Joe Budden is wanted by the law…yet again. If you’ll recall, Joey was actually on the run from police last summer after initial charges were filed against him for slapping up his Startender girlfriend at the time, Audely.
Now, Joe either forgot or simply blew off his latest court appearance in the case, and is once again a wanted man. Via TMZ:
Rapper Joe Budden is so on top of his social media game … he flat out forgot to show up to face charges that he allegedly attacked his gf — which is why there’s now a warrant for his arrest.
No joke … Budden went A.W.O.L. for Thursday’s hearing in NYC. Far as we can see … he posted a few Instagram pics and tweeted some random crap that day, but just couldn’t make it to court.
Budden is accused of allegedly beating and choking his girlfriend last summer. The judge in the case immediately issued the bench warrant when he skipped the hearing.
We reached out to Budden’s lawyer, but much like the court … we’ve gotten no response.
Seems like it would be much less stressful to just go ahead and face the court rather than constantly dodging the cops…don’t you think?

However, one Virginia teacher took things too far when she got so excited about her brand new boobies that she whipped out her iPhone to show off her bare-breasted before and after pics…to her students.

A high school teacher allegedly showed off before-and-after pictures of her boob job to three of her students.
Melissa Kidd, 34, showed the ‘obscene’ pictures of her bare breasts either side of an augmentation procedure to three of her students, aged 16 to 18, police said.
Kidd, who teaches at Woodside High School in Newport News, Virginia, was in a school building when she called up the pictures on her iPhone and gave the youngsters a look, according to court documents.
One student also said that he or she saw even more. According to the documents: ‘One juvenile victim additionally reported being shown nude photographs of Kidd’s breasts and genital areas’.
Woodside High School began investigating Kidd after the allegations were made, but stopped after she quit her job on April 17, local news station WTKR reported.
Detectives are investigating her for taking indecent liberties with a child, a felony which punishable by as much as ten years in prison.
She won’t be able to enjoy those plumped-up boobies quite as much if she gets thrown in the slammer. She should have thought harder about that…

A Catholic priest from California was found guilty Friday of sexually assaulting a sleeping woman aboard a U.S. Airways flight.
Father Marcelo De Jesumaria was convicted of abusive sexual contact by a federal jury in a three-day trial after a female passenger woke up to find his “hands on her breast, groin and buttocks” in August, NBC Los Angeles reported.
The woman reported the assault to the crew of the Philadelphia-to-Los Angeles flight, allowing federal authorities to meet De Jesumaria at the gate.
De Jesumaria was indicted in October.
The Diocese of San Bernardino, where De Jesumaria used to work, said it removed him from the ministry “immediately” after learning of the allegations in November.
You know the church folk had to release a statement:
“The Diocese of San Bernardino considers the actions alleged of Father De Jesumaria in the federal indictment to be sinful and unlawful,” according to a statement obtained by NBC Los Angeles. “We are deeply regretful of any harm that may have occurred as a result of his actions.”
This azzhole is facing 2 years in prison and will be sentenced on August 24.

A woman who pepper sprayed a Burger King worker faced a judge known for his unusual sentences on Thursday.
“It hurt. It burned. It stung. It was scary at first because I didn’t think I was gonna get my eyesight back,” said worker Frantz Rolles.
Painesville Judge Michael Cicconetti warned Diamond Gaston, who was charged with assault:
“You understand that this is a criminal offense, an assault. I could put you in jail for six months.”
Known for his creative sentencing, he gave Gaston a choice of 30 days in prison, or get pepper sprayed like her victim.
We recently reported singer Ashanti went on Twitter to send a birthday shout out to 49ers DB Darnell Dockett. The tweet sparked some questions about the relationship status between the two but neither parties confirmed or denied dating.

An incredible 19-year-old Denver woman is turning to Craigslist for an unusual, and heartfelt request.

Natalie Carson said she grew up in foster care and was never adopted. She posted an ad on Craigslist in hopes of finding a family to spend time with her on her birthday.
It’s a request that may seem so simple, but Carson says it will help make a usually difficult day, special.
“It’s something that I’ve never really had. Of course, I’ve had birthdays, but they haven’t been good,” she said. “Usually every birthday is really painful and hard.”
Carson said she was a baby when she was first placed in foster care in Colorado. She was quickly adopted and moved with her adoptive family to Georgia.
“They were abusing me and so I got placed back into foster care when I was 12,” Carson said.
At 18, she aged out of the system. On her own for the first time, Carson took a bus back to Colorado.
“I really didn’t know anything, but I knew I was born here,” she said.
7NEWS looked further into this cycle and found that last year in Colorado, more than 200 teens aged out of foster care, according to the Department of Human Services.
“There’s something more, you know, than just me because there’s a million more of me,” Carson said.
Experts tell 7NEWS it’s not unusual for birthdays, graduations, and holidays to be difficult for youth without families. Carson said she found support at Urban Peak, a Denver shelter that helps young people experiencing homelessness.
The student was able to get her GED and is now working and attending college with a focus on computer science.
As for the heartfelt ad on Craigslist, Carson said she didn’t think anyone would answer — but turns out several people have already reached out to her.
“It felt good I was happy, and I’ve been talking to one family in particular,” she said.
Carson has hope that she’ll finally have the birthday she’s always wanted.
“I felt like having one day where it’s OK — this is about me and it’s my birthday,” Carson said. “I don’t have this big elaborate plan or anything, I just wanted it to be good.”
On Friday, Natalie said she’s grateful for an outpouring of support but overwhelmed by a flood of emails as her story has received international news coverage. She’s talking with people who have offered to help make her birthday special. Now she’s asking others who want to help to instead support other foster care children or organizations that aid foster kids.
We hope this young lady gets the birthday party she deserves!
Bobby Flay and Stephanie March’s divorce is not what you’d call amicable.

The couple split in early April after 10 years of marriage and March is challenging the prenup under which Flay is required to pay the actress $5,000 a month.
In Touch reports that March is challenging the prenup on the grounds that Flay allegedly cheated on her with three women, including actress January Jones.
A source familiar with the case told the magazine that the former “Law & Order: SVU” actress is claiming in court papers that the 50-year-old celebrity chef “committed adultery” with Jones several times in the in early 2010. The magazine also reports that March has accused Flay of cheating with a food stylist and his assistant.
Page Six previously reported that it’s believed the couple’s prenup had no infidelity clause, and if true, March’s claims likely would not help her cause. However, TMZ reported that the actress also filed documents claiming that it’s her “amazing palate” that is responsible for his success.
Reps for Flay and Jones have yet to respond to requests for comment.

An argument regarding a dirty bathroom towel ended in a drunk Cape Coral man slashing his roommate with a box cutter.

Police arrested John Kevin Herrick, 54, on a charge of aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, the Cape Coral Police Department said Friday.
On the way to the home, about 7:30 p.m. Thursday, officers heard from a dispatcher that a man had cut his roommate and ran away.
As they investigated, officers found that Herrick, who police said was intoxicated, and his roommate were arguing about the towel, but the shouting match turned physical when a box cutter fell out of Herrick’s work belt.
“Herrick began slashing his roommate’s legs with box cutter when the tide of the fight turned against him,” police said.
Then he ran.
Emergency personnel took the roommate to an area hospital.
When Herrick saw the ambulance, he went back home. Police arrested him and took him to Lee County Jail where he remains with a bail of $100,000.
Herrick has been in jail twice before on drunk driving charges, most recently about 10 months ago.

At one point we thought Kendra Wilkinson might kill her husband Hank Baskett after allegations he’d cheated on her with a transgender model, but these days she’s saying she’d kill for him.

Sounds like the worst is behind them. Kendra Wilkinson’s marriage to Hank Baskett was in serious jeopardy as recently as seven months ago, but these days, the two are more loved up than ever. Us Weekly caught up with the model, 29, at the May 28 premiere party for WE tv’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, where she gushed that she and Baskett are in a great place less than a year after his alleged affair with a transgender model.
“Our marriage is amazing right now,” Wilkinson told Us. “We are working on it every single day. It’s a lot of work, 24/7, but we’re both willing to put that time in and really stick it through. We’re both in it for the long run, and we both have goals, and they’re both the same.”
The Kendra on Top star credits Marriage Boot Camp, in part, with helping her work through some of her lingering trust issues with Baskett, 32, dad to Hank IV, 5, and Alijah, 12 months.
“We decided to do the show because at the time we were going through a huge marital crisis that needed to be dealt with,” she explained to Us, alluding to her husband’s June 2014 cheating scandal. “We were seeking therapy, but we would go home and we would have to take care of two young kids, and the focus would go back on them and never about us. So when this opportunity came to get away for two weeks, with no kids, no distractions, that is exactly what we needed at that time.”
She continued: “I mean, what we were dealing with was a life threatening crisis, a marital crisis. Yes, it was a very dangerous decision to make, to solve our problems on TV, but I’m a person that doesn’t give a s–t what anybody says, so I was honestly seeking the help…Most people would be like, ‘Why would you do that in front of people?’ I don’t look at it like that. Everybody might call it a show, but I call it therapy.”
The former Playmate said she learned a lot through the experience, not just about relationships but also about herself. “I never knew what the word forgiveness meant until I did Marriage Boot Camp, and that was the key,” she shared. “I thought forgiveness meant to be a slave to the other person and to give in and to give them the power. It’s not about that.”
In fact, it’s the opposite. “Forgiveness, I learned, is about unity,” she said. “Me not becoming a slave. Me having the power. Not letting anybody or anything from my past control my moment I’m in now. Marriage Boot Camp has made me an extremely strong person — a stronger person than I’ve ever been in my life.”
It helped Baskett, too. Wilkinson has said before that the athlete was “very lost” when his alleged fling went down last spring, but she told Us on Thursday that he’s “back on track” and very happy. “At the end of the day, marriage is not only loving the person, it’s about caring for them as a person, as a human being,” she gushed, “and that’s what Hank truly deserves…I love him and I’ll kill for him.”
We never put much stock in reality tv therapy — but it sounds like it really worked for Kendra and Hank. Would you ever go public like that with your relationship issues if you were desperate to save your marriage?
