Chris Brown Wants Custody Of Royalty, Argues That Nia Guzman’s Boyfriend King Ba Is A Criminal

According to TMZ reports:

Chris Brown is chomping at the bit to face his baby mama in custody court … and the biggest weapon in his arsenal is the woman’s boyfriend.

Chris and Nia Guzman will fight it out in 2 weeks. She wants full custody of 1-year-old Royalty and visitation for Chris, BUT only if it’s monitored. She says he’s a bad guy who hangs with criminals and smokes weed. Chris wants joint custody.

But we’re told Chris thinks her argument will boomerang right back in her face, because her boyfriend, King Ba — the guy who lived with her and is even named on Royalty’s birth certificate — is a wanted man … on the run for felony forgery.

We’re told Chris is eager to tell the judge Nia has terrible judgment … hooking up with a con man.

As we first reported, Chris believes Nia’s real motivation has nothing to do with custody … she wants to squeeze more child support out of him. He’s currently paying $2,500. She wants $15k.

As for Nia, her rep tells us, she’s no longer with King Ba.

Oh, NOW she’s not with King Ba. Riiiiight.

Study Says E-Mails From Black Users Receive Fewer Responses

Researchers have discovered yet another area where Blackness is discriminated against. As it turns out, even our emails aren’t seen as worth the time it took to write them, if the recipient suspects that the name in the address sounds like that of a Black person.

A new study from the Institute for the Study of Labour in Bonn, Germany has found that emails coming from users presumably African American names are less likely to receive any response from public service authorities than those coming from users with more generic, “white-sounding” names. The “Black” e-mails were also less likely to receive a response with a cordial tone, or to be addressed by name or even with a simple respectful salutation such as ‘hello’ or ‘dear’ than those with white names attached.

The study was conducted with two “white names” – Jake Mueller and Greg Walsh – and two names that sound more African-Americans – DeShawn Jackson and Tyrone Washington.

Over a two week period, the researchers sent 19,079 emails to local government offices — school authorities, libraries, sheriff offices, treasurers, job centers and country clerks — all across the US. The emails signed by the white names received a response 72% of the time, while the ones from with black-sounding names received responses in only 68% of cases.

Unsurprisingly, Sheriffs’ offices were the most dismissive of emails from black-sounding names, with those 7% less likely to receive a response than those from white people.

Researchers said they found a ‘significant racial gap’ in all four regions of the US they tested – north-east, mid-west, south and west – although some states were worse than others. Dr. Corrado Giulietti, one of the authors of the study, said that this is clearly one of the many reasons that African-Americans face inequalities. Via MailOnline:

“Local services constitute the majority of interactions between government institutions and citizens and perform central functions, for instance in education.

The discriminatory attitude that our study uncovers could be one of the factors behind the disadvantaged position of black people in American society and could be a major obstacle towards addressing racial inequality.”

Cynthia Bailey Might Br Demoted For Fighting Porsha Williams

Cynthia Bailey is facing a pretty big demotion on RHOA after engaging in a fight with castmate Porsha Williams while filming for the hit Bravo reality show…

In the wake of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fight — where Cynthia kicked Porsha — production sources tell us show honchos are reviewing footage of the incident and weighing their options for discipline.

TMZ broke the story … Porsha and Cynthia got into it while shooting a scene on a boat — Porsha called Cynthia a bitch repeatedly … until CB snapped and unleashed a kick.

We’re told producers want to see just how bad (or good, for ratings) the fight was … and there’s a possibility Cynthia could be demoted to the dreaded ‘friend of the cast’ title — as opposed to full cast member. And yes, that would mean a cut in pay too.

As for why PW’s neck isn’t on the line? We’re told there’s no rule against antagonizing — hell, that’s the meat of the show — but getting physical crosses the line.

This is old hat for Porsha … who got bumped down after her epic Kenya Moore brawl. She’s hoping to earn a promotion this season.

Tia Kemp Said She Only Wants What Her Son Deserves; Said She’s Still Sleeping With The Rapper, But Blasted Him For “Screwing Instagram Prostitutes”

Rick Ross’ child’s mother thinks the rapper is paying peanuts for their son, and has asked a judge to up his child support to $20,000 a month.

Tia Kemp said she and her son, William Roberts III, live a modest life and Ross’ child support obligations should increase just as his income has.

“You’ve got all these Wing Stops, all this property—up the pay,” Kemp, who filed the child support modification papers in July in Broward County Circuit Court, told BOSSIP. “My son doesn’t ask for much. I’m not trying to drain him.”

Kemp is not to be confused with Ross’ other baby mama, Lestonia Leviston, who just won a $7 million judgment from 50 Cent after he leaked a sex tape of her.

Kemp said she couldn’t discuss the amount Ross was currently paying in child support, but said it’s “not substantial (and) it’s not consistent.”

The realtor insisted that she’s no gold digger. She lives in a townhouse with her son, and the boy goes to public school. She said she’s tried to handle this out of court, but Ross wouldn’t budge. She said the final straw came last month, when Ross’ mother – who handles his finances – told her that Ross could no longer afford to pay their son’s after school boxing and karate lessons, hobbies the child has enjoyed for the last three years.
“I just hope that it gets better, because I’m tired of it,” Kemp said. “It’s been 11 years, my son will be 10, and I’m tired of fighting this war.”

The mother-of-three said she and the boy last spent time with the “Diced Pineapples” rapper over the summer. He flew the pair to Georgia after he made bail for allegedly assaulting and kidnapping his landscaper. But she said Ross has since stopped answering her and her son’s texts, forcing her to get counseling for her deeply affected child.
“I wish that he would get his act together,” Kemp said. “He’s almost 40, and it’s sad.”

All the more perplexing is the fact that Kemp said she’s still sleeping with Ross.
“We just had sex in July,” Kemp said. “We’ve been sleeping with each other for the past few years.”

And what about his rumored girlfriend Lira Galore?
“She’s just a seasonal prostitute,” Kemp said. “In a few months, he won’t even remember that young girl’s name. He tells me this.”

Kemp broke up with Ross a few months before his career blew up, but she said she has no regrets.
“I gave him a second chance, and it didn’t work,” Kemp said. “He’s still caught up in that life. He wants to screw all those Instagram prostitutes.”

“I’m doing what I can to give my child the best life.”

Amira Ayeb Charged With Breaking Into Chris Brown’s Home Last Spring

The woman Chris Brown found naked in his bed last May has had her criminal case put on hold while she undergoes a mental health evaluation, BOSSIP has learned.

A judge last week ordered Amira Ayeb to get a mental health check to see if she’s fit to go to trial after Ayeb spent the month of July refusing to leave her jail cell to attend her court hearings.

Ayeb is facing felony stalking, burglary and malicious mischief charges after she allegedly took the bus to Los Angeles from Texas, broke into Brown’s home and stayed for a week, but not before trashing the place. Brown later said he’d caught Ayeb nude in his bed.

She’s pled not guilty, and has been held without bail at the Los Angeles County Jail.

Ayeb’s lawyer, Christina Behle, said she doubted her client was mentally stable after Ayeb missed her July court dates because she refused to leave her jail cell.
“Defendant is a miss out,” Ayeb’s court papers state. “Defendant refused to get out of her cell.”

Earlier this year, BOSSIP revealed Ayeb’s friend believed her mental unraveling was down to her love of super strong marijuana.

If she is found to be mentally ill, Ayeb will have her case heard in Department 95, L.A. County’s court that specifically handles mental competency cases.

Behle, Ayeb’s lawyer, did not respond to several calls from BOSSIP for comment.

Master P’s Estranged Wife Needs Child And Spousal Support

Master P may have lost custody of his kids but the NOLA rapper is still not financially helping his estranged wife and 7 kids according to her…

Master P won’t rest until his estranged wife is homeless, phone-less, and penniless — according to Sonya Miller who is begging the court to force him to pay up immediately.

Sonya says Master P pulled out the big guns last week in their divorce war … by having security guards block her from entering the Calabasas gated community where she lives with their 7 kids. The issue is … Master P pays the rent, but in docs filed last week … Sonya says he’s threatening to stop paying. She also says he cut off her cable service at the home, and her cell phone.

There’s more … Sonya says Master P told her he was going to have her SUV repossessed … which, she points out, would force her and the children to walk in the blazing summer heat of the Valley — possibly aggravating her hernia and vertigo.

Sonya wants MP to start forking over some cash while they sort out the divorce. In the docs, she says her soon-to-be-ex is estimated to be worth $178 million … but he’s yet to pay a cent of child or spousal support.

Nelly Sends Teens To College For Free On Mike Brown Scholarship

Nelly is planning to do a lot of good in the hood and says it starts with a good education!

In the wake of the Mike Brown shooting and Ferguson protests last year, many in the Black community called for Black celebrities to speak out against the injustices shown to their own people. Some Black celebs rose to the occasion, using social media and TV news outlets like CNN to say their piece.

Others, like Nelly, preferred to move in relative silence and let their actions do the talking. Following the events in Ferguson, the St. Louis rapper came under fire for not visiting the city right away. He eventually visited Ferguson to speak with protesters and created a scholarship fund in Michael Brown’s name.

The scholarship was not merely a sentimental act to honor the slain college student but a part of a strategic plan to help bring change to the Ferguson community in the only effective way he believes he can.

Nelly explains that the scholarship was established to help rebuild the Ferguson community after the tragic shooting…

“I try to do it through education because that’s the only way we’re going to get it. The only way we’re going to get this is to elevate,” Nelly explained in an interview with Hello Beautiful just after the Ferguson anniversary on August 9, 2015. “We have to get the kids to go out of these communities. Graduate. Get the knowledge. Come back to the community, and then they can run it because they understand the people and understand the severity of the situation.”

The Mike Brown scholarship isn’t the only act of altruism Nelly has taken in the area of education. He has sent two students to college on scholarships every year for the past 10 years. To critics who have rebuked him for his lack of vocal support for the events at Ferguson, the “Hot in Herre” rapper asserts that sometimes it’s better to do things quietly.

“It’s not about the hoo-ha,” he says. “It’s about the silent assassins. It’s the ones that move behind the scenes that get things done. The guy that’s screaming on television, he’s the diversion. I’m not a diversion. I’m going to get it done.”

Idris Elba Responds To Being Called “Too Street” To Play James Bond

Idris Elba is responding to an author’s racist comments about him possibly playing James Bond.

As previously reported 007 author Anthony Horowitz dubbed the actor “too street” to play the British spy but quickly apologized on Twitter:

Idris then took to Instagram to write that he knows how to “keep on smiling” and quipped that he “learned that from the street.”

White Cop Gets 1 Year Of Home Detention For Shooting Unarmed Black

A white former police chief recently pleaded guilty to misconduct in the tragic 2011 shooting death of an unarmed Black man and was sentenced to a year of home detention. Seriously??

Prosecutors agreed to drop the murder charge against 38-year-old Richard Combs, the former police chief of the small town of Eutawville, in exchange for his guilty plea. Combs stood trial twice on the murder charge, but both cases ended with hung juries. He would have faced 30 years to life if convicted of murder.

Instead, he faced up to 10 years behind bars on the misconduct in office charge. Combs’ lawyer said he decided to plead guilty to the lesser charge because he was emotionally and financially exhausted.

Authorities say Combs shot Walter Bailey in May 2011 as he tried to arrest him on an obstruction of justice charge weeks after he argued about his daughter’s traffic ticket.

Prosecutors said the obstruction warrant was trumped up because Combs was angry that Bailey made him look bad on the side on the road.

When Bailey came to talk to the police chief at Eutawville Town Hall about the traffic ticket, Combs was not threatened and could have stepped away, but fired his weapon anyway, hitting Bailey three times, prosecutors said.

Defense attorneys said Combs feared for his life because he was leaning into Bailey’s pickup and had just seconds to react. They said he had no pepper spray or a Taser, which left him no option but his gun.

The jury in the first case voted 9-3 to convict Combs. The jury in the second case voted 8-4 to convict, with four jurors wanting to convict Combs of murder, four wanting to convict him of voluntary manslaughter and four who thought he was not guilty, Solicitor David Pascoe said in a hearing at the Orangeburg County courthouse.

Eutawville suspended Combs after the shooting and dismissed him several months later. The town reached a $400,000 wrongful death settlement with Bailey’s family.

Pregnant Woman Says She Plans To Use A Dolphin As Her Midwife

A pregnant woman is planning to use a dolphin to assist in the birth of her child. White folks crazy!

The unusual plans of Dorina Rosin and her partner Maika Suneagle, who run a healing sanctuary together in Hawaii, are being featured on the British TV documentary “Katie Piper’s Extraordinary Births.”

“I found the dolphin people a bit out there but they seemed so happy and the woman was so relaxed,” Piper told the Times in Britain. “I just thought everybody was wonderful and it was all a bit of an eye-opener.”

Rosin and Suneagle can be seen interacting with dolphins in a YouTube video posted on Aug. 15. In the video, Rosin is 38 weeks pregnant.

Many experts believe that using dolphins in this manner is reckless and dangerous.

“Because of their friendly disposition and common (occurrence) in aquariums, we tend to think of dolphins as trustworthy, loving creatures,” Christine Wilcox wrote in Discovery two years ago. “But let’s get real for a minute here. Dolphins don’t eat sunshine and fart roses. They’re wild animals, and they are known to do some pretty terrible things.”

Wilcox also wrote that “no matter how cute they might appear, dolphins are not cuddly companions; they are real, large, ocean predators with a track record for violence — even when it comes to humans.”

Gilbert Arenas Ex Assistant Found Guilty Of Defrauding Him Of Over $2 Million

A federal jury has convicted a former personal assistant of Gilbert Arenas of stealing more than $2 million from the former NBA basketball player.

The jury on Wednesday found 40-year-old John White guilty of 11 counts of wire fraud and four counts of filing a false tax-related document.

He faces dozens of years in prison when he is sentenced in November.

He was indicted last April.

Prosecutors say White made unauthorized online bank transfers worth $2.1 million from Arenas’ account.

Prosecutors say White used the money to buy sports cars and pay the mortgage on his home.

Gilbert had a 40-year-old male assistant? That should’ve been the first red flag…

Men Try To Rob Woman Who Is A Brazilian MMA Fighter

MMA fighter Monique Bastos was headed to a jiu-jitsu class with two friends in Acailandia, Brazil when they were attaked by two thugs who wanted their phones. What happened next is a lesson on why you don’t try and rob just anybody….

“I was going to my jiu-jitsu training when they arrived on a motorcycle and said they wanted our phones,” Bastos told MMAFighting.com. “I tried to hold my phone, and I realized they were not armed. When they tried to escape, I lifted the rear wheel of the bike and they fell on the ground. The guy who took my phone ran away, but I was able to get the other one.”

Bastos, who has six professional MMA fights on her record and a few jiu-jitsu matches and muay thai bouts, got him into a rear-naked choke and took him to the sidewalk, where she locked a triangle choke and waited for the police.

Wesley Sousa de Araujo was arrested 15 minutes later, and that was not the first time Bastos had to stop a robbery.

“I’ve been through this a few times before, and it’s the second time I fought back,” she said. “There were two guys, and they were using knives, but I was able to use my jiu-jitsu and get my phone back. It’s a huge risk, but I did it to defend myself and my friends, so I used what I learned.”

California Police Fail To Arrest White Man For Threatening Black Family

A Black Sacramento family said they were the victims of a hate crime while on a camping trip at Rollins Lake in Nevada County last weekend.

“I’ve been in car accidents, you know, you go through tense and scary situations in life, but nothing like this,” Kanisha Allen told FOX40.

Allen and her family were threatened with what they thought was a weapon by a man who was screaming racial slurs at them.”The guy ran down the hill with a shovel and you’re in the dark, I thought he had a shot gun,” Allen said. She said her family’s reunion started peacefully.

“Have fun on the lake, we pitched the tents, we bring the food, we cook the ribs,” Allen recalled. But a second group came to the campsite next to theirs Friday. She said they were making a lot of noise. “Some of the other campers from the rowdier group were just staring over and making racial comments,” she said.

But Allen said her family ignored them and tried not to interact.

“We let it roll off of our backs,” Allen told FOX40. Then the next night, one man in particular started to yell at Allen’s family, using even more hateful language. “I didn’t come here to sleep next to any F-ing Ns, (is what he said),”Allen recalled.

Allen said that’s when her family had enough and told campsite employees, hoping they would help defuse the situation. But it only made matters worse, as campsite employees told FOX40 the same man also threatened them. He then turned his anger at Allen’s family.

“Whatever was said infuriated the main aggressor of the group, and all you hear is him saying the ‘n’ word, ‘I’m going to kill you F-ing Ns,'” Allen said.

That was when the man started to run toward their campsite, holding what Allen thought was a shot gun.

“It was terrifying, I have a 9-month-old daughter, and I grabbed her and the only thing that I could think of was you need to go down the ravine and hide next to the water because we didn’t know what was happening,” Allen said.

In the chaos, Allen’s mother who is in her 60s, fell down while running away, receiving cuts and bruises to her face. “(My mother was alive during the Civil Rights movement and) to have to relive some of the things that she had gone through in her younger years today, it is almost unbelievable,” Allen said.

Allen’s family called the police, who later found the man trying to leave the campsite as he heard the sirens. But sheriff’s deputies told FOX40 no weapons were found on him, so he was not arrested.

The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation is still ongoing, and the DAs office might still file charges. But Allen said that’s not good enough for her. “They didn’t think that he was drunk, and didn’t find any weapons on him and for some reason or another decided to let him go … We expressed that we had feared for our lives, you know? And still nothing was done at that point,” Allen said.

A campsite manager said the man and his party have been banned from the campsite.

Cops Make A Stink Over Arby’s Drive Thru Worker “Refusing Service” To Florida Cop

The Pembroke Pines Police Department sprung into action after uniformed Sergeant Jennifer Martin says she went to an Arby’s location Tuesday night and an employee allegedly told his manager he didn’t want to serve her.

According to Daily Mail reports:

Martin filed an ‘offense report’ about the incident after she was told that Kenneth Davenport, 19, did not want to serve her when she pulled up to the drive-thru window.

His manager Angel Mirabal, 22, allegedly told the officer that he didn’t want to give her the food she ordered ‘because you are a police officer’.

The report said that Mirabal was referencing Davenport when she made the remarks and that the employee had not run Martin’s credit card after she gave it to him.

Martin reported that she told the manager the situation made her uncomfortable and eventually went inside and being given a refund.

‘I was uncertain of the condition of my food and felt, for my safety, it would be best not to eat there,’ Martin wrote.

It was unclear what the officer, who took Mirabal’s contact information but could not get Davenport’s, thought had been done to her food.

Mirabal had also allegedly said that the employee had the right not to serve the officer, according to NBC Miami.

Don’t most places have the right to refuse service?

In anycase the police department went off in their press release and quickly got their apology:

‘I am offended and appalled that an individual within our community would treat a police officer in such a manner,’ the department’s Chief Dan Giustino in the ensuing press release.
Giustino said in the release that the incident was ‘unacceptable’ and he would be asking for an apology from Arby’s CEO Paul Brown.

Both Brown and Arby’s Senior Vice President of Operations, Scott Boatwright later contacted Giustino to apologize.

The PPPD’s tweet about the apologies came less than two hours after its initial sharing of the press release.

Arby’s said in a release: ‘We take this isolated matter very seriously as we respect and support police officers in our local communities.’

‘As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, our CEO spoke with the Police Chief who expressed his gratitude for our quick action and indicates the case is closed.’

The company also said: ‘We will be following up with our team members to be sure that our policy of inclusion is understood and adhered to.
‘Further, we will be following through with disciplinary action up to and including termination of the employees involved, as appropriate

Davenport told the Sun-Sentinel that the incident had been ‘just blown way out of proportion’.

He said later on Wednesday that ‘[My manager] just made a joke and she couldn’t take it the right way, she has no sense of humor’.

Hey cops forget about the “serve” part of their job description all the time too, don’t they?

Sounds like the Arby’s manager is super messy to have even told the cop all that. SMH. It’s interesting how hard cops will go for their own — shame they don’t always show the same concern over citizens rights.
