After being arrested, a Wisconsin couple had sex in the back of a police cruiser, an encounter that was interrupted when a cop heard the woman “begin to moan loudly” while her legs were “touching the ceiling” of the vehicle, according to a criminal complaint.
Heather Basten, 29, and Travis Husnik, 33, were taken into custody by Oconto County Sheriff’s Department deputies after their car was spotted drifting into oncoming traffic on August 3.
During questioning by cops, Basten, who was driving, and Husnik admitted they had been drinking. A deputy noted that there were two open cans of Busch Light on the car’s floorboard, and that Husnik “indicated one been belonged to him and the other to Heather.”
Husnik, who was on probation, was handcuffed and placed in the rear of a police cruiser. He was soon joined there by Basten, who was driving without a license and had a used syringe in her purse. Basten reportedly said that she “used to shoot up meth with it.”
While subsequently transporting the suspects, Deputy Adam Zahn “observed Travis lay onto of Heather in the backseat.” The cop then saw “Heather’s legs go up touching the ceiling and heard her begin to moan loudly.”
Zahn stopped the cruiser, opened the rear door, and saw “Travis onto of Heather having sexual intercourse.” The complaint does not indicate whether the lovebirds were handcuffed (though it seems likely).
Husnik’s pants and underwear were around his ankles and Basten’s shorts were “hiked up.” Which allowed Zahn to “see both of their privates,” the complaint notes.
Details of the couple’s autoeroticism emerged following their recent Circuit Court sentencing. Husnik, a convicted felon with a lengthy rap sheet, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for lewd and lascivious conduct. Basten, who pleaded guilty to drunk driving and disorderly conduct, was sentenced to 48 days in custody and hit with fines and fees totaling $1236.
Well, that’s disgusting.

Looks like all that begging couldn’t make up for years of drugging and dirty dogging. After moving out and living separately from Robin for the better part of this year, Paula Patton has finally filed those papers and is saying an official “adios” to the married life. Via RadarOnline:
Despite countless attempts to woo back his wife, Robin Thicke just couldn’t hack it. Paula Patton has filed for divorce from the “Blurred Lines” singer, according to reports.
The actress is citing irreconcilable differences, but is looking for joint custody of their 4-year-old son, Julian.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Patton had moved out of their marital home and into a home she purchased in Monte Nido, Calif., which made the split seem inevitable. Thicke, 37, has since sold the home he and his wife once shared.

Now Mariah Carey has asked her longtime pal Nas to help find her a new man, according to Us Weekly on Wednesday.
An insider told the publication the 44-year-old ‘texted Nas, wondering if he had any friends she could go out with — or even just hook up with. But Nas is nervous to introduce her to anyone.’
Mariah is a longtime friend of the 41-year-old rapper, whose real name is Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones.
The pair collaborated on the song Dedicated on her new album Me. I Am Mariah…The Elusive Chanteuse.
They are so close that last year it was rumored that she and the Nasty star were having an affair, something Nick laughed off in an interview with Howard Stern in April.
The America’s Got Talent host told the shock jock: ‘Nas is a friend of mine, he’s a friend of hers. She went to his birthday party, and I think it was in L.A.
‘We actually talked about this before. It’d be very difficult to make me jealous.’

Is the care of Black Ebola patients secondary?
The Texas Ebola patient has succumbed to the effects of the deadly disease. However, we already know of multiple cases of White Americans infected with Ebola who have made recoveries from their seemingly deadly condition. Is it any coincidence that the man of African heritage didn’t receive all the experimental treatments and emergency care that others in his same condition have been treated to since this epidemic surfaced? Family and friends of the first person to die of Ebola in the United States condemned the medical care that Thomas Eric Duncan received and called for a full examination of the case.
Duncan, 42, who was from Liberia, died Wednesday in Dallas after being infected with Ebola in Africa. He had been in isolation, being treated with an experimental drug, since Sept. 28.
Hours after Duncan’s death was announced, his fiancee, Louise Troh, called for an examination of how Duncan was treated.
“I trust a thorough examination will take place regarding all aspects of his care,” she said in a statement.
Duncan, who had left Liberia Sept. 19, was treated at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital with the experimental antiviral drug brincidofovir.
However, he did not receive any transfusion of blood from an Ebola patient who had recovered. That treatment is considered experimental and was used on another American who has since recovered.
There also are questions about how Duncan was treated when he first arrived at the hospital Sept. 25, complaining of symptoms and telling personnel that he had traveled from West Africa. The travel information should have been a warning sign, officials have said.
Duncan was released with antibiotics. He was rushed back to the hospital three days later with more severe symptoms.
Troh’s daughter, Youngor Jallah, condemned the hospital’s actions. “The hospital didn’t treat him right,” Jallah said.
“That’s what everybody thinks,” added Aaron Yah, the father of four children with Jallah.
But what it really all boils down to — according to Duncan’s family and lawyer — is the fact that he was Black and uninsured…thus not really “worthy” of the hospital’s time and attention.
Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price, who is black, raised questions over whether Duncan was initially released from a Dallas hospital because of his race and lack of health insurance.
“The real elephant in the room is, the man was black, he had no insurance, and therefore he was basically turned away,” Price told the Los Angeles Times.
When asked how he knew Duncan didn’t have insurance, Price said, “If he had pulled out an insurance card, he wouldn’t have had a problem. I’m willing to stake my life on the fact he didn’t have insurance. He’s from Liberia!”
Price called Texas Health Presbyterian a “boutique” hospital that doesn’t normally serve indigent patients.
Price added: “I make the claim, we know he didn’t have insurance, and he was black. They did what they traditionally do: They gave him some pills and sent him on his way, basically ignoring all the CDC protocols.
“If you’re of color and present without insurance — they’re not going to call it ‘dumping,’ but in the final analysis, that’s basically what they did,” he said.
A hospital spokesman responded: “Mr. Duncan was treated the way any other patient would have been treated, regardless of nationality or ability to pay for care. We have a long history of treating a multicultural community in this area.”
Hey, maybe the hospital would have ignored anyone who came in very obviously ill. But the situation does raise a few red flags. What do you think? Did their lack of value of Black life and the uninsured move the hospital to disregard Duncan’s symptoms early on — and possibly lead to his death?
Those trigger-happy STL cops strike again…

Homicide detectives from the St. Louis police department have been called to the scene of a fatal officer involved shooting in the 4100 block of Shaw Blvd. in south St. Louis.
The shooting occurred around 7:30 pm.
Police say an off-duty officer working a second job attempted pedestrian check. The suspect fled on foot, and officer pursed the suspect. The suspect turned and fired at the officer. The officer fearing for his life returned fire fatally wounding the suspect.
A crowd has gathered at the corner store at Klemm next to the Shaw Market. Some in the crowd say the suspect in his 20’s, was shot 16 times. They also say the suspect was only armed with a sandwich.
Details are still fuzzy on this one, and developments are still rolling in. But we want to know: – what gives this cop the right to randomly check people while not on duty in the first place…and why were SO MANY shots necessary?? If he landed 16 shots, how many do you think he fired off?

Well here’s that “proof” Kendra Wilkinson says she didn’t exactly have. Although she seems pretty hell-bent on giving her husband Hank Baskett the benefit of the doubt and acting like the transgender model’s story is as fake as her lady business, audio doesn’t lie. In a new recording leaked late last night, “Hank” can be heard bribing his audibly disappointed (and very mannish-voiced) part-time plaything with periodic $400 dollar payment installments and the occasional restaurant gift card in exchange for her silence on their affair.

Although Kendra Wilkinson seems to be dead set on supporting her philandering husband, Hank Baskett, despite having allegedly cheated on her with a transsexual model, more material has surfaced that could change her mind.
In a new, never-before-published audio recording obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, “Hank” is heard bribing Ava Sabrina London with $5,000 to stay quiet. When the model requests her money ASAP, “Hank” says he’ll have to “take care of her within a year” because he and Wilkinson have a “shared bank account.”
When London doesn’t believe the caller, he assures her that he will “make deposits to her periodically.” He even goes so far as to swear on his children when she claims he is lying to her. Although he can’t pay it “all up front,” he promises to get her a gift certificate to a “nice restaurant” in the meantime for promising her silence.
As Radar reported, there were other audio recordings that caught “Hank” bribing the transsexual model.
“I just wanted to confirm that you hadn’t said anything,” “Hank” tells London on the tapes. “They just said two weeks before Kendra was pregnant that I hooked up … I hate to say it ‘cause I would never say this word, but they said I hooked up with a tranny.”
“I didn’t say nothing,” London reassures the caller.
London informed the caller that despite being offered big bucks for her tale, she’d turned down all offers so far, which seemed to reassure him.
“Thank you so much, thank you,” “Hank” says in the recording. “Thank you so much.”
Well it’s pretty obvious who leaked the tape. Guess she won’t be going to Red Lobster for the free anytime soon…

Are people ready for “race bending” in comics?
The new series based on The Flash recently aired, with a few notable changes to the traditional story canon. Most notably, The Flash’s eventual girlfriend, Iris West, is now a young Black woman. One LA Times writer examines the response to the change:
The critics of “race-bending” or “race-switching” in adaptations of comic book lore don’t seem to be racist. Rather, as one website summarizes their complaint, they object to “political correctness pandering meant to foster the illusion of diversity, which is disrespectful to the tradition of these characters AND the general public.”
But, as comics nerds of a certain age remember, the “tradition” of comic books in the 1950s and ’60s was to ignore blacks — perhaps to avoid offending readers in the South (or their racist parents). But it wasn’t just racial diversity that was lacking in the so-called Silver Age. Though many comic book creators were Jews or Italian Americans (Bob Kane, Batman’s creator, started out as Robert Kahn), the DC Universe of the time was Earth-WASP.
In the 1970s comics discovered African Americans virtually overnight and soon black characters appeared to challenge not just super villains but “The Man” as well. The high, or low, point of the “relevance” craze was “I Am Curious Black,” in which Lois Lane entered a matter-transformer and emerged as a black woman. (“Suppose I couldn’t change back?” the altered Lois asks the Man of Steel. “Would you marry me? Even if I’m black?”)
There was no such self-conscious racial melodrama in the premiere of “The Flash.” Iris’ race wasn’t emphasized or agonized about — which was refreshing. One could argue that this sort of comfortable color-blindness understates the persistence of racism in America, but it’s much closer to reality than the all-white Metropolis crowds who marveled at Superman’s exploits in the 1950s.
And that’s the best refutation of the comics’ nerds complaint that the new approach is “disrespectful to the tradition of these characters.” That tradition was a dishonest and dishonorable one — as DC Comics admitted in a 1970 story in which an elderly black man rips into Green Lantern:
“I been readin’ about you … how you work for the blue skins … and how on a planet someplace you helped out the orange skins … and you done considerable for the purple skins! Only there’s skins you never bothered with — ! The black skins! I want to know … how come?! Answer me that, Mr. Green Lantern!”
Over the top, but he had a point.

SMH! You never know who’s next…
Just as the iCloud photo scandal was dying down, the hackers have once again begun sifting through the iCloud accounts of the famous and sharing their findings. Just weeks after making her Broadway debut as Cinderella, KeKe Palmer is now the latest victim of the hacking scandal.
Many of the leaked photos are rather tame — KeKe lounging in bed in her underwear and a tee, rocking a pretty serious foundation garment (maybe to go beneath her Cinderella ball gown?), and smiling gleefully in a little black dress. However others showcase the starlet’s under-breast tattoo and nipple piercings, and one — taken by a second party) — even shows her texting/playing on her iPhone 6 while sitting naked on the toilet.
Poor thing! This leak only hit the web this evening…we wonder what super-outspoken KeKe will have to say about all this in the morning.

Louis Ortiz has created a full-time career out of having a strikingly similar appearance to the commander-in-chief. Yet life as President Barack Obama’s impersonator doesn’t involve traveling to campaign fundraisers or teeing off at golf courses. There’s no private chef, no Michelle, no Bo.
Ortiz calls himself “the lightning rod” for information — when there’s big news going on, everyone comes to him.
During an interview with HuffPost Live Ortiz joked, “They want me to take care of ISIS, they want me to take care of the Ebola, you know the economy, it’s a tough job.”
Although Ortiz says it’s difficult for him “to get from point A to point B,” being an impersonator has its perks. Ortiz has been in rap videos, has performed for the Dalai Lama and was a fixture at Inauguration 2013.
Since late 2007, Ortiz started to be recognized almost everywhere he went. This attention has spawned the new Showtime documentary “Bronx Obama,” airing Oct. 30. The film showcases Ortiz’s highs and lows of going from an unemployed blue-collar worker to a political figure lookalike.
“As far as his popularity, when things get tough for Obama, things get a little tough for me. … Not only financially but, you know, just walking down the street,” Ortiz said. “I gotta hear all the crap that’s being talked about on the news. I gotta hear it all.”
