An investigation is currently ongoing into yet another death of an unarmed black man killed by police.

Newly released footage shows 36-year-old Jerame Reid of New Jersey being gunned down while his hands are raised.

When police in Bridgeton, N.J., pulled over Leroy Tutt’s on the night of Dec. 30, it was because he had rolled through a stop sign. Minutes later, his passenger, 36-year-old Jerame Reid, was killed in a hail of bullets fired by officers Braheme Days and Roger Worley.

The Bridgeton Police Department has now released dash-cam footage of the fatal encounter, in which Officer Days, who is black, approaches the passenger window and asks for Tutt’s license.

After spotting a gun in the glove department, both Days and Worley, a white man, draw their weapons, with Days warning Tutt and Reid not to move.

“Show me your f******* hands!” Days yells as he struggles with the car door. “Don’t you f***** move! I’m telling you, I’m going to shoot you. You’re going to be f***** dead … Jerame, you reach for something, you’re going to be f***** dead.”

“Let me out of the f***** car,” Reid says, finally emerging with his hands in front of his chest, at which point both Worley and Days open fire, killing him.

Tutt, whose raised hands are visible throughout, then lies down in the street to be handcuffed.

Days and Worley are on administrative leave while the department investigates their use of deadly force.

Days had arrested Reid the previous summer “on charges of obstruction, resisting arrest, possession of narcotics and failure to appear in Millville Municipal Court.

This footage is soooo disturbing, he CLEARLY had his hands up.

Jennifer Aniston, 45, has definitely moved on from her messy split from ex, Brad Pitt! The beautiful Friends actress revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that she doesn’t harbor any ill will towards Brad and his wife, Angelina Jolie.

It sounds like her relationship with her ex, is extremely friendly and that she harbors no ill will towards him at all. “We’re not in daily communication. But we wish nothing but wonderful things for each other.”

She even dished about his relationship with Angelina while they were still married. “Nobody did anything wrong. You know what I mean?” she dished to the publication. “It was just like, sometimes things [happen]. If the world only could just stop with the stupid, soap-opera bulls–t. There’s no story. I mean, at this point it’s starting to become—please, give more credit to these human beings.”

It sounds like Jennifer not only is fine with her ex, but is also on good terms with Angelina as well. As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Jennifer revealed to Entertainment Tonight that she thinks the stories about their feud are coming to an end.

“I think that’s slowly coming to an end. I really do,” she revealed. “I think it’s time people stop with that petty B.S. and just start celebrating great work and stop with the petty kind of silliness.”

Looks like that beef is finally squashed. Or, at least she’s tired of talking about it…

There’s really no telling how your significant other will react to finding out that you’re cheating and one husband did the absolute most recently when he learned that his wife was getting her side-swerve on behind his back.

A married man had Reddit captivated this weekend as he live-blogged his discovery that his wife was cheating on him. (We should have seen this one coming after that guy live-tweeted a breakup.)

The whole thread is more than 10,000 words, encompassing the man finding out, hiring a private investigator to tail his wife, and his realization that his sister-in-law is probably cheating, too. We’ll give you the highlight reel but it’s well worth reading the whole thing on Reddit.

The husband, who updated for three days straight, first introduced himself and his wife Jenny to the Reddit community:

My wife (Jenny) and I have been married for 8 years. We met when we were 22 and we had both just graduated from university. It’s been great so far, we haven’t had a huge argument where we’ve had to separate for a period of time or anything like that. Also, we have given each other our passwords to our phones and personal emails.

Well, Jenny was sleeping this morning and my brother shot her a text. My brother’s wife (Carly) and Jenny are planning on going out of town for a get-away while my brother, I, and some friends are going to watch football on Sunday and hang out during the weekend. He was asking Jenny to text Carly on his phone because Carly dropped her phone in the toilet. My brother and Carly were basically sharing phones for the time being till she gets a new phone.

I decided to open up the phone and reply something stupid and funny in order to embarrass Jenny. So I opened up the iMessage app and went to read their previous conversation to see what was happening, so I could tell a relevant joke. 2nd to the top of the list of conversations was a chat with a guy/girl named Zack. I didn’t know who Zack was, but the most recent thing he sent her was “<3 gn”. I was curious, so I put off replying to my brother and opened up Jenny and Zack’s chat.

To my horror, there was sexually explicit talk of what he wanted to do to Jenny when she “crawled up next to his sack.” What a filthy beast. I scroll up, and there are multiple nudes from both of them waiting for me to discover. Most of them are dated sometime between 1-4am (usually I’m sleeping then, smart.) so I knew she was obviously trying to hide it from me.

I realized my wife is cheating on me. I took a moment to realize that this was the end of our marriage. All of our happy times, our foreign trips, and our romantic nights must have meant nothing to her. I put the phone down and went to the bathroom to freshen up while Jenny was still sleeping.

Working off recommendations from the Reddit community, the guy hired a divorce attorney and a private investigator to track his cheating missus and his sister-in-law Carly on their "girls" weekend.

As the Redditor expected, his wife met up with Zack at his place — but Carly met up with someone, too, and they all convened at a hotel.

(4:04pm) 1/17/2015: They have arrived at the hotel. Zack, Jenny, and stranger are heading into the hotel, Carly is inside the hotel somewhere. The stranger is probably the person Carly is having an affair with I'm guessing. If the stranger was a hitman, I'd think he'd be a bit taller or muscular. He looks like an average guy, although he's fairly short. Not sure how the PI can go about following without looking suspicious.

(4:11pm) 1/17/2015: My PI followed them into the lobby, Jenny picked up a room key and all 3 of them headed for the elevator. We're essentially blind right now, we don't know what's going on in the hotel room(s). PI want's to know if he should stakeout the hotel or if we should call it a day? It seems like they'll spend the rest of the day in the hotel and they'll also sleep together there…

(4:16pm) 1/17/2015: Okay, so essentially all four of them are inside the hotel doing something, most likely having sex. The thought of my wife having sex with another man makes me want to puke, but I'm coping. There is no way for my PI to get upstairs in the hotel or to find out what's going on in there. He'll stake out the hotel for a few more hours before heading home.

Dayyyyyum Gina! Bet this woman wished she’d have thought twice before bustin’ it open for the next guy now!

Iggy Azalea Speaks On Her Role In Hip Hop In GQ Magazine

Iggy Azalea sat for an interview with GQ just ahead of her big night at the Grammys, and seemed to be really feeling herself. The rapper told the mag that Hip Hop, a genre which Q-tip tried to explain to her was created for and by urban youth, didn’t represent people like her very much — tall, white, blonde, model-built Australian women — so her voice is necessary. People say some harsh things about you. What helps you bear up under that?
Uh, awards season helps. Anytime where people get to choose who they want to have a voice and they choose me, I just think that makes it worth it. And that gives me the patience to just bite my tongue. When people choose me as the person they think should be speaking for them, I think, Well, I don’t really care what someone in the industry or another artist has to say about it. Your opinion is biased anyway, because you want people to listen to your voice. So having actual people who choose me, it makes me think, I have a place, and I don’t care what other people have to say about it. I was a fan of rap music growing up, and I didn’t feel like there were enough characters that represented me and my situation. So I think it’s needed.

Um…when exactly does Iggy bite her tongue on this topic?? But wait, there’s more. The Aussie starlet also says she’s brought about a change in what’s accepted as “real Hip Hop:”

Fast-forward to the end of your career. What do you want your legacy to be?
You never know how long you’ll be in people’s good graces, especially in this business. So I hope it’s long—but I could be here for three or four years and then be out, like most artists. So it depends. I might be here for a long time. At the very worst, if I have a short-lived career, at least I could say I sparked a change—that I inspired some leniency in what people accept in hip-hop. And if I have a very long career and can be gyrating in a leotard at 35, that would be great.

Kylie Jenner doesn’t have any defined talent or path that has been made public as of yet, but apparently the reality star feels like juggling school and Tyga’s balls her career has gotten to be just too much for her. The 17-year-old reality star has ditched her at-home school program, sources tell Life & Style.

“Kylie quit homeschool a few months ago,” a family insider tells the magazine. “She told her mom is was getting in the way of her career, and that she wanted to focus her energies on building her personal brand and making money.”

Though most mothers would be outraged with such an impulsive move, momager Kris Jenner allegedly didn’t bat an eye.

“Kris gave in,” the insider adds of the 59-year-old, who as Radar exclusively reported, allows Kylie to have sleepovers with 25-year-old boyfriend Tyga. “She feels the girls are smart and savvy and they don’t need a piece of paper to show that.”

However, the rebellious teen’s “bad cop” parent, dad Bruce, isn’t thrilled with his daughter’s shocking decision.

“He was pissed when he found out that Kylie dropped out,” the source recalls. “Of course, he blames Kris!”

But a source is now saying that Leo has been Rih’s lowkey fallback peen for years…their late-night secret smash sessions are just getting much more frequent now that both stars are single and unattached.

Paula Patton Testifies For Robin Thicke

Paula and Robin will reunite once again — this time to team up against Marvin Gaye’s estate and their claims that Robin stole elements from “Got To Give It Up” for his smash hit “Blurred Lines.” Via MailOnline:

Paula Patton has been called by her estranged husband Robin Thicke to testify in the Blurred Lines copyright infringement case lodged against him by the family of Marvin Gaye.

Thicke, 37, was sued in 2013 by Gaye’s family for allegedly stealing from the Gaye song “Got To Give It Up” for the 2013 hit “Blurred Lines” that was co-created by Thicke and Pharrell Williams.

Patton, 39, was listed as a witness in the federal case headed to trial, according to a report on Wednesday by TMZ.

The couple split in February 2014 after nine years of marriage. They co-parent their four-year-old son Julian.

The lawsuit also contained allegations that Thicke’s hit song “Love After War” improperly used Gaye’s song “After The Dance.”

Patton was expected to testify about “Love After War” as she appeared in the music video with Thicke and allegedly co-wrote the song with him.

A U.S. federal judge in October denied a motion by Thicke and Williams to reject the copyright infringement claims.

U.S. District Judge John A. Kronstadt found there was a a good argument about whether signature phrases, hooks, bass lines, keyboard chords and vocal melodies in “Blurred Lines” and “Got To Give It Up” were the same.

A trial was scheduled to start on February 10 in Los Angeles.

Florida Toddler Dead After Shooting Self In Chest With Father’s Gun

A 2-year-old Florida boy shot and killed himself Wednesday after he got a hold of his dad’s loaded gun, officials said.

Kaleb Ahles’ dad, Kevin Ahles, left the tot alone in his car while the family moved out of their home in the East Lake neighborhood of Tarpon Springs. Then, Kaleb found a gun in the secured glove box and accidentally pulled the trigger, Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said.

“It’s just one of those things that happens wherKevin Ahlese everything lined up the wrong wayf where we had a 2-and-a-half-year-old that was able to take a gun, pick it up, turn it around, and he shot himself dead center in the middle of the chest,” Gualtieri said.

Kaleb fired a single shot into his chest, officials said. His mom, 23-year-old Christina Nigro, and several other family members started CPR.

The 2-year-old was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital around 5 p.m.

Officers are confident the boy pulled the trigger: The shell casing was not fully expelled from the weapon, a sign that the shooter had a weak wrist, Fox 13 explained.

For those wondering, police say:

“The evidence points to the fact that it was in the glove box, that it wasn’t anywhere else. That it wasn’t carelessness,” Gualtieri said. “Sometimes, bad things happen.”

The Sheriff’s office is investigating, but Kevin Ahles, 23, likely will not face charged, officers said.

“I don’t think anybody can punish these parents any more than what they’ve been punished,” Gualtieri said, according to WFLA.

That may be true, but is there not something “careless” about having a loaded firearm anywhere within a child’s reach?

Remember the so-called “cannibal cop” who got busted after he plotted to kidnap, rape and eat some “[dead] girl meat” for Thanksgiving???

Well he’s out of jail and apparently looking for love.

He just wanted to “meat” a nice lady — but “Cannibal Cop” Gilberto Valle’s online dating profile was yanked Wednesday even after he removed a line about being “kinky ;).”

The disgraced former cop — who set up a Match.com profile listing “cooking” as a hobby — first chopped a line from the profile declaring kinky gals get “bonus points,” after The Post asked him for a comment on it Tuesday.

But on Wednesday — after The Post revealed he was hungry for romance — Match.com kicked him off.

Valle — who was convicted of plotting to cook and eat his now-ex-wife before a judge tossed the verdict in July — said he is simply trying to gobble up the most out of life.

“I’m just starting my life again. I don’t want to talk about it,” he said before rushing off.

Michelle Williams had to speak up for Queen Bey once again this week — this time against republican attention seeker politician Mike Huckabee. The Beygency’s VP of defense swung into action while guest-hosting The View on Thursday, calling the possible presidential hopeful to carpet for his comments comparing Jay Z & Beyonce’s marriage and music success to some sort of pimp & ho exchange. Michelle Williams came to the defense of her Destiny’s Child bandmate Beyoncé while co-hosting Thursday’s episode of The View.

Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee had slammed the 33-year-old pop diva for her sexually-assertive demeanor in his book God, Guns, Grits, and Gravy.

“I’ve had so much uproar over half a page in my book,” the 59-year-old presidential hopeful said. “I say she’s the most amazing singer, great set of pipes, unbelievable dancer, and she doesn’t need to do songs like Partition and Drunk in Love in order to be an amazing and effective talent.”

Then the 34-year-old gospel singer – who’s known the 7/11 songstress since 1999 – set the Republican politician straight.

“As someone who has definitely come up in a group with her, has seen her hard work and who she is, I just feel like that album and those songs, it was that one moment where she decided to probably do some songs she has always wanted to do,” the Grammy winner explained to Huckabee.

“To shed that ‘I’m a good girl’ [image]. She had some freedom and she owned it and she took it. I was definitely offended – I’m not the Carter spokesperson – but to hear some of those comments that you said, I thought were very, very low.”

Breezy has already let it be known that he isn’t letting his latest run-in with the law dampen his spirits, and now it looks like he’s letting his IG do the talking on his feelings on the situation.

Chris posted the below caricature of himself to his Instagram this evening. In the pic, the cartoonish Chris holds a placard labeling him “VIOLENT” as he mean mugs the camera:

Hmmm, wonder what this means? Chris didn’t include a caption or the name of the artist who drew the piece (we assume it isn’t his because this isn’t Breezy’s typical art style or medium).

What’s your interpretation? Do you think Chris is implying that he’s been painted as a violent caricature by the media and the LAPD? Or… is it possible he just thinks it’s a dope piece of art?

Things have been quiet for the entire Basketball Wives LA cast since last season’s finale. But newcomer Brittish Williams might just be thinking of a master plan to regain some shine.

Brittish was spotted out last weekend in Atlanta with none other than Love & Hip Hip “bad girl” turned actress Karlie Redd. Apparently the two have been pretty good friends for a while. They were seen blowing hookah smoke and partying it up at Aroma Lounge.

Abandoned Twins Survive Alone For Four Months

Twin 9-year-old boys were left mostly alone in their New Hampshire apartment for four months after their parents took three siblings to Nigeria and left an uncle to care for them, authorities said Thursday.

Manchester police said the uncle, 25-year-old Giobari Atura, told them he would stop by every couple of days to drop off food, but when police got involved in November, they found no edible food in the refrigerator and only ramen noodles in a cabinet.

Atura was charged in December with one count of endangering the welfare of a child and was freed on $500 bail. Atura’s older brother, Jerusalem Monday, left for Nigeria with his wife and three of their children in July, intending to return in August. They told police they were delayed by illness and passport problems.

The case came to light in November when officials at the boys’ school told the state Division of Children, Youth and Families that the twins had been living on their own for months. The kids were getting themselves up and on the bus, then eating breakfast and lunch at school.

In a police affidavit, Atura said he’d stop by the apartment on days that he went to work, but that didn’t happen every day. He said he checked on the boys three days a week and told them to call him if they needed anything.

“It should be noted that no operable phone was located within the apartment,” the affidavit says.

Those poor little boys! Who do you think is most to blame — the uncle for pretty much ignoring his babysitting duties, or the parents for being oblivious to the fact that their sons weren’t being properly cared for?

Willow Smith is catching heat for yet another questionable Instagram snap. The celebrity seed has been accused of posing topless way before it’s age appropriate…sort of. She’s actually wearing a shirt in the pic in question, but a quick glance at the photo might lead you to think otherwise…

Willow’s top, a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier T-shirt that features naked breasts — is causing quite an uproar on social media from folks who think the 14-year-old is too young for such a provocative fashion statement.

Claudia Jordan Explains Why She Didn’t Accept NeNe Leakes’ Apology

According to Jordan it wasn’t the comment about her multiracial background that was unforgivable, it was Leakes’ remarks about her being a “whore” whose “cl*t has left her body.”

NeNe’s harsh words were apparently especially hurtful to Jordan because the reality star is a victim of sex abuse.

Some may think I’m a pit bull or that I was wrong for not accepting NeNe’s weak apology. Well I don’t know how these ladies do it, but where I’m from apologies for bad actions usually come with an explanation so there is an understanding as to why it happened in the first place. That was my entire point for pressing NeNe. I wanted to know why that was the go-to thing to attack me with — my integrity as a woman.

I’ve experienced lots of things in my life, I know a thing or two about sexual abuse, so for me to be called a “whore” and have someone talking about my private parts is for sure a trigger. I don’t want to get into all the ugly details, but let’s just say my life was affected by that word, and it is something that cuts me deep. It seems that has followed me throughout my life. Maybe because I am considered somewhat attractive, the go-to insults are “whore, ho, b***, and slut.”

I remember not being able to have sex for years after what happened to me, and men getting frustrated with me and again using that word to hurt me when that was the furthest thing from the truth. I wish people would be careful with the words they chose to use, because you never know someone’s back story. So I was demanding NeNe tell me why she was calling me a whore, and she refused to answer that question, so that was why it was so difficult for me to accept a simple, “Well, I’m sorry!”
