In an interview with Rolling Stone this week, singer The Weeknd recounts meeting Taylor Swift earlier this year and how comfortable she felt petting his hair. Weirdo!
The “I Can’t Feel My Face” singer said that he was at a Grammy party, celebrating Sam Smith, and Taylor came up to him drunk like a skunk trying to pet his locks.
Her man-fingers probably started to tingle after a few shots, this is what the singer says happened in his cover-story interview:
Everybody was having a great time, all these cool things were happening, and I was shaking, like — ‘F**k, I really want a drink.'”
That’s when he met Taylor Swift. “She actually schooled me on my own s#!t,” Tesfaye says. “She was like, ‘I’ve been listening to ‘The Morning’ [from House of Balloons] for years — it’s one of my favorite songs ever!’ I mean, she might have just Googled it. But she seemed genuine.”
Tesfaye says Swift went on for about 15 minutes. “But the whole time she was talking,” he says, “she was kind of, like, petting my hair? I think she was just drawn to it — she must have been a little gone off a few drinks. And of course I’m not going to be like, ‘Hey, can you stop?’ I mean, it felt good! But when she started petting my hair, that’s when I was like, ‘I definitely need a drink.'”

Bruh, why are you still talking for us?
Anthony Mackie is still spitting his nonsensical opinions about blackness into the press. The black actor spoke to The Daily Beast and they asked him his stance on Marvel hiring an African America to direct the Black Panther movie, which is a franchise based around a black super hero.
The question is relevant because a director has not yet been chosen for the film although they’ve already planed on it’s 2018 release. Here is what he had to say about it:
“I don’t think it’s important at all,” he says. “As a director your job is to tell a story. You know, they didn’t get a horse to direct Seabiscuit! The thing is I don’t think the race of the director has to do with their ability to tell a story. I think it’s all about the director’s ability to be able to relate to that story and do it justice. I think men can direct women, and two of my greatest work experiences were with female directors. So I think it all depends. May the best man—or woman—win.”
Comparing black people to horses seems problematic when there’s already a lack of black film makers and directors in Hollywood. We know there’s a difference between needing a black person to direct and wanting one, but representation is important. He sounds like Matt Damon on this topic.

Feeling The Bern? Hillary Clinton Vows To Stop Cashing Checks From Private Prison Lobbyists And PACs
While presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders been relying solely on the people to fund his campaign, Hillary Clinton been filling up her massive war chest with millions of dollars donated by lobbyists and political action committees aka PACs. Well, no more. Sorta.
The former Secretary of State has promised to quit collecting checks from private prison lobbyists and their PACs after receiving mounting pressure from Black Lives Matters and immigration groups. Hillary even plans to donate monies already received to charities.

Black Lives Matter and immigration groups have increasingly called for Hillary Clinton to stop taking campaign donations from private-prison lobbyists, a demand highlighted by a recent protest of a Clinton speech from a DREAMer activist in October.
On Thursday, a spokeswoman for Clinton said she will no longer accept donations from PACs and lobbyists working on behalf of private prisons.
The spokeswoman said in a statement that Clinton believes that this aspect of the criminal justice system is the responsibility of the federal government, and that there is no need for “private industry incentives that may contribute — or have the appearance of contributing — to over-incarceration” in the United States.
“That is why the campaign will not accept contributions from federally registered lobbyists or PACs for private prison companies, and will donate any previous direct contributions to charity,” the statement read. “This is only one of many ways that she believes we need to rebalance our criminal justice and immigration systems.”
Good move after hubby Bill Clinton admitted he made the nation’s criminal justice system worse by signing a bill that made it mandatory for all felonious criminals to receive life sentences under the federal “three strikes” provision.

A vehicle careened into a crowd at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade in Stillwater Saturday, killing three people and injuring several others, reports CBS affiliate KOTV.
Stillwater Mayor Gina Noble confirmed the deaths, the station reports. Two others are in critical condition; in all, 27 have been taken to the hospital. Eight helicopters responded to the scene.
The car struck parade watchers on Main Street at a high speed, the station reports. It wasn’t part of the parade. A police motorcycle was also reportedly hit.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol was assisting Stillwater police respond to the incident.
Dave Kapple of Houston told the Stillwater News Press that he and his son were about 10 feet away when they saw the vehicle barreling into the crowd.
“We heard somebody scream, ‘Look out!.’ (The driver) plowed through a police motorcycle, and then a crowd of people,” Kapple said. “People were flying everywhere.”
Konda Walker, from Anchorage, Alaska, was attending the festivities ahead of the homecoming game between Oklahoma State and Kansas.
“At first we thought it was part of the show,” Walker told the News Press. “People were flying 30 feet into the air like rag dolls.”

Subway’s Jared Fogle To Pay Out $1.4 Million To Child Sex Victims
Former Subway pitchman, Jared Fogle, has plead guilty to charges stemming from his involvement in a online child sex ring.
As part of the plea deal his lawyers were able to negotiate, freaky azz Fogle must pay back $1.4 million in restitution to his victims according to CNN
Checks for $100,000 have now been delivered to three of those victims who are now adults, as well as to the parents of seven other victims who are still minors, according to Timothy Horty, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney in Indianapolis.
Four more victims will receive their payments pending some administrative details, Horty said, but Fogle has already put those funds into a trust account.
The victims are allowed to use the funds without any restrictions.
“The spirit is to help make them whole, get any kind of therapy they might need or pay for education expenses,” Horty said.
Fogle is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 19 and faces between five and 12-1/2 years in prison.
That’s flaw as HELL! Ain’t a damn thing about $100,000 gonna make any one of these folks “whole”. We can tell you one thing though, when Jared hits the shower, those boys in the bing are gonna want his “whole” azz!

South Carolina Man Brutally Beats Stepfather For Spilling His Kool-Aid
An angry South Carolina man repeatedly punched his stepfather in the head after the older man spilled his stepson’s cup of Kool-Aid, police charge.

Armon Magellan Jones, 32, is facing an assault count for allegedly pummeling 57-year-old John Lesley during a confrontation late Saturday in their home in Rock Hill, a city 25 miles south of Charlotte.
According to a Rock Hill Police Department report, Lesley told an officer that he and Jones “began arguing over a cup of Kool-Aid that Lesley had knocked over.” The dispute, cops noted, “quickly escalated and Jones became irate.”
Lesley told police that Jones punched him several times in the head. The assault, cops reported, caused “visible injury to Lesley.”
Jones, seen at left, fled on foot following the attack, but was arrested two hours later when he returned to the residence (officers found him hiding behind the door in his bedroom). He was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery.

Quentin Tarantino helped lead the “Say Their Names’ rally on Saturday in NYC, where hundreds gathered to chant the names of 250 people of color killed by police violence. During the rally, a part of Dr. Cornel West’s 3-day #RiseUpOctober anti-police brutality initiative, the director individually detailed the senseless police killings of Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray, Antonio Guzmán López, and Michael Brown. As he told reporters:
“This is not being dealt with in anyway at all. That’s why we are out here. If it was being dealt with, then these murdering cops would be in jail or at least be facing charges.”

Michigan Officer Says He Was Demoted Because He’s Black
A former African-American Michigan State Police officer believes that race is the reason he was demoted, while a white cop who had two dogs from his K-9 unit die in his care got a second chance according to The Root:
The now-retired trooper, who was not identified, is reportedly suing the state police, claiming that after being accused of leaving a work shift early and misfiling time cards, he was demoted and had his K-9 dogs taken away—despite his claim that a sergeant had given him permission to leave his patrol early.
“For them to get together with the command and concoct some crazy investigation to get you removed from the unit, it’s clearly because I’m black,” the former cop, who was the only black trooper in the K-9 unit at the time, told the news site.
“It speaks to a discriminatory mindset. It speaks to a discriminatory custom and culture in the Michigan State Police,” attorney Leonard Mungo, who is representing the former officer, said.
There are also claims of racially charged remarks.
“We have the representations from a white trooper that my client was called ‘Buckwheat,’ and my client was called ‘Sambo’ and other racially derogatory terms,” Mungo added.
Meanwhile, the black officer pointed out that a white colleague had two police dogs die while in his care and received no punishment. The dogs reportedly died after being left in a car for 11 hours, with the windows up and the vehicle off.
“It was kept hush-hush and he was allowed to stay in the unit,” the source said. “He was written a reprimand and was immediately issued two more dogs.”
In the Michigan Penal Code, the site notes, such an oversight is meant to be punishable by jail time and fines.
“He wasn’t removed from the unit and I was,” the black cop said. “I just don’t see how the two can even be comparable.”
