We reported that decrepit Oscar nominee Charlotte Rampling was not here for the #OscarSoWhite outrage.
The elderly actress recently blasted the controversy over claims of lack of diversity in Hollywood as a racist plot against white folks. What?!
According to The Guardian the actress says that the controversy is discriminatory against Caucasians.
Asked for her take on the current furore over all-white lists of nominees on French Radio network Europe 1 on Friday morning, the British actor did not mince her words. “It is racist to whites,” she said.
“One can never really know, but perhaps the black actors did not deserve to make the final list,” added Rampling. Asked if the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences should introduce quotas, a proposal which no current advocate of increased diversity has mooted, she responded: “Why classify people? These days everyone is more or less accepted … People will always say: ‘Him, he’s less handsome’; ‘Him, he’s too black’; ‘He is too white’ … someone will always be saying ‘You are too’ [this or that] … But do we have to take from this that there should be lots of minorities everywhere?”
Now Charlotte wants to backtrack after getting dragged to hell for her comments. The ain’t isht actress made this statement to CBS News:
“I regret that my comments could have been misinterpreted this week in my interview with Europe 1 Radio,” said Rampling, who is nominated for a Best Acting award for the film “45 Years.” “I simply meant to say that in an ideal world every performance will be given equal opportunities for consideration. I am very honored to be included in this year’s wonderful group of nominated actors and actresses.”
“Diversity in our industry is an important issue that needs to be addressed,” she continued. “I am highly encouraged by the changes announced today by the Academy to diversify its membership.”

Despite being blasted by fans for being pregnant with Peter Gunz’ 9th child, Tara Wallace is proudly flaunting her growing belly.
The mommy to be who’s expecting her third boy with her married baby’s father recently posed for a TheYBF shoot where she pushed a stroller…
and cradled her bump.
She also sent out a message to all the detractors who’ve blasted her over her pregnancy:
“Maya Angelou wrote ‘A woman always has the right to change her mind,’ and in that moment I changed mine!,” she tellsTheYBF.com. “I’m only obligated to be true to me and what I have created. I have always remained true to all that I have said and still don’t judge myself in my journey!”

She also recently dished on the moment she accepted her pregnancy to OK! Magazine. According to Tara after one of her two sons with Peter reacted excitedly to the news, it was a “turning point” for her.
“He was like, ‘Mom, we just thought you needed a waist trainer and it’s a baby,'” Wallace added jokingly. “Everyday I would be getting dressed to go to work and I’m like, ‘Where is my waist trainer?’ So it was like the problem is solved. You don’t need a waist trainer.”
“From that moment on, when I saw his response, for me, it just changed everything. Nothing else and no one else mattered,” Wallace said. “That was probably a turning point for me when I was like this is a great thing. I’m having another baby and that’s what it is.”

After swearing that she never would, NeNe Leakes has returned to her rightful spot alongside the rest of the ladies on Real Housewives of Atlanta. And it appears that her time away has given her a new outlook, because all the “nasty and rude” ladies who she swore targeted her on a regular basis are now her ace boons. We all saw NeNe kiss and make up with ex-bestie Cynthia on last week’s episode, and she explained why via her most recent Bravo Blog:
When someone betrays you, it damages your trust and that’s a very hard thing to get past. People who know me know that I move on! I don’t try to fix broken pieces, although that was probably a bad thing. I’m a work in progress. It took a lot of prayer and long talks from loved ones in order for me to forgive and really do this with an open heart. So I felt like I was in a really good place in my life where I could start over with Cynthia and reconnect. I’m happy I did!
But NeNe had a little reaction when Cynthia let her know that Kenya had taken her place in the BFF ranks when she skipped out on chill time with the crew…

When Cynthia said Kenya was her girl, nothing went through my mind at all. I know Cynthia pretty well now I think, LOL! Absolutely Kenya thought she was the queen once I left the show, but I must say, she wasn’t the only one. Wink wink!

News, were able to confirm that newly slimming-down Rob is 100% official with Blac Chyna and cool about the fact that we all know now:

Sad news, as a Georgia newlywed was shot dead inside his home earlier today. Michael Phillips served as a bodyguard for rapper Future until 2011, and police are currently investigating who is responsible for his murder. Via Fox 5 Atlanta:
Clayton County police are trying to find out who murdered a young husband who was awaiting the birth of his first child.
Police told FOX 5 Michael Phillips, 27, was at home with his wife on Bridlewood Court in Jonesboro when he was gunned down in the foyer around 1:05 Monday afternoon.
“Some of the neighbors heard some arguing and some gunshots. We are still interviewing them and trying to piece together what happened,” Lt. Frank Thomas of the Clayton County Police Department said.
Family and friends said Phillips had recently married. They said he and his new wife were expecting their first child. They also said Phillips was a bodyguard for the rapper “Future”.
SMH. So sad for his pregnant widow.
