride is anti-police entertainment now?

This comes just days after a Detroit police sergeant compared her performance to the KKK.

Ex-CSI star Gary Dourdan is demanding the $110,000 debt he agreed to pay his ex-girlfriend – after accusing him of brutally beating her – be tossed now that he’s bankrupt.
Dourdan filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September 2014, stating he had $988,000 in assets and $1.46 million owed to creditors. His assets included $20 cash on hand $1,000 in his savings, one grand in household items, another grand in clothing and a $1,000 watch.
His debts include $949,000 on his L.A. home mortgage, more than $200,000 in back taxes, $1,400 to American Express, $626 to Time Warner, $4,368 in fees due to his criminal probation, $2,000 to a Marina Del Rey hospital, more than $2,000 for a storage unit and $130 for a traffic ticket.
He lists himself as an actor/musician and makes $11,500 a month but his expenses total $11,302 leaving him only with $198 in leftover cash.
Then shortly after he filed the petition, Dourdan’s ex-girlfriend Nicole Cannizzaro headed to court in the bankruptcy and sued the the actor.
Back in 2012, Cannizarro sued Dourdan for assault and battery, accusing him of attacking her at his apartment. She said during the attack he punched her in the face and dragged her across the apartment. The ex-girlfriend said the actor beat her so badly that her nose was broken.

ABC has a new President and she’s making history.
Channing Dungey has been tapped to replace ABC Entertainment Chief Paul Lee making her the first African-American to head a broadcast network.
A power player, Dungey helped bring ShondaLand hits “Scandal” and “How To Get Away With Murder” to light.
Channing Dungey, executive VP of drama at ABC, has been named entertainment president of ABC, replacing Paul Lee, who was ousted in a power struggle with Ben Sherwood, president of Disney/ABC Television. She’s the first African-American person to head programming at a major broadcast network. Dungey will now report directly to Sherwood.
“Channing is a gifted leader and a proven magnet for top creative talent, with an impressive record of developing compelling, breakthrough programming that resonates with viewers,” said Sherwood. “We thank Paul for his many accomplishments at ABC and his devotion to the ABC brand, and we wish him continued success in the future.”
Dungey, who’s been with the network since 2009 (and its affiliated studio since 2004), is credited with developing many of the Alphabet’s successful dramas, including “Scandal,” “Quantico,” “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD,” “How to Get Away With Murder” and “American Crime.”
Dungey said: “I’m thrilled and humbled that Ben has entrusted me with this tremendous opportunity. And I am truly grateful to Paul for being a valued mentor and friend. I’ve had the great honor of working alongside the talented team at ABC for many years and look forward to starting this exciting new chapter with them.”
