Twins Arrested For Throwing Bricks

Identical twin brothers from FLORIDA are currently in hot water after authorities say they got into an argument that ended with brick throwing.

News-Journal Online reports:

Twin 52-year-old brothers are facing the same charge after throwing bricks at each other during an argument, Orange City police said.

Michael and James Remelius were arguing with each other in the front yard of a home in the 600 block of Howard Avenue about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday when Michael picked up a brick and threatened to throw it at his brother, according to a police report. James then picked up a brick in a threatening manner.

Michael threw his brick and hit his brother in the leg, causing a small cut, according to the report. James then threw his brick and struck Michael in the right eye, causing bleeding and swelling.

The brothers were both charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and taken to Volusia County Branch Jail, where James was being held Wednesday on $25,000 bail, records show.

Michael’s bail is set at $20,000.

Dear Bossip,

My name is DC, and my ex and I have dated for about 7 months before she got pregnant.

Things seemed fine until I started to feel uncomfortable with the male friends she had. She told me not to worry and that they were friends and that’s it.

Well, Thanksgiving comes around and I go to her family’s house. She spent most of the day and evening texting and Snap-chatting with a male friend, which at that point I became upset, but I did not say anything. Later that night she said she was going to go Black Friday shopping with some friends, and she ended up sleeping with that guy in the car. She avoided talking to me until Sunday night, which is when she told me. I forgave her and tried to move past it.

Towards the end of the following month she became pregnant. I was so excited and things seemed fine until the 9^th week of her pregnancy in which she started pushing me away. And, then I found out she had met another guy named Nic.

Now, the 11^th week of pregnancy she tells me she needs a break from us. Then 2 weeks after that she tells me that we are not going to work and we need to move on. She has completely ignored my calls and texts up until the 22^nd week of her pregnancy only to inform me of the ultrasound appointment. I went to that and she did not talk to me much just “hello” and “good bye.”

I texted her the next day to talk and we setup a lunch date for the following weekend. Once at lunch she asked if I was dating and I replied no. Then, she said I should and she was going to after the baby gets settled in. After lunch she returned to not talking to me. What do I do? I love her and want to be a family, and I don’t understand why she is treating me and acting this way. Please help! – Wants To Be A Father

Dear Mr. Wants To Be A Father,

Uhm, sir….are you sure that the child she is carrying is yours? You’re so desperate to be a father, and to be a family that perhaps she is trying to spare you the heartache in learning that you are not the father of the child.

I mean, bruh, come on! Look at how she is treating you, and the amount of dudes she is casually seeing, dating, and having sex with. Open your eyes, dude. Open your eyes!

First, you have only known her for 7 months before you she became pregnant. Seven months, and you are talking about you love her, but from the very beginning you were uncomfortable with her male friends. She told you not to worry and that they were ‘just friends.’ Sir, that was clue number one. She’s maintaining ‘friendships’ with other men while she is dating you. SMDH! If the shoe were on the other foot and you were maintaining friendships with your so-called female friends how do you think she, or any other woman would feel about you texting and calling other women and you’re supposedly in a relationship? Don’t be a fool!

Second, she invited you to her family’s house for Thanksgiving, but she spent the time texting and Snap-chatting with a male friend. You opted not to say anything. Clue number two. You should have checked that behavior, and said something. But, you’ve allowed this to go on since the beginning when you stated you were uncomfortable with her keeping contact with her male friends. If it really bothered you, then, you should have really indicated that and not have allowed it to continue. So, since you didn’t say or do anything, she feel it’s okay and she can do whatever she wants. Therefore, she invites you out to be with her and her family for the holiday, but she is spending time on her phone with someone else. It’s rude, and it’s inconsiderate. Any person who invites you someplace and spends their time on their phone instead of engaging with you is rude and inconsiderate.

Third, she lied to you about where she was going after the dinner, and she slept with the same dude she was texting and Snap-chatting. AND!!!! She slept with him in the car! Lawd, bruh, she slept with dude in the car! That’s just ratchet and trifling. Then, she avoids you until the weekend, and when you do talk she confesses about sleeping him, and you take her back? Why? She cheated on you and slept with a dude in his car. That was your chance to take your exit and leave her and her ratchet behavior behind.

Next, she meets another dude during the 9^th month of her pregnancy, you learn about it, and you are still trying to have a relationship? She then tells you that she needs a break, and for you to move on. Bruh, what more of a clue do you need that she doesn’t want you or to be bothered with you? She is community p***y. Everyone is getting it in. She is spreading her legs for any dude that steps to her. Heed the advice and let her go and move on.

Then, you don’t even hear from her until months later when she invites you to the ultrasound and she doesn’t even acknowledge you. That –ish is low down and trifling. But, you are holding out for hope and that you and she will be a family. Then, you invite her to lunch the next weekend and she tells you to move on and date other people. She told you that she is going to see other people once the baby is settled. HUH?? Come on, dude! She doesn’t want you.

You deserve better. You don’t need someone who treats you like another random dude she’s spreading her legs for. How she is treating you and dogging you out and being disrespectful toward you is uncalled for. Please open your eyes and start thinking about things clearly.

I gather she feels that she has found a gullible and straight up p***y whipped dude in you. She is trying to trap you into sponsoring her child. I mean, come on! I bet you haven’t even slept with her since learning she was pregnant. That gush-gush juice got you feigning. You better let it go, and wake up. That child may not be yours. As soon as the child is born you demand a DNA test. Don’t be so quick and naïve on this child, and in wanting to make something happen between you and her.

It’s time for you to let it go and let her go. She has shown you who she is. She is not and will not EVER be faithful to you. Why do you want to be with her so badly? You don’t even really know her! You’ve only known her 7 months and you were already running up in her raw. So, image the other dudes she’s been keeping company with and how many of them have been chopping her down with no condom. She can sleep with a dude in his car with no problem, and I’m sure she wasn’t thinking of using a condom. If she doesn’t care about herself, then why are you investing in her?

Look, you may want to be a father, and you may want to have a family. You didn’t indicate why you are so desperate for a child, or to have a woman, but you need to work on you and find out why are you desiring this. Why are you allowing yourself to be misused and mistreated by this woman? Why are you putting up with this woman who is sleeping around and pushing you away, but you can’t take the hint or clue that she doesn’t want to be bothered with you? Dude. Stop. Start thinking. And, look at the reality of this situation. She’s sleeping around. She’s been sleeping around since you’ve been dating. You don’t deserve this. You are better than this and her. If she keeps telling you that she doesn’t want to be bothered, then stop trying to force this situation. It’s over. She’s moved on. She’s doesn’t want you. You’re going to have to get a backbone, let your nuts hang, and stop this pandering after her. Let it go, bruh! She’s not worth you. And, make sure you get a DNA test on the child. Woman Facing Bribery Charges For Offering To Lick Police Officer

A Louisiana woman was recently arrested after authorities say she tried to bribe an officer by offering to “lick his butt hole” if he didn’t arrest her.

The Smoking Gun reports:

A Louisiana woman is facing a public bribery charge after allegedly making an indecent proposal to the cop who arrested her for pummeling her live-in boyfriend, according to court records.

Diane Thomas, 52, was busted earlier this month for punching her beau in the face “multiple times” and scratching him with her fingernails during a confrontation in the couple’s Monroe home.

When Thomas was read her Miranda rights by a Monroe Police Department officer, she stated that her boyfriend was a “bitch,” adding that he “got in her face so she beat his ass,” according to a May 16 probable cause affidavit.

After Thomas was handcuffed, she told Corporal Chris Ballard that she could not go to jail since she “has a good job.”

At that point, Thomas allegedly made Ballard an offer he would refuse.

“If you won’t take me to jail I will get on my knees right now,” she reportedly declared. “Officer I will even lick your butt hole.”

Already facing a misdemeanor domestic abuse charge, Thomas was then hit with a felony public bribery count for allegedly offering to lick Corporal Ballard.

Lebron James And The Cleveland Cavaliers Win Eastern Conference Championship

For the 5th consecutive time, we will watch Lebron James in the NBA Finals.

The Hawks gave the Cavaliers everything they had in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, but still came up short in an overtime loss thanks to an incredibly brilliant performance from LeBron James.

Once Game 4 began, with Cleveland looking to close out the series at home, it was clear that Atlanta simply had nothing left.

The Cavaliers steamrolled the Hawks 118-88 to win the Eastern Conference crown, and advance to the NBA Finals.

While Cleveland will be experiencing its first trip to the championship round since 2007, this is beginning to be a regular occurrence for LeBron — he’s the first player (along with teammate James Jones) to make five straight Finals appearances since several members of the 1966 Boston Celtics.

James dragged his team to victory in Game 3, but didn’t need to do nearly as much of the heavy lifting in this one. He finished with 23 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, but didn’t play the entire fourth quarter due to the lead never dropping below 22 points.

Petition Started To Strip Iggy Azalea Of Her Billboard Award

After taking home the Billboard Award for “Top Rap Song” for “Fancy” Iggy Azalea got relentlessly roasted by fans who thought she didn’t deserve it.

People have taken things a step further however and are now petitioning Billboard to strip her of the award citing the song’s release date.

According to petitioners, “Fancy” was released after Billboard’s deadline and should have been ineligible for the award. Instead Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” should have won.

Iggy Azalea’s 2015 Billboard Award for Best Song has been proven invalid. The eligibility time period for nominations is March 10th, 2014 through March 2015. “Fancy” was released on February 17th, 2014, nearly a month before the eligibility starting. This is unfair to the other nominees in these category, especially to “Anaconda” by Nicki Minaj, who most likely would’ve won. Billboard did not follow their own guidelines and should have to recalculate these nominations without “Fancy” as a nominee.

Drunk Driver Says Man “Fell From The Sky” And Drove Her Car

A super slizzed Irish woman was recently arrested after authorities say she was so drunk while driving that she claimed a man “dropped from the sky” and drove her car.

PortaDownTimes reports:

A drunken woman who was sitting in the driver’s seat of a car after she had struck a parked vehicle was ‘smiling and laughing’.

And she told police that a man had dropped out of the sky and driven the car.

Angelika Wierzchowska (26), Bells Row Court, Lurgan, appeared last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.

For driving with excess alcohol on February 21 this year she was sentenced to three months in prison, suspended for two years, and banned from driving for 18 months.

The court heard that around 2am in Rectory Park, Lurgan, a member of the public reported a car being driven by a blonde female who seemed to be drunk.

When police arrived they found the defendant sitting in the driver’s seat of the car which was stationary in the centre of the road.

She was smiling and laughing, there was a strong smell of intoxicating liquor on her breath and her speech was slurred. The car keys were on her lap.

She confirmed she was the owner of the car but there was no insurance in place. A car parked 40 feet away had been damaged.

The defendant failed a roadside test and on her way to the custody suite she said ‘will I not be able to drive for a year’.

At the station an evidential breath test gave a reading of 104 – the limit is 35.

When she was interviewed she denied driving and said that ‘a man dropped from the sky’ and drove to the scene of the collision before disappearing.

Fraternity Shut Down Over Nude Photo Scandal

Sounds like these guys were living in a modern day “Animal House.”

According to NY Daily News reports:

The perverted Penn State fraternity that had secret Facebook pages for naked pictures of women will be shut down for at least three years, school officials announced Tuesday.

The Kappa Delta Rho chapter “promoted a culture of harassing behavior and degradation of women,” Penn State’s vice president for student affairs, Damon Sims, said in a letter about the decision.

Sims told the school’s Interfraternity Council that Penn State was overriding that group’s recommendation of letting the frat remain active so it could rehabilitate its image and practices.

The Kappa Delta Rho chapter already got suspended in March for the rest of the spring semester, after a former member showed campus police secret pages where several members posted pictures of naked women — some who appeared to be unconscious — and also discussed drug deals and hazing rituals.

The page persistently humiliated two female students in particular, “who were degraded through multiple postings,” according to the Sims’ letter to the Interfraternity Council.

The investigation into the frat’s Facebook pages also revealed a history of drug sales, underage drinking, sexual harassment and hazing of pledges, including coerced boxing matches and making recruits maintain a painful pushup position, called a “plank,” with bottle caps put under their elbows. Pledges also had to create stories using pornographic images and come up with a “sex position of the day,” the school said in a release.

Sims noted that not all members of the frat were guilty of those twisted acts, but he said “the sum of the organizational misbehaviors is far more than the University can tolerate.”

Mom Leaves Son Home Alone To Party Memorial Day Weekend

A Virginia mother is facing charges after she allegedly left her 8-year-old son home alone during Memorial Day weekend.

Kionna Moret, 27,is facing charges for child neglect and child endangerment after a neighbor filed a police report about her son being left by himself.

A neighborhood woman said her teenager was kicking a ball around outside Saturday when the little boy came to play, according to WAVY.

The woman’s son told her that the 8-year-old was left home when his mom went to South Carolina. That’s when the woman decided to talk to the little boy herself.

“I looked over at him and said, ‘Hey, is your mom home? I need to talk to her.’ He got very hesitant and I said again, ‘I need to talk to your mother. Is she home?’ He hesitated again and he said ‘no,’” the woman told WAVY.

That’s when the little boy said his mom wouldn’t be home until Monday.

Moret left her son with pre-made corned beef hash and pizza for food and a cell phone to call her every hour.

The boy told the woman his mom wanted to make sure her travel plans were a secret.

“He said his mother had told him that she would spank him until he could not sit down if he told anybody,” said the woman.

The 8-year-old is now in the custody of Child Protective Services, according to WAVY.

Golden State Warriors Beat Houston Rockets To Advance To NBA Finals

The NBA owes a debt of gratitude to Lil B for helping to create the best possible NBA Finals matchup for marketing purposes.

Breaking down the Golden State Warriors’ 104-90 win over the Houston Rockets on Wednesday that clinched the Western Conference finals by a 4-1 margin.

What happened: The Warriors reached the NBA Finals, something that hasn’t been said or written in four decades. That Golden State team was able to finish the job, with Rick Barry & Co. sweeping the Washington Bullets in just their third season in Oakland after moving from San Francisco.

The modern-day version got there by way of a slop-fest against the Houston Rockets that counted as a series-deciding victory nonetheless. They will now face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Finals. The Warriors started to pull away in the third quarter, using a 7-0 run to lead 74-65, and keeping the reckless Rockets at bay from there.

Just one game after giving up 128 points to Houston, the Warriors’ defense got the job done in this one as the Rockets shot 35.1%. James Harden, such a force in Houston’s Game 4 win with his 45-point outing, had his worst game of the year at the worst possible time.

Chef Harden cooking sloppy joes: The poor shooting would have been bad enough, Harden hitting 2 of 10 shots in 44 minutes. Then there was the defense, with Harden letting Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson get loose for an efficient 20-point night (8-of-14 shooting). But Chef Harden treated the ball as if he were grabbing a hot plate with no gloves, turning it over a remarkable 13 times and setting a league record for giveaways in a playoff game. The previous record holder was “Super” John Williamson (1979, 11).

Congrats to “The Splash Brothers” and the rest of the Warriors franchise.
