Don lemon Defends #SpringValleyAssault Cop
Don Lemon is at it again. Last night, he went on CNN to semi-defend the security guard who tossed the Black high school student around the classroom. Apparently, Lemon needs more evidence than the actual moving video that everyone is looking at.
Here’s what he said:
It does look disturbing — the part that is most disturbing to me is seeing her thrown around. As far as the desk going over, I don’t know if the desk fell over because she didn’t want to get up, or if he pushed over, I don’t know, so I think there’s context to everything, I would like to see what happens before and I would like to see what happened afterwards… [But] it does look horrible, it does look like there’s no excuse for what he’s doing for her, [but] we don’t know… It only shows a small slice in time of what happened.
It’s another example of Don Lemon using his TV time to treat Black lives like they don’t matter. At this point, it’s really time to look at CNN as a whole for continuing to employ someone who hates his own Blackness so much. He’s beyond the point of “troll” and delved into the point of being a harm to Blackness. Get him out of here.

A South Carolina sheriff says he doesn’t think that race played a role in his officer’s arrest of a female high school student.
Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said Tuesday that the deputy that made the arrest, Ben Fields, has been dating an African-American woman for “quite some time.” He says that if that had any bearing on the arrest, it would have been in a positive way, not a negative one.
“He couldn’t POSSIBLY be a racist! He’s having sex with a black woman!”

Blacks And Hispanics Are Less Likely To Be Approved For A Mortgage
Do you think minorities are less likely to be approved for a mortgage or loans from a bank? According to The New York Times this discriminatory act is nothing new most communities…
In 2014, Hudson City Savings Bank, New Jersey’s largest savings bank approved 1,886 mortgages in the market that includes New Jersey and sections of New York and Connecticut, federal mortgage data show. Only 25 of those loans went to black borrowers.
Hudson, while denying wrongdoing, agreed last month to pay nearly $33 million to settle a lawsuit filed by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Justice Department. Federal officials said it was the largest settlement in the history of both departments for redlining, the practice in which banks choke off lending to minority communities.
Banks normally try to avoid borrowers who seem likely to default on their loans, but some stepped over the line, officials say, excluding entire communities and the creditworthy people who live in them.
In 2014, black people held 5.2 percent of the nation’s home loans, compared with 8.7 percent in 2006, according to the Federal Reserve Bank. Hispanics have struggled to regain lost ground as well, accounting for 7.9 percent of home loans in 2014, compared with 11.7 percent in 2006.
Federal and state officials said it was impossible to determine how widespread discriminatory lending had become. They believe a vast majority of banks are operating legally, but recent lawsuits have revealed striking disparities.

Ross was ordered to stay put at home in the case where he allegedly pistol-whipped a man. A judge ruled Friday Rozay’s home confinement wasn’t necessary since the alleged victim didn’t live anywhere near him.
The judge said Ross has to stay clear of where the alleged victim lives, and he has to notify officials before leaving the state of Georgia.
Ross was given some traveling wiggle room in August … for business reasons.
Looks like the rapper will take advantage of his newfound freedom … he’s got a show in Chicago next month.
Now Ross can spend more time with lady without worrying about her trying to date one of his artists!

Notre Dame Academic Tutor Pressured Black Athletes Into Having Sex With Daughter
A University of Notre Dame student has accused a female academic coach of coercing young football and basketball players into having sex with her daughter, according to a lawsuit according NY Daily News.
The student came forward Friday accusing an unidentified faculty member of orchestrating “sexually and racially motivated” trysts with her daughter by including condoms, transportation and hotel rooms for academic favors.
The accuser is an African-American student while the academic coach is white. Neither the student, coach nor her daughter are identified in court documents filed Friday in Indiana’s St. Joseph Circuit Court.
The student started at Notre Dame on an academic scholarship in the fall of 2014, his attorneys with Anderson, Agostino & Keller wrote in a court filing.
The alleged relationship did not begin until he sought tutoring lessons during this year’s spring semester. Those lessons quickly escalated to out-of-state sexual rendezvous between her daughter and the student.
She would later interrogate him about the “nature, frequency, and quality of the sexual activities” they had, the lawsuit claims, badgering him with “racially-charged comments about his sexual prowess and genitalia.”
He believes the coach was preying on other African-American student athletes as well.
The student’s attorneys have accused the university of fostering a “sexually abusive and hostile educational environment.”
The school maintains its innocence against the allegations, dismissing the lawsuit as “unfounded” and a mere publicity stunt, Notre Dame spokesman Paul Browne said.
“The allegations against the University of Notre Dame in the complaint are unfounded,” Browne explained in a statement to the South Bend Tribune. “As are gratuitous and unfounded references to ‘student athletes’ — an allegation that is nothing more than a cynical attempt to attract publicity.”
The student tried to end his relationship with the employee’s daughter, but she then pressured him to convert to Catholicism and recommended he seek mental health counseling.
The coach’s apparent colleague and friend in the school’s psychiatric support allegedly worked in cahoots to “medicate Plaintiff John Doe to keep him passive, cooperative, and under control,” the documents add.

Former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle pleaded guilty to having sex with two minors and possessing homemade child ssex tapes, although there were many more victims.
He agreed to a plea deal where he will serve 5 to 12.5 years in prison and pay $1.4 million in restitution to his victims but could the FBI had arrested the pervert sooner? According to Raw Story the answer is yes…
“I would fly us clear across the world if we need to. To Thailand or wherever we want to go. If we’re gonna try to get some young kids with us it would be a lot easier,” said 38-year-old Fogle, married father of two, in the tapes. “I had a little boy. It was amazing. It just felt so good. I mean, it felt — it felt so good.”
The recordings were made by Rochelle Herman-Walrond, a former Florida journalist who took it upon herself to stop Fogle after hearing him profess his sexual taste for children. Masking her own disgust, she befriended Fogle so she could record and expose him.
She contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation, who asked her to wear a wire. Glossed over in the mainstream media, however, is the fact that the entire process took ten years, according to an interview Herman-Walrond gave to ABC News.
She wore a wire for four-and-a-half years before the FBI took action and arrested Fogle.
“That was my biggest question, ‘Why was it taking so long?’” journalist Rochelle Herman-Walrond told ABC affiliate WWSB. “A case of this size just happens to take that long, and that’s what I was told.”
For at least four years, the FBI had evidence of Fogle’s criminal behavior and chose to let the abuse continue. As Herman-Walrond asked, why did it take so long to stop him?
The casual excuse is the bureaucracy itself, but we know that when the government wants to act quickly, it does. It does not hesitate in killing, disappearing, or jailing those it deems are a threat to government, and it sets aside constitutional protections to do so.
However, when the threat is in the form of sexual predation on children, government takes its time because “it just happens to take that long.”
