Looks like Mona Scott-Young and her co-horts at VH1 have yet another public relations battle to fight against a bevy of black voices who have spoken out against her latest morally questionable reality TV endeavor, Sorority Sisters.
Outraged Greek’s have taken to social media to plead with the companies that have purchased ad space during the hour-long drama fest to discontinue their support, and turn off the faucet of cash teeming down into the wallets of smiling corporate opportunists.
Tweets were also sent to influential sorors who were implored to use their voices to help shut isht down.

Man Arrested For Smoking Pot Inside Police Station

A Pennsylvania man was arrested after he lit up a marijuana joint inside a police station — and then defecated on a holding cell’s floor.
Cops believe Carlen Higgs was high on PCP when he walked into Upper Darby Police Department’s HQ in West Chester Pike at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, reports Philly.com.
“He was ranting and raving and demanding to see a police officer,” said Upper Darby Superintendent Michael Chitwood.
The 33-year-old allegedly sat down on a bench and sparked up a doobie.
When Chitwood tried to speak to him, he reportedly tossed the herbal cigarette to the ground.
Higgs was arrested and placed in a holding cell – where he allegedly took off his clothes and evacuated his bowels on the ground.
He is then accused of smearing his excrement on the walls.
Chitwood said Higgs had a “nasty criminal record” dating back to 2000 – which include terrorist threats and assault — and was “likely pretty whacked out” when he arrived at the station.

Bill O’Reilly advised black Americans to wear t-shirts that say “Don’t Get Pregnant At 14″ and “Don’t Abandon Your Children” during a segment with Martin Luther King Jr.’s son on Wednesday night.
Guest Martin Luther King III told the host of “The O’Reilly Factor” that America needs to hear a unifying message amid recent racial turmoil. O’Reilly interjected with his suggestion for “a pathway to success” for black people.
“Don’t abandon your children. Don’t get pregnant at 14. Don’t allow your neighborhoods to deteriorate into free-fire zones. That’s what the African American community should have on their T-shirts,” he said.
“Am I wrong?” O’Reilly asked his guest.
King almost immediately segued to a different point. “Well, I think that’s a part of it, but that’s not the entirety,” he said, going on to say Americans need to address more than just police misconduct.

Woman Files Trademark Application For I Can’t Breathe
An Illinois woman is seeking to trademark the dying last words of the New York City man who gasped “I can’t breathe” while being arrested by NYPD cops for selling loose cigarettes.

In a December 13 application, Catherine Crump petitioned the United States Patent and Trademark Office to register the phrase for use on hoodies and t-shirts for men, women, boys, girls, and infants.
The 57-year-old Crump, who lives in Waukegan, a city 40 miles north of Chicago, contends that she has been using “I can’t breathe” for commercial purposes since “at least as early” as August 18, one month after Eric Garner, 43, died following a confrontation with police on Staten Island.
A video of the encounter captured Garner repeatedly saying, “I can’t breathe” as Officer Daniel Pantaleo wrapped his arm around the 350-pound suspect’s neck. Other officers sought to pin Garner to the sidewalk so he could be handcuffed. A Staten Island grand jury earlier this month declined to indict Pantaleo in connection with Garner’s death.
During nationwide marches, participants have chanted “I can’t breathe” as part of protests against police brutality.
In an interview, Crump said that she had “nothing to do with the Garner family,” and had not spoken to them about her trademark bid. While claiming that her purpose for marketing “I can’t breathe” garments was not to make money, she declined to disclose what other reason there was for her trademark filing (which cost $325).
Three similar entrepreneurs have filed to trademark the phrase “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” for use on clothing items. Each of those USPTO applications was filed within three weeks of the August 9 death of Michael Brown, the unarmed teenager who was shot to death by a cop in Ferguson, Missouri.
